[構成の説明]
図1は本発明を適用した食品製品の一例を説明するための模式図であり、ここで示す食品製品Aは、食品1を密閉状に収容した容器2の底部に収容凹部3が形成されている。
例えば、食品1がハンバーグである場合には、ハンバーグを製造する過程において添加された化学調味料や防腐剤等が、食品1の添加物となる。
上記した本発明を適用した食品製品の一例では、食品1と添加物4とが一体化されているために、食品1を提供する際に、食品1のみならず、不可避的に添加物4をも提供することとなる。この様に、食品1と共に添加物4をも消費者に提供することができ、消費者は食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた添加物の総重量を把握することができる。このことによって、消費者はより一層安心して食品製品を選択することが可能となり、食品製品の信頼度が向上することとなる。
なお、食品1を消費したとしても添加物4は残るために、添加物4を保管することで、一日の添加物の摂取量、一週間の添加物の摂取量、一ヶ月の添加物の摂取量、一年の添加物の摂取量といった健康管理を行っていく上で重要な情報を得ることができる。
上記した第1の実施の形態では、食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた添加物の総重量と同じ重量の添加物4が添加物封入体5に封入された場合を例に挙げている。しかしながら、食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた添加物の総重量を消費者に伝えることができれば充分であって、必ずしも添加物4を添加物封入体5に封入する必要は無く、同重量の擬似物(例えば、小麦粉)であっても良い。例えば、食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた添加物の総重量と同じ重量の小麦粉を添加物封入体5に封入しても良い。
例えば、食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた砂糖の総重量を消費者に伝える場合には、食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた砂糖の総重量と同じ重量の砂糖若しくは擬似物を食品1に添付すれば良い。同様に、食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた塩の総重量を消費者に伝える場合には、食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた塩の総重量と同じ重量の塩若しくは擬似物を食品1に添付すれば良い。
例えば、本発明を化粧品や薬品等の商品に適用することもでき、化粧品や薬品等の商品を製造するにあたって用いられた添加物の総重量と同じ重量の添加物若しくは擬似物を化粧品や薬品等の商品に添付することで、化粧品や薬品等の商品を製造するにあたって用いられた添加物の総重量を消費者に伝えることができる。
但し、容器2の底部に収容凹部3が形成された場合には、万が一に添加物封入体5から添加物4が漏れ出た場合であっても、添加物4が容器2の内部の食品1に混合してしまうことを抑止できるため、収容凹部3は容器2の底部に形成される方が好ましい。なお、消費者が食品製品Aを購入する際に、より見やすい位置に添加物4を配置するという点を重視する場合には、添加物4は容器2の上側に配置することとなる。
例えば、食品1を収容した容器2を複数個まとめて包装箱に収容し、その包装箱に1つの添加物封入体5を収容しても良い。
例えば、6個の饅頭を包装箱に収容し、饅頭6個に用いられた添加物の総重量と同じ重量の添加物を1つの添加物封入体5に封入して包装箱に収容するといった具合である。
図2は本発明を適用した食品製品の他の例を説明するための模式図であり、ここで示す食品製品は、食品(図示せず。)を密閉状に収容した容器2Aの底部11に収容凹部3Aが形成されている。
合成品質改良剤 : リン酸ナトリウム、リン酸塩、プロピレングリコールなど。
合成甘味料 : サッカリンナトリウム、アスバルテームなど。
甘味料 : ステビアなど。
合成着色料 : カロテノイド色素、赤3、赤10、黄4、銅葉緑素など。
着色料 : カルメル色素、クリナシ色素、クチナシ色素など。
合成酸化防止剤 : ビタミンC、BHT、BHAなど。
合成保存料 : ソルビン酸、ソルビン酸カリウムなど。
合成調味料 : アミノ酸など。
pH調整剤 : 酢酸ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリウムなど。
増粘多糖類 : キサンタンガム、グアーガムなど。
酸味料 : クエン酸、乳酸、ビタミンCなど。
化学調味料 : アミノ酸、グルタミン酸ナトリウム、アラニンなど。
上記した本発明を適用した食品製品の他の例では、食品1と添加物4、4A、4Bとが一体化されているために、食品1を提供する際に、食品1のみならず、不可避的に添加物4、4A、4Bをも消費者に提供することとなる。この様に、食品1と共に添加物4、4A、4Bをも消費者に提供することができ、消費者は食品1を製造するにあたって用いられた添加物の機能を把握することができる。このことによって、消費者はより一層安心して食品製品を選択することが可能となり、食品製品の信頼度が向上することとなる。
なお、添加物4、4A、4Bを保管することで、健康管理を行っていく上で重要な情報を得ることができる点については、上述の第1の実施形態と同様である。
上記した第2の実施形態では、容器2Aに収容凹部3Aが形成された場合を例に挙げて説明を行っているが、収容凹部3Aは必ずしも意図的に形成される必要はなく、例えば、図3(A)に示す弁当の様に、食品1と並べて添加物封入体5、5A、5Bを配置しても良い。
図4(A)は本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の一例を説明するための模式図である。
図4(B)は本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の他の例を説明するための模式図である。
なお、レストランの商品を製造するにあたって用いられる添加物の総重量と同じ重量の添加物、レストランの商品を製造するにあたって用いられる砂糖の総重量と同じ重量の砂糖、及び、レストランの商品を製造するにあたって用いられる塩の総重量と同じ重量の塩の全て若しくはいずれか2つを添付しても良い。更に、添加物の代わりに擬似物、砂糖の代わりに擬似物、塩の代わりに擬似物を添付しても良い。

図5は本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の更に他の例を説明するための模式図である。
なお、ドリンク12を製造するにあたって用いられる添加物の総重量と同じ重量の添加物、ドリンク12を製造するにあたって用いられる砂糖の総重量と同じ重量の砂糖、及び、ドリンク12を製造するにあたって用いられる塩の総重量と同じ重量の塩の全て若しくはいずれか2つを添付しても良い。更に、添加物の代わりに擬似物、砂糖の代わりに擬似物、塩の代わりに擬似物を添付しても良い。
