所述的固定轴与缩径轴相交处轴向设有与台阶孔十字相交贯通的腰孔;锁扣装置包括一安装在台阶孔内的弹簧、一顶压弹簧并且可进出销孔的锁片、一插置在腰孔中并与锁片后端固接的圆柱、一环沿设有弧形槽并转动套接在缩径轴上的锁控环;当盖板带动锁控环转动时,锁控环环沿将圆柱压在腰孔一端时锁片进入销孔并卡住插销上锁槽,当锁控环转动到其弧形槽对圆柱让位时,圆柱移动到腰孔另一端并卡入弧形槽,弹簧顶推锁片使锁片前端退出锁槽及销孔对插销解锁;本发明的锁扣装置巧妙地利用插接缓冲器的孔延伸到销孔以安装弹簧和锁片,在固定轴上设置腰孔用于安装与锁片后端固接的圆柱,在缩径轴转动控制圆柱在腰孔的移动以致动锁片前端插入或退出销孔,实现对插置在销孔中插销的锁位和解锁功能;因本发明的锁扣装置与缓冲器同一固定轴的销孔的同一侧,因此也不会增加旋转轴的长度,即不会增加旋转轴在盖板轴套中的安装空间,且其与盖板的安装更加灵活便捷。
所述的锁控环的外径面上还设有凸块,锁控环通过凸块与盖板联动配合;盖板在翻转时通过凸块同步致动锁控环旋转,当弧形槽转动到与圆柱在固定轴的轴向对位时,弧形槽对圆柱让位,弹簧致动锁片及圆柱移动,使腰孔中的圆柱径向卡入弧形槽,锁片退出销孔对其内的插销解锁,使插销与销孔可脱离,旋转轴与支座分离,即可把盖板从陶瓷便器上拆卸下来;当然,锁控环的外径面上也可以用凹槽取代凸块与盖板轴套联动。
所述的锁扣装置还包括一把锁控环轴向定位在缩径轴上的定位环;定位环环向设有定位环槽,定位环上设有嵌孔,缩径轴外壁上设置的定位凸台与嵌孔嵌合,将套在缩径轴上的定位环固定;该定位环目的之一是将锁控环轴向定位缩径轴上,该定位环目的之二是可与轴套套接后,通过定位环槽与嵌在轴套上的定位扣插接,把整个旋转轴定位安装在盖板轴套内。
本发明还提供一种具有旋控快拆铰链的马桶盖板,盖板本体包括座圈和上盖,其特征在于:盖板本体还包括权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的一种旋控快拆铰链,旋转轴套入座圈轴套和上盖轴套中,固定轴的立柱露出座圈轴套,座圈轴套联动锁扣装置以对插入销孔中的插销进行锁定或解锁。
所述的座圈轴套中设有与锁控环上的凸块套合的条形槽;座圈轴套中条形槽在旋向上的位置决定了锁控环的初始安装状态,也决定了座圈翻转角度多大时锁控环上的弧形槽对圆柱让位,使锁扣装置对插销解锁,以达到盖板翻开多大的角度可实现旋控快拆铰链拆卸或安装,进而实现盖板在陶瓷便器上的安装和拆卸。
所述的座圈轴套外壁嵌入一定位扣,该定位扣卡入定位环的定位环槽中并将旋转轴定位在座圈轴套和上盖轴套中;实现旋转轴在盖板轴套中的便捷安装,降低产品的装配成本。
采用上述结构后,本发明的有益效果如下:
①盖板下压力完全由支座端面承载,插销不承载盖板压力,旋转轴的立柱与支座、插销配合的纵向连接强度更大,可联合承载盖板旋转缓冲所产生的扭力而不损坏支座;
②摒弃缓冲器和锁扣装置在固定轴两端的传统设计,巧妙地把锁扣装置安装在缓冲器与缩径轴之间的固定轴上,与盖板翻转联动锁定或解锁插销,实现盖板在陶瓷便器上的便捷拆装功能,并且不会增加旋转轴与盖板轴套的装配安装空间;
③不需要拆解旋转轴,即可直接把整根装配好的旋转轴插入盖板轴套定位安装,使旋转轴与盖板的装配更加高效灵活。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1、图2、图6至图8所绘示的一种旋控快拆铰链,包括一固定在陶瓷便器上并设有插销11的支座10、一由固定轴21和缓冲器22共轴插接构成以供盖板枢接绕转的旋转轴20;本发明的固定轴21径向底部设有立柱211,立柱211底面至固定轴21中设有一销孔212,高度小于销孔212深度的插销11完全插入销孔212定位时立柱211压在支座10上;旋转轴20还包括一设置在固定轴21上并位于缓冲器22至销孔212之间的锁扣装置23,该锁扣装置23锁定插销11并与盖板联动配合;当盖板翻转到预设角度时,锁扣装置23对插销11上设置的锁槽12解锁使插销11可从销孔212拔出。
如图1、图2、图6至图8所示,本发明的固定轴21轴向具有一段缩径轴213,缩径轴213外端到销孔212位置设有一与销孔212相通的台阶孔214,固定轴21与缩径轴213相交处轴向设有与台阶孔214十字相交贯通的腰孔215,缓冲器22的阻尼轴221与台阶孔214外端插接固定;锁扣装置23安装在缩径轴213和销孔212之间,具体是:锁扣装置23包括一安装在台阶孔214内的弹簧231、一顶压弹簧231并且可进出销孔212的锁片232、一插置在腰孔215中并与锁片后端2321固接的圆柱233、一环沿设有弧形槽2341转动套接在缩径轴213上的锁控环234;锁控环234环沿将圆柱233压在腰孔215一端时锁片前端2322进入销孔212并卡住插销11的锁槽12锁位,锁控环234转动到其弧形槽2341对圆柱233让位时,圆柱233移动到腰孔215另一端并卡入弧形槽2341,弹簧231顶推锁片232使锁片前端2322退出销孔212对插销11解锁;本发明的锁控环234的外径面上还设有凸块2342,凸块2342与弧形槽2341在锁控环234的轴向上对位,锁控环234通过凸块2342与盖板联动配合;锁扣装置23还包括一把锁控环234轴向定位在缩径轴213上的定位环235,定位环235环向设有定位环槽2352,定位环235上设有嵌孔2351,缩径轴213外壁上设置的定位凸台216与嵌孔2351嵌合,将套在缩径轴213上的定位环235固定,使锁控环234只能在缩径轴213转动而不能沿缩径轴213轴向移动;至此完成本发明旋转轴20的整体装配。
如图3和图6所示的一种具有旋控快拆铰链的马桶盖板,盖板本体30包括座圈31、上盖32,以及由支座10和旋转轴20构成的一种旋控快拆铰链;座圈轴套311中设有条形槽312,把整根旋转轴20套入座圈轴套311和上盖轴套321中,固定轴21的立柱211露出座圈轴套311,锁控环234上的凸块2342与座圈轴套311内的条形槽312套合以联动,在座圈轴套311外壁嵌入一定位扣313,该定位扣313卡入定位环235的定位环槽2352中并将旋转轴20定位在座圈轴套311和上盖轴套321中,至此,如图5和图6所示,完成本发明旋转轴20与盖板本体30的便捷装配;座圈轴套311水平时,锁控环234上的弧形槽2341和圆柱233在盖板本体30旋向上的夹角为90°±5°。
下面详细介绍本发明的工作原理和具体实施动作。
如图4~图8所示,支座10固定在陶瓷便器上,旋转轴20枢接在座圈轴套311和上盖轴套321中,插销11完全插入销孔212定位,旋转轴20的立柱211完全压在支座10上,锁控环234的环侧顶压圆柱233,使圆柱233压在腰孔215的一端,使锁片232克服弹簧231的弹力前移,锁片前端2322伸进销孔212并卡入插销11上的锁槽12,即锁扣装置23把插销11与固定轴21的插接锁定,实现即盖板本体30在陶瓷便器上的安装。座圈31和上盖32通过缓冲器22实现下翻慢落功能;盖板本体30的全部压力加载在旋转轴20上,因插销11高度小于销孔212深度,插销11完全插入销孔212定位,插销11顶端并未与销孔212孔底相触压,因此,旋转轴20承载的下压力通过立柱211完全由支座10面承载支撑;而盖板本体30通过缓冲器22缓慢向下翻转慢落时在旋转轴20上产生的扭力矩由立柱211、插销11及支座10大连接强度地联合承扭。
如图10~图12所示,把座圈31向上翻立到90°±5°位置,座圈31带动锁控环234旋转,当与锁控环234上的凸块2342与腰孔215对位,锁控环234上的弧形槽2341对圆柱233让位,弹簧231弹力推动锁片232及圆柱233后退,使圆柱233移动到腰孔215的另一端并卡入弧形槽2341中,锁片前端2322退出插销11上的锁槽12及销孔212,实现锁扣装置23对插销11的解锁,使插销11可以拔出销孔212;然后再如图9和图13所示,将盖板本体30向上拉,使插销11拔出并脱离销孔212,即旋转轴20与支座10分离,即可把盖板本体30从陶瓷便器上拆卸下来。
反之,如图9和图13所示,在锁扣装置23对插销11的解锁的情况下,把旋转轴20上的销孔212对准支座10上的插销11,然后把盖板本体30下压,使插销11完全插入销孔212,然后将盖板本体30向下翻,座圈31立刻带动锁控环234反向旋转,弧形槽2341立刻把圆柱233挤出到锁控环234的环沿,圆柱233带动锁片232克服弹簧231的弹力前移,使锁片前端2322伸入销孔212中并卡入插销11上的锁槽12,即实现锁扣装置23对插销11锁位,使旋转轴20与支座10锁接固定,即可实现盖板本体30在陶瓷便器上的安装连接;在盖板本体30继续下翻的过程中,锁控环234的环沿保持顶住圆柱233,如图4和图5所示,直到盖板本体30下翻转到水平位置,锁扣装置23仍然保持对插销11锁位。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种旋控快拆铰链,包括一固定在陶瓷便器上并设有插销(11)的支座(10)、一由固定轴(21)和缓冲器(22)共轴插接构成以供盖板枢接绕转的旋转轴(20),其特征在于:
    固定轴(21)径向底部设有立柱(211),立柱(211)底面至固定轴(21)中设有一销孔(212),高度小于销孔(212)深度的插销(11)完全插入销孔(212)定位时立柱(211)压在支座(10)上;
    旋转轴(20)还包括一设置在固定轴(21)上并位于缓冲器(22)至销孔(212)之间的锁扣装置(23),该锁扣装置(23)锁定插销(11)并与盖板联动配合;当盖板翻转到预设角度时,锁扣装置(23)对插销(11)上设置的锁槽(12)解锁使插销(11)可从销孔(212)拔出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种旋控快拆铰链,其特征在于:所述的固定轴(21)轴向具有一段缩径轴(213),缩径轴(213)外端到销孔(212)位置设有一与销孔(212)相通的台阶孔(214),缓冲器(22)的阻尼轴(221)与台阶孔(214)外端插接固定;锁扣装置(23)安装在缩径轴(213)和销孔(212)之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种旋控快拆铰链,其特征在于:所述的固定轴(21)与缩径轴(213)相交处轴向设有与台阶孔(214)十字相交贯通的腰孔(215);锁扣装置(23)包括一安装在台阶孔(214)内的弹簧(231)、一顶压弹簧(231)并且可进出销孔(212)的锁片(232)、一插置在腰孔(215)中并与锁片后端(2321)固接的圆柱(233)、一环沿设有弧形槽(2341)并转动套接在缩径轴(213)上的锁控环(234);当盖板带动锁控环(234)转动时,锁控环(234)环沿将圆柱(233)压在腰孔(215)一端时锁片(232)进入销孔(212)并卡住插销(11)上锁槽(12),当锁控环(234)转动到其弧形槽(2341)对圆柱(233)让位时,圆柱(233)移动到腰孔(215)另一端并卡入弧形槽(2341),弹簧(231)顶推锁片(232)使锁片前端(2322)退出锁槽(12)及销孔(212)对插销(11)解锁。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种旋控快拆铰链,其特征在于:所述的锁控环(234)的外径面上还设有凸块(2342),锁控环(234)通过凸块(2342)与盖板联动配合。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种旋控快拆铰链,其特征在于:所述的锁扣装置(23)还包括一把锁控环(234)轴向定位在缩径轴(213)上的定位环(235);定位环(235)环向设有定位环槽(2352),定位环(235)上设有嵌孔(2351),缩径轴(213)外壁上设置的定位凸台(216)与嵌孔(2351)嵌合,将套在缩径轴(213)上的定位环(235)固定。
  6. 一种具有旋控快拆铰链的马桶盖板,盖板本体(30)包括座圈(31)和上盖(32),其特征在于:盖板本体(30)还包括权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的一种旋控快拆铰链,旋转轴(20)套入座圈轴套(311)和上盖轴套(321)中,固定轴(21)的立柱(211)露出座圈轴套(311),座圈轴套(311)联动锁扣装置(23)以对插入销孔(212)中的插销(11)进行锁定或解锁。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种具有旋控快拆铰链的马桶盖板,其特征在于:所述的座圈轴套(311)中设有与锁控环(234)上的凸块(2342)套合的条形槽(312)。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种旋控快拆铰链,其特征在于:所述的座圈轴套(311)外壁嵌入一定位扣(313),该定位扣(313)卡入定位环(235)的定位环槽(2352)中并将旋转轴(20)定位在座圈轴套(311)和上盖轴套(321)中。
