resumo "método para fabricação de composição de borracha, composição de borracha e pneumático empregando a mesma" a presente invenção proporciona um método para a produção de uma composição de borracha fornecida pela compostagem de um componente de borracha (a) que compreende pelo menos um selecionado de borrachas naturais e borrachas de dieno sintéticas, uma carga que contém uma carga inorgânica (b), um agente de acoplamento de silano (c), e pelo menos um acelerador de vulcanização (d) selecionado entre os compostos específicos, em que a composição de borracha é amassada em várias etapas e em que, na primeira etapa (x) de amassamento, uma porção (a') do componente de borracha (a), a totalidade ou uma porção da carga inorgânica (b), a totalidade ou uma porção do agente de acoplamento de silano (c), e a totalidade ou uma parte do acelerador de vulcanização (d) são adicionadas e amassadas, e no momento ou após a segunda etapa de amassamento, a fração residual (a") da componente de borracha (a) é adicionada e amassada, e o método para a produção de uma composição de borracha, permite a produção de uma composição de borracha, capaz de apresentar, de forma adequada, uma propriedade de baixa geração de calor em razão do aperfeiçoamento adicional da atividade de função de acoplamento do agente de acoplamento de silano no seu interior. 1/1
