しかし、無機充填材配合ゴム組成物において、シリカ等の無機充填材を配合する際には、無機充填材、特にシリカはゴム組成物中で凝集してしまうため(シリカ表面の水酸基が原因で凝集してしまうため)、凝集を防止するためにシランカップリング剤が用いられる。
従って、シランカップリング剤を配合して上記問題を好適に解決するために、シランカップリング剤のカップリング機能の活性を高める目的で種々の試みがなされている。
また、特許文献2では、基本成分として、少なくとも(i)1種のジエンエラストマー、(ii)補強性充填材として白色充填材、(iii)カップリング剤(白色充填材/ジエンエラストマー)としてポリ硫化アルコキシシランを、(iv)ジチオリン酸亜鉛及び(v)グアニジン誘導体と一緒に含むゴム組成物が開示されている。
特許文献3では、少なくとも、(i) ジエンエラストマー、(ii) 強化充填材としての無機充填材、(iii)(無機充填材/ジエンエラストマー)カップリング剤としての多硫化アルコキシシラン(PSAS)をベースとし、(iv) アルジミン(R-CH=N-R)及び(v) グアニジン誘導体とが併用されているゴム組成物が記載されている。
さらに、特許文献4では、少なくとも:(i)ジエンエラストマー、(ii)補強フィラーとしての無機フィラー、(iii)カップリング剤としての多硫化アルコキシシランに基づき、(iv)1,2-ジヒドロピリジン及び(v)グアニジン誘導体を伴うゴム組成物が提案されている。
しかしながら、これらの発明は、混練条件についての考慮がなされていなかった。
また、混練条件を考慮して、シランカップリング剤のカップリング機能の活性を高める例としては、特許文献5及び6が挙げられるが、シランカップリング剤のカップリング機能の活性を高め、低発熱性をさらに向上することが要請されている。

本発明において、混練の第一段階(X)でゴム成分(A)の一部(A’)、無機充填材(B)の全部又は一部、シランカップリング剤(C)の全部又は一部及び加硫促進剤(D)を加えて混練するのは、ゴム成分(A)の一部(A’)と無機充填材(B)との分散性を高めるためであり、かつ混練の第二段階以降の段階において、ゴム成分(A)の残部(A”)を加えて混練することにより、ゴム成分(A)中の各ゴム成分と無機充填材(B)との分散性状態を制御することが可能となり、低発熱性をより高めることができる。
また、混練の第一段階で加硫促進剤(D)の全部又は一部を加えて混練するのは、シランカップリング剤(C)のカップリング機能の活性を高めるためである。
このように、天然ゴム及び合成ジエン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種からなるゴム成分(A)、無機充填材(B)を含む充填材、シランカップリング剤(C)、及びグアニジン類、スルフェンアミド類、チアゾール類、チウラム類、ジチオカルバミン酸塩類、チオウレア類及びキサントゲン酸塩類から選択される少なくとも一種の加硫促進剤(D)を含むゴム組成物の製造方法の第1の発明は、ゴム組成物に優れた低発熱性を付与することができる。

有機酸化合物(E)の分子数(モル数)Xと加硫促進剤(D)の分子数(モル数)Yとを上記式[A]で表される関係にすることにより、加硫促進剤(D)配合によるシランカップリング剤(C)のカップリング機能の活性向上効果が低減するのを好適に抑制することができる。
また、混練の第一段階(X)で該ゴム成分(A)、該無機充填材(B)の全部又は一部、及び該シランカップリング剤(C)の全部又は一部を混練するのは、無機充填材(B)とシランカップリング剤(C)との反応を十分に進行させるためである。
第2の発明における混練段階は、3段階以上であればよく、特に上限はないが、生産性を考慮すれば、8段階以下が好ましく、6段階以下がより好ましく、4段階以下が更に好ましい。
このように、天然ゴム及び合成ジエン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種からなるゴム成分(A)、無機充填材(B)を含む充填材、シランカップリング剤(C)、及びグアニジン類、スルフェンアミド類、チアゾール類、チウラム類、ジチオカルバミン酸塩類、チオウレア類及びキサントゲン酸塩類から選択される少なくとも一種の加硫促進剤(D)を含むゴム組成物の製造方法の第2の発明は、ゴム組成物に優れた低発熱性を付与することができる。
同様に、混練の段階(Y)におけるゴム組成物の最高温度が120~190℃であることが好ましく、125~175℃であることが更に好ましい。
第一段階、第二段階などの最終段階より前の混練段階におけるゴム組成物の最高温度は120~190℃であることが好ましく、130~175℃であることがより好ましく、150~170℃であることがさらに好ましい。なお、混練時間は0.5分から20分であることが好ましく、0.5分から10分であることがより好ましく、0.5分から5分であることがさらに好ましい。
また、混練の最終段階とは、架橋に関わる薬品(加硫剤、加硫促進剤)を配合し、混練する工程をいう。この最終段階におけるゴム組成物の最高温度は60~140℃であることが好ましく、80~120℃であることがより好ましく、100~120℃であることがさらに好ましい。なお、混練時間は0.5分から20分であることが好ましく、0.5分から10分であることがより好ましく、0.5分から5分であることがさらに好ましい。
本発明に用いられるゴム成分(A)の合成ジエン系ゴムとしては、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム(SBR)、ポリブタジエンゴム(BR)、ポリイソプレンゴム(IR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエン三元共重合体ゴム(EPDM)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム、クロロプレンゴム等を用いることができ、天然ゴム及び合成ジエン系ゴムは、1種単独でも、2種以上のブレンドとして用いてもよい。
本発明のゴム組成物の製造方法に用いられるシランカップリング剤(C)は、下記一般式(I)及び(II)で表わされる化合物からなる群から1種以上選択される化合物であることが好ましい。
本発明方法に係るゴム組成物は、このようなシランカップリング剤(C)を用いることにより、ゴム加工時の作業性に更に優れると共に、より耐摩耗性の良好な空気入りタイヤを与えることができる。
以下、下記一般式(I)及び(II)を順に説明する。

平均組成式(CH3CH2O)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S2-(CH2)6-S2-(CH2)6-S-(CH2)3-Si(OCH2CH3)3等で表される化合物が好適に挙げられる。
上記一般式(II)で表わされるシランカップリング剤(C)は、例えば特開2006-167919号公報に記載された製造方法により得られる。
本発明においては、シランカップリング剤(C)は一種を単独で用いてもよく、二種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
本発明のゴム組成物のシランカップリング剤(C)の配合量は、質量比{シランカップリング剤(E)/無機充填材(B)}が(1/100)~(20/100)であることが好ましい。(1/100)以上であれば、ゴム組成物の低発熱性向上の効果をより好適に発揮することとなり、(20/100)以下であれば、ゴム組成物のコストが低減し、経済性が向上するからである。更には質量比(3/100)~(20/100)であることがより好ましく、質量比(4/100)~(10/100)であることが特に好ましい。
本発明のゴム組成物の製造方法に用いられる加硫促進剤(D)として、グアニジン類、スルフェンアミド類、チアゾール類、チウラム類、ジチオカルバミン酸塩類、チオウレア類及びキサントゲン酸塩類が挙げられる。
本発明に係るグアニジン類としては、1,3-ジフェニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジン、1-o-トリルビグアニド、ジカテコールボレートのジ-o-トリルグアニジン塩、1,3-ジ-o-クメニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-ビフェニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-クメニル-2-プロピオニルグアニジン等が挙げられ、1,3-ジフェニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジン及び1-o-トリルビグアニドは反応性が高いので好ましく、1,3-ジフェニルグアニジンは反応性がより高いので特に好ましい。
なお、加硫促進剤(D)は、硫黄加硫の促進剤としても用いられるので、混練の最終段階においても所望により適量を配合してもよい。
本発明のゴム組成物の製造方法に用いられる無機充填材(B)は、シリカ及び下記一般式(III)で表される無機化合物を用いることができる。
dM1・xSiOy・zH2O ・・・(III)
ここで、一般式(III)中、M1は、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、チタン、カルシウム、及びジルコニウムからなる群から選ばれる金属、これらの金属の酸化物又は水酸化物、及びそれらの水和物、又はこれらの金属の炭酸塩から選ばれる少なくとも一種であり、d、x、y及びzは、それぞれ1~5の整数、0~10の整数、2~5の整数、及び0~10の整数である。
尚、一般式(III)において、x、zがともに0である場合には、該無機化合物はアルミニウム、マグネシウム、チタン、カルシウム及びジルコニウムから選ばれる少なくとも1つの金属、金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物となる。
一般式(III)で表されるこれらの無機化合物は、単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を混合して使用してもよい。これらの無機化合物の平均粒径は、混練作業性、耐摩耗性及びウェットグリップ性能のバランス等の観点から、0.01~10μmの範囲が好ましく、0.05~5μmの範囲がより好ましい。
本発明における無機充填材(B)は、シリカ単独で使用してもよいし、シリカと一般式(III)で表される無機化合物の1種以上とを併用してもよい。
また、本発明に係るゴム組成物の充填材は、ゴム成分(A)100質量部に対して、20~150質量部使用することが好ましい。20質量部以上であれば、ゴム組成物の補強性向上の観点から好ましく、150質量部以下であれば、転がり抵抗低減の観点から好ましい。
前記充填材中、無機充填材(B)が30質量%以上であることがウェット性能と転がり抵抗の両立の観点から好ましく、40質量%以上であることがさらに好ましく、70質量%以上であることが特に好ましい。
本発明の製造方法においては、混練の第一段階において、ゴム組成物中の有機酸化合物(E)の分子数Xが、加硫促進剤(D)の分子数Yに対して以下の式(A)で表される関係にあることが好ましい。
0 ≦ X ≦ 1.5×Y ・・・・・(A)
加硫促進剤(D)を配合することによるカップリング機能の活性向上効果を更に高めるためである。即ち、有機酸化合物(E)の分子数(モル数)が加硫促進剤(D)の分子数(モル数)の1.5倍より多いと活性向上効果が低減するので、それを好適に抑制するためである。この観点から、有機酸化合物(E)の分子数(モル数)が加硫促進剤(D)の分子数(モル数)以下であることがより好ましい。
また、本発明の製造方法においては、混練の段階(Y)におけるゴム組成物中に加えられる有機酸化合物(E)の分子数(モル数)が、該段階(Y)で加えられる加硫促進剤(D)の分子数(モル数)以下であることが上記式(A)と同様の理由により好ましい。
本発明に係るゴム組成物に配合される有機酸化合物(E)としては、ステアリン酸、パルミチン酸、ミリスチン酸、ラウリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸、リグノセリン酸、カプリン酸、ペラルゴン酸、カプリル酸、エナント酸、カプロン酸、オレイン酸、バクセン酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、ネルボン酸等の飽和脂肪酸及び不飽和脂肪酸並びにロジン酸や変性ロジン酸等の樹脂酸等の有機酸、前記飽和脂肪酸及び前記不飽和脂肪酸並びに樹脂酸の金属塩又はエステル等が挙げられる。
本発明においては、加硫促進助剤としての機能を十分に発揮する必要があることから有機酸化合物(E)中の50モル%以上がステアリン酸であることが好ましい。
また、ゴム成分(A)の一部又は全部として乳化重合スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体を用いる場合は、有機酸化合物(E)中の50モル%以上が乳化重合スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体に含まれるロジン酸(変性ロジン酸も包含される。)及び/又は脂肪酸であることが、乳化重合スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体を重合するのに必要な乳化剤の観点から好ましい。
本発明の製造方法における混練装置として、バンバリーミキサー、ロール、インテンシブミキサー、二軸押出機等が用いられる。
本発明の空気入りタイヤは、本発明の製造方法で得られたゴム組成物を、トレッド部、ベース・トレッド部、サイドウォール部、インナーライナー及びサイド補強ゴム部の少なくとも1つの部材に用いたことを特徴とする。これらの部材の内、トレッド部(キャップ・トレッド部及び/又はベース・トレッド部)に上記ゴム組成物を用いた空気入りタイヤが特に好ましい。
なお、混練の各段階におけるゴム組成物の最高温度及び低発熱性(tanδ指数)を下記の方法により評価した。
バンバリーミキサーから排出した直後のゴム組成物の中心部に温度計を差し込んで温度を測定した。3回測定してその相加平均を最高温度とした。
粘弾性測定装置(レオメトリックス社製)を使用し、温度60℃、動歪み5%、周波数15Hzでtanδを測定した。各比較例のtanδの逆数を100として下記式にて指数表示した。指数値が大きい程、低発熱性であり、ヒステリシスロスが小さいことを示す。

(CH3CH2O)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S2.5-(CH2)6-S-(CH2)3-Si(OCH2CH3)3 (シランカップリング剤(II)の代表例C1)で表されるシランカップリング剤の製造
窒素ガス導入管、温度計、ジムロート型コンデンサー及び滴下ロートを備えた2リットルのセパラブルフラスコに、3-メルカプトプロピルトリエトキシシラン119g(0.5モル)を仕込み、攪拌下、有効成分20%のナトリウムエトキシドのエタノール溶液151.2g(0.45モル)を加えた。その後、80℃に昇温し、3時間攪拌を続けた。その後冷却し、滴下ロートに移した。
次いで、上記と同様のセパラブルフラスコに、1,6-ジクロロヘキサンを69.75g(0.45モル)仕込み、80℃に昇温した後、上記の3-メルカプトプロピルトリエトキシシランとナトリウムエトキシドの反応物をゆっくり滴下した。滴下終了後、80℃で5時間攪拌を続けた。その後冷却し、得られた溶液中から塩を濾別し、さらにエタノール及び過剰の1,6-ジクロロヘキサンを減圧留去した。得られた溶液を減圧蒸留し、沸点148~150℃/0.005torrの無色透明の液体137.7gを得た。IR分析、1H-NMR分析及びマススペクトル分析(MS分析)を行った結果、(CH3CH2O)3Si-(CH2)3S-(CH2)6-Clで表される化合物であった。また、ガスクロマトグラフ分析(GC分析)による純度は97.5%であった。
次いで、上記と同様の0.5リットルのセパラブルフラスコに、エタノール80g、無水硫化ソーダ5.46g(0.07モル)、硫黄3.36g(0.105モル)を仕込み、80℃に昇温した。この溶液を攪拌しながら、上記(CH3CH2O)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-Clを49.91g(0.14モル)ゆっくり滴下した。滴下終了後、80℃にて10時間攪拌を続けた。攪拌終了後、冷却し、生成した塩を濾別した後、溶媒のエタノールを減圧蒸留した。
得られた赤褐色透明の溶液をIR分析、1H-NMR分析及び超臨界クロマトグラフィー分析を行った結果、平均組成式
(CH3CH2O)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S2.5-(CH2)6-S-(CH2)3-Si(OCH2CH3)3で表される化合物であることを確認した。このもののGPC分析における純度は85.2%であった。
第1表に示す配合処方及び混練方法により、混練の第一段階におけるゴム組成物の最高温度がいずれも150℃になるように調整してバンバリーミキサーで混練し、混練の第二段階である段階(Y)において、第1表に示す成分を加えて混練し、実施例1、2及び4~11、並びに比較例1、2及び4~11において、ゴム組成物の最高温度を130℃に調整した。実施例3及び比較例3においては、混練の第二段階である段階(Y)を設けなかった。
次に、混練の最終段階(Z)で加硫剤等を加えて、混練の最終段階におけるゴム組成物の最高温度がいずれも110℃になるように調整し、混練して実施例1~11及び比較例1~11の22種類のゴム組成物を調製した。得られた22種類のゴム組成物の低発熱性(tanδ指数)を上記の方法により評価した。結果を第1表に示す。

Claims (26)
- 天然ゴム及び合成ジエン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種からなるゴム成分(A)、無機充填材(B)を含む充填材、シランカップリング剤(C)、及びグアニジン類、スルフェンアミド類、チアゾール類、チウラム類、ジチオカルバミン酸塩類、チオウレア類及びキサントゲン酸塩類から選択される少なくとも一種の加硫促進剤(D)を配合してなるゴム組成物の製造方法であって、該ゴム組成物を複数段階で混練し、混練の第一段階(X)で該ゴム成分(A)の一部(A’)、該無機充填材(B)の全部又は一部、該シランカップリング剤(C)の全部又は一部及び該加硫促進剤(D)の全部又は一部を加えて混練し、かつ、混練の第二段階以降の段階において、該ゴム成分(A)の残部(A”)を加えて混練することを特徴とするゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記混練の第二段階以降の段階において、前記無機充填材(B)の残部(B”)、又は前記無機充填材(B)の残部(B”)及び前記シランカップリング剤(C)の残部(C”)を加えて混練することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 有機酸化合物(E)を前記混練の第二段階の段階以降に加えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記混練の複数段階が前記第一段階(X)と最終段階(Z)との2段階からなり、該第一段階(X)で前記ゴム成分(A)の一部(A’)、前記無機充填材(B)の全部又は一部、前記シランカップリング剤(C)の全部又は一部及び前記加硫促進剤(D)の全部又は一部を加えて混練し、該最終段階(Z)で該ゴム成分(A)の残部(A”)及び加硫剤を加えて混練することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記混練の第一段階において、ゴム組成物中の有機酸化合物(E)の分子数Xが、前記加硫促進剤(D)の分子数Yに対して以下の式(A)で表される関係にあることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
0 ≦ X ≦ 1.5×Y ・・・・・(A) - 天然ゴム及び合成ジエン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種からなるゴム成分(A)、無機充填材(B)を含む充填材、シランカップリング剤(C)、及びグアニジン類、スルフェンアミド類、チアゾール類、チウラム類、ジチオカルバミン酸塩類、チオウレア類及びキサントゲン酸塩類から選択される少なくとも一種の加硫促進剤(D)を配合してなるゴム組成物の製造方法であって、該ゴム組成物を第一段階(X)と最終段階(Z)とを含む3段階以上の段階で混練し、該第一段階(X)で前記ゴム成分(A)の一部(A’)、前記無機充填材(B)の全部又は一部、及び前記シランカップリング剤(C)の全部又は一部を加えて混練し、混練の第二段階以降でかつ最終段階(Z)より前の段階(Y)で前記加硫促進剤(D)の全部又は一部を加えて混練し、混練の第二段階以降の段階で該ゴム成分(A)の残部(A”)を加えて混練し、該最終段階(Z)で加硫剤を加えて混練することを特徴とするゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記混練の第二段階以降の段階において、前記無機充填材(B)の残部(B”)、又は前記無機充填材(B)の残部(B”)及び前記シランカップリング剤(C)の残部(C”)を加えて混練することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 有機酸化合物(E)を前記混練の第二段階の段階以降に加えることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第一段階(X)におけるゴム組成物の最高温度が、120~190℃である請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記ゴム成分(A)の一部(A’)が溶液重合ジエン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、かつ該ゴム成分(A)の残部(A”)が天然ゴム及び乳化重合ジエン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記シランカップリング剤(C)が、下記一般式(I)~(II)で表わされる化合物からなる群から1種以上選択される化合物である請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
[式中、R1は複数ある場合には同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々水素原子、炭素数1~8の直鎖、環状もしくは分枝のアルキル基又は炭素数2~8の直鎖もしくは分枝のアルコキシアルキル基であり、R2は複数ある場合には同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々炭素数1~8の直鎖、環状もしくは分枝のアルキル基であり、R3は複数ある場合には同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々炭素数1~8の直鎖もしくは分枝のアルキレン基である。aは平均値として2~6であり、p及びrは同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々平均値として0~3である。但しp及びrの双方が3であることはない。]
[式中、R4は複数ある場合には同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々水素原子、炭素数1~8の直鎖、環状もしくは分枝のアルキル基又は炭素数2~8の直鎖もしくは分枝のアルコキシアルキル基であり、R5は複数ある場合には同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々炭素数1~8の直鎖、環状もしくは分枝のアルキル基であり、R6は複数ある場合には同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々炭素数1~8の直鎖もしくは分枝のアルキレン基である。R7は一般式
(-S-R8-S-)、(-R9-Sm1-R10-)及び(-R11-Sm2-R12-Sm3-R13-)のいずれかの二価の基(R8~R13は各々炭素数1~20の二価の炭化水素基、二価の芳香族基又は硫黄及び酸素以外のヘテロ元素を含む二価の有機基であり、m1、m2、m3は各々平均値として1以上4未満である。)であり、複数あるkは同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々平均値として1~6であり、s及びtは各々平均値として0~3である。但しs及びtの双方が3であることはない。] - 前記シランカップリング剤(C)が、上記一般式(I)で表わされる化合物である請求項1~11のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記無機充填材(B)がシリカである請求項1~12のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記充填材がカーボンブラックを含む請求項1~13のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記充填材中、前記無機充填材(B)が30質量%以上である請求項1~14のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記混練の第一段階におけるゴム組成物中の前記加硫促進剤(D)の分子数がシランカップリング剤(C)の分子数の0.1~1.0倍である請求項1~5及び9~15のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記グアニジン類が、1,3-ジフェニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジン及び1-o-トリルビグアニドから選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である請求項1~16のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記スルフェンアミド類が、N-シクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド及び/又はN-tert-ブチル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミドである請求項1~17のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造法。
- 前記チアゾール類が、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾール及び/又はジ-2-ベンゾチアゾリルジスルフィドである請求項1~18のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造法。
- 前記チウラム類が、テトラキス(2-エチルヘキシル)チウラムジスルフィド及び/又はテトラベンジルチウラムジスルフィドである請求項1~18のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記ジチオカルバミン酸塩類が、ジベンジルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、N-エチル-N-フェニルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛及びジメチルジチオカルバミン酸銅から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である請求項1~18のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記チオウレア類が、N,N’-ジエチルチオ尿素、トリメチルチオ尿素、N,N’-ジフェニルチオ尿素及びN,N’-ジメチルチオ尿素から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である請求項1~18のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記キサントゲン酸塩類が、イソプロピルキサントゲン酸亜鉛である請求項1~18のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 前記有機酸化合物(E)中の50モル%以上がステアリン酸である請求項1~23のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1~24のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物の製造方法で得られたゴム組成物。
- 請求項25に記載のゴム組成物を、トレッド部、ベース・トレッド部、サイドウォール部、インナーライナー及びサイド補強ゴム部の少なくとも1つの部材に用いたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
