Abstract

The dual specifications toilet seat cover structure modification is to combine big seat, small seat and toilet seat cover with hinge; of which, the big seat has big aperture on its face as a seat hole for adult; the small seat has a small aperture on its face as a seat hole for baby and made keyhole positioning section at the protruding bottom of fixed end, and formed an arc gap at the outside end, support padding blocks are fixed at right and left bottom of this small seat; the toilet seat cover has a flute that is suitable for contour and thickness of small seat, moving catch is fixed at two sides of middle of the flute respectively, in addition, several keyholes are fixed at interior of the fixed end; Hinge is to fix lock bolt at right and left respectively and the down mounted connecting sheets in cascading mode, set several pairs of top mounted connecting sheets with isometric distance at middle segment; To lock up lock bolt with positioning hole of toilet seat, then connect the down mounted connecting sheet at outside position with the fixed end keyhole of big seat, its two top mounted connecting sheets at the most inner side connect the positioning keyhole of small seat, however, the two top mounted connecting sheets at middle connect the fixed end keyhole of toilet seat cover so as to make the lifting independent dual specifications toilet seat cover, and provide you a convenient and safe toilet seat cover.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1) Field of the Invention
This dual specifications toilet seat cover structure modification is to combine lock bolt of hinge with toilet's body lock, after collocating in pair from interior to external the properly parted top mounted connecting sheet and two down mounted connecting sheets, then connect the positioning part of small seat and the fixed end of toile seat cover's big seat respectively, based on the lock connecting distance, so that the big seat, small seat and toilet seat cover that palletized will not interfere with each other and can be lift up independently; its small seat can just be placed into the internal flute of toilet seat cover when lifting up, and fasten it by the moving catch fixed at side of flute; so this invention is useful for those who need big and small seat dual specifications.
2) Description of the Prior Art
Usually, toilet for baby, besides the all in one (AIO) toilet made from plastic, one type of patented combination toilet has come into market, please refer to attachment 1 “Toilet seat for baby”; the former one is the all in one (AIO)toilet with bedpan and seat, which is directly laid on ground or floor so that baby can use it by sitting, such structure is easy for baby to get rid of his\her waste matter by himself\herself, but it is required to clean excretion inside it and must clean up thoroughly, otherwise it would stink; sometime, baby may bump over such all in one toilet without fixture when he\she stands up unstably after use, excretion inside toilet would be spilled out that may result in great trouble for disposal, furthermore, the stink remains over floor (or carpet ) and ground are not easy to be wiped out; as to attachment 1: structure of “toilet seat for baby”, is combined with seat, base and bedpan. It can be easily dismantled and assembled so that its toilet seat is convenient to carry, and the bedpan can be drawn out for cleaning, the dismantled seat can be directly place on a common toilet seat for use, however, the problem is that the current toilet seat hasn't applied the unified specification, therefore, it absolutely cannot fit for all toilet seats for baby, so its functions cannot reach the prediction; in addition, such toilet seat must dismantle after use, otherwise it isn't convenient for next adult. Repeated fixing and dismantling of such toilet seat are great trouble and also inconvenience.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of this invention is to provide the dual specifications toilet seat cover structure modification that mainly combines lock bolt of hinge with toilet's body lock, after collocating in pair from interior to external the properly parted top mounted connecting sheet and two down mounted connecting sheets, then connect the positioning part of small seat and the fixed end of toile seat cover's big seat respectively, based on the lock connecting distance, so that the big & small seat and toilet seat cover that palletized will not interfere with each other and can be lift up independently; its small seat can just be placed into the internal flute of toilet seat cover when lifting up, and fasten it by the moving catch fixed at side of flute; so this invention is useful for those who need big and small seat dual specifications.
The second purpose of this invention is to put up the small seat with support padding block so that operator's hand can extend into bottom side of small seat from the arc gap and lift up the small seat easily and quickly.
The third purpose of this invention is to utilize the single hinge component to assemble the big & small seat, toilet seat cover and toilet body that may simplify the processing and production of component, also decrease consumption of manpower and workload, which may reduce economic cost accordingly.
The fourth purpose of this invention is that the small seat can completely be placed into flute of toilet seat cover when lifting up, the moving catch can be rotated to the most proper catch pressure position and fix the small seat so that it will not interfere with the application of big seat.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The structure and application example of this invention, with figure descriptions, are herein specially shown as follows, please also refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3:
The structure of this invention is mainly composed of big seat 2, small seat 3, toilet seat cover 4 and hinge 5, of which,
Big seat 2 has a big aperture on its face as a seat hole 21 for adult and made two keyholes 23 in wide distance under bottom of fixed end 22;
Small seat 3 has a small aperture on its face as a seat hole 31 for baby and made keyhole 32 positioning section 33 at the protruding bottom of fixed end, and formed an arc gap 34 at the outside end, support padding block 35 are fixed at right and left bottom of this small seat 3;
Toilet seat cover 4 has a flute 41 that is suitable for contour and thickness of small seat 3, and moving catches 42 are fixed at two sides of middle of flute 41, in addition, several keyholes 43 are fixed at interior of the fixed end.
Hinge 5 is to fix lock bolt 51 at right and left position, down mounted connecting sheets 52 and set several pairs of top mounted connecting sheets 53&54 with isometric distance at middle segment in cascading mode, and produce rotation by using the cascading position as axes;
To lock up lock bolt 51 with positioning hole 61 of toilet seat 6, then connect down mounted connecting sheet at outside position with fixed end keyhole 23 of big seat 2, its two top mounted connecting sheets 53 at the most inner side connect with small keyhole 43, that formed three layers palletizing and connect positioning keyhole 32 of the lifting up seat 3, however, the two top mounted connecting sheets at middle position connect with the fixed end of toilet seat cover 4 so as to form the independent dual specifications toilet seat cover structure 7 (refer to FIG. 2 and 3).
Furthermore, with the cascading position of hinge 5 as axes, cover the big seat 2 on toilet seat cover 6, then rotate small seat 3 and cover on top of big seat 2 (or simultaneously cover the palletized big and small seat 2,3 on toilet seat cover 6), so that baby may make use of the safe small seat 3 and learn better habit to get rid of waste matter(refer to FIG. 4); when lifting up the small seat 3 via arc gap 34 (see FIG. 5), this small seat 3 can be rotated based on connecting sheet 53, as it is embedded into the flute 41 of toilet seat cover 4, then press small seat 3 by rotating moving catch 42 so that small seat 3 will not cover down again and keep embedding in toilet seat cover 4 properly (for detail application, refer to FIG. 6), it is easy to operate and cannot interfere with each other so that baby and adult can use it accordingly.
Sum up all above, this invention may significantly improve the structure of toilet seat cover, and connect big, small seat and toilet seat cover with single axis of hinge at same time so that it is simple to assemble and easy to operate, therefore, it has been in accordance with the patent definition, we hereby earnestly request your office to authorize us the patent right, your kindness is highly appreciated!

Claims

1. The dual specifications toilet seat cover structure modification includes: Big seat has a big aperture on its face as a seat hole for adult, and made two keyhole s in wide distance under bottom of fixed end;

Small seat has a small aperture on its face as a seat hole for baby and made keyhole positioning section at the protruding bottom of fixed end, and formed an arc gap at the outside end, support padding blocks are fixed at right and left bottom of this small seat;

Toilet seat cover has a flute that is suitable for contour and thickness of small seat, the moving catch is fixed at two sides of middle of the flute, in addition, several keyholes are fixed at interior of the fixed end;

Hinge is to fix lock bolt at right and left position respectively, the down mounted connecting sheets in cascading mode, set several pairs of top mounted connecting sheets with isometric distance at middle segment, and produce rotation by using the cascading position as axes;

To lock up lock bolt with positioning hole of toilet seat, then connect the down mounted connecting sheet at outside position with the fixed end keyhole of big seat, its two top mounted connecting sheets at the most inner side connect the positioning keyhole of small seat, however, the two top mounted connecting sheets at middle connect the fixed end keyhole of toilet seat cover, that form three layers palletizing and the lifting independent dual specifications toilet seat cover structure.

2. As claim 1, the described dual specifications toilet seat cover modification structure, the support padding block of this invention should be made from rubber with buffering capacity so as to reduce noise produced between big and small seat.

3. As claim 1, the described dual specifications toilet seat cover modification structure, the structure of this invention is suitable for all types of toilet seat.
