Description
The present invention relates to a sanitary, more
particularly, to a quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit of
toilet.
Toilet is one of the daily-used sanitary, and it is
widely used in varies places. Generally, the toilet comprises a ceramic body
and a cover unit, and the cover unit comprises a seat and a seat cover, the
cover unit commonly is mounted to the body by an assembly mechanism so that the
cover unit can be rotated relative to the body (i.e. lift up or put down), in
rotating, it may only the cover or the seat be rotated, or both be rotated. in
prior art, the cover unit is mounted to the body by a quick
assemble-and-disassemble structure, which comprises an adapter, a supporter for
fixing the adapter, and a sleeve for containing the adapter member , the sleeve
is disposed in the lower portion of the cover unit, and the adapter is inserted
into the sleeve, the supporter is mounted on the body and having a pin, the
adapter has a reception bore along radial direction for recepting the pin, when
the pin is inserted into the adapter, the adapter will be supported, and a
long-hole for keep away the pin motion is disposed in the sleeve, thus, the
cover unit can be rotated relative to the adapter . Because the supporter is
fixed on the body, accordingly, the adapter is fixed on the body also, by the
cooperation between the pin of the supporter and the reception bore of the
adapter , a disassemble relationship is formed between the adapter and the
supporter, and then a disassemble relationship is formed between the cover unit
with adapter and the body with supporter Thus, it convenient to disassemble the
cover unit from the body, when the cover unit is needed to be mounted on body,
it only need to aim the reception bore of the adapter to the pin; when the
cover unit is needed to be disassembled, it only need to pull out the reception
bore of the adapter from the pin. Although this structure is very simple, but
when the cover unit is rotating, because the pin and the reception bore only
connected by the frictional force between them, so the pin of the supporter is
easy to be loose from the reception bore of the adapter, i.e. in any position
in rotating way of the cover unit, the cover unit may be loose from the pin,
and then loose from the body, thus affect the use of the cover unit.
Accordingly, a button unit is added to the adapter to
lock the pin inserted in the reception bore of the adapter. In assembly, this
cover unit with button unit only needed to aim the reception bore of the
adapter of the cover unit at the pin of the supporter and inserted in, when the
pin is inserted in the reception bore, the button unit will lock the pin in the
reception bore of the adapter, thus the adapter and the supporter can be
connected together and realize the quick-assembly. In disassembly, push the
button of the button unit, release the locking of the button unit to the pin in
the reception bore of the adapter, then the pin of the supporter can be pulled
out from the hole of the adapter, thus the adapter can be depart from the
supporter, i.e. the quick-disassembly of the cover unit is realize This
structure need to mount a quick assemble-disassemble mechanism in each side, so
two button units are needed to cooperate the corresponding quick
assemble-disassemble mechanisms, in disassembly, the user must push the buttons
in the two sides of the cover unit, thus the disassembly is not convenient
enough. On the other hand, because the moving direction of the two buttons are
along the axis of the adapter, so the middle portion of the lower portion of
the cover unit must has abdication space for the hand pushing on the button,
thus affect the entirety appearance of the cover unit.
So, the applicant of the present invention has
disclosed a quick release auxiliary mechanism of toilet cover plate with
push-button type quick detaching and assembling bracket in CN201020300604, in
the application, a rod is provided, the two ends of the rod is a slant surface
or arc surface, when the rod is pressed, the two ends will push down the two
button units both.
But, the action between the slant surface to push the
button unit has the following disadvantages, firstly, it is to translate the
pushing force of radial direction to axis direction, the angle between the
pushing direction and the button moving direction is 90°, i.e. the push force
can not be used fully. Secondly, because it is cooperated by two slant
surfaces, if the slant surface has a large angle to the axis, then the push
force can be lower, but this need a relative large space in radial direction to
push a certain distance in axis direction, thus the mounting chamber must be
larger and affect the appearance; if the slant surface has a smaller angle to
the axis, then this need a relative smaller space in radial direction to push a
certain distance in axis direction, but the push force must be strong, and the
radial moving is not easy to be translated to the axis moving.
The primary object of the present invention is to
provide a quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit of toilet to
obviate the disadvantage in prior art, the structure of the present invention
can improve the convenience of the disassembly of the cover unit, and improve
the appearance of the cover unit, and is easy to be operated.
Solutions:
A quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover
unit comprises:
two adapters, each has a radial reception bore, the
corresponding position of the body has two pins, the pins are inserted to the
radial reception bores of the adapters to connect the adapter and the body;
two button units, inserted in two sleeves respectively
for locking or unlocking the pin inserted in the reception bores of the
adapters, and further comprises a rod, said rod has a pushing site for being
pressed, wherein:
said button unit is mounted in the circumference
surface of the adapter and can be moved along the radial direction of the
adapter, the two ends of the rod are contact to the two button units, when the
rod is pressed and moved along radial direction of the adapter, the two button
unit are pressed by the two ends of the rod and move along radial direction
also to lock or unlock the pin inserted in the reception bore of the adapter .
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a
mounting chamber connected to the two sleeves of the two sides is disposed in
the middle of the lower portion of the cover unit, and the rod is mounted
inside the mounting chamber, an opening for pressing the rod is disposed in the
mounting chamber.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
said button unit comprises a pressing piece and an inserting piece vertical to
the pressing piece, the inserting piece has a hole for inserting the pin of the
supporter; the circumference surface of the adapter has a groove, a through
hole for inserting the inserting piece of the button unit is disposed in the
groove along radial direction, a reception bore for inserting the pin of the
supporter is disposed along radial direction of the adapter, and the reception
bore is cross to the through hole; a spring is disposed between the adapter and
the button unit, one end of the spring is abut against the side of the adapter,
and the second end of the spring is abut against the inner side of the button
unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
each of the two ends of the mounting chamber has an elastomer unit respectively
for making the adapter move away from the mounting chamber along the axis
direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
said elastomer unit is spring.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a
returning mechanism for the rod is disposed in the mounting chamber.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
said returning mechanism comprises a radial pole disposed in the mounting
chamber, and the pole is vertical to the rod, a spring is sleeved on the
outside the pole. Thus when the rod is pressed, the rod can be limited in
radial direction, this improve the pressing direction and can let the rod
recover after being pressed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a
guiding rib is disposed in the adapter, and a corresponding guiding groove is
disposed in the inner wall of the mounting chamber. The cooperation between the
guiding rib and the guiding groove can improve the assembly accuracy of the
adapter.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
said cover unit comprises a seat and a seat cover, said two sleeves are set in
the two sides of the lower portion of the seat, and said mounting chamber is
set between said two sleeves of the seat.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
said pushing site is set in the middle of the rod.
Advantages of the present invention: in the invention,
a mounting chamber connected to the two sleeves is set in the middle of the
lower portion of the cover unit, a rod is disposed in the mounting chamber, the
two ends of the rod are contact to the two buttons in the two ends, and the rod
has a pressing portion, this structure can convert the pressing on the pushing
site of the rod into the pressing on the two button units contact with the two
ends of the rod, i.e. pressing the rod once will press the two button units of
the two ends, thus obviate the disadvantages that must press the two button
units two times to unlock, thus improve the convenience of disassembling the
cover unit, And this pressing is to convert the radial moving of the middle of
the rod into the radial moving in the two ends, this saving effort and is easy
to be designed; on the other hand, because a mounting chamber connected to the
two sleeves is set in the middle of the lower portion of the cover unit, the
lower portion of the cover unit is formed am integrated structure and the
abdication space is not needed, thus the appearance of the cover unit is
improved, and then the competitiveness of the product is improved
accordingly.

disposed in the two sides of the lower portion of the cover unit, for assemble
the adapter member 5; the cover unit comprises a seat 1 and a cover 2, the two
sleeves 1-1 are disposed in the two sides of the seat 1 respectively, and the
two sides of the cover 2 have sleeves also, the sleeves 1-1 of the seat 1 are
used for mounting the damping device 5-1, the sleeves of the cover 2 are
partially sleeved to the damping device 5-1, thus the seat 1 and the cover 2
can rotate relative to the adapter member 5-2 synchronously or respectively;
each of the two sleeves has a button 5-3 inside for locking or unlocking the
pin 6-1 inserted in the reception bore 5-21 of the adapter ; the
quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit of toilet not only
comprises the adapter member 5, it further comprises a supporter 6 with a pin
6-1.
The difference of the adapter member of the present
invention to prior art is that: in prior art, the adapter and the button unit
are cooperated in axis direction, i.e. the button unit is insert in or away
from the axis direction of the adapter, so the button unit is loose or lock the
pin, in the present invention, the adapter and the button unit are cooperated
in radial direction, i.e. the button unit is insert in or away from the radial
direction of the adapter. it may be seem as the button unit in prior art
rotated 90 degree relative to the adapter member, then the button unit is set
in the circumferential surface.
Referring to FIG.5 and FIG.6, the adapter member 5
comprises a damping device 5-1, an adapter 5-2, a button unit 5-3 and a spring
5-4, herein the button unit comprises a pressing piece 5-31 and an inserting
piece 5-32 vertical to the pressing piece 5-31, the inserting piece has a hole
5-33 for mounting the pin 6-1 of the supporter; the circumferential surface of
the adapter has a groove 5-22, a through hole 5-24 for inserting the inserting
piece of the button unit is disposed in the groove 5-22 along radial direction,
a reception bore 5-21 for recepting the pin 6-1 of the supporter is disposed
along radial direction of the adapter 5-2 , the reception bore 5-21 is cross to
the through hole 5-24; a spring 5-4 is disposed between the adapter 5-2 and the
button unit 5-3, one end of the spring is abut against the side of the adapter
5-2, and the second end of the spring is is abut against the inner side of the
button unit. By the button unit 5-3 moving in the through hole 5-24, the pin
6-1 inserted in the reception bore 5-21 of the adapter 5-2 can be locked or
unlocked; when the pin 6-1 is inserted in the reception bore 5-21 of the
adapter 5-2, it will be locked by the button unit 5-3 automatically. i.e. the
pin 6-1 inserted into the inserting hole 5-33 of the inserting piece 5-32 of
the button unit 5-3, then by action of the spring 5-4, the fringe of the
inserting hole 5-33 is clamped in the groove 6-11 of the pin 6-1, when the
button 5-3 is pressed, , the fringe of the inserting hole 5-33 is loose from
the groove 6-11 of the pin 6-1, then the pin is unlocked.
The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure further
comprises a rod 7 coaxially to the adapter 5-2; and a mounting chamber 3 is set
between the two sleeves 1-1 of the seat 1; the rod 7 is disposed in the
mounting chamber 3 and the two ends of the rod is contact to the button unit
5-3; the middle of the rod 7 has a pushing site 7-1, the mounting chamber 3 has
an opening 3-1 for the pushing site 7-1 of the rod.
Herein: each of the two ends of the mounting chamber 3
has a spring 4 respectively used for letting the adapter 5-2 moving away from
the mounting chamber 3. thus in disassembly, it convenient to take the adapter
5-2 from the mounting chamber.
a returning mechanism for the rod is disposed in the
mounting chamber 3. Said returning mechanism comprises a radial spring locating
pole 3-2 which is vertical to the rod, a spring 7-2 sleeved on the outside of
the spring locating pole 3-2, and two limiting pole 3-3, Thus when the rod is
pressed, the rod can be limited in radial direction, this improve the pressing
direction and can let the rod recover after being pressed.
The adapter 5-2 has a guiding rib 5-23 on the
circumference surface, and the inner wall of the mounting chamber 3 has a
guiding groove 3-4 in the inner wall corresponding to the rib 5-23. The rib
5-23 and the guiding groove 3-4 can improve the inserting accuracy of the
adapter.
If the cover unit is needed to be mounted on the body,
it only need to aim the reception bore 5-21 of the adapter 5-2 of the cover
unit at the pin 6-1 of the supporter on the body and then insert it, when the
pin 6-1 is inserted into the reception bore 5-21, the pin 6-1 is locked by the
button 5-3, the button 5-3 is in reset status, and the spring 5-4 is in the
extended status, i.e. the button 5-3 is in release status, the two ends 7-3 of
the rod are contacted to the two pressing piece 5-31 of the two button unit.
when the cover unit is needed to be disassembled from the body, press the
pushing site 7-1 of the rod 7, thus the rod 7 can move along the radial
direction of the chamber, because the two ends 7-3 are contact to the pressing
piece 5-31 of the button unit, the radial moving of the rod 7 is make the
button unit 5-3 to move on the radial direction also, the button unit 5-3 then
press the spring 5-4, and the button unit 5-3 loose from the pin 6-1, then the
pin 6-1 can be take out from the reception bore 5-21 of the adapter member,
thus the cover unit and the body are separated. because the pressing on the rod
can be converted to be the pressing the two button units 5-3 at a time, thus
obviate the disadvantages that must press the two buttons two times to unlock;
and when the cover unit is separated, the rod needed not to be pressed again,
and then the button unit 5-3 is returned by the spring 5-4, and the rod
returned also by the elastomer mechanism.
While it is apparent that the preferred embodiment of
the invention disclosed is well calculated to fulfill the objects stated above,
it will be appreciated that the invention is susceptible to modification,
variation and change without departing from the proper scope or fair meaning of
the subjoined claims.
The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the
cover unit of the present invention provided a rod disposed in the mounting
chamber, the two ends of the rod are contact to the two buttons in the two
ends, and the rod has a pressing portion, pressing the rod once will press the
two button units of the two ends on a time, thus obviate the disadvantages that
must press the two button units two times to unlock, and this pressing is to
convert the radial moving of the middle of the rod into the radial moving in
the two ends, this saving effort and is easy to be designed.
Claims (10)
- A quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit comprising:two adapters, each has a radial reception bore, the corresponding position of the body has two pins, the pins are inserted to the radial reception bores of the adapters to connect the adapter and the body;two button units, inserted in two sleeves respectively for locking or unlocking the pin inserted in the reception bores of the adapters, and further comprises a rod, said rod has a pushing site for being pressed, wherein:said button unit is mounted in the circumference surface of the adapter and can be moved along the radial direction of the adapter, the two ends of the rod are contact to the two button units respectively, when the rod is pressed and moved along radial direction of the adapter, the two button unit are pressed by the two ends of the rod and move along radial direction also to lock or unlock the pin inserted in the reception bore of the adapter.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 1, wherein a mounting chamber connected to the two sleeves of the two sides is disposed in the middle of the lower portion of the cover unit, and the rod is mounted inside the mounting chamber, an opening for pressing the rod is disposed in the mounting chamber.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 1, wherein said button unit comprises a pressing piece and an inserting piece vertical to the pressing piece, the inserting piece has a hole for inserting the pin of the supporter; the circumference surface of the adapter has a groove, a through hole for inserting the inserting piece of the button unit is disposed in the groove along radial direction, a reception bore for inserting the pin of the supporter is disposed along radial direction of the adapter, and the reception bore is cross to the through hole; a spring is disposed between the adapter and the button unit, one end of the spring is abut against the side of the adapter, and the second end of the spring is abut against the inner side of the button unit.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 1, wherein each of the two ends of the mounting chamber has an elastomer unit respectively for making the adapter move away from the mounting chamber along the axis direction.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 1, wherein said elastomer unit is spring.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 1, wherein a returning mechanism for the rod is disposed in the mounting chamber.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 6, wherein said returning mechanism comprises a radial pole disposed in the mounting chamber, and the pole is vertical to the rod, a spring is sleeved on the outside the pole.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 1, wherein a guiding rib is disposed in the adapter, and a corresponding guiding groove is disposed in the inner wall of the mounting chamber.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 1, wherein said cover unit comprises a seat and a seat cover, said two sleeves are set in the two sides of the lower portion of the seat, and said mounting chamber is set between said two sleeves of the seat.
- The quick-disassemble auxiliary structure for the cover unit according to claim 1, wherein said pushing site is set in the middle of the rod.
