Description

    Technical field
  • The present invention relates to a toilet cover, particularly to a toilet cover with detachable top cover and toilet seat.
  • Related art
  • A toilet comprises a ceramic main body and a cover plate, the cover plate comprises a top cover and a toilet seat, the cover plate is assembled to the ceramic main body by a support base and a rotating shaft. There are kinds of quick assembly and disassembly structures of the cover plate of the toilet, and these structures are operated by buttons. The buttons are usually disposed at the rear portion of the cover plate that the buttons are easy to strain. In addition, the top cover and the toilet seat are uneasily detached after being assembled that are not as easy to clean.
  • Summary of the invention
  • A first object of the present invention is to solve the problem of uneasily cleaning of the button that is disposed at the rear portion of the cover plate.
  • The technical proposal of the present invention is that:
    A toilet cover, comprising a top cover and a toilet seat, two sides of the bottom portion of the top cover are respectively disposed with a top cover shaft sleeve, the center of the bottom portion of the toilet seat is disposed with a sleeve; wherein the sleeve is disposed with two quick release units, each quick release unit comprises a joint, a damper and a lock catch, a support is inserted to the joint, the lock catch is inserted to the joint from one end of the joint to lock or unlock to an insert pin of the support; the damper is disposed at the other end of the joint, and the damper is able to insert to the shaft sleeve of the top cover and retract to the sleeve from the shaft sleeve; the lock catch is linked to the damper; the shaft sleeve of the top cover is disposed with a button, the button can move along the axis of the shaft sleeve of the top cover to push the damper to move in the sleeve.
  • In another preferred embodiment, the damper is disposed in a damper casing, the button pushes the damper casing to push the damper.
  • With above structure, pressing two sides of the buttons can detach the cover plate, and the button is disposed in the top cover shaft sleeve, at the side surface, that it is not easy to strain.
  • Another object of the present invention is to solve the problem of uneasily separating of the top cover and the cover plate.

  • The main body of the torsion spring is fixed to the torsion spring rack, the other end of the torsion spring is disposed in the spring positioning groove.
  • With above structure, pushing the button can achieve detaching and assembly functions.
  • In another preferred embodiment, the bottom surface of the position groove is further disposed with an incline block, the incline block is placed between the heart shaped block and the holding hole of the torsion spring.

  • Referring to FIG.1, a toilet cover of the present invention comprises a top cover 1 and a toilet seat 2. Two ends of the bottom portion of the top cover are respectively disposed with a top cover shaft sleeve 1.1, the top cover shaft sleeve 1.1 has two ends opening.   • The top cover shaft sleeve 1.1 is disposed with a button unit, the button unit comprises a button 3 and a button reset spring 4.
  • The sleeve 2.1 is disposed with a quick release unit, which comprises a damper casing5, a damper 6, a spring 7, a joint 8, a screw 9, a lock catch 10, a torsion spring rack 11, a torsion 12, a spring 13 and a clamping groove base 14.
  • Therein, referring to FIGS 2-7, the joint 8 is disposed with a support base insert hole 8-1 in the radial direction, a fixing hole 8-3 in the axial direction and a screw assembly hole 8-2 in a direction vertical to the support base insert hole in the radial direction. One end of the joint 8 is inserted with the lock catch 10, the other end is inserted with the damper 6.
  • The lock catch 10 comprises a plate 10-1, which is disposed with a column fixing groove 10-2 extending from the edge to the center.   • The damper is disposed with a screw hole 6-1 at the insertion end, referring to FIG.5, the damper is inserted to the joint 8 from the fixing hole 8-3 from right to left. The lock catch 10 is inserted to the joint from the fixing hole 8-3 from left to right. The insertion end of the damper is inserted between the two connecting boards 10-4. the insertion end of the damper is fixed to the rear end of the connecting board of the lock catch by screw 9.
  • In this embodiment, the fixing hole of the joint 8 is further disposed with a spring fixing column 8-4, the spring 7 is disposed with the spring fixing column 8-4 and the insertion end.
  • In another embodiment, other connecting methods such as lock catching method can be applied to connect the damper and the lock catch.
  • The other side of the plate 10-1 of the lock catch 10 is disposed with the torsion spring rack 11, the other side of the torsion spring rack 11 is disposed with the clamping groove base 14.
  • Referring to FIG.4, one end portion of the torsion spring rack 11 is disposed with a column 11-1, the top surface of the other end is disposed with a torsion spring fixing column 11-2, the side surface is disposed with a hook 11-3.
  • The clamping groove base 14 is column shaped, the end portion of which is disposed with a torsion holding hole 14-3, a spring fixing hole 14-1 and a lock catch fixing hole 14-2 from up end. The top surface of the clamping groove base 14 is disposed with a torsion spring fixing groove 14-4, the torsion spring holding hole 14-3 is connected to the torsion spring fixing groove 14-4. The end of the torsion spring fixing groove 14-4 away from the torsion spring rack is disposed with a triangle block 14-4, the sharp end of the triangle block 14-4 is faced to the torsion spring rack 11. A heart shaped block 14-6 is disposed at a distance from the triangle block 14-4. The concaved position of the heart is faced to the sharp end of the triangle block 14-4, a hook position, namely V shaped groove 14-5, is formed therebetween. In another embodiment, the V shaped groove can be replaced by an arc groove. One side of the heart shaped block 14-6 is an arc groove 14-6 higher than the bottom surface of the torsion spring position groove 14-4. The arc groove 14-6 and the bottom surface of the torsion spring position groove 14-4 form a step 14-7. In this embodiment, an incline block 14-8 is formed among the bottom surface of the position groove 14-4, the heart shaped block and the torsion spring holding hole 14-3.
  • The left and right clamping groove bases 14 are disposed between the center portion of the sleeve. In this embodiment, one clamping groove base is disposed with a lock catch 14-9, the other clamping groove base is correspondingly disposed with a lock portion. The lock catch 14-9 and the lock portion are automatically locked after they are closing to each other in the sleeve. In another embodiment, it can be provided that the sleeve is disposed with a lock portion, and the two clamping groove bases are respectively locked to the sleeve.
  • The torsion spring 12 comprises a main body 12-1, one end is disposed with a hook 12-2.
  • The assembling process of the present invention is that:
    Firstly the two quick release units are assembled. Therein, the damper 6 (it can not be a damper in another embodiment) and the lock catch 10 are inserted to the joint 8 from the two ends of the fixing hole 8-3 and are fixed by the screw 9. The damper casing 5 is sleeved on the damper 6. The torsion spring rack 11, the torsion spring 12, the spring 13 and the clamping groove base 14 are assembled, and the hook 12-2 of the torsion spring is hooked to the bottom portion of the V shaped groove 14-5. Then the hook 12-2 of the torsion spring 12 is placed to the torsion spring position groove 14-4, as figured in FIG.11A after the assembly, the hook 12-2 of the torsion spring 12 is not placed in the column fixing groove 10-2 of the lock catch 10 but out of the fixing groove.
  • After that, the top cover shaft sleeve 1.1 is aligned to the sleeve 2.1 of the toilet seat, two quick release units are than respectilvey inserted to the sleeve 2.1 from the top cover shaft sleeve 1.1 until the two quick release units are automatically locked. Then the button 3 and the button reset spring 4 are assembled. The button 3 is locked to the top cover shaft sleeve 1.1, this lock method is disclosed in the existing known technology that it will not be further described. At this time, one part of the damper casing5 is in the sleeve, the other part is placed in the top cover shaft sleeve. Above is the assembling of the top cover and the toilet seat.
  • Then the support base insert hole 2.2 of the sleeve is aimed to and inserted to the support base 15, the top end of the support base insert pin 15-1 pushes the support base fixing board 10-3 of the lock catch 10 until reaching to the groove of the support base insert pin. The support base fixing board 10-3 is locked to the groove under the action of the spring. Above is the assembling of the cover plate and the main body.
  • The present invention is used by the steps:
    1. 1. the separation of the cover plate and the toilet
      As figured in FIG.8, pushing the button 3 to push the damper 6 to move towards the center, the lock catch 10 is also pushed towards the center. During the moving of the lock catch 10, the support base fixing board 10-3 separates from the lock groove of the support base insert pin 15-1, and the arc portion 10-7 of the elastic catch 10-6 is pushed to two sides of the support base insert pin 15-1 to distract the elastic catch 10-6 to two sides and move until being locked to the end portion side wall 8-5 of the joint 8.
  • At this time, the top cover and the toilet seat can be pulled out from the support base. After that, as the action of the support base insert pin is disappear, the elastic catch resets to the center; as the torsion spring and the fixing groove are separated, the lock catch reset under the action of the spring 13.
    • 2. the separation of the top cover and the toilet seat
      Referring toFIG.9, the present invention is unlocked by the steps:
  • Pushing the button 3 to push the damper 6, the damper casing 5, the joint 8, the lock catch 10 and the torsion spring to move towards the center, as the clamping groove base 14 keeps still, the hook of the torsion spring 12 moves along the edge of the heart shaped block 14-6; after the pressure is disappear, the hook is hooked to the V shaped groove 14-5 of the heart shaped block 14-6 (as figured in FIG.11B or FIG.2). At this position, after the button is reset, the button is separated from the damper casing 5, so the top cover shaft sleeve and the sleeve of the toilet seat can be separated, so are the top cover and the toilet seat.
    • 3. assembling at the second time
      after the top cover and the toilet seat are cleaned, making the top cover shaft sleeve aimed at the sleeve of the toilet seat, pushing the button 3, as figured in FIG.11C, under the action of the torsion force of the torsion spring, the hook of the torsion spring moves along the heart shaped block and moves back to the front end of the block from the arc groove 14-6. At this time, the torsion spring and the heart shaped block are unlocked. Under the action of the spring:
      one part of the damper casing 5 is disposed in the sleeve, the other part is in the top cover shaft sleeve. Above is the assembling of the top cover and the toilet seat.
  • Then making the support base insert hole 2.2 of the sleeve aimed at and inserted to the support base 15, the top end of the support base insert pin 15-1 pushes the support base fixing board 10-3 of the lock catch 10 until reaching to the groove of the support base insert pin, the support base fixing board 10-3 is locked to the groove under the action of the spring. Above is the assembling of the toilet cover and the main body.
  • The present invention may be summarized as follows: Disclosed is a toilet cover, which comprises a top cover and a toilet seat. two sides of the bottom portion of the top cover are respectively disposed with a top cover shaft sleeve, the center of the bottom portion of the toilet seat is disposed with a sleeve; wherein the sleeve is disposed with two quick release units, each quick release unit comprises a joint, a damper and a lock catch, a support is inserted to the joint, the lock catch is inserted to the joint from one end of the joint to lock or unlock to an insert pin of the support; the damper is disposed at the other end of the joint, and the damper is able to insert to the shaft sleeve of the top cover and retract to the sleeve from the shaft sleeve; the lock catch is linked to the damper. The present invention provides that the cover plate can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning.
  • Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for carrying out the patent for invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the patent for invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.

Claims (13)

  1. A toilet cover, comprising a top cover and a toilet seat, two sides of the bottom portion of the top cover are respectively disposed with a top cover shaft sleeve, the center of the bottom portion of the toilet seat is disposed with a sleeve; wherein the sleeve is disposed with two quick release units, each quick release unit comprises a joint, a damper and a lock catch, a support base is inserted to the joint, the lock catch is inserted to the joint from one end of the joint to lock and unlock to an insert pin of the support base; the damper is disposed at the other end of the joint, and the damper is able to insert to the shaft sleeve of the top cover and retract to the sleeve from the shaft sleeve; the lock catch is linked to the damper; the shaft sleeve of the top cover is disposed with a button, the button can move along the axis of the shaft sleeve of the top cover to push the damper to move in the sleeve.
  2. The toilet cover according to claim 1, wherein the damper is disposed in a damper casing, the button pushes the damper casing to push the damper.
  3. The toilet cover according to claim 1 and/or claim 2, wherein the other end of the lock catch is linked to a torsion spring mechanism, the torsion spring mechanism comprises a clamping groove base, a torsion spring rack and a torsion spring; the top surface of the clamping groove base is disposed with a spring positioning groove, the end of the spring positioning groove away from the torsion spring rack is disposed with a triangle block, the sharp end of the triangle block is faced to the torsion spring rack, a heart shaped block is disposed at a distance from the triangle block, the concaved part of the heart shaped block is faced to the sharp end of the triangle block, a V shaped groove is shaped between the triangle block and the heat shaped block; one side of the heart shaped block is an arc groove higher than the bottom surface of the spring positioning groove, a step is formed between the arc groove and the bottom surface of the spring positioning groove;
    The main body of the torsion spring is fixed to the torsion spring rack, the other end of the torsion spring is disposed in the spring positioning groove.
  4. The toilet cover according to claim 3, wherein the bottom surface of the position groove is further disposed with an incline block, the incline block is placed between the heart shaped block and the holding hole of the torsion spring.
  5. The toilet cover according to claim 3 and/or 4, wherein the clamping groove base is column shaped, the end portion is disposed with a holding hole of the torsion spring, a spring fixing hole and a lock catch fixing hole from top end; the top surface of one end of the torsion spring rack is disposed with a torsion spring fixing column, the side surface is disposed with a hook, the hook is able to insert to the lock catch fixing hole, the spring fixing hole is disposed with a reset spring of the torsion spring rack.
  6. The toilet cover according to any one or more of claims 3 to 5, wherein the lock catch and the torsion spring rack are fixed.
  7. The toilet cover according to any one or more of claims 3 to 6, wherein the lock catch comprises a plate, the plate is disposed with a column fixing groove extending from the edge to the center; one end of the torsion spring rack is disposed with a column, the column is able to insert to the column fixing groove.
  8. The toilet cover according to any one or more of claims 1 to 7, wherein the lock catch comprises a plate, one end of the plate extends with a base fixing board for locking to the groove of a base insert pin; two connecting boards are disposed below the base fixing board, the bottom portion of each connecting board is disposed with an elastic catch, the elastic catch extends from the rear end of the connecting board to the plate, the catch head is faced outwardly, the center portions are closing to each other with an arc portion.
  9. The toilet cover according to claim 8, wherein the damper is disposed with a screw at its insert end, the rear end of each connecting board is disposed with a laterally disposed screw hole; the insert end of the damper and the rear end of the connecting board of the lock catch are respectively inserted to the joint and fixed by screw.
  10. A detaching method of a toilet cover, which applies the toilet cover according to any one or more of claims 3 to 9, comprising following steps:
    1) Pressing the button down to push the damper to move towards the center to push the lock catch, which is fixed to the damper, to the center; during the moving of the lock catch, the support base fixing board is separated from the lock groove of the support base insert pin, and the lock catch is positioned; pulling the top cover and the toilet seat from the support base; then the lock catch is reset;
    2) separating the top cover and the toilet seat: pressing the button again to push the damper again, the damper casing, the joint, the lock catch and the torsion spring rack to the center, the hook of the torsion spring moves along the edge of the heart shaped block; after the pressure is released, the hook of the torsion spring is hooked to the V shaped groove of the heart shaped block; at this position, after the button is reset, the button is separated from the damper casing, the shaft sleeve of the top cover and the sleeve of the toilet seat can be separated.
  11. A toilet cover, comprising a top cover and a toilet seat, two sides of the bottom portion of the top cover are respectively disposed with a top cover shaft sleeve, the center of the bottom portion of the toilet seat is disposed with a sleeve; wherein two ends of the sleeve are respectively disposed with a quick release unit, the quick release unit comprises a joint, a damper and a lock catch, a support base is inserted to the joint, the lock catch is inserted to the joint from one end of the joint to lock and unlock to an insert pin of the support base; the damper is disposed at the other end of the joint, and the damper is able to insert to the shaft sleeve of the top cover and retract to the sleeve from the shaft sleeve; the lock catch is linked to the damper; the shaft sleeve of the top cover is disposed with a button, the button can move along the axis of the shaft sleeve of the top cover to push the damper to move in the sleeve; the other end of the quick release units is correspondingly disposed with a torsion spring mechanism, the torsion spring mechanism comprises a torsion spring rack and a clamping groove base, the torsion spring rack is disposed with a torsion spring, the clamping groove base is disposed with a hook position and a non-hook position for the torsion spring, a spring abuts between the torsion spring rack and the clamping groove base; when the torsion spring is hooked to the hook position, the damper retracts to the sleeve from the shaft sleeve of the top cover.
  12. The toilet cover according to claim 11, wherein further comprising a button reset spring; the button, when being locked in the shaft sleeve of the top cover, resets after the external force is released.
  13. The toilet cover according to claim 11 and/or claim 12, wherein the top surface of the clamping groove base is disposed with a spring positioning groove, the end of the spring positioning groove away from the torsion spring rack is disposed with a triangle block, the sharp end of the triangle block is faced to the torsion spring rack, a heart shaped block is disposed at a distance from the triangle block, the concaved part of the heart shaped block is faced to the sharp end of the triangle block, a V shaped groove is shaped between the triangle block and the heat shaped block; one side of the heart shaped block is an arc groove higher than the bottom surface of the spring positioning groove, a step is formed between the arc groove and the bottom surface of the spring positioning groove;
    The main body of the torsion spring is fixed to the torsion spring rack, the other end of the torsion spring is disposed in the spring positioning groove.
