有益效果
本发明中,当需要调小头盔时,旋动旋钮外圈,旋钮外圈带动齿轮座转动,由于齿轮座与旋钮锁扣上的锁扣配合的齿圈为单向,利用齿圈与锁扣之间斜面作用而使齿轮座与锁扣之间解锁,齿轮座转动,并带动齿轮转动,齿轮带动两齿条相对收缩,从而前壳体向后移动,头盔变小,在此过程中,两拉簧的后端分别随两齿条移动,两拉簧被拉长,当调至合适位置时,松开旋钮外圈,旋钮锁扣在弹性件弹性抵压作用下再次与齿轮座的单向齿圈配合卡紧,齿轮座与齿轮无法转动,从而前壳体与后壳体相对固定;当用户在按摩过程中,感觉到按摩力度大难以承受或不想使用时,或者想调大头盔时,按动旋钮锁扣上盖,利用弹性件使旋钮锁扣反向移动与齿轮座解锁,这样,齿轮座可转动,齿轮也不再受限,拉簧得以释放,前壳体瞬间被向前弹回,齿条在拉簧的作用下移动复位,从而增大前壳体与后壳体之间的间距,即头盔被调大。上述大小调节结构中,旋钮与按钮设计为一体,通过两种方式实现头盔的调节,这种操作结构更方便,且内部结构更可靠。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1至图4,本发明提供了一种头部按摩器,此头部按摩器呈头盔状,此头盔由前壳体100与后壳体200组合而成,而头盔的大小是通过设于前壳体100与后壳体200之间的大小调节结构来实现,从而适应不同使用者的头型。
参照图5至图8,所述头盔大小调节结构包括连接于前壳体100与后壳体200之间的两齿条300。两齿条300的前端部分别与前壳体100连接,两齿条300的后端部相互重叠于后壳体200处,且重叠处通过一调节装置400相对收缩或扩展,从而带动前壳体100相对后壳体200移动。具体地,调节装置400包括由外向内伸入后壳体200的转轴410以及设于转轴410内端部的齿轮420。两齿条300重叠部分均具有齿槽310,其中一齿条300的齿槽310设有上齿牙311,另一齿条300的齿槽310设有下齿牙312,齿轮420的上部与下部分别与上齿牙311、下齿牙312啮合。这样,齿轮420在转动时通过与上齿牙311、下齿牙312啮合,带动两齿条300相对收缩或扩展,从而可以将头盔调小或调大。齿轮420外侧还固定一齿轮盖430。转轴410外端部还设有旋钮组件500以及将旋钮组件500锁紧的锁紧组件600。旋钮组件500包括旋钮外圈510、与旋钮外圈510配合的旋钮外壳520以及设于旋钮外壳520内且可随旋钮外圈510及旋钮外壳520转动的齿轮座530。锁紧组件600包括设于旋钮外圈510与旋钮外壳520内的旋钮锁扣610、与旋钮锁扣610卡接的旋钮锁扣上盖620以及弹性件630。齿轮座530位于旋钮锁扣610内,齿轮座530上设有单向齿圈531,旋钮锁扣610上设有可卡于单向齿圈531上的锁扣611,这样,通过锁扣611与单向齿圈531的配合将齿轮座530锁紧,避免其转动,而弹性件630设于旋钮锁扣上盖620上用于通过抵顶旋钮锁扣上盖620来抵压旋钮锁扣610以使锁扣611与单向齿圈531配合卡紧,而齿轮座530上还设有齿牙532,齿牙532依次穿过旋钮锁扣610及旋钮外壳520与齿轮420啮合。本实施例中,大小调节结构还包括两拉簧700,各拉簧700的前端固定于后壳体200上,各拉簧700的后端分别固定于两齿条300上。本实施例中,当需要调小头盔时,旋动旋钮外圈510,旋钮外圈510带动齿轮座530转动,由于齿轮座530与旋钮锁扣610上的锁扣611配合的齿圈为单向,利用单向齿圈531与锁扣611之间斜面作用而使齿轮座530与锁扣611之间解锁,齿轮座530转动,并带动齿轮420转动,齿轮420带动两齿条300相对收缩,从而前壳体100向后移动,头盔变小,在此过程中,两拉簧700的后端分别随两齿条300移动,两拉簧700被拉长,当调至合适位置时,松开旋钮外圈 510,旋钮锁扣610在弹性件630弹性抵压作用下再次与齿轮座530的单向齿圈531配合卡紧,齿轮座530与齿轮420无法转动,从而前壳体100与后壳体200相对固定;当用户在按摩过程中,感觉到按摩力度大难以承受或不想使用时,或者想调大头盔时,按动旋钮锁扣上盖620,利用弹性件630使旋钮锁扣610反向移动与齿轮座530解锁,这样,齿轮座530可转动,齿轮420也不再受限,拉簧700得以释放,前壳体100瞬间被向前弹回,从而增大前壳体100与后壳体200之间的间距,即头盔被调大。本实施例中提供的大小调节结构中,旋钮与按钮设计为一体,通过两种方式实现头盔的调节,这种操作结构更方便,且内部结构更可靠。
具体地,参照图7、图8,齿轮座530包括呈圆盘状的座体533以及设于座体533中心的圆柱状的凸起534,单向齿圈531绕座体533的一表面设置,凸起534与单向齿圈531设于同一表面。齿牙532设于凸起534上,齿牙532为两组,且相对设置,两组齿牙532位于凸起534的圆周上,这样,两组齿牙532均可于齿轮420相啮合。
本实施例中,旋钮外圈510、旋钮外壳520以及齿轮座530三者固定于一体形成上述的旋钮组件500,三者可一起旋转。具体地,三者之间的连接关系为:齿轮座530的座体533上还设有两固定柱535,两固定柱535以凸起534为中心对称设置,各固定柱535上均设有固定孔5351;旋钮外壳520呈筒状结构,且一端具有底板521,另一端无底板呈全开口状,且底板521上设有中心孔,底板521内侧对应设有可分别伸入各固定孔5351内的连接柱522,这样,通过连接柱522与固定孔 5351之间的配合将齿轮座530与旋钮外壳520固定;同时,旋钮外圈510呈环状结构,且其内侧设有两连接孔511,旋钮外壳520内侧设有可分别卡入两连接孔511内的连接凸块523;这样,通过连接凸块523与连接孔511的配合将旋钮外壳520与旋钮外圈510固定,从而通过上述结构,将旋钮外圈510、旋钮外壳520以及齿轮座530连接于一体。
请再参照图7、图8,旋钮锁扣610呈中空的筒状结构,其内壁上设有第一卡槽 612;而旋钮锁扣上盖620呈圆形盖状结构,其设有向内侧延伸的第一卡钩621,第一卡钩621向外钩设于第一卡槽612内。进一步地,旋钮锁扣610的筒壁上还设有两缺口613,而旋钮锁扣上盖620上设有可分别卡入两缺口613内的卡块622,这样,通过缺口613与卡块622的配合,不仅便于旋钮锁扣610与旋钮锁扣上盖 620安装时定位,而且也使二者之间的连接更为紧密。
参照图9至图12,本实施例中,旋钮锁扣上盖620中心向内侧延伸一凸台623,弹性件630套设于凸台623上,转轴410由凸台623中心穿过,转轴410上设有一台阶411,弹性件630的另一端抵顶于台阶411处。具体地,弹性件630为弹簧。由于旋钮锁扣上盖620上的第一卡钩621向外钩设于旋钮锁扣610的第一卡槽612内,弹性件630在预装配时,其是处于压缩状,其对外侧的旋钮锁扣上盖620具有向外的作用力,而故此作用力也间接使第一卡钩621对第一卡槽612具有向外的作用力,此时旋钮锁扣610也受到向外的作用力而使得其与齿轮座530之间的配合更紧密。
进一步地,为避免旋钮锁扣上盖620转动,旋钮锁扣上盖620上还固定一防转片800。具体地,防转片800呈长方形块状结构,其设有中心孔810,转轴410的端部由中心孔810伸出并通过螺钉固定。由于转轴410与后壳体200固定,其不可转动,这样防转片800也固定不动,不能转动。而防转片800又固定于旋钮锁扣上盖620上,故旋钮锁扣上盖620也不能转动。具体地,防转片800上设有对应插入旋钮锁扣上盖620的连接轴820,通过连接轴820将防转片800固定于旋钮锁扣上盖620上。
本实施例中,为了更好的按动旋钮锁扣上盖620,旋钮锁扣上盖620外侧还设有旋钮按键640,旋钮外圈510内部中空,旋钮按键640裸露于旋钮外圈510的中空孔处,这样,方便按压旋钮按键640。具体地,旋钮锁扣上盖620上设有第二卡槽624,旋钮按键640上设有可卡入第二卡槽624内的第二卡钩641,这样,通过第二卡槽624与第二卡钩641的配合将旋钮按键640固定于旋钮锁扣上盖620上。
请再参照图10,当需要调小头盔时,旋动旋钮外圈510,旋钮外圈510带动齿轮座530转动,由于齿轮座530与旋钮锁扣610上的锁扣配合的齿圈为单向,利用单向齿圈531与锁扣611之间斜面作用而使齿轮座530与锁扣611之间解锁,齿轮座 530转动,并带动齿轮420转动,齿轮420带动两齿条300相对收缩,从而前壳体 100向后移动,头盔变小,在此过程中,两拉簧700的后端分别随两齿条300移动,两拉簧700被拉长,当调至合适位置时,松开旋钮外圈510,旋钮锁扣610在弹性件630抵压作用下向外移动,这样旋钮锁扣610上的锁扣611再次与齿轮座530的单向齿圈531配合卡紧,齿轮座530与齿轮420无法转动,从而前壳体100与后壳体200相对固定。
请再参照图12,当用户在按摩过程中,感觉到按摩力度大难以承受或不想使用时,或者想调大头盔时,按动旋钮按键640,旋钮锁扣上盖620向内侧移动,推动旋钮锁扣610向内侧移动,这样,旋钮锁扣610上的锁扣611与齿轮座530解锁,齿轮座530可转动,齿轮420也不再受限,拉簧700得以释放,前壳体100瞬间被向前弹回,齿条300在拉簧700的作用下移动复位,从而增大前壳体100与后壳体200之间的间距,即头盔被调大。
综上,本实施例中,采用旋动与按动两种操作方式实现大小调节,使得操作更容易,而且调节结构合为一体,结构更精简,成本更低,提高了产品可靠性及市场竞争力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种头盔大小调节结构,设于头部按摩器的头盔的前壳体与后壳体之间,包括连接于所述前壳体与所述后壳体之间的两齿条,所述两齿条的后端部相互重叠,且重叠处通过一调节装置相对收缩或扩展,所述调节装置包括由外向内伸入的转轴以及设于所述转轴内端部的齿轮,所述齿轮的上部与下部分别与各齿条啮合,所述转轴外端部还设有旋钮组件以及将所述旋钮组件锁紧的锁紧组件,其特征在于:还包括两拉簧,各所述拉簧的前端固定于所述后壳体上,各所述拉簧的后端分别固定于所述两齿条上,所述旋钮组件包括旋钮外圈、与所述旋钮外圈配合的旋钮外壳以及设于所述旋钮外壳内且可随所述旋钮外圈及旋钮外壳转动的齿轮座,所述锁紧组件包括设于所述旋钮外圈与所述旋钮外壳内的旋钮锁扣、与所述旋钮锁扣卡接的旋钮锁扣上盖以及弹性件,所述齿轮座位于所述旋钮锁扣内,所述齿轮座上设有单向齿圈,所述旋钮锁扣上设有可卡于所述单向齿圈上的锁扣,所述弹性件设于所述旋钮锁扣上盖上用于通过抵顶所述旋钮锁扣上盖来抵压所述旋钮锁扣以使所述锁扣与所述单向齿圈配合卡紧,所述齿轮座上还设有齿牙,所述齿牙依次穿过所述旋钮锁扣及所述旋钮外壳与所述齿轮啮合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头盔大小调节结构,其特征在于:所述齿轮座包括座体以及设于所述座体上的凸起,所述单向齿圈绕所述座体的一表面设置,所述齿牙设于所述凸起上,且所述齿牙为两组,相对设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头盔大小调节结构,其特征在于:所述座体上还设有两固定柱,所述两固定柱以所述凸起为中心对称设置,各所述固定柱上均设有固定孔,所述旋钮外壳上对应设有可分别伸入各所述固定孔内的连接柱;所述旋钮外圈内侧设有两连接孔,所述旋钮外壳内侧设有可分别卡入所述两连接孔内的连接凸块。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的头盔大小调节结构,其特征在于:所述旋钮锁扣内侧还设有第一卡槽,所述旋钮锁扣上盖设有向内侧延伸的第一卡钩,所述第一卡钩向外钩设于所述第一卡槽内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的头盔大小调节结构,其特征在于:所述旋钮锁扣上盖中心向内侧延伸凸台,所述弹性件套设于所述凸台上,所述转轴由所述凸台中心穿过,所述转轴上设有一台阶,所述弹性件的另一端抵顶于所述台阶处。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的头盔大小调节结构,其特征在于:所述旋钮锁扣上盖上还固定一防转片。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的头盔大小调节结构,其特征在于:所述防转片设有中心孔,所述转轴的端部由所述中心孔伸出并通过螺钉固定,所述防转片上还设有对应插入所述旋钮锁扣上盖的连接轴。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的头盔大小调节结构,其特征在于:所述旋钮锁扣上盖外侧还设有旋钮按键,所述旋钮外圈内部中空,所述旋钮按键裸露于所述旋钮外圈的中空孔处。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的头盔大小调节结构,其特征在于:所述旋钮锁扣上盖上设有第二卡槽,所述旋钮按键上设有可卡入所述第二卡槽内的第二卡钩。
  10. 一种头部按摩器,包括头盔,其特征在于:所述头盔上对称设有如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的大小调节结构。
