Abstract

método para produzir uma composição de borracha. a presente invenção é um método para produzir uma composição de borracha contendo um componente de borracha (a) de pelo menos um selecionado a partir de borrachas naturais e de borrachas de dieno sintéticas, uma carga contendo uma carga inorgânica (b), um agente acoplador de silano (c), pelo menos um acelerador de vulcanização (d) selecionado a partir de guanidinas, sulfenamida e tiazóis, e um composto de ácido orgânico (e), em que a composição de borracha (a), todos ou uma parte da carga inorgânica (b), todos ou uma parte do agente de acoplamento de silano (c), o acelerador de vulcanização (d) e o composto de ácido orgânico (e) são amassados no primeiro estágio de mistura, e o número de moléculas x do composto de ácido orgânico (e) na composição de borracha no primeiro estágio está em uma relação da seguinte fórmula [1] relativa ao númeor de moléculas y do acelerador de vulcanização (d) deste. oo método de produção permite a produção de uma composição de borracha que tem uma propriedade de geração de baixo calor enquanto impede de maneira bem sucedida que a atividade da função de acoplamento do agente de acoplamento de silano reduza. 0 <243> x <243> 1,5 x y [1].
