参照图1,为本实用新型调节式头盔1的一较佳实施例的立体分解示意图。本实施例中,调节式头盔1包括圈状的纬向壳体11及跨接于纬向壳体11上的经向壳体12,纬向壳体11及经向壳体12中至少之一由可相互移动的两壳体拼接而成。本实施例中,纬向壳体11由可相互移动的第一壳体13及第二壳体14拼接而成,经向壳体由可相互移动的第三壳体15及第四壳体16组成。第一壳体13及第二壳体14拼接处、第三壳体15及第四壳体16的拼接处均设有调节装置2。以下先以纬向壳体11为例进行描述。
调节装置2包括设于第一壳体13及第二壳体14外侧的固定壳21,安装于固定壳21上的旋钮22以及固定于旋钮22内侧且作用于所述第一壳体13及第二壳体14上的调节块。调节装置2内设有一双向锁紧机构3。
作为本实用新型的一实施例,参照图2及图4,双向锁紧机构3包括棘轮31及棘轮座32,棘轮31具有方向相反的上棘扣311及下棘扣312,棘轮座32套设于棘轮31上,棘轮座32上设有分别与上棘扣311及下棘扣312配合的上棘齿圈321及下棘齿圈322。棘轮31固定于旋钮22内侧,调节块固定于棘轮31的内侧。
具体地,棘轮31包括一柱状的本体313,上棘扣311及下棘扣312沿本体313的轴向上、下错位设置,且上棘扣311及下棘扣312分别为半圆形结构,两半圆形结构沿本体313的一径向轴线对称设置。上棘扣311及下棘扣312上沿径向轴线对称设有第一安装槽3111、3121,两个第一安装槽3111、3121位于同一圆周线上的。旋钮22内侧设有两对称的第一固定柱221,安装时两个第一固定柱221分别对应置于第一安装槽3111、3121内。通过上述相互配合的第一安装槽3111、3121及第一固定柱221,有效拉动棘轮31与棘轮座32分离。
具体地,下棘扣312上且位于径向轴线处设有两个第二固定柱3122,两个第一固定柱3122均抵顶上棘扣311的边缘。旋钮22的内侧对应设有两个第二安装槽222,安装时所述两个第二固定柱3122分别滑设于所述两个第二安装槽222内。而通过设置上述相互配合的第二安装槽222及第二固定柱3122,使得旋钮22旋转时有效带动棘轮31旋转。
作为本实用新型实施例的一优化方案,上棘扣311与本体313之间设有镂空的间隙314,下棘扣312与本体313之间也设有镂空的间隙314,且间隙314呈曲线状。采用这种间隙设计,使得上棘扣311与下棘扣312弹性更好,在旋转时更容易与棘轮座32分离。
作为本实用新型的一实施例,棘轮座32为一中空的套状结构,上棘齿圈321设于套状结构中空内孔的外侧,下棘齿圈322设于上棘齿圈321的内侧。上棘齿圈321具有的上棘齿3211的左侧齿面为直角面,右侧齿面为倾斜斜面,下棘齿圈322具有的下棘齿3221的左侧齿面为倾斜斜面,右侧齿面为直角面。请结合图2,棘轮31的上棘扣311的外侧边缘设有一第一凸起3112,下棘扣312的外侧边缘设有一第二凸起3123。第一凸起3112沿棘轮31圆周方向的内侧面为直角面,外侧面为圆弧面,第二凸起3123沿棘轮31圆周方向的内侧面为直角面,外侧面为圆弧面。棘轮座32套设于棘轮31的外侧,此时,第一凸起3112的直角面卡于上棘齿圈321上的上棘齿3211的左侧齿面处,第二凸起3123的直角面卡于下棘齿圈322上的下棘齿3221的右侧齿面处。
作为本实用新型的一实施例,纬向壳体11由第一壳体13及第二壳体14拼接而成,第一壳体13及第二壳体14于拼接处分别设有相互重叠第一卡槽131及第二卡槽141。第一卡槽131的上槽沿开设有上齿条1311,第二卡槽141的下槽沿开设有下齿条1411。本实施例中,调节块即为穿设于第一卡槽131及第二卡槽141且分别与上齿条1311与下齿条1411啮合的齿轮23。参照图2、图3,旋钮22的中心设有一固定孔223,棘轮31的本体313中心设有一通孔3131,齿轮23的传动轴231的一端穿过通孔2331旋入固定于固定孔223内,另一端固定于第二壳体14的内部,这样,即通过传动轴231将齿轮23与棘轮31、旋钮22固定于一体。本实施例中,通过与齿轮23啮合的上齿条1311及下齿条1411实现第一壳体13及第二壳体14之间的相互移动,调节第一壳体13及第二壳体14使二者相互移动的结构不限于上述的结构,也可以采用其它的方式,如重叠设置并利用对应活动扣的方式来进行调节。
作为本实用新型的一实施例,第一壳体13及第二壳体14的拼接处的外侧还设有一齿条盖24,齿条盖24固定于第二壳体14上。上述的固定壳21设于齿条盖24的外侧。齿条盖24的纬向长度与第一卡槽131及第二卡槽141完全扩张时的长度之和。齿条盖24的中部开设有可供齿轮23伸出的中心孔241。这样,第一壳体13及第二壳体14在收缩或扩张时,其第一卡槽131及第二卡槽141均被完全遮盖于齿条盖24下方,对上齿条1311及下齿条1411均起到保护作用。
本实施例中调节装置2及双向锁紧机构3安装时,由固定壳21上的安装孔211的正面依次装入棘轮座32、棘轮31及旋钮22,且使棘轮31的上棘扣311与下棘扣312处于分别与棘轮座32的上棘齿圈321及下棘齿圈322卡合的状态。将安装好的固定壳21固定于纬向壳体11上,使已安装于纬向壳体11上齿轮23的传动轴231穿过棘轮31固定于旋钮22的固定孔223上。
请参照图5,本实施例中,调节式头盔1常态下旋钮22未旋转时,旋钮22上的两个对称的第一固定柱221分别位于两个第一安装槽3111、3121的中心,此时,棘轮31的上棘扣311与下棘扣312处于分别与棘轮座32的上棘齿圈321及下棘齿圈322卡合的状态,齿轮23不能转动,上齿条1311及下齿条1411也不能与齿轮23啮合传动而有位移,从而第一壳体13及第二壳体14之间不会有相互的移动,纬向壳体11不会收缩或扩张。
参照图2、图3、图4、图6,当顺时针旋转旋钮22时,由于棘轮31上的两个第二固定柱3122分别对应设于旋钮22的两个第二安装槽222内,故在两个第二固定柱3122的带动下,棘轮31随旋钮22转动。由于旋钮22转动时固定于旋钮22内侧的两个第一固定柱221随之顺时针旋转,其中位于第一安装槽3121内的第一固定柱221向下运动,位于第一安装槽3111内的第一固定柱221向上运动,由于棘轮31的下棘扣312与棘轮座32的下棘齿圈322的卡合面位于下棘齿3221的右侧,这样,在两个第一固定柱221的拉动下,下棘扣312上的第二凸起3123的直角面与下棘齿圈322的下棘齿3221的右侧直角齿面分离;而上棘扣311在顺时针旋转时其第一凸起3112的圆弧面与上棘齿圈321的上棘齿3211的倾斜斜面平稳过渡而分离,这样,棘轮31完全脱离棘轮座32的约束而运动,从而带动齿轮23顺时针运动,此时,与齿轮23上、下啮合的上齿条1311及下齿条1411分别向内运动,从而第一壳体13及第二壳体14向内收缩,即纬向壳体11纬向尺寸变小。当旋钮22停止旋转时,旋转的第一凸起3112和第二凸起3123也停止转动,且恰好卡于第一凸起3112和第二凸起3123所在位置处的上棘齿3211和下棘齿3221上,这样在无外力作用下,棘轮31固定无法转动,因此齿轮23也无法旋转,从而保证上齿条1311及下齿条1411无法向内或向外运动,从而于扩张或收缩方向均对纬向壳体11进行锁定。
同样地,参照图2、图3、图4及图7,当逆时针旋转旋钮22时,在两个第二固定柱3122的带动下,棘轮31随旋钮22转动。旋钮22转动时固定于旋钮22内侧的两个第一固定柱221随之逆时针旋转,其中位于第一安装槽3121内的第一固定柱221向上运动,位于第一安装槽3111内的第一固定柱221向下运动,由于棘轮31的上棘扣311与棘轮座32的上棘齿圈321的卡合面位于上棘齿3211的左侧,这样,在两个第一固定柱221的拉动下,上棘扣311与上棘齿圈321的上棘齿3211分离;而下棘扣312在顺时针旋转时其第二凸起3123的圆弧面与下棘齿圈322的下棘齿3221的倾斜斜面平稳过渡而分离,这样,棘轮31完全脱离棘轮座32的约束而运动,从而带动齿轮23逆时针运动,此时,与齿轮23上、下啮合的上齿条1311及下齿条1411分别向内运动,从而第一壳体13及第二壳体14向外扩张,即纬向壳体11纬向尺寸变大。同样地,当旋钮22停止旋转时,旋转的第一凸起3112和第二凸起3123也停止转动,且恰好卡于第一凸起3112和第二凸起3123所在位置处的上棘齿3211和下棘齿3221上,这样在无外力作用下,棘轮31固定无法转动,因此齿轮23也无法旋转,从而保证上齿条1311及下齿条1411无法向内或向外运动,从而于扩张或收缩方向均对纬向壳体11进行锁定。
本实施例中,经向壳体12上也设置有上述的调节装置2,其具体结构不再赘述。通过于纬向壳体11及经向壳体12的中部均设置上述的调节装置2,故于整个调节式头盔上只需设置两个调节装置即两个旋钮22即可实现纬向及经向的调节,与现有技术中设置三个调节旋钮的结构相比,本实施例中的结构更简单,操作也更方便。
本实用新型还提供了一种头部按摩器(图中未示出),所述头部按摩器包括上述的调节式头盔1及设于调节式头盔1上的按摩器。将上述调节式头盔1应用于头部按摩器上,只需两个旋钮22即可调节头部按摩器的头围大小,同时,调节后可对头盔进行双向锁定,头盔不能任意收缩或扩张,这样,按摩使用时也更方便。
以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种调节式头盔,包括圈状的纬向壳体及跨接于所述纬向壳体上的经向壳体,所述纬向壳体和所述经向壳体中至少一个上设有可调节壳体长度的调节装置,其特征在于:所述调节装置内设有一双向锁紧机构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的调节式头盔,其特征在于:所述双向锁紧机构包括相互卡合的棘轮及棘轮座。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的调节式头盔,其特征在于:所述棘轮具有方向相反的上棘扣及下棘扣,所述棘轮座套设于所述棘轮上,所述棘轮座上设有分别与所述上棘扣及下棘扣配合的上棘齿圈及下棘齿圈。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的调节式头盔,其特征在于:所述棘轮包括一本体,所述上棘扣及下棘扣沿所述本体的径向对称设置,所述上棘扣及下棘扣沿所述本体的轴向前、后设置,所述上棘扣及下棘扣上对称设有第一安装槽,所述两个第一安装槽位于同一圆周线上的,所述旋钮内侧设有可分别置于所述两个第一安装槽的第一固定柱。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的调节式头盔,其特征在于:所述下棘扣上且位于所述本体的径向轴线上设有第二固定柱,所述第二固定柱与所述上棘扣的边缘抵顶,所述旋钮的内侧对应设有可供所述第二固定柱旋转时滑设的第二安装槽。
  6. 如权利要求3或4或5所述的调节式头盔,其特征在于:所述上棘扣的外侧边缘设有一第一凸起,所述下棘扣的外侧边缘设有一第二凸起,所述第一凸起及第二凸起沿所述棘轮圆周方向的内侧面均为直角面,外侧面为圆弧面。
  7. 如权利要求4或5所述的调节式头盔,其特征在于:所述上棘扣及所述下棘扣与所述本体之间均设有镂空的间隙,且所述间隙呈曲线状。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的调节式头盔,其特征在于:所述调节装置包括设于所述纬向壳体或所述经向壳体外侧的固定壳,安装于固定壳上的旋钮以及安装于所述纬向壳体或经向壳体的调节块,所述棘轮固定于所述旋钮内侧,所述调节块固定于所述棘轮的内侧。
  9. 如权利要求2或8所述的调节式头盔,其特征在于:所述纬向壳体或所述经向壳体上至少之一设有相互重叠的第一卡槽及第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽的上槽沿开设有上齿条,所述第二卡槽的下槽沿开设有下齿条,所述调节块为穿设于所述第一卡槽及第二卡槽且分别与所述上齿条与下齿条啮合的齿轮。
  10. 一种按摩器,包括头盔及设于头盔上的按摩器,其特征在于:所述头盔为如权利要求1至9中任一项所述调节式头盔。
