Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO DE BORRACHA COM MÚLTIPLAS RESINAS DE REFORÇO. Um componente de pneu compreendendo uma composição de borracha tendo um elastômero de dieno altamente insaturado e um preenchedor de reforço com um primeiro aceptor de metileno selecionado dentre 3-hidroxidifenilamina, 4-hidroxidifenil-amina ou combinações destes; um segundo aceptor de metileno selecionado dentre uma resina Novolac, difenilolmetano, difeniloletano difenilolpropano, difenilolbutano, um naftol, um cresol ou combinações destes e um doador de metileno. Um método para fabricação de um componente de pneu inclui a mistura de componentes de uma composição de borracha em uma mistura não-produtiva, os componentes incluindo um elastômero de dieno altamente insaturado, um preenchedor de reforço, um primeiro aceptor de metileno selecionado dentre 3-hidroxidifenilamina, 4-hidroxidifenil-amina ou combinações destes e um segundo aceptor de metileno selecionado dentre uma resina Novolac, difenilolmetano, difeniloletano difenilolpropano, difenilolbutano, um naftol, um cresol ou combinações destes; e a mistura de um doador de metileno e um agente vulcanizante em uma mistura não-produtiva para converter a mistura não-produtiva em uma mistura produtiva.
