Description
本发明涉及智能设备技术领域,特别涉及一种智能平板壁挂结构。
交互智能平板是融和了电视技术、电脑技术、触摸技术、音响技术于一体,实现人机交互的一体化设备,其不仅具有传统液晶电视高清显示的功能,还可通过配置内置电脑模块使其还具有计算能力,并且通过触控技术可对电脑进行操控,获得便捷的人机交互式体验。
因此,交互智能平板被广泛使用,通常人们是将交互智能平板通过壁挂将其安装固定在墙体上。但是,如图1所示,现有壁挂结构在安装时需要将智能平板100背面朝上平躺放置,将壁挂条200的安装孔与智能平板100的安装孔对齐后,使用螺丝300将两者锁紧。这种操作需要专用的螺丝固定工具,操作繁琐,甚至有时会因为工具操作失误导致划伤智能平板后壳,造成设备损坏。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有智能平板的壁挂安装不便,操作繁琐,甚至容易导致设备损坏的问题,本发明提供一种智能平板壁挂结构。
其技术方案如下:
一种智能平板壁挂结构,包括相互配合的安装柱和壁挂组件,所述安装柱安装于智能平板的某一固定位置处;所述壁挂组件包括壁挂条,以及固定于所述壁挂条上的防脱装置;所述壁挂条上设有至少两个安装孔,所述安装柱与所述安装孔一一对应;所述防脱装置位于其中一个所述安装孔上侧,且所述防脱装置与穿设于所述安装孔外的所述安装柱抵紧。

第二柱体直径,所述第一柱体直径大于所述第二圆孔直径,所述第二柱体与所述智能平板100相连,所述第二柱体卡合于所述第二圆孔中,所述第一柱体位于所述第二圆孔外侧。在将安装柱400穿设卡紧到安装孔210中时,先使第一柱体穿过第一圆孔,再滑动第一柱体到第二圆孔处,使第二柱体卡合于第二圆孔中,第一柱体卡紧于第二圆孔外侧,将安装柱400卡紧于安装孔210的第二圆孔中,不易松脱。通过安装孔210与安装柱400的特殊设置,配合不同直径相差,实现安装柱400能够轻易地进入安装孔210中,又能快速实现扣合而不致安装柱400脱落,从而方便防脱销522对安装柱400进行进一步锁合。
本发明所述智能平板壁挂结构通过壁挂条上安装孔与预设在智能平板上的安装柱相组合,配合防脱装置的进一步扣合,实现了壁挂紧固安装;而且,在这个安装过程,操作人员只需简单拨动防脱装置上的开关而无需通过固定工具进行装配,操作简单,安装方便,防止操作失误而破坏智能平板外壳美观。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对所述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,包括相互配合的安装柱和壁挂组件,所述安装柱安装于智能平板的某一固定位置处;所述壁挂组件包括壁挂条,以及固定于所述壁挂条上的防脱装置;所述壁挂条上设有至少两个安装孔,所述安装柱与所述安装孔一一对应;所述防脱装置位于其中一个所述安装孔上侧,且所述防脱装置与穿设于所述安装孔外的所述安装柱抵紧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述防脱装置包括设置为中空盒状的保护盖,且所述保护盖相对的两侧面上贯穿设有对应的通孔;以及设置于所述保护盖中的开关装置,所述开关装置两端穿过两个所述通孔,且所述开关装置一端突出于所述保护盖外并与所述安装柱抵紧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括设置为长条状的防脱销,所述防脱销插装于所述保护盖中,所述防脱销两端穿过两个所述通孔,且所述防脱销一端抵紧于所述安装柱;以及套装于所述防脱销上的弹簧,且所述弹簧一端卡接于所述防脱销上而另一端与所述保护盒内壁抵接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述防脱销上突出设有柱状的开关部,所述保护盖上开设有与所述通孔位于不同平面的开关孔,所述开关部穿过所述开关孔形成扣合开关。
- 根据权利要求4所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述开关孔包括开设于所述保护盖上的扣合孔和松开孔,以及连通所述扣合孔和松开孔的长条形滑动孔,且所述扣合孔靠近所述安装柱设置;当所述开关部位于所述扣合孔中时,所述防脱销端部与所述安装柱抵紧;当所述开关部位于所述松开孔中时,所述防脱销端部与所述安装柱分离。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述扣合孔与所述滑动孔连通处设置有第一孔颈,所述松开孔与所述滑动孔连通处设置 有第二孔颈。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述开关孔设置为U型或Z型,所述扣合孔和松开孔分别位于所述开关孔两端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述壁挂条设置为U型槽状,所述壁挂条两侧均设置有第一连接孔,所述保护盖两侧开设有与所述第一连接孔对应的第二连接孔,所述第二连接孔与所述通孔、开关孔位于不同平面,且所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔中穿设有紧固螺钉。
- 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述安装孔包括相互连通的第一圆孔和第二圆孔,且所述第一圆孔直径大于所述第二圆孔直径,所述安装柱扣合于所述第二圆孔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的智能平板壁挂结构,其特征在于,所述安装柱包括相互连接的第一柱体和第二柱体,且所述第一柱体直径大于所述第二柱体直径,所述第一柱体直径大于所述第二圆孔直径,所述第二柱体与所述智能平板相连,所述第二柱体卡合于所述第二圆孔中,所述第一柱体位于所述第二圆孔外侧。
