当前许多汽车后排座椅为靠背与头枕为集成式设计,即头枕和靠背集成一体,为了保证儿童座椅的安装,需要在靠背上端开设安装通道,用于儿童座椅上固定点挂钩穿过通道与后方儿童座椅上固定点挂接。该安装通道需要有可拆卸的塑料件遮盖,以保证在不使用儿童座椅时遮盖通道,保持座椅良好的外观效果,同时易拆卸,便于儿童座椅的安装。
本实施例中,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于设计一款可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,当在汽车座椅不使用儿童座椅时,能够保证汽车座椅的品质感,并且方便拆卸,利于儿童座椅的安装。
如图1所示,该组件包括通道插件1和后端基座2,如图3-4所示,后端基座2与儿童座椅安装通道相匹配且为空口结构,后端基座2安装在儿童座椅安装通道中,通道插件1通过空口结构与后端基座2配合连接,如图2所示,通道插件1包括盖板3和壳体4,盖板3设在壳体4的顶部,盖板3上有解锁插孔5,壳体4内部设有解锁结构,解锁结构包括:解锁连杆7和解锁杆8;解锁连杆包括接触面6;解锁结构通过解锁插孔5穿插到盖板3的外部,解锁结构通过运动可切换于锁定状态与解锁状态;

在另一实施例中,解锁结构设在壳内4部,解锁插孔5穿插有解锁件(图中未示出)解锁件与解锁结构中的解锁连杆7接触,通过解锁件带动解锁连杆7运动,接触面6固定解锁杆8的一端,使解锁杆8的另一端穿插壳体1,使通道插件1与后端基座2能够固定连接。

后端基座2的后面设有限位底座14,后端基座2通过限位底座14与儿童座椅安装通道固定,当通道插件1从后端基座2取出时,保证后端基座2不会被带出,脱离儿童座椅安装通道。
壳体4的外部表面设有限位部15,当通道插件1插入后端基座2,限位部15接触后端基座2时,解锁杆8的位置与连接孔13的位置相对应,保证解锁杆8插入后端基座2上连接孔13的准确率,提高安装效率。
盖板3具有凹状结构,解锁结构在外部分设在盖板3的凹状结构处,防止解锁结构在锁定状态时误触解锁。
盖板3为可拆式结构,盖板3设有多个螺纹孔16,盖板3通过螺纹孔16固定螺钉与盖板3可拆卸式固定,可以根据座椅的颜色搭配不同颜色的盖板3,当通道插件1发故障时,盖板3拆卸方便,便于维修。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,包括通道插件(1)和后端基座(2),所述后端基座(2)与儿童座椅安装通道相匹配且为空口结构,所述通道插件(1)通过所述空口结构与所述后端基座配合连接,所述通道插件(1)包括盖板(3)和壳体(4),所述盖板(3)设在所述壳体(4)的顶部,所述盖板(3)上有解锁插孔(5),所述壳体(4)内部设有解锁结构,所述解锁结构通过所述解锁插孔(5)穿插到所述盖板(3)的外部,所述解锁结构通过运动可切换于锁定状态与解锁状态;当所述解锁结构处于所述锁定状态时,所述通道插件(1)与所述后端基座(2)固定连接,当所述解锁结构处于解锁状态时,所述通道插件(1)能够与所述后端基座(2)分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,所述解锁结构包括:解锁连杆(7)和解锁杆(8),所述解锁连杆(7)包括接触面(6);
    所述锁定状态为:所述接触面(6)固定所述解锁杆(8)的一端,使所述解锁杆(8)的另一端穿插所述壳体(4);
    所述解锁状态为:所述解锁连杆(7)运动,使所述解锁杆(8)与所述接触面分离,所述解锁杆(8)完全缩回所述壳体(4)内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,所述壳体(4)内部设有按压锁(9),所述解锁连杆(7)端部设有与所述按压锁(9)配合固定的卡锁结构(10),所述解锁结构为所述锁定状态时,所述按压锁(9)与所述卡锁结构(10)固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,所述壳体(4)内部设有解锁杆弹簧(11),所述解锁杆弹簧(11)套在所述解锁杆(8)上;所述壳体(4)的内部设有支撑部件(12),所述支撑部件(12)支撑所述解锁杆(8)与解锁杆弹簧(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,所述后端基座(2)上设有连接孔(13),所述连接孔(13)的位置与数量与伸出所述壳体(4)的所述解锁杆(8)的位置与数量一一对应。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,所述后端基座(2)的后面设有限位底座(14),所述后端基座(2)通过所述限位底座(14)与所述儿童座椅安装通道固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,所述壳体(4)的外部表面设有限位部(15),当所述通道插件(1)插入所述后端基座(2),所述限位部(15)接触所述后端基座(2)时,所述解锁杆(8)的位置与所述连接孔(13)相对应。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,所述盖板(3)具有凹状结构,所述解锁结构在外部分设在所述盖板(3)的凹状结构处。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件,其特征在于,所述盖板(3)为可拆式结构,所述盖板(3)设有多个螺纹孔(16),所述盖板(3)通过所述螺纹孔(16)与所述盖板(3)可拆卸式固定。
  10. 一种汽车座椅,其特征在于,该座椅包括根据权利要求1-9任意所述的位于靠背的可拆卸儿童座椅安装通道组件。
