在其它实施例中,阻尼器和卡爪之间也可以采用其它的连接方式,例如卡扣等方式。
卡爪10的圆盘10-1的另一侧设扭簧架11,扭簧架11的另一侧设卡槽座14。
参见图4,扭簧架11的一端部设有柱头11-1,另一端上表面设有扭簧固定柱11-2,侧面设有卡勾11-3。
卡槽座14为圆柱形,端部由上至下设有扭簧容纳孔14-3,弹簧固定孔14-1和卡扣固定孔14-2。上表面设有一扭簧定位槽14-4,所述的扭簧容纳孔14-3和该扭簧定位槽14-4连通。该扭簧定位槽14-4内远离扭簧架的一端设有三角形块14-4,三角形块14-4的尖端朝向扭簧架11,距离三角形块14-4一距离设有心形块14-6,心形的凹处对着三角形块14-4的尖端,两者之间形成卡勾位--V形槽14-5。在其它的实施例中,所述的V形槽也可以是弧形槽。心形块14-6的一侧为高于扭簧定位槽14-4底面的弧形槽14-6,弧形槽14-6和扭簧定位槽14-5底面之间形成台阶14-7。在本实施例中,定位槽14-4底面、心形块和扭簧容纳孔14-3之间还设有斜向设置的斜向挡块14-8。
左右两个卡槽座14是位于套筒中部的。在本实施例中,一卡槽座设有卡扣14-9,另一卡槽座对应设有卡接部,两者在套筒内靠近后,能够自动卡扣在一起。在其它的实施例中,也可以套筒内设卡接部,两个卡槽座分别卡扣于套筒内以固定。
扭簧12包括一本体12-1,一端设有卡勾12-2。
本发明组装如下:
首先组装好两个快拆单元。其中,阻尼器6(在其它实施例中,也可以是非阻尼器)和卡爪10分别从固定孔8-3两端插入连接件8,并用螺丝9固定在一起。阻尼器套筒5套于阻尼器6外。扭簧架11、扭簧12、弹簧13和卡槽座14组装在一起,且扭簧的卡勾12-2勾于V形槽14-5的底部。然后将扭簧12的卡勾12-2放入该扭簧定位槽14-5内,组装后如图11A所示,此时扭簧架12的卡勾12-2并不是位于卡爪10的柱头固定槽10-2,而是出于脱离固定槽状态)。
之后,将上盖的上盖轴套1.1和座圈的套筒2.1对齐,将两个快拆单元分别由两端的上盖轴套1.1插入套筒2.1,至两个快拆单元自动卡扣在一起。然后安装按钮3和按钮复位弹簧4。按钮3卡扣于上盖轴套1.1内,此卡扣与支座的卡接方式为现有技术,因此未加以详述。此时,阻尼器套5一部分位于套筒内,另一部分位于上盖轴套内,即完成上盖和座圈之间的安装。
再将套筒的支座插孔2.2对准支座15插入,支座插销15-1的顶端先将卡爪10的支座固定板10-3顶开,至到达支座插销的凹槽,支座固定板10-3在弹簧作用下卡于该凹槽,即完成盖板和本体之间的安装。
本发明使用如下:
1、盖板与马桶分离
参见图8,按压按钮3,推动阻尼器6向中间移动,进而推动与阻尼器6固定在一起的卡爪10向中间移动。卡爪10在移动过程中,支座固定板10-3脱离支座插销15-1的卡槽,并且,弹性爪10-6的弧形部10-7被推至支座插销15-1两侧,使弹性爪10-6向两侧撑开,且移动至卡于连接件8的端部侧壁8-5。
此时,可以将上盖和座圈从支座上拔出。拔出之后,由于支座插销的作用力消失,弹性爪向中间复位;由于扭簧和固定槽出于脱离状态,在弹簧13的作用下,卡爪复位。
2、上盖和座圈分离
参见图9:本发明解锁过程如下:
按压按钮3,推动阻尼器6、阻尼器套5、连接件8、卡爪10和扭簧架11向中间移动,由于卡槽座14不动,因此,扭簧12的卡勾沿心形块14-6的边缘移动,当按压力消失时,即卡勾位于心形块14-6的V形槽14-5内(见图11B或图2)。在此位置,按钮回位之后,按钮和阻尼器套5脱离,从而,上盖轴套和座圈套筒能相互分离。也即,上盖和座圈可以分离。
3、再次安装
上盖和座圈分别清洗完毕之后,将上盖轴套对准座圈套筒,按压按钮3,参见图11C,此时,由于扭簧的扭力作用,扭簧的卡勾沿心形块移动,并从弧形槽14-6回至心形块的前端,此时,两者出于解锁状态。在弹簧的作用下,
此时,阻尼器套5一部分位于套筒内,另一部分位于上盖轴套内,即完成上盖和座圈之间的安装。
再将套筒的支座插孔2.2对准支座15插入,支座插销15-1的顶端先将卡爪10的支座固定板10-3顶开,至到达支座插销的凹槽,支座固定板10-3在弹簧作用下卡于该凹槽,即完成盖板和本体之间的安装。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种马桶盖,它包括上盖和座圈,所述的上盖底部两侧分别设上盖轴套,座圈底部中央设套筒,其特征在于:所述的套筒内设有两个快拆单元,所述快拆单元包括一连接件、一阻尼器和一卡爪,其中,支座插入所述的连接件中,卡爪从连接件的一端插入连接件,且和支座插销之间能够锁接或解锁;阻尼器位于连接件的另一端,且能够插入上盖轴套或从上盖轴套脱离缩回套筒内;所述的卡爪和阻尼器联动;上盖轴套内设一按钮,所述按钮能够沿上盖轴套轴向移动以推动阻尼器在套筒内移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于:所述阻尼器位于一阻尼器套内,所述按钮推动阻尼器套从而推动阻尼器。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于:所述的卡爪另一端和扭簧机构联动,所述的扭簧机构包括一卡槽座、一扭簧架以及一扭簧;卡槽座上表面设有一扭簧定位槽,该扭簧定位槽内远离扭簧架的一端设有三角形块,三角形块的尖端朝向扭簧架,距离三角形块一距离设有心形块,心形的凹处对着三角形块的尖端,两者之间形成V形槽;心形块的一侧为高于扭簧定位槽底面的弧形槽,弧形槽和扭簧定位槽底面之间形成台阶;扭簧,其本体固定在扭簧架上,另一端位于扭簧定位槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于:在定位槽的底面还设有斜向设置的斜向挡块,所述的斜向挡块位于心形块和扭簧容纳孔之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于:卡槽座为圆柱形,端部由上至下设有扭簧容纳孔,弹簧固定孔和卡扣固定孔,扭簧架的一端上表面设有扭簧固定柱,侧面设有卡勾,所述卡勾能够插入卡扣固定孔;弹簧固定孔内设有一 扭簧架复位弹簧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于:卡爪和扭簧架固定在一起。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于:所述的卡爪,其包括一圆盘,圆盘上设有由边缘向中央延伸的柱头固定槽;扭簧架的一端部设有柱头,所述柱头能够插入柱头固定槽内。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于:所述的卡爪,其包括一圆盘,圆盘的一侧延伸设有用于卡接到支座插销的凹槽内的支座固定板;支座固定板的下方设有两条连接板,每条连接板的底部设有一弹性爪,所述的弹性爪由连接板尾端向圆盘的方向延伸,卡舌朝外,中部彼此靠近设弧形部。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于:所述的阻尼器,其在插接端设有螺丝,所述的卡爪,每条连接板的尾端设有横向设置的螺丝孔;阻尼器的插接端和卡爪的连接板尾端分别插入连接件内,并用螺丝固定在一起。
  10. 一种马桶盖的拆卸方法,其采用权利要求3所述的马桶盖,包括如下步骤:
    1)按压按钮,推动阻尼器向中间移动,进而推动与阻尼器固定在一起的卡爪向中间移动。卡爪在移动过程中,支座固定板脱离支座插销的卡槽,且卡爪定位,将上盖和座圈从支座上拔出;拔出之后,卡爪复位;
    2)上盖和座圈分离再次按压按钮,推动阻尼器、阻尼器套、连接件、卡爪和扭簧架向中间移动,扭簧的卡勾沿心形块的边缘移动,当按压力消失时,即勾于心形块的V形槽内;在此位置,按钮回位之后,按钮和阻尼器套脱离,上盖轴套和座圈套筒能相互分离。
  11. 一种马桶盖,包括上盖和座圈,所述的上盖底部两侧分别设上盖轴套,座圈底部中央设套筒,其特征在于:所述的套筒两端分别设有快拆单元,所述快 拆单元包括一连接件、一阻尼器和一卡爪,其中,支座插入所述的连接件中,卡爪从连接件的一端插入连接件,且和支座能够锁接或解锁;阻尼器位于连接件的另一端;所述的卡爪和阻尼器联动;上盖轴套内设一按钮,所述按钮能够沿上盖轴套轴向移动以推动阻尼器在套筒内移动;在所述一对快拆单元另一端设有对应一对扭簧机构,扭簧机构包括扭簧架和卡槽座,所述的扭簧架设有扭簧,在所述卡槽座上设有扭簧卡勾的卡勾位和脱离勾挂位,所述扭簧架与所述卡槽座之间张顶一弹簧,在所述扭簧卡勾位于卡勾位,阻尼器从上盖轴套脱离缩回套筒内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种马桶盖,其特征在于还包括按钮复位弹簧,按钮卡扣于上盖轴套内,并在外力按压释放后复位。
  13. 如权利要求11或12所述的一种易马桶盖,其特征在于:所述的卡槽座上表面设有一扭簧定位槽,该扭簧定位槽内远离扭簧架的一端设有三角形块,三角形块的尖端朝向扭簧架,距离三角形块一距离设有心形块,心形的凹处对着三角形块的尖端,两者之间形成V形槽;心形块的一侧为高于扭簧定位槽底面的弧形槽,弧形槽和扭簧定位槽底面之间形成台阶。
