本发明的实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本实施方式头盔式按摩器包括头盔1,该头盔1包括在经度方向罩住使用者头部的第一盔体5。第一盔体5包括弧状第一左盔体2、弧状第一右盔体3及调节装置4,该第一左盔体2和第一右盔体3分离设置,该第一左盔体2的两端分别和第一右盔体3的两端对接而形成圈状的第一盔体5。第一左盔体2具有用于容纳管线的左腔体21,第一右盔体3具有用于容纳管线的右腔体31。
调节装置4包括齿轮41、两个齿条42及两个拉条43。齿轮41可转动的安装在第一右盔体3上,其在动力驱动下可以绕旋转轴线转动。两个齿条42均具有齿条槽421,齿条槽421的长度大于齿轮41的外径。两个拉条43分别连接两个齿条42和第一左盔体2的两端。
组装时,两个齿条42的齿条槽421至少部分重叠,齿轮41装入两个齿条槽421中并与两个齿条42均啮合,使齿轮41与两个齿条42均构成齿轮齿条结构;两个拉条43的一端分别与两个齿条42固定,两个拉条43的另一端分别与第一左盔体2的两端固定。两个齿条42均位于右腔体31内,两个拉条43均具有位于左腔体21内的部分和位于右腔体31内的部分。
调节头盔大小时,正向或反向转动齿轮41,齿轮41驱动两个齿条42运动,两个齿条42分别通过两个拉条43驱动第一左盔体2在经度方向移动,使第一左盔体2相对第一右盔体3远离或靠近,进而调大或调小头盔。
对于头盔式按摩器,调节装置还可以包括旋钮44和自锁装置45,该旋钮44驱动齿轮41转动,该自锁装置45可以采用现有结构,其具有锁紧状态和解锁状态,旋钮44转动时,自锁装置45处于解锁状态,齿轮41可以随着旋钮44转动;旋钮44静止时,自锁装置45处于锁紧状态,齿轮41不能转动。
如图4至图11所示,其为头盔式按摩器的第二具体实施方式。头盔式按摩器包括头盔1,该头盔1包括在经度方向罩住使用者头部的第一盔体5。第一盔体5包括弧状第一左盔体2、弧状第一右盔体3及调节装置4,该第一左盔体2和第一右盔体3分离设置,该第一左盔体2的两端分别和第一右盔体3的两端对接而形成圈状的第一盔体5。第一左盔体2可以包括固定连接的左内壳22和左外壳23,该左内壳22和左外壳23之间形成左腔体21,第一右盔体3可以包括固定连接的右内壳32和右外壳33,该右内壳32和右外壳33之间形成右腔体31。
调节装置4包括齿轮41、两个齿条42及两个拉条43。齿轮41可转动的安装在第一右盔体3上,其在动力驱动下可以绕旋转轴线转动。两个齿条42均具有齿条槽421,齿条槽421的长度大于齿轮41的外径。两个拉条43分别连接两个齿条42和第一左盔体2的两端。
组装时,两个齿条42的齿条槽421至少部分重叠,齿轮41装入两个齿条槽421中并与两个齿条42均啮合,使齿轮41与两个齿条42均构成齿轮齿条结构;两个拉条43的一端分别与两个齿条42固定,两个拉条43的另一端分别与第一左盔体2的两端固定。两个齿条42均位于右腔体31内,两个拉条43可以均具有位于右腔体31内的部分。
第一左盔体2的两端均固定有固定块24,该固定块24通过螺钉紧固在第一左盔体的左腔体21内,该固定块24具有卡块241,该卡块241可以为T型。拉条43包括拉条本体431和拉条内盖432,该拉条本体431的两端分别设有卡槽433及插槽434,该卡槽433与卡块241匹配,该卡槽433可以为T型。该拉条本体431具有面向拉条内盖的内表面,该内表面凹设有用于定位气管的气管槽435。齿条42的与拉条连接的端部设有拉条卡位422和气管卡位423,该拉条卡位422与插槽434匹配。通过卡块241和卡槽433的配合,将拉条43的一端固定在第一左盔体2上;通过插槽434和拉条卡位422的配合,将拉条43的另一端固定在齿条42上。为了限定拉条的运动轨迹和防止拉条脱离第一右壳体3,第一右壳体3的右内壳32设有滑动槽34,拉条43横穿该滑动槽34。另外,该第一右盔体3的右腔体31内还可以设有用于盖住两个齿条42的重叠部分并能供齿轮41穿过的齿条盖40。
头盔式按摩器还可以包括第一气管6和第二气管7,该第一气管6放在拉条本体431的气管槽435内,拉条内盖432盖在拉条本体431上并与拉条本体431固定,从而将第一气管6压住。左腔体和右腔体内都可以设有第二气管7,第一气管6的两端分别连接左腔体内的第二气管7和右腔体内的第二气管7,且右腔体内的第二气管7可以被齿条的气管卡位423夹住。该第一气管和第二气管均可以由塑胶制成,第一气管的硬度可以大于第二气管的硬度,当然,第一、二气管也可以采用其它材料,第一气管的硬度也可以小于或等于第二气管的硬度。较佳的是,由于第一左盔体可以相对第一右盔体移动,使右腔体内的第二气管也会被拉长,从而该右腔体内的第二气管7可以由较软的材料制成。
调节装置还可以包括旋钮44、棘轮45、滑动柱46及转轴47。旋钮44可以包括旋钮本体441及盖在该旋钮本体上的旋钮盖442,旋钮盖固定在该旋钮本体上,该固定方式如卡扣配合或其它的固定方式。旋钮本体具有轴孔443及关于该轴孔对称的两个安装孔444,滑动柱46具有两个平行的拨动柱461及连接该两个拨动柱461的连接柱462,棘轮45具有棘轮本体451及自该棘轮本体451悬臂状延伸出的两个弹性臂452,棘轮本体451具有轴孔453,每个弹性臂452上均设有轨迹槽454及棘轮齿455,齿轮具有轴孔411。第一右盔体的右外壳上设有与棘轮齿对应的锁紧面。另外,调节装置还可以包括将滑动柱46紧压在旋钮本体上的滑动柱盖49,该滑动柱盖49与旋钮本体441固定,该固定方式如卡扣固定或其他固定连接方式。
调节装置组装时,滑动柱46的两个拨动柱461分别插入旋钮本体441的两个安装孔444,滑动柱的连接柱462压在旋钮本体441上;转轴47由上至下顺次穿过旋钮的轴孔、棘轮的轴孔及齿轮的轴孔,旋钮44和齿轮41均与转轴47紧配合,棘轮45与转轴47松配合;两个拨动柱461分别向下插入棘轮45的两个轨迹槽454内;转轴47的顶部紧套有卡环48,该卡环48压在旋钮本体441上,转轴47的底部向下伸出齿轮41一定长度。调节装置与第一右盔体组装时,转轴的底部穿入右内壳32,通过卡环48和转轴底部的突缘471,使转轴不能在自身轴线上移动。另外,为了限定旋钮44的转动轨迹,右外壳32可以设置有转动槽35,旋钮44在该转动槽35内转动。
转动旋钮44时,旋钮44带着转轴47转动,转轴47带着齿轮41转动;旋钮44转动的同时,两个拨动柱461分别在两个轨迹槽454内滑动,并逐渐使两个弹性臂452相对棘轮主体451向外张开,当拨动柱461运动到轨迹槽454的最外端454a时,两个弹性臂452的张开程度最大,此时,两个棘轮齿455分别锁住第一右盔体的两个锁紧面,实现转动位置的锁定。在初始状态时,拨动柱可以位于轨迹槽的最内端454b。
转动旋钮时,齿轮41转动,齿轮41驱动两个齿条42移动,两个齿条42则带着两个拉条43移动,两个拉条带动第一左盔体2运动,使第一左盔体2靠近第一右盔体3(即头盔减小)或使第一左盔体远离第一右盔体(即头盔变大)。
对于头盔式按摩器,其包括按摩装置,该按摩装置设于头盔上,该按摩装置可以包括利用气囊胀缩进行按摩的装置、利用振动电机进行振动按摩的装置、利用热敷冷敷进行按摩的装置、利用磁力进行按摩的装置等。该头盔式按摩器还可以包括控制装置,该控制装置可以设在头盔上,也可以与头盔独立设置,其通过无线或有线方式控制按摩装置工作。
对于头盔式按摩器,其佩戴在使用者头部,用于对使用者头部、眼部或穴位等部位进行按摩。
对于头盔式按摩器,头盔包括第一盔体,该第一盔体包括对接的第一左盔体和第一右盔体,该第一盔体还包括调节装置,该调节装置包括齿轮、两个齿条及两个拉条,齿轮转动设置在第一右盔体上,两个齿条均与齿轮啮合,两个拉条分别连接两个齿条和第一左盔体的两端。齿条具有弹性,其可以在受力时弯折变形,从而更加便于调节头盔大小。齿条可以是具有弹性的金属体,也可以是具有弹性的硬质塑胶体,或者是其它具有弹性和一定强度的材料。齿条可以是弧形片状体,或者根据设计要求确定。拉条可以是线性片状体,其用于带动第一左盔体移动,其可以不具有弹性,拉条的形状也可以根据设计要求确定。齿条和拉条可以分离设置并通过现有固定方式固定连接;齿条和拉条也可以是一体设置。
对于头盔式按摩器,齿条可以具有齿条槽,使齿轮装入齿条槽内并与齿条啮合。
对于头盔式按摩器,头盔包括第一盔体5,还可以包括架设在第一盔体上的第二盔体8,该第二盔体在纬度方向罩在使用者头部。当然,第一盔体也可以在纬度方向上罩住使用者头部,而第二盔体在经度方向上罩住使用者头部。第一盔体的第一左盔体可以对应使用者的面部,第一右盔体可以对应使用者的后脑;当然,也可以是第一左盔体对应后脑,而第一右盔体对应面部。头盔式按摩器同时具有第一盔体和第二盔体时,第一盔体和第二盔体中可以只有一个设有调节装置,也可以两个均设置调节装置。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:包括第一盔体,所述第一盔体包括第一左盔体、第一右盔体及调节装置,所述第一左盔体和第一右盔体分离设置,所述调节装置包括齿轮、两个齿条及两个拉条,所述齿轮转动设置于所述第一右盔体,两个齿条均与所述齿轮啮合,两个拉条的一端分别与两个齿条固定,两个拉条的另一端分别与第一左盔体的两端固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述齿条具有齿条槽,所述齿轮同时位于两个所述齿条槽中。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述调节装置还包括转轴,所述齿轮固套在所述转轴上,所述转轴转动设置在所述第一右盔体上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述调节装置还包括旋钮,所述旋钮与所述转轴固定。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述调节装置还包括滑动柱及棘轮,所述齿轮固套在所述转轴上,所述棘轮松套在所述转轴上,所述滑动柱固定在所述旋钮上,所述滑动柱具有拨动柱,所述棘轮具有棘轮本体及自所述棘轮本体悬臂状延伸出的弹性臂,所述弹性臂具有棘轮齿和轨迹槽,所述拨动柱穿入所述轨迹槽,所述第一右盔体具有锁紧面,所述棘轮具有锁定状态和解锁状态,在解锁状态时,所述棘轮齿与所述锁紧面分离;在锁定状态时,所述拨动柱使所述弹性臂相对所述棘轮本体向外张开,所述棘轮齿锁在所述锁紧面上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述棘轮具有两个弹性臂,所述拨动柱有两个,两个拨动柱分别穿入两个弹性臂的轨迹槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述转轴的顶部固定有卡环,所述转轴的底部具有突缘,所述突缘扣住所述第一右壳体的内侧,所述卡环扣在所述旋钮上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述第一右盔体设有用于限定旋钮转动轨迹的转动槽。
  9. 如权利要求5-8中任意一项所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述滑动柱为金属体。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述拉条具有用于放置气管的气管槽。
  11. 如权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述第一左盔体固定有固定块,所述拉条与所述固定块卡扣配合。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述固定块具有T型卡块,所述拉条具有T型卡槽。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述拉条与齿条卡扣配合。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述拉条具有用于压住气管的气管卡位。
  15. 如权利要求1-14中任意一项所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述头盔还包括第二盔体,所述第二盔体架设在所述第一盔体上。
  16. 如权利要求1-15中任意一项所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述齿条为受力时弯折的弹性片状体。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述齿条为金属体。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的头盔式按摩器的头盔,其特征在于:所述齿条为弧形,所述拉条为直线形。
  19. 一种头盔式按摩器,包括按摩装置,其特征在于:还包括权利要求1-18中任意一项所述的头盔,所述按摩装置设于所述头盔。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的头盔式按摩器,其特征在于:还包括第一气管和第二气管,所述拉条具有气管槽,所述第一气管设于所述气管槽内,所述第一左盔体的内部和第一右盔体的内部均设有所述第二气管,所述第一气管的两端分别连接第一左盔体内的第二气管和第一右盔体内的第二气管。
