[22] 本发明的一较佳实施例中, 该滑动座上开设有一安装槽, 该按钮穿过安装槽, 而且, 该安装槽的间隙大于按钮的厚度。 [23] 本技术方案与背景技术相比: 针对背景技术存在的不足, 本申请人设计出了一 种全新的技术方案, 利用按钮按压实现单手操作, 利用插销水平滑动实现微小 间隙 (微小间隙远小于背景技术的间隙) 的牢固定位锁接, 利用按钮和滑动座 之间的同吋相对转动和相对滑动的活动连接关系实现用户按压和插销水平滑动 之间的传动关系。 由于按钮面按压到底后平行立柱, 因此便于用户控制按压限 度, 防止按压过度, 延长使用寿命。 该插销内端部与锁接孔、 内小孔匹配, 实 现微小间隙配合。 由于弹簧直接套装在插销上, 因此在插销位于第一位置吋, 弹簧直接施力于插销, 因此安全性好。 同吋, 在按压按纽吋不需要直接对弹簧 施力, 而是通过按纽拉动插销, 插销的水平滑动给弹簧施力, 使其受压变形, 因此弹簧不易受损, 使用寿命长, 可保证插销锁接定位效果。

具体实施方式
[32] 帐篷支腿立柱之上滑动设置有一滑动装置 10, 该滑动装置 10用以连接帐篷的剪 刀状连杆。 该立柱为管件, 它上开设有一贯穿内外的锁接孔。 本实施例中, 该 立柱为支腿立柱, 但并不以此为限, 其它如某些帐篷中的顶部立柱之上的滑动 装置也适用本实施例。
[33] 实施例 1、 请査阅图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4, 该滑动装置 10包括一滑动座 100、 一定 位套 200、 一插销 300、 一弹性体 400和一按钮 500。 [34] 该滑动座 100包括有: 一上下贯穿的滑动通孔 110; —包围滑动通孔 110的主套 体 150 ; —内外贯穿的水平的安装孔 120; —包围安装孔 120的、 固设在主套体 15 0之侧面的侧套体 160; 至少两个固设在主套体 150之外的、 用以连接剪刀状连杆 的连接部 140; 固设主套体 150之侧面、 侧套体 160之后的、 上下间隔的两基壁 17 0; 以及一固接两基壁 170之后的后壁 180。 其中: 该滑动通孔 110适配并滑动套 设在立柱之外, 以使滑动座 100和立柱之间构成上下滑动连接关系; 该滑动通孔 110与安装孔 120垂直相交并相通, 为了便于安装将该安装孔 120设计为内小外大 的阶梯孔, 它具有一外大孔和一内小孔, 内小孔内径与锁接孔内径相当; 该基 壁 170之端面都设置有一带有朝后开口的安装槽 130; 该侧套体 160、 基壁 170和 后壁 180之间形成一让位空间。
[35] 该定位套 200固定设置在安装孔 120的外大孔之内, 为了保证固定连接设计使该 定位套 200外径和安装孔 120的外大孔内径相当, 再配设一螺钉 220锁接安装孔和 定位套。 该定位套 200外端口向内延伸形成环体盖 210。
[36] 该插销 300具有一内端部、 一外端部和一介于内、 外端部之间的中间段。 该插 销 300的内端部与立柱的锁接孔、 安装孔 120的内小孔匹配, 而且, 为了便于插 接将该内端部端面设计成半球面或圆锥面。 为了连接在弹性体 400该中间段的中 部分向外凸设形成有凸起环 310。 该插销 300装设在安装孔 120内并在第一位置和 第二位置之间水平滑动, 在第一位置吋插销 300的内端部伸进滑动通孔 110并插 接进立柱的锁接孔以实现锁接, 如图 3所示, 在第二位置吋插销 300缩进安装孔 1 20以松释定位锁接, 如图 4所示。 该插销 300的外端部伸出定位套 200的环体盖 21 0之外, 该凸起环 310位于安装孔 120的外大孔、 定位套 200之内。
[37] 该弹性体 400为复位弹簧, 它套设在插销 300之外并顶抵插销 300的凸起环 310和 定位套 200的环体盖 210, 以产生有一使插销 300受顶抵并保持在第一位置的弹力
[38] 该按钮 500包括一中部和分别位于中部之前后的一拉接端 510、 一按钮部 520。
该按钮 500中部上下各向外凸设形成有凸柱 530, 该两凸柱 530上下对称设置。 该 两凸柱 530分别装设在两安装槽 130之内, 而且, 该安装槽 130的内径大于凸柱 53 0外径, 以使得凸柱 530能相对安装槽 130同吋滑动、 转动, 使得按钮 500和滑动 座 100之间构成同吋相对滑动和相对转动的活动连接关系, 以达到所需的活动轨 迹要求。 该拉接端 510设计成拨叉状, 拨叉套接插销 300的伸出于环体盖 210之外 的外端部, 另配设铆钉 511穿过插接端 510和外端部, 使得该插接端 510和插销 30 0的外端部之间构成枢接连接关系。 该按钮部 520凸设出按钮 500表面并位于后壁 180之前, 以使得按钮部 520能够位于让位空间之内, 而且, 该按钮部 520的按钮 面形成为一前低后高的倾斜面。
[39] 用户按压按钮部 520, 该按钮 500的拉接端 510水平向外滑动并带动插销 300的内 端部缩进安装孔 120以实现松释, 在此过程中, 该凸柱 530和安装槽 130之间的连 接关系构成同吋转动和滑动的活动连接关系, 以配合插接端的水平向外滑动轨 迹。
[40] 根据需要: 设计按钮部 520的按钮面倾斜角度和后壁 180的高度, 使得在按压到 底后, 按钮面刚好平行立柱, 按钮面刚好与后壁 180端面齐平, 因此具有如下优 点: 能够防止按压过度, 能够延长使用寿命。
[41] 根据需要: 设计安装槽 130的开口略小于凸柱 530的外径, 装配过程中, 由于开 口具有一定的弹性, 因此能够顺利将凸柱装配进安装槽; 装配后, 在该弹性作 用下能够防止凸柱脱离出安装槽, 因此具有如下优点: 能够方便装配, 能够加 强零部件之间的连接强度。
[42] 该安装槽为腰形槽, 该定位轴能同吋转动和滑动连接在安装槽之内, 以实现该 按钮和滑动座之间的能同吋相对转动和相对滑动的活动连接关系。
[43] 实施例 2, 请査阅图 5, 该安装槽 130开口朝上; 该拉接端 510设计成环套状, 它 套设在插销 300的伸出于环体盖 210之外的外端部, 另配设铆钉 511穿过插接端 51
0和外端部。
[44] 实施例 3, 请査阅图 6、 图 7, 本实施例与实施例 1不同之处在于: 其为一用作立 柱伸缩的固定, 基本结构与实施例 1相同, 其按钮 500与滑动座 100的安装方式与 实施例 1有所不同, 滑动座 100的上部开设有一能供按钮 500穿过的安装槽 190, 安装槽 190内设有一凸台 191, 而且, 该安装槽 190的间隙大于按钮 500的厚度, 以实现该按钮 500和滑动座 100之间的能同吋相对转动和相对滑动的活动连接关 系。 [45] 常态下, 在弹簧 400的直接作用下, 插销 300位于第一位置, 即插销 300通过滑 动通孔插入立柱锁接孔内形成定位; 需要收缩滑动吋, 按压按钮 500, 以安装槽 190内的凸台 191为支点, 按钮的拉接端向上拉起插销 300, 使其位于第二位置, 即插销 500脱离立柱的锁接孔; 由于按钮 500仅在其拉接端与插销 300铰接, 中部 支点处只有限位没有固定, 因此, 按钮本体相对于滑动座 100在凸台 191处同吋 转动和滑动的活动连接关系, 以配合插接端的水平向外滑动轨迹, 保证插销 300 直线运动。
工业实用性
[46] 本发明一种用在立柱的滑动装置, 它利用按钮按压实现单手操作, 利用插销水 平滑动实现微小间隙的牢固定位锁接, 利用按钮和滑动座之间的同吋相对转动 和相对滑动的活动连接关系实现用户按压和插销水平滑动之间的传动关系。 其 结构简单, 使用方便, 具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 一种用在立柱的滑动装置, 它滑动装设在立柱, 该立柱上开设有锁接孔, 其特征是: 该滑动装置包括:
一滑动座, 它上开设有一滑动通孔和一安装孔, 该滑动通孔滑动套设在立 柱之外, 该安装孔与滑动通孔垂直相交并相通;
一插销, 它装设在安装孔内并在第一位置和第二位置之间水平滑动, 在第 一位置吋插销伸进滑动通孔并插接进锁接孔, 在第二位置吋插销缩进安装 孔;
一弹性体, 它连接插销和滑动座, 该弹性体产生有一使插销受顶抵并保持 在第一位置的弹力; 以及
一按钮, 它装设在滑动座并与滑动座构成能相对转动和相对滑动的活动连 接关系, 该按钮具有一枢接插销的拉接端和一供用户按压的按钮部。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用在帐篷立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 该滑动座 之上凸设有一后壁; 该按钮部凸设在按钮本体之上, 它具有一在按压到底 后平行立柱的、 齐平后壁末端面的按钮面。
[3] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用在帐篷立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 所述安装 孔为内外贯穿的、 内小外大的阶梯孔, 它具有一外大孔和一内小孔; 所述 的插销具有一内端部和一外端部, 该内端部与锁接孔、 内小孔匹配, 该外 端部与按钮的拉接端枢接。
[4] 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的一种用在帐篷立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 该 滑动座上开设有安装槽; 该按钮上设有定位轴, 该定位轴装设在安装槽之 内并与安装槽构成能相对转动和相对滑动的活动连接关系。
[5] 根据权利要求 4所述的一种用在帐篷立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 该安装槽 内径大于定位轴外径。
[6] 根据权利要求 4所述的一种用在帐篷立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 该安装槽 为腰形槽, 该定位轴能转动、 滑动连接在安装槽之内。
[7] 根据权利要求 4所述的一种用在帐篷立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 该按钮中 部上下各向外凸设形成有凸柱, 该凸柱为定位轴; 该拉接端和按钮部分别 设置在凸柱之前后。
[8] 根据权利要求 7所述的一种用在帐篷立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 该安装槽 带有朝后或朝上的开口, 该开口小于定位轴外径。
[9] 根据权利要求 3所述的一种用在帐篷立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是:
该插销中部向外凸设形成有凸起环;
该滑动座的安装孔的外大孔之内固设有一定位套, 它外端口向内延伸形成 环体盖;
该插销外端部伸出环体盖之外并枢接按钮的拉接端;
该弹性体为弹簧, 它套设在插销之外并顶抵凸起环和环体盖。
[10] 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的一种用在立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 该滑动 座上开设有一安装槽, 该按钮穿过安装槽, 而且, 该安装槽的间隙大于按 钮的厚度。
[11] 根据权利要求 10所述的一种用在立柱的滑动装置, 其特征是: 该滑动座上 的安装槽内设有一凸台, 按钮本体与滑动座在凸台处形成同吋转动和滑动 的活动连接关系, 以配合插接端的水平向外滑动轨迹, 保证插销直线运动
