本发明在本体上设置插片,在插片插入马桶盖板上的固定轴过程中,插片上的导向斜面推动销轴上的倒角环面,销轴侧向移动,使让位轴处于让位缺口位置,当让位轴进入锁位孔中时,锁位轴后退插入锁位孔,实现支座与固定轴的快速连接;按压按钮带动销轴行进,使锁位轴与锁位孔错位分离,此时让位轴处于让位缺口位置,即可把插片拔出固定轴,实现支座与固定轴的快速分离。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种马桶盖板与本体的快速连接装置,包括:
    设于马桶本体的支座;
    一连接马桶盖板或座圈的固定轴,其特征在于:
    固定轴轴向设有轴孔,径向设有插孔,轴孔与径向插孔连通;
    一按钮,其轴上套有弹簧并安装于固定轴的一端,按钮中间设有一由大径锁位轴和小径让位轴构成的变径销轴,变径销轴与固定轴上的轴孔滑动插合,锁位轴与让位轴由倒角环面衔接;
    支座上设有方形插片,插片顶部中间设有一由上窄让位缺口和下宽锁位孔构成的U形卡口;
    支座上的插片与固定轴的径向插孔插接,锁位轴与锁位孔插合固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖板与本体的快速连接装置,其特征在于所述插片顶部上设有可顶压倒角环面使销轴侧向移动的导向斜面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种马桶盖板与本体的快速连接装置,其特征在于:所述的按钮上设有两个与销轴平行的弹性臂,两弹性臂的末端设有内卡钩;固定轴上设有与弹性臂滑动配合的滑槽,滑槽与径向插孔两侧连通;在固定轴中间隔设有供内卡钩卡位的第一端面和第二端面,第二端面为径向插孔的轴向端面,第一端面位于第二端面和按钮之间;内卡钩与第一端面钩卡使按钮与固定轴连接。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的一种马桶盖板与本体的快速连接装置,其特征在于:所述的插片上对应滑槽位置设有给内卡钩让位的让位凹槽,插片顶部和让位凹槽顶部分别设有可顶开内卡钩与第二端面分离的上触发斜面和下触发斜面。
