进一步说,参见图23-图28,所述底座结构3包括铰链体12,转盘11转动在铰链体12上,推块固定件14固定在铰链体12上,推块15相对铰链体12弹性复位滑动;螺杆12.1和支撑柱12.2分别一体成型在铰链体12上。此外,铰链体12上还设有用于装配转盘11的腔室12.3,及一体成型有用于封闭腔室12.3的盖体12.4,转盘11上设有解锁部11.2,解锁部11.2对称设置于转盘11外侧,且外露于铰链体12,方便用户通过解锁部11.2进行快拆操作。
进一步说,参见图14和图18,所述连接结构包括用于连接马桶上盖1的上盖连接件6和用于连接马桶座圈2的座圈连接件5,以及连接体4;上盖连接件6和座圈连接件5转动设置于连接体4上,连接柱4.1通过一体成型的方式连接于连接体4上。可见,马桶上盖1和马桶座圈2分别转动连接连接体4。
进一步说,参见图1、图29和图30,所述连接体4两端分别延伸有转轴4.3,上盖连接件6和座圈连接件5分别插接于对应的转轴4.3上,且彼此之间设置有防脱套7,使整体结构更加稳定可靠。
进一步说,参见图1、图4和图7,所述底座结构3通过螺杆12.1和螺接螺杆12.1的螺母10固定于马桶上。
一种马桶,该马桶设置有两套上述的马桶盖板的铰链装置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种马桶盖板的铰链装置,包括设置于马桶上盖(1)和/或马桶座圈(2)上的连接结构,以及设置于马桶上的底座结构(3);其特征在于:连接结构与底座结构(3)上下拆卸式连接;连接结构上设有连接柱(4.1),底座结构(3)上设有与连接柱(4.1)对应的支撑柱(12.2),且支撑柱(12.2)上设有用于插设连接柱(4.1)的支撑孔(12.5);底座结构(3)上还设置有相互作用的转盘(11)和推块(15),推块(15)弹性复位滑动设置;使用状态下,推块(15)锁扣连接柱(4.1);拆开过程中,转盘(11)转动作用推块(15)移动解锁连接柱(4.1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述马桶盖板的铰链装置,其特征在于:所述连接结构上设有沉孔(4.4),连接柱(4.1)设置于沉孔(4.4)内,支撑柱(12.2)装配于沉孔(4.4)与连接柱(4.1)之间;支撑柱(12.2)上设有定位平面(12.6),沉孔(4.4)内对应定位平面(12.6),设有定位配合平面(4.5);底座结构(3)上设有螺杆(12.1),螺杆(12.1)和支撑柱(12.2)分别一体成型在底座结构(3)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述马桶盖板的铰链装置,其特征在于:所述转盘(11)转动设置于底座结构(3)上,且转盘(11)上设有作用部(11.1);推块(15)滑动设置于底座结构(3)内,且推块(15)上设有倾斜面(15.1);使用状态下,倾斜面(15.1)脱离作用部(11.1),且推块(15)通过弹性件(13)持续锁扣连接柱(4.1);拆开过程中,作用部(11.1)与倾斜面(15.1)接触,且克服弹性件(13)的弹力,使推块(15)滑动并解锁连接柱(4.1)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述马桶盖板的铰链装置,其特征在于:所述连接柱(4.1)上设有锁扣部(4.2),所述推块(15)上设有锁扣孔(15.2);锁扣部(4.2)为连接柱(4.1)上的凹槽,锁扣孔(15.2)一端大一端小,连接柱(4.1)穿过锁扣孔(15.2)的大端,锁扣孔(15.2)的小端卡扣于锁扣部(4.2)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述马桶盖板的铰链装置,其特征在于:所述底座结构(3)上固定有推块固定件(14),推块(15)滑动在推块固定件(14)内腔,弹性件(13)设置于推块(15)与推块固定件(14)之间,使推块(15)弹性复位滑动在推块固定件(14)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述马桶盖板的铰链装置,其特征在于:所述底座结 构(3)包括铰链体(12),转盘(11)转动设置于铰链体(12)上,推块固定件(14)固定设置于铰链体(12)上,推块(15)相对铰链体(12)弹性复位滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述马桶盖板的铰链装置,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括用于连接马桶上盖(1)的上盖连接件(6)和/或用于连接马桶座圈(2)的座圈连接件(5),以及连接体(4);上盖连接件(6)和/或座圈连接件(5)转动设置于连接体(4)上,连接柱(4.1)通过一体成型、焊接、铆接或卡扣方式连接于连接体(4)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述马桶盖板的铰链装置,其特征在于:所述连接体(4)一端或两端设有转轴(4.3),上盖连接件(6)和/或座圈连接件(5)插接于对应的转轴(4.3)上,且彼此之间设置有防脱套(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述马桶盖板的铰链装置,其特征在于:所述底座结构(3)通过螺杆(12.1)和螺接螺杆(12.1)的螺母(10)固定于马桶上。
  10. 一种马桶盖板,其特征在于:该马桶盖板设置有如权利要求1-8任一项所述的马桶盖板的铰链装置。
