具体地,所述下棘扣上且沿所述本体的径向中心线设有两第二固定柱,所述两第二固定柱分别与所述上棘扣的上边缘与下边缘抵顶,所述旋钮的内侧对应设有可分别供所述两第二固定柱旋转时滑设的第二安装槽。
进一步地,所述上棘扣与所述下棘扣与所述本体之间均设有镂空的间隙,且所述间隙呈曲线状。
有益效果
本发明中,利用调节装置带动两齿条收缩或扩展,间接带动两动力元件相对靠近或相对远离,从而调节两按摩头之间的相对距离,且同时,由于两按摩组件与连接组件均置于U形壳体内,而U形壳体为由上壳与下壳组合而成的整体结构,故U形壳体将两按摩组件完全包裹于内,两按摩组件在相对移动时,U形壳体上无间隙、裂缝存在,故不会夹到使用者头发;且较现有的人为弯折的方式,本发明中利用调节装置来调节两按摩组件之间的距离,这种调节方式更精确、可控,长期使用亦不会损伤连接部件的性能,使用寿命更长。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1、图2,本发明提供了一种颈部按摩器,包括两按摩组件100以及连接于两按摩组件100之间的连接组件200,还包括扣合于一体形成U形壳体的上壳300与下壳400,两按摩组件100与连接组件200均置于U形壳体内,两按摩组件100均包括动力元件110以及由动力元件110驱动的按摩头120,连接组件200包括分别与各动力元件110连接的两齿条210以及将两齿条210相对收缩或扩展的调节装置。本发明中,利用调节装置带动两齿条210收缩或扩展,间接带动两动力元件110相对靠近或相对远离,从而调节两按摩头120之间的相对距离,且同时,由于两按摩组件100与连接组件200均置于U形壳体内,而U形壳体为由上壳300与下壳400组合而成的整体结构,故U形壳体将两按摩组件100完全包裹于内,两按摩组件100在相对移动时,U形壳体上无间隙、裂缝存在,故不会夹到使用者头发;且较现有的人为弯折的方式,本发明中利用调节装置来调节两按摩组件100之间的距离,这种调节方式更精确、可控,长期使用亦不会损伤连接部件的性能,使用寿命更长。
具体地,参照图2,本实施例中,动力元件110为变速箱,变速箱具有第一输出轴111与第二输出轴,各按摩组件100均包括两按摩头120,两按摩头120分别固定于第一输出轴111与第二输出轴112上。这样,各变速箱启动后,其第一输出轴111与第二输出轴112分别带动两个按摩头120转动按摩。
本实施例中,U形壳体内,具体为下壳400内,各变速箱的上、下两侧分别横向设置一导轨410,各变速箱的上端与下端均设有套设于各导轨410上的导向套113。这样,各变速箱在对应齿条210带动下移动时,导向套113沿导轨410滑动,导向套113与导轨410的配合,对各变速箱的运动起到导向作用,使其运动更平衡,且不会发生偏移。
结合图3、图4,本实施例中,调节装置包括由外部伸入U形壳体内的转轴500、设于转轴500外端部的旋钮600以及设于转轴500内端部的齿轮700,齿轮700的上部与下部分别与各齿条210啮合。其中,旋钮600包括位于U形壳体内侧的610及凸伸于U形壳体外侧且与旋钮600座固定于一体的旋钮盖620。当转动旋钮盖610时,旋钮盖610带动旋钮座620转动,旋钮座620带动转轴500转动,位于转轴500内端部的齿轮700在转轴500带动下同步转动,齿轮700正转或逆转时,带动与其上部和下部啮合的两齿条210相互靠近或相互远离,由于两齿条210分别与两按摩组件100内的变速箱连接,故两按摩组件100分别在两齿条210带动下相互靠近或相互远离,从而调节获得合适的间距,以方便不同的使用者使用。当然,上述两按摩组件100之间间距的调整不限于使用上述调整装置,也可以采用重叠设置并利用对应活动扣的方式来进行调节。
进一步地,本实施例中,调节装置还包括设于旋钮座620与转轴500之间用以双向锁定的锁紧结构。通过此锁紧结构对旋钮座620及转轴500进行锁定,当两按摩组件100通过旋钮座620调节至合适距离时,经锁紧结构的锁定,旋钮座620被锁定,在非人为旋转情况下其不能转动,两按摩组件100之间的间距固定,避免在按摩过程中二者相互移动,从而方便使用者使用。
参照图5、图6,本实施例中,锁紧结构包括可与旋钮座620同步转动的棘轮800以及与棘轮800卡合的棘轮座900,转轴500穿设固定于棘轮800中心。具体地,棘轮座900套设于棘轮800上,棘轮800具有反向设置的上棘扣810及下棘扣820,棘轮座900上设有上棘齿圈910及下棘齿圈920,且上棘齿圈910与下棘齿圈920的棘齿方向相反,而上棘扣810与上棘齿圈910配合,下棘扣820与下棘齿圈920配合。当旋钮座620停止旋转时,上棘扣810与下棘扣820分别卡于上棘齿圈910及下棘齿圈920上,这样在无外力作用下,棘轮800无法转动,从而转轴500无法转动,齿轮700亦固定不动,从而保证两齿条210的相对固定。
结合图7,棘轮800具有一柱状的本体830,上棘扣810及下棘扣820沿本体830的轴向上、下错位设置,且上棘扣810及下棘扣820分别为半圆形结构,两半圆形结构沿本体830的径向中心线左、右对称。上棘扣810与下棘扣820沿径向中心线对称设有第一安装槽811、821,两个第一安装槽811、821位于同一圆周线上的。旋钮座620内侧设有两个连接柱621,且对称设置,安装时两个连接柱621分别对应置于第一安装槽811、821内。通过上述相互配合的第一安装槽811、821及连接柱621,有效拉动棘轮800与棘轮座900分离。
本实施例中,下棘扣820上且位于径向中心线处设有两个固定柱822,两个固定柱822均抵顶上棘扣810的边缘。旋钮座620的内侧对应设有两个第二安装槽622,安装时两个固定柱822分别滑设于两个第二安装槽622内。而通过设置上述相互配合的第二安装槽622及固定柱822,使得旋钮座620旋转时有效带动棘轮800旋转。
参照图6,上棘扣810与本体830之间设有镂空的间隙840,下棘扣820与本体830之间也设有镂空的间隙840,且间隙呈曲线状。采用这种间隙设计,使得上棘扣810与下棘扣820弹性更好,在旋转时更容易与棘轮座900分离。
请再参照图5,棘轮座900为一中空的套状结构,上棘齿圈910设于套状结构中空内孔的外侧,下棘齿圈920设于上棘齿圈910的内侧。上棘齿圈910具有的上棘齿911的左侧齿面为直角面,右侧齿面为倾斜斜面,下棘齿圈920具有的下棘齿921的左侧齿面为倾斜斜面,右侧齿面为直角面。结合图6,上棘扣810的外侧边缘设有一第一凸起812,下棘扣820的外侧边缘设有一第二凸起823。第一凸起812沿棘轮800圆周方向的内侧面为直角面,外侧面为圆弧面,第二凸起823沿棘轮圆周方向的内侧面为直角面,外侧面为圆弧面。棘轮座900套设于棘轮800的外侧,此时,第一凸起812的直角面卡于上棘齿圈910上的上棘齿911的左侧齿面处,第二凸起823的直角面卡于下棘齿圈920上的下棘齿921的右侧齿面处。
本实施例中,U形壳体的两端部上均设有拉带310,拉带310上设有穿孔311,在使用颈部按摩器时,两手由各穿孔311中伸入并紧握,牢牢抓紧U形壳体,一方面保证位于抓紧U形壳体内侧的按摩头120更好的贴合于颈部进行按摩,另一方面,由于人手的作用也防止U形壳体在按摩震动时由颈部滑落。
参照图8,当逆时针旋转旋钮盖610时,在两个固定柱822的带动下,棘轮随旋钮座620转动。旋钮座620转动时其内侧的两个连接柱621随之逆时针旋转,其中位于第一安装槽811内的连接柱621向下运动,位于另一第一安装槽821内的连接柱621向上运动,由于棘轮800的上棘扣810与棘轮座900的上棘齿圈910的卡合面位于上棘齿911的左侧,这样,在两个固定柱822的拉动下,上棘扣810与上棘齿圈910的上棘齿911分离;而下棘扣820在顺时针旋转时其第二凸起823的圆弧面与下棘齿圈920的下棘齿921的倾斜斜面平稳过渡而分离,这样,棘轮800完全脱离棘轮座900的约束而运动,从而带动齿轮700逆时针运动,此时,与齿轮700上、下啮合的两条齿条210相互远离,从而两按摩组件100的向外扩展,两按摩头120相互远离,同样地,参照图9,当旋钮盖610停止旋转时,旋转的第一凸起812和第二凸起823也停止转动,且恰好卡于第一凸起812和第二凸起823所在位置处的上棘齿911和下棘齿821上,这样在无外力作用下,棘轮800固定无法转动,因此齿轮700也无法旋转,从而保证两齿条210无法向内或向外运动;参照图10,顺时针旋转旋钮盖610时,可使两按摩组件100相互靠近,此原理与上述相同,此处不作赘述。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种颈部按摩器,包括两按摩组件以及连接于所述两按摩组件之间的连接组件,其特征在于:还包括扣合于一体形成U形壳体的上壳与下壳,所述两按摩组件与所述连接组件均置于所述U形壳体内,所述两按摩组件均包括动力元件以及由所述动力元件驱动的按摩头,所述连接组件包括分别与各动力元件连接的两齿条以及将两齿条相对收缩或扩展的调节装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述动力元件为变速箱,所述变速箱具有第一输出轴与第二输出轴,各所述按摩组件均包括两按摩头,所述两按摩头分别固定于所述第一输出轴与所述第二输出轴上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述U形壳体内且位于各所述变速箱的上、下两侧分别横向设置一导轨,各所述变速箱的上端与下端均设有套设于各导轨上的导向套。
  4. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述调节装置包括由外部伸入所述U形壳体内的转轴、设于所述转轴外端部的旋钮以及设于所述转轴内端部的齿轮,所述齿轮的上部与下部分别与各齿条啮合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述调节装置还包括设于所述旋钮与所述转轴之间用以双向锁定的锁紧结构。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述锁紧结构包括可与所述旋钮同步转动的棘轮以及可与所述棘轮卡合的棘轮座,所述转轴穿设固定于所述棘轮中心。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述棘轮座套设于所述棘轮上,所述棘轮具有反向设置的上棘扣及下棘扣,所述棘轮座上设有上棘齿圈与下棘齿圈,所述上棘齿圈与所述下棘齿圈的棘齿方向相反,所述上棘扣与所述上棘齿圈配合,所述下棘扣与所述下棘齿圈配合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述棘轮包括一本体,所述上棘扣与所述下棘扣沿所述本体的轴向前、后设置,且所述上棘扣与下棘扣沿所述本体的径向中心线左、右对称,所述上棘扣与所述下棘扣上对称设有第一安装槽,所述两个第一安装槽位于同一圆周线上的,所述旋钮内侧设有可分别置于所述两个第一安装槽的第一固定柱。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述下棘扣上且沿所述本体的径向中心线设有两第二固定柱,所述两第二固定柱分别与所述上棘扣的上边缘与下边缘抵顶,所述旋钮的内侧对应设有可分别供所述两第二固定柱旋转时滑设的第二安装槽。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的颈部按摩器,其特征在于:所述上棘扣与所述下棘扣与所述本体之间均设有镂空的间隙,且所述间隙呈曲线状。
