本发明涉及一种沐浴器升降杆装置。
背景技术

沐浴器升降杆装置,它包括:
一升降杆,它具有一上端部和一下端部,所述上端部设有一前后贯穿的贯穿孔;

一较佳实施之中:所述升降杆的贯穿孔具有一上内侧面和一下内侧面,所述上内侧面设置成上半圆柱面;所述锁紧机构还包括一压管橡胶垫,所述压管橡胶垫固接在上锲块之上,所述压管橡胶垫顶面凹设有下半圆柱面;所述上半圆柱面和下半圆柱面相适配。
一较佳实施之中:所述支撑座固设在升降杆贯穿孔的下内侧面上。
一较佳实施之中:所述固定机构为吸盘机构。
一较佳实施之中:所述吸盘机构包括一吸盘、一定位套、一固定座和一第二螺母,所述吸盘带有一控制杆,所述定位套套接控制杆并压靠在吸盘周边,所述固定座固定在升降杆下端部,所述控制杆具有一螺杆段,所述螺杆段伸出于固定座之外,所述第二螺母螺接控制杆的螺杆段并靠接在固定座之外。
一较佳实施之中:所述升降杆之上设有一滑座。
一较佳实施之中:所述上锲块前端向下凸伸一导向片,所述导向片开设有一导向孔,所述导向片介于下锲块和支撑座之间,所述螺杆适配穿过导向孔。
一较佳实施之中:所述上锲块上端开设有固定槽,相应的压管橡胶垫的下端有一插接部,压管橡胶垫上部的下半圆柱面形成一定位凸缘,插接部插入固定槽固定。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、施工时先将升降杆的贯穿孔套接在支臂,再通过第一螺母转动带动上锲块向上滑动,调整贯穿孔面积,锁紧连接支臂,从而固定升降杆装置和支臂,因此:a、只需一墙座即可实现升降杆固定,降低用料,降低施工成本;b、便于装拆;c、无需破坏墙壁;
2、设有压管橡胶垫,升降杆装置和支臂之间锁紧牢固;
3、上半圆柱面和下半圆柱面相适配,便于锁紧升降杆装置和支臂;
4、固定机构为吸盘机构,无需破坏墙壁;
5、吸盘机构包括吸盘、定位套、固定座和第二螺母,则通过第二螺母能够调整吸盘的松紧。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1至图6,沐浴器升降杆装置,它包括一升降杆100、一吸盘机构200、一锁紧机构300和一滑座400。所述升降杆装置连接在美式支臂500上,所述支臂500上还连接有三通阀门600。所述滑座400能上下滑动地连接在升降杆100上,用于供手持花洒插接。

为了使审查员进一步了解本发明,下面具体介绍升降杆装置装配原理:将升降杆100的贯穿孔110套接在支臂500,所述上半圆柱面111套接在支臂500之上;旋转第一螺母340,使得下锲块320向下滑动,通过第一倾斜面和第二倾斜面之间的配合,使上锲块330向上滑动,使压管橡胶垫350向上滑动,使压管橡胶垫350紧靠在支臂500之下,则锁紧了升降杆装置和支臂500之间的固定;将吸盘机构200固定在升降杆100之下端部;将吸盘机构200固定吸附在墙壁上。

工业实用性
本发明沐浴器升降杆装置,使用安装时可先将升降杆的贯穿孔套接在支臂,再通过第一螺母转动带动上锲块向上滑动,调整贯穿孔面积(锁紧连接支臂),从而固定升降杆装置和支臂,因此只需一墙座即可实现升降杆固定,降低用料,降低施工成本。

  1. 沐浴器升降杆装置,其特征在于:它包括:
    一升降杆,它具有一上端部和一下端部,所述上端部设有一前后贯穿的贯穿孔;
