Abstract
composição de borracha e pneu produzido utilizando-se a mesma e processo de produção de composição de borracha a presente invenção se refere a uma composição de borracha contendo pelo menos 10 partes em massa, em 100 partes em massa de um componente de borracha, de um componente de polímero (b) contendo um resíduo de um ácido orgânico (a) adicionado a um processo de produção de polímero, e que contêm de 10 a 150 partes em massa de um material de enchimento de reforço (c) e 6 partes, em massa, ou menos, no total do resíduo de um ácido orgânico (a) e um ácido orgânico (d) usado em uma mistura, por 100 partes em massa do componente de borracha, proporcionando assim uma composição de borracha que é excelente em termos de resistência ao desgaste e de propriedade de acumulação de calor baixo e um pneu produzido usando a composição, tendo as propriedades acima mencionadas, definindo a quantidade total de um componente ácido com respeito à mistura de borracha total, incluindo um ácido com respeito à mistura de borracha total, incluindo um ácido orgânico, tal como o ácido esteárico, e um ácido orgânico contido em um resíduo de um emulsionante adicionado num processo de produção de uma composição de borracha da presente invenção é um processo de produção de uma composição de borracha contendo um componente de borracha (r) contendo borracha de copolímero de estireno-butadieno polimerizada em emulsão contendo de 0 a 3,5 partes, em massa, de um ácido orgânico por 100 partes em massa de borracha de copolímero de estireno-butadieno polimerizada em emulsão, um material de enchimento que contém um material de enchimento inorgânico (t), um agente de acoplamento de silano (l) e pelo menos um acelerador de vulcanização (v) selecionado dentre um composto de guanidina, um composto de sulfenamida e um composto tiazol; e em que o processo compreende as etapas plurais de amassar a composição de borracha, onde o componente de borracha (r), a totalidade ou uma parte do material de enchimento inorgânico (t), a totalidade ou uma parte do agente de acoplamento de silano (l) e do acelerador de vulcanização (v) são adicionados e amassados num primeira etapa (x), de amassamento, através da qual a redução de atividade da função de acoplamento do agente de acoplamento de silano é favoravelmente suprimida na composição de borracha contendo borracha de copolímero de estireno-butadieno polimerizada em emulsão para melhorar ainda mais a função de acoplamento, proporcionando assim uma composição de borracha tendo uma propriedade de acúmulo de calor baixo favorável.
