转接件1固定在支杆21上时,转接件1的插杆11插入支杆21的中心插孔22中挤压顶出弹性体62,顶出弹性体62对插杆11的反作用促使固定件2与卡件4抱死。在拆除马桶盖板时,驱动件3驱使卡件4做靠近转接件1的轴向位移,卡件4的环形贯通槽41边缘解除对支杆21的环形凸椽23的下部卡滞时,顶出弹性体62为插杆11提供复位弹力,使支杆21上端的环形凸椽23从卡件4的环形贯通槽41内退出,从而使转接件1与支杆21之间迅速松脱,实现马桶盖板自动从固定件2上弹起。
支杆21的环形凸椽23为圆锥台结构,上部宽度直径较小,而下部直径较大。支杆21的环形凸椽23为圆锥台结构,在安装马桶盖板时,环形凸椽23穿过卡件4的环形贯通槽41,圆锥台的斜面侧壁对环形贯通槽41边缘形成挤压,迫使卡件4做靠近转接件1的轴向移动,同时卡件4与靠近转接件1之间的复位弹性体61收缩,当环形凸椽23完全穿出环形贯通槽41与转接件1抵靠后,卡件4在复位弹性体61的复位力作用下做远离转接件1的轴向移动,使卡件4的环形贯通槽41边缘随卡件4轴向位移卡滞支杆21的环形凸椽23下部。
支杆21的环形凸椽23下部杆身呈圆锥台形,杆身从环形凸椽23下部开始直至底部直径渐近增大。既可以承受马桶盖板的较大重量,又不易折断。
本实施例中,驱动件3包括轴套31和按钮32,转接件1安装在轴套31中,卡件4活动安装在轴套31中,轴套31上设置开口311,按钮32限位安装于开口311中,为方便按压,按钮32与轴套31之间设置弹性体63。按钮32上设置第一推顶部321,卡件4上设置与第一推顶部321匹配的第二推顶部42。轴套31还设置供固定件2支杆21插入的穿孔312。按钮32上的第一推顶部321为斜楔块,卡件4的第二推顶部42为斜面,与第一推顶部321的斜楔块抵靠。
转接件1轴向剖切出一台阶面14,转接件1上的插杆11设置在台阶面14上,并与台阶面14垂直,支杆21上端的环形凸椽23穿过环形贯通槽41与转接件1的台阶面14抵靠。支杆21的环形凸椽23的上端面231与台阶面14抵靠会更加稳固。
转接件1设置上下并置限位卡槽15和限位滑槽16,卡件4设置上下并置限位卡条43和卡片44,限位卡条43上设置卡钩431,限位卡槽15侧壁设置卡孔151,卡件4的限位卡条43置于转接件1限位卡槽15中,而卡钩431卡入卡孔151中;卡片44上设置环形贯通槽41,卡片44的自由端插入限位滑槽16中。
卡件4的环形贯通槽41边缘上部具有斜面倒角45,使得卡件4的环形贯通槽41边缘卡入支杆21的环形凸椽23下部较为顺畅。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1、一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,包括转接件、驱动件、转动件、卡件及固定件;转接件一端通过转动件安装马桶盖板,转接件另一端连接卡件,卡件与转接件之间设置复位弹性体,转接件的径向设置插杆;固定件安装在马桶上,固定件的竖向设置支杆,支杆设置供插杆插入的中心插孔;其特征在于:支杆上端设置环形凸椽,卡件上设置环形贯通槽,支杆上端的环形凸椽穿过环形贯通槽与转接件抵靠,转接件的插杆插入支杆的中心插孔中,卡件在复位弹性体作用或驱动件的挤压下在转接件上做轴向来回位移,卡件的环形贯通槽边缘随卡件轴向位移卡入在支杆环形凸椽的下部从而将转接件固定在支杆上或者解除与支杆环形凸椽的下部卡滞从而使转接件与支杆之间相互松脱。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:支杆的中心插孔中安装顶出弹性体,用于支撑插入支杆的中心插孔的插杆。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:支杆的中心插孔设置为通孔,通孔底部安装底盖,顶出弹性体安装在通孔中,顶出弹性体一端与底盖抵靠,另一端用于支撑插入支杆的插孔的插杆。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:支杆的环形凸椽为圆锥台结构,上部宽度直径较小,而下部直径较大。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:支杆的环形凸椽下部杆身呈圆锥台形,杆身从环形凸椽下部开始直至底部直径渐近增大。
6、如权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:驱动件包括轴套和按钮,转接件安装在轴套中,卡件活动安装在轴套中,轴套上设置开口,按钮限位安装于开口中,按钮与轴套之间设置弹性体,按钮上设置第一推顶部,卡件上设置与第一推顶部匹配的第二推顶部;轴套还设置供固定件支杆插入的穿孔。
7、如权利要求6所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:按钮上的第一推顶部为斜楔块,卡件的第二推顶部为斜面,与第一推顶部的斜楔块抵靠。
8、如权利要求1所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:转接件轴向剖切出一台阶面,转接件上的插杆设置在台阶面上,并与台阶面垂直,支杆上端的凸椽穿过环形贯通槽与转接件的台阶面抵靠。
9、如权利要求1所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:转接件设置上下并置限位卡槽和限位滑槽,卡件设置上下并置限位卡条和卡片,限位卡条上设置卡钩,限位卡槽侧壁设置卡孔,卡件的限位卡条置于转接件限位卡槽中,而卡钩卡入卡孔中;卡片上设置环形贯通槽,卡片的自由端插入限位滑槽中。
10、如权利要求1所述的一种一键式马桶盖板快速拆装装置,其特征在于:卡件的环形贯通槽边缘上部具有斜面倒角。
