Description

一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏 技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED显示屏,特别是指一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏。
背景技术
如图1所示,传统的LED显示屏一般包括箱体1以及LED显示模组2,使用的时候,若干LED显示模组2同时拼装固定在箱体1上以形成一大型LED显示屏。
在传统的LED显示屏中,其LED显示模组2是通过螺丝固定锁死在箱体1上的,但是这种固定方式装配步骤非常复杂,另外,在完成装配之后,一旦特定的LED显示模组出现故障,其拆卸更换也十分不方便。
为了克服上述的缺点,目前一些LED显示屏中设置有便拆结构3,比较典型的便拆结构3有磁吸结构、卡槽卡柱结构等等,通过这类便拆结构3装配人员能够快速的将若干LED显示模组2同时拼装固定在箱体1上,同时,拆卸更换特定LED显示模组的工作也变的异常简单。
但是,由于便拆结构3的特点就是便于装配、拆卸,所以其连接方式并不十分稳定,实践中当此种LED显示屏被设置在户外,经常会在大风大雨天气中,受风力影响将LED显示模组2从箱体1上吹落的情况,进而产生极大的安全隐患,为了消除这种安全隐患一些厂商额外设置一些钢丝,将每一个LED显示模组2都绑定在箱体1上以达到安全防护的作用,但是这种做法又会导致使整体产品失去便于装配、拆卸的特点,而此是为传统技术的主要缺点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏,其包括固定架(10)以及若干显示模组(20),在每一个该显示模组(20)与该固定架(10)之间都设置有便拆结构(30),同时,在每一个该显示模组(20)与该固定架(10)之间都设置有防护结构(100),该防护结构(100)能够提升该显示模组(20)装配在该固定架(10)上的结构稳定性,避免受外力作用时该显示模组(20)意外脱落情况的发生,另外,实践中需要辅助特殊的工具才能够将该防护结构(100)打开并将该显示模组(20)拆下,以达到防盗的作用,而此是为本发明的主要目的。

具体实施方式
如图1至7所示,一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏,其包括固定架10以及若干显示模组20。
在每一个该显示模组20与该固定架10之间都设置有便拆结构30。
如图2、7所示,通过该便拆结构30能够将若干该显示模组20快速装配到该固定架10上,同时方便该显示模组20的拆卸。
在具体实施的时候,该便拆结构30包括固定架连接器31以及模组连接器32。其中,该固定架连接器31设置在该固定架10上,该模组连接器32与该固定架连接器31相对应设置在该显示模组20上。
在具体实施的时候,该固定架连接器31可以为插槽,该模组连接器32为插柱,该固定架连接器31可以为扣槽,该模组连接器32为扣头,该固定架连接器31以及该模组连接器32都可以为磁吸块。
同时,在每一个该显示模组20与该固定架10之间都设置有防护结构100。
该防护结构100能够提升该显示模组20装配在该固定架10上的结构稳定性,避免受外力作用时该显示模组20意外脱落情况的发生。
如图2、7所示,另外,实践中需要辅助特殊的工具才能够将该防护结构100打开并将该显示模组20拆下,以达到防盗的作用。
如图3、4、6所示,该防护结构100包括便插体200以及便插座300,其中,该便插体200固定设置在该固定架10上,该便插座300固定设置在该显示模组20上,该便插体200与该便插座300一一对应。
如图7所示,该防护结构100具有锁死以及开启两种状态,当该防护结构100处于锁死状态时,该便插体200插设在该便插座300中,此刻,该便插体200被锁死在该便插座300中从而固定该显示模组20与该固定架10之间的相对位置,使该显示模组20不会从该固定架10上意外脱落。
当该防护结构100处于开启状态时,该便插体200从该便插座300中抽出,此刻,该便插体200与该便插座300之间不存在连接关系,此时,通过该 便拆结构30能够方便该显示模组20从该固定架10上快速、轻松拆下,以实现便于拆卸的功能。
如图3、4、6所示,该便插体200上设置有卡槽210。
该便插座300包括外壳310、弹珠箱320、若干弹珠330、弹簧340以及底盖350,其中,该底盖350盖设在该外壳310底部,借助该底盖350以及该外壳310围绕形成一动作内腔。
该外壳310具有倾斜的侧壁311,该弹珠箱320滑动设置在该动作内腔中,该弹珠箱320具有倾斜的箱体侧壁321,在具体实施的时候,该弹珠箱320的该箱体侧壁321与该外壳310的该侧壁311相平行。

    该弹珠箱(320)中设置有挡板(322),在该箱体侧壁(321)上设置有若干弹珠孔(323),与该弹珠孔(323)相对应在该挡板(322)上设置有若干轨道(324),一个该弹珠孔(323)与其所对应的一个该轨道(324)组合形成一个弹珠轨道,若干该弹珠(330)一一对应的设置在该弹珠轨道中,
    在若干该弹珠(330)之间形成一卡接腔(360),与该卡接腔(360)相对应在该弹珠箱(320)顶部设置有箱体穿孔(361),与该卡接腔(360)相对应在该外壳(310)顶部设置有外壳穿孔(362),
    该外壳穿孔(362)、该箱体穿孔(361)以及该卡接腔(360)相互连通,
    在该挡板(322)与该底盖(350)之间形成一弹簧腔(341),该弹簧(340)设置在该弹簧腔(341)中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏,其特征在于:在将该显示模组(20)装配到该固定架(10)上的时候,该便插体(200)依次穿入该外壳穿孔(362)、该箱体穿孔(361)以及该卡接腔(360),
    当该便插体(200)插入该卡接腔(360)的时候,该便插体(200)同时挤压若干该弹珠(330)使该卡接腔(360)扩大,而后,该便插体(200)继续插入,当该便插体(200)的该卡槽(210)运动到该卡接腔(360)位置的时候,若干该弹珠(330)同时卡接在该卡槽(210)中,此刻,该卡接腔(360)缩小,从而通过若干该弹珠(330)以及该卡槽(210)固定该便插体(200)与该便插座(300)之间的相对位置,进一步,将该显示模组(20)固定在该固定架(10)上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏,其特征在于:该防护结构(100)还包括磁吸拆卸片(400),
    该磁吸拆卸片(400)与该便插座(300)相连接,该磁吸拆卸片(400)以及该便插座(300)同时固定设置在该显示模组(20)上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏,其特征在于:该防护结构(100)还包括磁吸拆卸器(500)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏,其特征在于:在从该固定架(10)上拆卸该显示模组(20)的时候,将该磁吸拆卸器(500)靠近该显示模组(20),此刻,在该磁吸拆卸器(500)与该便插座(300)之间建立开启磁力关系,在该磁吸拆卸器(500)与该磁吸拆卸片(400)之间建立拆卸磁力关系,
    通过该开启磁力关系使该磁吸拆卸器(500)磁吸该便插座(300)中的该弹簧(340),使该弹簧(340)压缩,此刻,该卡接腔(360)扩大,解除若干该弹珠(330)与该卡槽(210)之间的卡接关系,此时,该便插体(200)能够从该便插座(300)中抽出,
    与此同时,通过该拆卸磁力关系使该磁吸拆卸器(500)能够通过该磁吸拆卸片(400)磁吸固定该显示模组(20),进而将该显示模组(20)从该固定架(10)上拆下。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的一种能够防止显示模组意外脱落的LED显示屏,其特征在于:该弹珠箱(320)的该箱体侧壁(321)与该外壳(310)的该侧壁(311)相平行。
