所述的滑槽之槽底凹设安装槽,两滑杆凸设有伸出部,伸出部适配连接安装槽内,弹性件安装在安装槽内且顶抵在安装槽之槽端面和伸出部分之间,安装方便,防脱性强。
所述的固座包括底座和套座,方便装配自动圆珠笔式机构。
所述的快速拆装墙座组件应用在升降杆,只需安装墙座模组、装接座及杆件模组,使用者要装的零配件少,操作简化;墙座的安装距自由调节,可适配墙面上原有不同距离的螺钉孔,无需从新划线打孔,墙座安装无方向性,装个安装过程非常便捷,拆装也很简单。

具体实施方式
实施例1、请查阅图1至图6,一种快速拆装墙座组件,包括固座10和装接座20。
该固座10凹设有安装腔,该安装腔的腔口朝内凸设有挂台11,该挂台11内形成开口。本实施例之中,该固座10包括底座12和套座13,该底座12包括一底壁及一由底壁周缘垂直底壁方向延伸而成的周壁,该套座13固定装接在周壁之外,且套座13之端口为所述的腔口,所述底座12及套座13之内构成所述的安装腔。根据需要,所述周壁为设阶梯结构,该套座固套周壁之小径外且末端位于阶梯面处。根据需要,可采用螺钉60穿过底壁将固座固接在墙壁。最好,该挂台11为环形板结构。
该固座10安装腔内装设有自动圆珠笔式的按压往复机构30,该机构30为现有技术在此不作进一步具体描述,它具有阀体31,该阀体31能沿垂直开口方向滑动且露于开口,该露于开口是指在沿阀体31滑动方向之投影中,该阀体31位于开口内,且最好位于中心处。本实施例之中,该开口平行墙壁,该推杆滑动方向垂直墙壁。
该装接座20设有至少两能相近或相远离且沿垂直阀体31滑动方向滑动的滑杆21,该两滑杆21和装接座20间设能产生使滑杆21相近的弹力的弹性体22,该滑杆21设斜面23,该斜面23和阀体31末端能相配合;该至少两滑杆21相近时所述至少两滑杆21适配开口以能进出开口,该至少两滑杆21相远离时所述至少两滑杆21能挂接在挂台11背面,通过滑杆21和挂台11挂接配合使固座10和装接座20能装拆固接在一起。本实施例之中,该滑杆个数为两个,但并以此为限,根据需要可为至少三个,多个环形阵列布置,且沿径向滑动。所述斜面设在该些滑杆相近侧。
一具体结构中,该装接座20末端面设贯穿的滑槽25,该装接座20末端还装接有挂板26,该装接座20末端和挂板26对齐适配固接以使滑槽25构成贯穿的滑道,该挂板26、装接座20末端都与开口适配,该滑杆21个数为两个,该两个滑杆21适配连接滑道内;该挂板26中心设通孔261,该阀体31能自由穿过通孔261。该滑槽25是通过在末端面设两平行凸条形成的,两凸条内形成为所述滑槽。最好,该滑槽25之槽底凹设一安装槽27,该两滑杆21之相近端凸设有伸出部211,该伸出部211适配连接安装槽27内,该弹性件22为弹簧,它安装在安装槽27内且顶抵在安装槽27之槽端面和伸出部分211之间。
本实施例之中,该锁接部包括挂台、滑杆和弹性体。
根据需要,还包括一装饰盖40,该装饰盖40适配套在固座10和装接座20外。
所述的快速拆装墙座组件的装拆方法;
该装接方法包括:
步骤11,装接座20朝固座10的开口内推进,该滑杆21的斜面23作用阀体31,使机构30被触动,阀体31外弹;
步骤12,阀体31末端顶抵斜面,使两滑杆21相远离滑动,至该阀体31末端介于两滑杆21之间,两滑杆21挂接在挂台11背面,以将装接座20和固座10锁接在一起;
该拆接方法包括:
步骤21,装接座20朝固座10的开口内推进,该装接座20作用阀体31,使机构30被触动,阀体31复位;
步骤22,在弹性体22之弹力作用下,该两滑杆21相近滑动,滑杆21脱离挂台11,该装接座20能脱离固座10。
实施例2、一种上述的连接装置应用在升降杆中,请查阅图2,还包括杆件50,该快速拆装墙座组件个数为两个,所述装接座20开设有垂直装接座20的贯穿的安装孔24,该杆件50适配插入两装接座20的安装孔24内,且至少一装接座20和杆件50构成能装拆固接,例如采用螺钉固接。如配设装饰盖40,则装饰盖也需设通孔41,通孔41对其适配安装孔24。该升降杆上还滑接有滑座70,用于供花洒插接。
本实施例之中,所述连接装置应用在升降杆中,但并不以此为限,根据需要,也可用做挂件,如在装接座设挂接结构,根据需要可配套多个可供选择装接座,每个装接座都具有不同的挂接结构,则能根据需要选择所需的挂接结构安装连接在固座。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明快速拆装墙座组件,其墙座的安装距自由调节,可适配墙面上原有不同距离的螺钉孔,无需从新划线打孔,墙座安装无方向性,装个安装过程非常便捷,拆装也很简单;具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快速拆装墙座组件,包括一能固定于墙体的固座(10)和一装接座(20),所述固座(10)与装接座(20)之间具有能相互作用的锁接部,其特征在于,还包括一按压往复机构(30),所述按压往复机构(30)包括一阀体(31)和与阀体(31)操作连接的致动装置,通过所述致动装置使得:所述阀体(31)可从一基本位置移动到一工作位置;阀体(31)位于基本位置时,锁接部不作用,固座(10)与装接座(20)松释;阀体(31)位于工作位置时,锁接部相互作用,固座(10)与装接座(20)锁接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装墙座组件,其特征在于:该固座(10)凹设有安装腔,该安装腔的腔口朝内凸设有挂台(11),该挂台(11)内形成开口,该固座(10)安装腔内装设有所述按压往复机构(30),该装接座(20)设有至少两滑杆(21),该至少两滑杆(21)和装接座(20)间设能使滑杆(21)相靠近的弹性体(22),该阀体(31)沿按压方向滑动并使该至少两滑杆(21)沿垂直按压方向相靠近或相远离;该至少两滑杆(21)相靠近时所述至少两滑杆(21)适配开口以能进出开口,该至少两滑杆(21)相远离时所述至少两滑杆(21)能挂接在挂台(11)背面,通过滑杆(21)和挂台(11)挂接配合使固座(10)和装接座(20)能装拆固接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种快速拆装墙座组件,其特征在于:该至少两滑杆(21)和阀体(31)通过斜面(23)相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种快速拆装墙座组件,其特征在于:该挂台(11)为环形板结构。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种快速拆装墙座组件,其特征在于:沿阀体(31)滑动方向之投影中,该阀体(31)位于开口中心处。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种快速拆装墙座组件,其特征在于:该装接座(20)末端面设贯穿的滑槽(25),该装接座(20)末端还装接有挂板(26),该装接座(20)末端和挂板(26)对齐适配固接以使滑槽(25)构成贯穿的滑道,该挂板(26)、装接座(20)末端都与开口适配,该滑杆(21)个数为两个,该两个滑杆(21)适配连接滑道内;该挂板(26)中心设通孔(261),该阀体(31)能自由穿过通孔(261)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种快速拆装墙座组件,其特征在于:该滑槽(25)之槽底凹设一安装槽(27),该两滑杆(21)之相近端凸设有伸出部(211),该伸出部(211)适配连接安装槽(27)内,该弹性件(22)安装在安装槽(27)内且顶抵在安装槽(27)之槽端面和伸出部分(211)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种快速拆装墙座组件,其特征在于:该固座(10)包括底座(12)和套座(13),该底座(12)包括一底壁及一由底壁周缘垂直底壁方向延伸而成的周壁,该套座(13)固定装接在周壁之外,且套座(13)之端口为所述的腔口。
  9. 据权利要求2至8中任一项所述的快速拆装墙座组件的装拆方法,其特征在于:
    该装接方法包括:
    步骤11,装接座(20)朝固座(10)的开口内推进,该滑杆(21)的斜面(23)作用阀体(31),使机构(30)被触动,阀体(31)外弹;
    步骤12,阀体(31)末端顶抵斜面,使两滑杆(21)相远离滑动,至该阀体(31)末端介于两滑杆(21)之间,两滑杆(21)挂接在挂台(11)背面,以将装接座(20)和固座(10)锁接在一起;
    该拆接方法包括:
    步骤21,装接座(20)朝固座(10)的开口内推进,该装接座(20)作用阀体(31),使机构(30)被触动,阀体(31)复位;
    步骤22,在弹性体(22)之弹力作用下,该两滑杆(21)相近滑动,滑杆(21)脱离挂台(11),该装接座(20)能脱离固座(10)。
  10. 一种应用权利要求1至8中任一项所述的快速拆装墙座组件的升降杆,其特征在于:还包括杆件(50),该快速拆装墙座组件个数为两个,该固座(10)为墙座,该两装接座(20)设有垂直贯穿装接座(20)的安装孔(24),该杆件(50)适配插入该安装孔(24)内,且至少一装接座(20)和杆件(50)构成能装拆固接。
