如图1至图4所示,本发明涉及的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构100,其用于将马桶盖板200锁扣在马桶主体(图中未示出)上,该马桶盖板200具体包括上盖210和座圈220,该锁扣机构100包括左转动机构11、左卡位弹簧12、左卡位栓13、右卡位栓23、右卡位弹簧22以及右转动机构21,该左转动机构11、左卡位弹簧12和左卡位栓13与该右转动机构21、右卡位弹簧22和右卡位栓23对称分设于马桶盖板200的左右两侧,该左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23上都形成卡配孔131、231;通过该左转动机构11和右转动机构21,使得马桶盖板200能相对于马桶主体自由转动。需要说明的是,该左转动机构11、左卡位弹簧12、左卡位栓13、右卡位栓23、右卡位弹簧22和右转动机构21均与现有技术中的结构相同,当然上述组件都可以根据当前需要而选用各种现有的结构,故不对其进行详细描述。
本发明的主要改进点在于:该马桶盖板锁扣机构100还包括套体3、按钮4、左滑块51和右滑块52,该套体3壁上形成有按钮开孔31和支座插入孔32,该支座插入孔32对应于卡配孔131、231,并可供支座400贯穿其中,具体本实施例中,该支座插入孔32具体被设置为两个;该按钮4容设于套体3对应该按钮开孔31的位置而不可滑出,该左滑块51和右滑块52分设在按钮4的左右两侧,并该左滑块51和右滑块52均可滑动地容设于套体3内,且该左滑块51另端可与左卡位栓13相抵靠,该右滑块52另端则可与右卡位栓23相抵靠;该按钮4、左滑块51和右滑块52之间还形成有位移转换机构6,该位移转换机构6能将按钮4前后方向的位移转换为左、右滑块52左右方向的位移。优选的,为了让套体3能与左转动机构11和右转动机构21连成一体,即使整个马桶盖板锁扣机构100整体性更强,该左转动机构11和右转动机构21上均形成有承接缘111、211,该套体3两端分别经由两端的承接缘111、211而连接于左转动机构11和右转动机构21上。同时为了让整个锁扣机构100具有更好的质感和产品强度,该套体3包括内套33和套设在内套33外部的不锈钢外套34。为了让左滑块和右滑块能沿左右方向平动而不发生偏转,该套体3的内壁上还形成有用于对左滑块51和右滑块52导向而使左滑块51和右滑块52在左右方向运动的轨道(图中未示出)。
这样,人们在需要对马桶盖板200进行拆卸时,只需按下按钮4,即使该按钮4沿前后方向运动,此时该按钮4则通过位移转换机构6而分别推动左滑块51和右滑块52朝两端移动,并最终分别推动左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23,进而使得左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23脱离对支座400的卡接作用,此时人们直接拽动马桶盖板200,即能将马桶盖板200脱离于马桶主体。如此,与现有技术需要两边同时按压相比,本发明只需要按压按钮4一次即能实现拆卸,从而具有操作便利的功效。
如图2和图4所示,其即为该位移转换机构6的一种具体实施例,该位移转换机构6包括左滑柱61、右滑柱62、左斜槽63和右斜槽64,该左滑柱61形成在左滑块51的右端部,该右滑柱62则形成在右滑块52的左端部;该左斜槽63和右斜槽64则均形成在按钮4的内侧,该左斜槽63可供左滑柱61滑设于其中,该右斜槽64则可供右滑柱62滑设于其中;同时在此实施例中,该左斜槽63和右斜槽64之间的间距由外至内逐渐变小。如此人们通过按压按钮4,该按钮4即会向套体3内侧发生位移,此时由于左滑柱61、右滑柱62与左斜槽63和右斜槽64之间的卡配关系,从而使得该左滑块51和右滑块52能分别向左侧和右侧滑动,进而起到推顶左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23,而抵消左卡位弹簧12和右卡位弹簧22分别对左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23的限位作用,进而使得支柱能脱离于左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23的锁扣。
如图9和图10所示,其为该位移转换机构6的另一实施例,该位移转换机构6亦包括左滑柱61、右滑柱62、左斜槽63和右斜槽64,其与之前实施例的区别在于:该左斜槽63形成在左滑块51的右端部,右斜槽64则形成在右滑块52的左端部;该左滑柱61和右滑柱62则形成在按钮4的内侧,该左滑柱61可滑动设置在左斜槽63中,而该右滑柱62则可滑动设置在右斜槽64中;并且在本实施例中,该左斜槽63和右斜槽64之间的间距由外至内逐渐变大。如此人们通过按压按钮4,该按钮4即能推动左滑块51和右滑块52分别朝左、右两个方向运动。
为了让左滑块51能将按钮4的动力传递至左卡位栓13,而右滑块52则能同样将按钮4的动力传递至右卡位栓23,该左滑块51的左端部还连接有左横向滑座71,该右滑块52的右端部则连接有右横向滑座72,该左横向滑座71和右横向滑座72均容设于套体3内,并该左横向滑座71可抵触在左卡位栓13上,而该右横向滑座72则可抵触在右卡位栓23上。具体的,该左滑块51上还设置有卡扣511 ,而该左横向滑座71上则形成有扣孔711,通过该卡扣511与扣孔711之间的卡接,从而使得左滑块51和左横向滑座71之间能稳固相连。对于该右滑块52和右横向滑座72之间的连接方式,则类同,故不详述。
优选地,为了让按钮4被按下后能自动弹回,该马桶盖板锁扣机构100还包括按钮弹簧81,该按钮弹簧81一端抵靠在按钮4上,另一端抵靠在套体3内壁上。此时,该马桶盖板锁扣机构100还包括按钮定位环82,该按钮定位环82具有供按钮4透出的透孔821,该按钮定位环82与套体3的按钮开孔31紧抵并避免按钮4弹出。需要说明的是,在本发明选用的实施例中,该马桶盖板锁扣机构100还包括用于限位左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23的限位组件(图中未示出),该限位组件为公知结构,通过该限位组件,当人们按下按钮4到位而放开按钮4后,该左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23会被限位组件所挡住而不会因为左卡位弹簧12和右卡位弹簧22而回归;并且,当人们使支座400脱离于该左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23时,该限位组件会被解除,从而使得左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23会分别在左卡位弹簧12和右卡位弹簧22的作用下而归位。当然,本发明在实施时,无需上述限位组件也可以实现基本功能,只要人们在将马桶盖板200脱离于马桶主体时,一直保持按住按钮4即可。
如图5至图6所示,该马桶盖板锁扣机构100还包括定位塞9,该定位塞9依次贯穿支座插入孔32和卡配孔131、231,并且该定位塞9具有中孔91,通过该中孔91,使得支座400可以实现与左卡位栓13和右卡位栓23相锁接。请参照图7,其为不具有所述定位塞9时的示意图,从图中可以明显得看出,该右转动机构21中的阻尼器24呈不固定状,容易摇摆,从而使得马桶盖板200的晃动量较大,同时支座400在插入时,可能会存在干涉,进而存在插入不到位的隐患;而通过采用了定位塞9则能充分解决前述问题,而具有使马桶盖板200摆动小,同时也让支座400能顺利地被导入。
下面请图8a至图8f所示,其所表示的为本发明涉及一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构100的拆卸流程图。
如图8a所示,此时马桶盖板200与支座400之间紧密配合,支座400则通过锁固机构而固定在马桶主体上;
如图8b所示,单手拇指按压按钮4,按钮4则压缩按钮弹簧81,此时手指需克服按钮弹簧81的弹力,由于左滑柱61、右滑柱62分别与左滑槽和右滑槽之间配合,使得左滑块51和右滑块52分别朝马桶盖板200的两端运动,进而使得左、右卡位栓13、23与支座400之间逐渐偏离锁紧趋势;
如图8c所示,继续按钮4按钮4达到最大位置处,从而使得左、右卡位栓13、23与支座400呈可脱离状态;
如图8d所示,拇指脱离,按钮4受按钮弹簧81的回复力作用而自动弹簧,此时受限位组件的限定,左、右卡位栓13、23与支座400之间仍呈现为可脱离的状态;
如图8e所示,拔动马桶盖板200并使整个马桶盖板200脱离于支座400,此时还同时触发限位组件,进而使得左、右卡位栓13、23脱离于限位组件的限位,并分别在左、右卡位弹簧22的作用下而复位;
如图8f所示,单手握持马桶盖板200,并将马桶盖板200插入支座400中,并利用左、右卡位栓23而将马桶盖板200锁固。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (10)

1 、一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,包括左转动机构、左卡位弹簧、左卡位栓、右卡位栓、右卡位弹簧以及右转动机构,该左转动机构、左卡位弹簧和左卡位栓与该右转动机构、右卡位弹簧和右卡位栓对称分设于马桶盖板的左右两侧,该左卡位栓和右卡位栓上都形成卡配孔;其特征在于,该马桶盖板锁扣机构还包括套体、按钮、左滑块和右滑块,该套体壁上形成有按钮开孔以及对应于卡配孔并可供支座贯穿的支座插入孔;该按钮容设于套体对应该按钮开孔的位置而不可滑出,该左滑块和右滑块均可滑动地容设于套体内并分设于按钮的左右两侧,而可与左卡位栓和右卡位栓抵接;该按钮、左滑块和右滑块之间还形成有能将按钮前后方向的位移转换为左、右滑块左右方向位移的位移转换机构。
2 、如权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该位移转换机构包括形成在左滑块右端部的左滑柱、形成在右滑块左端部的右滑柱、以及形成在按钮内侧并可分别供左滑柱和右滑柱滑设于其中的左斜槽和右斜槽,该左斜槽和右斜槽之间的间距由外至内逐渐变小。
3 、如权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该位移转换机构包括形成在左滑块右端部的左斜槽、形成在右滑块左端部的右斜槽、以及形成在按钮内侧并可分别滑设于左斜槽和右斜槽中的左滑柱和右滑柱,该左斜槽和右斜槽之间的间距由外至内逐渐变大。
4 、如权利要求2或3所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该左滑块的左端部还连接有可抵触于左卡位栓的左横向滑座,该右滑块的右端部还连接有可抵触于右卡位栓的右横向滑座,该左横向滑座和右横向滑座均容设于套体内。
5 、如权利要求2或3所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该马桶盖板锁扣机构还包括按钮弹簧,该按钮弹簧一端抵靠在按钮上,另一端抵靠在套体内壁上。
6 、如权利要求5所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该马桶盖板锁扣机构还包括按钮定位环,该按钮定位环具有供按钮透出的透孔,该按钮定位环与套体的按钮开孔紧抵并避免按钮弹出。
7 、如权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该左转动机构和右转动机构上均形成有承接缘,该套体两端分别经由两端的承接缘而连接于左转动机构和右转动机构上。
8 、如权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该套体包括内套和套设在内套外部的不锈钢外套。
9 、如权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该马桶盖板锁扣机构还包括依次贯穿支座插入孔和卡配孔的定位塞,该定位塞具有供支座贯通而可与左、右卡位栓卡配的中孔。
10 、如权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的马桶盖板锁扣机构,其特征在于,该套体的内壁上还形成有用于对左滑块和右滑块导向而使左滑块和右滑块在左右方向运动的轨道。
