本発明のポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物は、射出成形、圧縮成形、コンポジット、シート、パイプなどの押出成形、引抜成形、ブロー成形、トランスファー成形など各種成形に供することが可能であるが、特に離形性に優れるため射出成形用途に適している。

次いで、得られたペレットをシリンダー温度320℃に設定した住友-ネスタール社製射出成形機(SG75-HIPRO・MIII)に供給し、金型温度130℃に温調したASTM1号ダンベル片成形用金型を用いて射出成形を行い、ASTM1号ダンベル片を得た。得られたASTM1号ダンベル片を中央から2等分し、エポキシ接着剤との接触面積が50mm2となるように作成したスペーサー(厚さ:1.8~2.2mm、開口部:5mm×10mm)を2等分したASTM1号ダンベル片2枚の間に挟み、クリップを用い固定した後開口部にエポキシ樹脂(ナガセケムテックス株式会社製2液型エポキシ樹脂、主剤:XNR5002、硬化剤:XNH5002、配合比は主剤:硬化剤=100:90)を注入し、135℃に設定した熱風乾燥機中で3時間加熱し硬化・接着させた。23℃下で1日冷却後スペーサーを外し、得られた試験片を用いて歪み速度1mm/min、支点間距離80mm、23℃下でインストロン社製引張試験機を用い引張破断強さを測定し、接着面積で除した値をエポキシ接着強度とした。
得られたペレットを用いてISO Type-A試験片を作成し、ISO178に準拠した方法で曲げ強さを測定した。その際、通常の金型を用いて作成した試験片と、2点ゲートを有する金型を用い試験片中央部でウエルド部が存在するように作成した試験片とを用いた。
PPS(A1):ポリフェニレンスルフィド(DIC株式会社製「LR-2G」、溶融粘度(V6)80〔Pa・s〕)
PPS(A2):ポリフェニレンスルフィド(DIC株式会社製「MB600G」、溶融粘度(V6)200〔Pa・s〕)
PPS(A3):ポリフェニレンスルフィド(DIC株式会社製「T-2G」、溶融粘度(V6)55〔Pa・s〕)
ワックス(B1):カルボキシ基および酸無水物基を有するオレフィンワックス(クラリアントジャパン株式会社製「リコルブCE2」酸価84mgKOH/g、滴点73℃、FT-IR測定データを図1に示す。1857cm-1および1778cm-1付近に酸無水物のピークを有する。)
ワックス(B2):酸化ポリエチレンワックス(クラリアントジャパン株式会社製「リコルブH12」酸価19mgKOH/g、滴点106℃)
ワックス(B3):マレイン酸変性ポリエチレンワックス(三井化学株式会社製「HW2203A」酸価30mgKOH/g、滴点111℃)
ワックス(B4):モンタン酸エステルワックス(クラリアントジャパン株式会社製「リコルブWE4」酸価29mgKOH/g、滴点81℃)
無機充填剤(C1):ガラス繊維(繊維径10μm、長さ3mmのガラス繊維チョップドストランド)
無機充填剤(C2):炭酸カルシウム(平均粒径5〔μm〕)
Si(D1):γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン
Claims (4)
- ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂(A)と、該ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂(A)100質量部に対して0.01~5質量部の範囲であるオレフィンワックス(B)とを含有するポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物であって、
該オレフィンワックス(B)は、酸価が65~150〔mgKOH/g〕の範囲であり、かつカルボキシ基およびカルボン酸無水物基を有することを特徴とするポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物。 - 前記オレフィンワックス(B)の滴点が50~100℃の範囲である請求項1記載のポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物。
- 前記成分に加え、さらに充填剤(C)を、ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂(A)100質量部に対して15~250質量部含有する請求項1または2に記載のポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物。
- 前記請求項1~3の何れか一項記載のポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物を溶融成形してなる成形体。
