参考图 4 所示,传动组件 2 包括凸轮座 21 、凸轮 22 、定位销 23 及连接轴 24 ,凸轮座 21 上设有半开放式的安装位 211 ,凸轮 22 装设在安装位 211 中,凸轮座 21 的上方及侧面还设有三连接槽孔 212 、 213 、 214 。凸轮 22 上设有定位孔 221 及偏心孔 222 ,定位销 23 穿过定位孔 221 ,插设在连接件 18 的连接孔 181 中。连接轴 24 的一端穿过偏心孔 222 后插设在连接件 18 的连接孔 182 中。
如图 1 、 6 所示,在本实施例中,传动组件 2 设有两组,分别设于连接件 18 两侧壁的外侧。
参考图 5 所示,定位组件 3 包括定位销座 31 、定位销滑块 32 、定位销 33 、连接螺钉 34 及滑块销 35 ,定位销座 31 上设有定位孔 311 、滑块安装位 312 、连接孔 313 、 314 、 315 ,其中:
定位孔 311 设于定位销座 21 的上表面垂直位置,滑块安装位 312 设于定位销座 31 的中心位置,滑块安装位 312 的上方设有连接孔 313 、 314 ,下方设有连接孔 315 。连接螺钉 34 有三个,分别穿过连接孔 313 、 314 、 315 与凸轮座 21 的三连接槽孔 212 、 213 、 214 相连。
定位销滑块 32 ,其上设有定位孔 321 、连接孔 322 及滑槽 323 ,定位孔 321 设于定位销滑块 32 上表面垂直位置,连接孔 322 设于与定位孔 321 相交的横向位置,滑槽 323 设于定位销滑块 32 上的横向位置。
定位销 33 的下方设有第三通孔 331 。
使用时,定位销滑块 32 设于滑块安装位 312 内,定位销 33 穿过定位销座 31 的定位孔 311 ,插设在定位销滑块 32 的定位孔 321 中,滑块销 35 穿过定位销滑块 32 的连接孔 322 的,穿过定位销 33 的第三通孔 331 ,使定位销 33 与定位销滑块 32 固设。连接轴 24 的另一端,是位于定位销滑块 32 的滑槽 323 中。
吊杆 4 的上端成形为环状 41 ,其可挂在一挂钉 A 上,吊杆 4 的下端设有连接孔 42 ,传动组件 2 通过连接轴 24 与吊杆 4 的连接孔 42 相连。
参考图 2 、 6 所示,吊杆 4 的环状 41 挂在挂钉 A 上, 实现锁紧与吊装连接功能。扳动手板柄 11 使其顺时针旋转 45° ,转矩大于复位弹簧 5 的转矩后,驱动手扳转轴 3 、挂钩限位件 17 、保险挂钩 12 作顺时针旋转,以致保险挂钩 12 与保险扣 161 分离,拉动旋转手柄 10 即可打开设备的门或盖;关闭设备的门或盖时,保险扣 161 与保险挂钩 12 触碰,转矩大于复位件 15 的转矩后,驱动保险挂钩 12 逆时针转动,待设备的门或盖关闭后,复位弹簧 5 转矩驱动挂钩限位件 17 、保险挂钩 12 逆时针旋转,从而扣住保险扣 161 ,实现自动扣紧功能,在此期间,复位弹簧 5 始终提供转矩驱动挂钩限位件 17 、保险挂钩 12 逆时针旋转扣住保险扣 161 ,实现防松、保险作用。同时,扳动手板柄 11 还可使其作为驱动件,通过 定位销 23 ,驱动凸轮组件 2 的凸轮 22 转动,凸轮 22 通过与吊杆 4 相连的连接轴 24 ,驱动吊杆 4 ,使吊杆 4 作伸缩运动;同时,凸轮 22 的连接轴 24 还驱动定位销滑块 32 ,定位销滑块 32 进行上下运作,即带动与其相连的定位销 33 进行上下动作,使定位销 33 顶出或退回,且该动作与吊杆 4 的动作匹配。即本发明需要松开时,反下手板柄 11 ,吊杆 4 伸出,定位销 33 退回,需要锁紧时,合上手板柄 11 ,同时吊杆 4 锁紧,定位销 33 顶出,从而实现了快速拆装的目的。
综上所述,本发明采用采用如上设计, 支持单个箱体从屏体当中的任意位置进行快速拆装,并且非常方便、快捷;另外,在狭小空间内 (45mm*51mm*136mm) ,实现高精度定位、强力锁紧 ( 大于 1000Kg ,作吊装机构用 ) ,并且操作方便;再者,所有零件结构简单,容易加工,适合批量化生产,从而成本低。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种旋转手柄,用于 LED 显示屏 拆装锁紧领域,其特征在于: 包括手板柄、保险挂钩、手板转轴、手板拉手、复位件、保险组件及挂钩限位件,所述的手板转轴依次穿过所述的保险挂钩、复位件、手板柄与所述的手板拉手固设;所述的挂钩限位件与所述的手板转轴相连,且卡设在所述的手板柄内,所述的保险组件挂设在所述的保险挂钩上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的 旋转手柄,其特征在于: 所述复位件为复位弹簧,所述的保险挂钩的上端设有第二通孔,所述的手板柄的下方设有卡槽,所述的复位件的上端插设在所述的第二通孔中,所述的复位件的下端插设在所述的卡槽中。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的 旋转手柄,其特征在于: 所述 手板转轴包括有转轴及设于转轴一端的挡垣, 所述的手扳柄中心设有光滑孔,所述的转轴上设有与所述的光滑孔相配合的柱面, 所述 挡垣上设有横向的通孔 ,所述的挂钩限位件插设在所述的挡垣上的横向通孔中 。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的 旋转手柄,其特征在于: 所述手板拉手包括连接件、板状体及拉手销钉,所述的连接件上设有 轴向孔及横向通孔,所述的手板转轴插设在所述的轴向孔中;所述转轴上远离所述的挡垣的一端也设有横向的通孔,所述的拉手销钉依次穿过所述连接件的横向通孔及转轴上的通孔,使所述的手板拉手与手板转轴固设。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的 旋转手柄,其特征在于: 所述保险挂钩的中心设有供所述手板转轴穿过的第一通孔,第一通孔上端设有所述第二通孔,所述的保险挂钩的两侧分别设有 朝上的挂钩及朝下的挂钩。
  6. 一种 快速拆装锁紧机构 ,其特征在于:包括驱动组件、传动组件、定位组件及吊杆,所述的驱动组件与所述的传动组件相连,所述的定位组件、吊杆与所述的传动组件相连,所述的传动组件为凸轮组件,所述的驱动组件包括权利要求 1~5 任一所述的旋转手柄。
  7. 如权利要求 6 所述的 快速拆装锁紧机构 ,其特征在于:所述的驱动组件还包括设置于旋转手柄下方的与传动组件相连的连接件。
  8. 如权利要求 7 所述的 快速拆装锁紧机构 ,其特征在于:所述连接件设于手板柄的下方,且设置有平行相隔的两侧壁,每一侧壁上各设置有两连接孔,所述传动组件设有两组,分别设于连接件两侧壁的外侧。
  9. 如权利要求 6 或 7 或 8 所述的 快速拆装锁紧机构 ,其特征在于:所述的传动组件包括凸轮座、凸轮、定位销及连接轴,所述的凸轮装设在凸轮座上,所述的凸轮上设有定位孔及偏心孔,所述的定位销穿过所述的凸轮上的定位孔与所述的驱动组件相连;所述的连接轴穿过所述的偏心孔与所述的驱动组件相连。
  10. 如权利要求 9 所述的 快速拆装锁紧机构 ,其特征在于:所述的凸轮座上设有半开放式的安装位,所述的凸轮装设在所述的安装位中。
  11. 如权利要求 6 或 7 或 8 所述的 快速拆装锁紧机构 ,其特征在于:所述定位组件包括定位销座、定位销滑块、定位销、连接螺钉及滑块销,所述的定位销滑块设于所述的定位销座内,所述的定位销穿过定位销座后,通过所述的滑块销与所述的定位销滑块固设,所述的连接螺钉穿过所述的定位销座与所述的传动组件相连。
  12. 如权利要求 11 所述的 快速拆装锁紧机构 ,其特征在于:所述定位销滑块上设有定位孔、连接孔及滑槽,所述的定位孔设于所述的定位销滑块上表面垂直位置,所述的连接孔设于与所述的定位孔相交的横向位置,所述的滑槽设于所述的定位销滑块上的横向位置。
  13. 如权利要求 6 或 7 或 8 所述的 旋转手柄及设有该旋转手柄的快速拆装锁紧机构 ,其特征在于:所述的吊杆的上端成形为环状,下端设有与所述的传动组件相连的连接孔。
