现有技术中,公告号为CN202723749U公开一种按钮式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,包括阻尼器、转接件、按键和底座;底座向上设有顶端开口的中空套管,且中空套管的顶部外侧壁设有卡接槽;转接件向下设有垂直轴芯,该转接件的一端与阻尼器的转轴相接,按键可移动地卡装于转接件的另一端,且按键与转接件之间套压有弹簧;该按键设有两卡爪,该两卡爪分别活动位于转接件的垂直轴芯的前后两侧;转接件的垂直轴芯插入底座的中空套管内,按键的两卡爪随按键的移动对中空套管的卡接槽形成锁固或松开动作。
转接件与底座拆卸时,驱动按键压缩弹簧,则按键的卡爪末端与中空套管的卡接槽脱离,使转接件与底座能够彼此脱离。其缺陷在于:在拆卸转接件与底座时,需将转接件手动拔出,拔出时经常因用力过多而使盖板与马桶座体发生碰撞,损坏马桶座体,拆卸时需小心谨慎,拆卸依然较为不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,实现转接件与底座拆卸时,转接件快速自动弹起,拆卸较为方便快捷。
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:
一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,包括转接件、底座、锁固件及转动件;转接件一端通过转动件安装马桶盖板,转接件另一端连接锁固件,锁固件实现转接件与底座的相对固定或相对分离;转接件与底座之间通过插杆插入插孔进行插接连接,在插孔中安装顶出弹性体,用于支撑插入插孔中的插杆,在锁固件实现转接件与底座的相对分离时,为马桶盖板快拆提供复位弹力。

本实施例中,复位弹性体52具体安装方式为:转接件1设置插槽12,插槽12中插入插块13,插块13上设置定位柱131,复位弹性体52一端抵靠在插块13定位柱131上,另一端抵靠在卡件31上。
支杆21的环形凸椽25为圆锥台结构,上部宽度直径较小,而下部直径较大。支杆21的环形凸椽25为圆锥台结构,在安装马桶盖板时,环形凸椽25穿过卡件31的环形贯通槽311,圆锥台的斜面侧壁对环形贯通槽311边缘形成挤压,迫使卡件31做靠近转接件1的轴向移动,同时卡件31与靠近转接件1之间的复位弹性体52收缩,当环形凸椽25完全穿出环形贯通槽311与转接件1抵靠后,卡件31在复位弹性体52的复位力作用下做远离转接件1的轴向移动,使卡件31的环形贯通槽311边缘随卡件31轴向位移卡滞支杆21的环形凸椽25下部。
支杆21的环形凸椽25下部杆身呈圆锥台形,杆身从环形凸椽23下部开始直至底部直径渐近增大。既可以承受马桶盖板的较大重量,又不易折断。
本实施例中,驱动件32包括轴套321和按钮322,转接件1安装在轴套321中,卡件31活动安装在轴套321中,轴套321上设置开口3211,按钮322限位安装于开口3211中,为方便按压,按钮322与轴套321之间设置弹性体53。按钮322上设置第一推顶部3221;卡件31上设置与第一推顶部3221匹配的第二推顶部312。按钮322上的第一推顶部3221为斜楔块,卡件31的第二推顶部312为斜面,与第一推顶部3221的斜楔块抵靠。
转接件1轴向剖切出一台阶面14,转接件1上的插杆11设置在台阶面14上,并与台阶面14垂直,支杆21上端的环形凸椽25穿过环形贯通槽311与转接件1的台阶面14抵靠。支杆21的环形凸椽25的上端面251与台阶面14抵靠会更加稳固。
转接件1设置上下并置限位卡槽15和限位滑槽16,卡件31设置上下并置限位卡条313和卡片314,限位卡条313上设置卡钩3131,限位卡槽15侧壁设置卡孔151,卡件31的限位卡条313置于转接件1的限位卡槽15中,而卡钩3131卡入卡孔151中;卡片314上设置环形贯通槽311,卡片314的自由端插入限位滑槽16中。
卡件31的环形贯通槽311边缘上部具有斜面倒角315,使得卡件31的环形贯通槽311边缘卡入支杆21的环形凸椽25下部较为顺畅。
如图3所示,轴套32设置穿孔3212,转接件1安装在轴套32中,底座2支杆21插入穿孔3212,而转接件1插杆11插入支杆21中心径向插孔22中。
转接件1与底座2安装时,转接件1的插杆11插入支杆21的中心插孔22中,支杆21推顶挤压并插入卡件31的卡环311中,卡环311卡滞在支杆21的环形凸缘25上,实现转接件1与底座2相对固定。
转接件1与底座2拆卸时,按压按钮322驱使卡件31位移,使卡环311解除与支杆21环形凸缘25卡滞,转接件1的插杆11在顶出弹性体51作用下快速自动弹出支杆21的中心插孔22,实现转接件1与底座2相对分离。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1、一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,包括转接件、底座、锁固件及转动件;转接件一端通过转动件安装马桶盖板,转接件另一端连接锁固件,锁固件实现转接件与底座的相对固定或相对分离;其特征在于:转接件与底座之间通过插杆插入插孔进行插接连接,在插孔中安装顶出弹性体,用于支撑插入插孔中的插杆,在锁固件实现转接件与底座的相对分离时,为马桶盖板快拆提供复位弹力。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:转接件上径向设置插杆,底座上竖向设置支杆,支杆中心设置供插杆插入的插孔。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:支杆的插孔设置为通孔,通孔底部安装底盖,顶出弹性体安装在通孔中,顶出弹性体一端与底盖抵靠,另一端用于支撑插入支杆的插孔的插杆。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:底座上竖向设置插杆,转接件上径向设置支杆,支杆中心设置供插杆插入的插孔。
5、如权利要求2至4任一项所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:锁固件包括卡件及驱动件,卡件与转接件连接,卡件与转接件之间设置复位弹性体;支杆上端设置环形凸椽,卡件上设置环形贯通槽,支杆上端的凸椽穿过环形贯通槽与转接件抵靠,转接件的插杆插入支杆的中心插孔中,卡件在复位弹性体作用或驱动件的挤压下在转接件上做轴向来回位移,卡件的环形贯通槽边缘随卡件轴向位移卡入在支杆环形凸椽的下部从而将转接件固定在支杆上或者解除与支杆环形凸椽的下部卡滞从而使转接件与支杆之间相互松脱。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:支杆的环形凸椽为圆锥台结构,上部宽度直径较小,而下部直径较大;支杆的环形凸椽下部杆身呈圆锥台形,杆身从环形凸椽下部开始直至底部直径渐近增大。
7、如权利要求2至4任一项所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:转接件轴向剖切出一台阶面,转接件上的插杆设置在台阶面上,并与台阶面垂直,支杆上端的环形凸椽穿过环形贯通槽与转接件的台阶面抵靠。
8、如权利要求5所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:驱动件包括轴套和按钮,转接件安装在轴套中,卡件活动安装在轴套中,轴套上设置开口,按钮限位安装于开口中,按钮与轴套之间设置弹性体,按钮上设置第一推顶部,卡件上设置与第一推顶部匹配的第二推顶部;轴套还设置供固定件支杆插入的穿孔。
9、如权利要求5所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:转接件设置上下并置限位卡槽和限位滑槽,卡件设置上下并置限位卡条和卡片,限位卡条上设置卡钩,限位卡槽侧壁设置卡孔,卡件的限位卡条置于转接件限位卡槽中,而卡钩卡入卡孔中;卡片上设置环形贯通槽,卡片的自由端插入限位滑槽中。
10、如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖板快拆自动弹起装置,其特征在于:底座上竖向设置插杆,转接件上径向设置插孔。
