Abstract

MISTURAS DE BORRACHA VULCANIZÁVEL, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE MISTURAS DE BORRACHA VULCANIZÁVEL, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE VULCANIZADOS, VULCANIZADOS E USO DE MISTURAS DE BORRACHA VULCANIZÁVEL. A presente invenção se refere às misturas de borracha vulcanizável compreendendo pelo menos os seguintes componentes: I.) 100 partes em peso de uma matriz de borracha livre de óleo que consiste em a) 15 a 79 partes em peso, preferencialmente 20 a 70 partes em peso, de pelo menos uma solução de SBR (S-SBR) (livre de óleo), com uma temperatura de transição vítrea (Tg(S-SBR)) entre -70°C e -10°C, b) 20 a 75 partes em peso, preferencialmente 25 a 70 partes em peso, de pelo menos um 1,4-cis-polibutadieno (BR) (livre de óleo), com uma temperatura de transição vítrea (Tg(BR)) entre -95°C e -115°C, c) 1 a 37,5 partes em peso, preferencialmente 5 a 35 partes em peso, de borracha natural (NR) (livre de óleo) e/ou pelo menos um poliisopreno sintético (IR) possuindo uma temperatura de transição vítrea (Tg(NR)) entre -50°C e -75°C, baseado na borracha natural livre de óleo (NR) ou o poliisopreno sintético (IR) livre de óleo, II.) pelo menos um microgel contendo hidroxila baseado em polibutadieno, III.) pelo menos uma carga oxídica contendo hidroxila, IV.) pelo menos um alcoxissilano contendo polissulfeto, V.) pelo menos um agente de vulcanização, VI.) opcionalmente pelo menos um aditivo de borracha.
