现有的高压咖啡机能够用于萃取冲泡咖啡包及咖啡胶囊,其之密封机构包括下本体和上盖,所述下本体和上盖枢接在一起。所述下本体之上设有一开口朝上的咖啡盒,所述上盖之下设有一密封件,所述密封件和咖啡盒开口相使配合。所述下本体和上盖之间设有卡扣机构。由于上盖和下本体之间只设卡扣机构,密封件和咖啡盒之间的密封力全由卡扣机构承担,因此密封性能不佳,高压萃取过程中的震动会损害密封性能。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其克服了背景技术中密封机构所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
一种高压咖啡机密封机构,它包括一上盖(100)、一旋转盖(200)和一下本体(300),所述上盖(100)后端、旋转盖(200)后端和下本体(300)后端枢接在一起,所述下本体(300)设有一开口朝上的咖啡盒(310),所述旋转盖(200)之下设有一能适配盖接咖啡盒(310)开口的密封件(210);
所述上盖(100)和下本体(300)之间设有卡钩机构;
所述上盖(100)和旋转盖(200)之间设有压紧机构,它包括把手(120)、压紧件(130)和开闭杆(140),所述把手(120)活动连接上盖(100),所述压紧件(130)和把手(120)之间构成连动连接关系且顶抵在旋转盖(200)之上,所述开闭杆(140)和把手(120)之间构成连动连接关系且适配卡钩机构。
一较佳实施例之中:所述把手(120)枢接在上盖(100),所述压紧件(130)为凸轮,所述凸轮和把手(120)之间构成同步同轴转动连接关系,所述凸轮外周面顶抵在旋转盖(200)之上。
一较佳实施例之中:所述开闭杆(140)把手(120)之间构成同步同轴转动连接关系。
一较佳实施例之中:所述卡钩机构包括卡钩(110)和卡槽(320),所述卡钩(110)枢接在上盖(100)且和开闭杆(140)相配合,所述卡槽(320)设在下本体(300)之侧。
一较佳实施例之中:所述开闭杆(140)和上盖(100)之间设有开闭扭簧。
一较佳实施例之中:所述下本体(300)之左右二侧都设有卡槽(320);所述上盖(100)之左右二侧都枢接有卡钩(110)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述把手(120)枢接在上盖(100),且其枢接轴线位于第一平面上,所述第一平面为垂直密封件(210)且穿过密封件(210)中心的平面。
一较佳实施例之中:所述上盖(100)前端向下延伸成固接部(150),所述固接部(150)下端向前延伸成定位部(160);所述旋转盖(200)前端设在上盖(100)和定位部(160)之间,所述旋转盖(200)之前端厚度小于上盖(100)和定位部(160)之间的间距,而且,所述旋转盖(200)和定位部(160)之间设有压簧(220)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述下本体(300)和旋转盖(200)之间设有弹开扭簧。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.下本体、旋转盖和上盖之间设卡钩机构和压紧机构,则咖啡盒和密封件之间的密封力大,密封性能佳,操作省力、方便、简单;
2.把手枢接轴线位于垂直密封件且穿过密封件中心的平面上,则把手完全扣下时与旋转盖成垂直状态,也就是说在萃取时与咖啡包或者咖啡胶囊所产生的压力承同一方向,从而卡死旋转盖,使其在萃取时不会弹开,保证密闭的效果;
3.凸轮和把手构成同步同轴转动连接关系,通过凸轮配合旋转盖,则结构简单;
4.开闭杆(140)把手(120)之间构成同步同轴转动连接关系,则结构简单。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1至图8,一种高压咖啡机密封机构,它包括一上盖100、一旋转盖200和一下本体300,所述上盖100后端、旋转盖200后端和下本体300后端通过后枢轴400枢接在一起,而且,所述下本体300和旋转盖200之间设有弹开扭簧500。
所述下本体300的前中部设有一开口朝上的咖啡盒310,所述咖啡盒310之内设有萃取滤网330。
本实施例之中,所述旋转盖200的前中部的底面凹设有一凹槽,所述凹槽处嵌设有一固定架230,所述固定架230底面设有一能适配盖接咖啡盒310开口的密封件210。
所述上盖100前端向下延伸成固接部150,所述固接部150下端向前延伸成定位部160;所述旋转盖200前端设在上盖100和定位部160之间,而且,所述旋转盖200之前端厚度小于上盖100和定位部160之间的间距,使得所述旋转盖200前端能相对上盖100转动,而且,所述旋转盖200和定位部160之间设有压簧220。
所述上盖100和下本体300之间设有二卡钩机构。所述卡钩机构包括卡钩110和卡槽320,所述二卡槽320设在下本体300之左右二侧,所述二卡钩110通过卡钩轴190枢接在上盖100之左右二侧,并通过卡接件191定位。
所述上盖100和旋转盖200之间设有压紧机构,它包括一把手120、一压紧件130和二开闭杆140。
所述把手120枢接在上盖100前部之上。所述压紧件130为凸轮,所述凸轮和把手120之间构成同步同轴转动连接关系,所述凸轮外周面顶抵在旋转盖200之上,并对应位于固定架230之上。从而使得,所述把手120相对上盖100转动时,能带动凸轮转动,能够顶抵旋转盖200使其向下转动,使密封件210紧压在咖啡盒310之上,或者,旋转盖200能受压簧220顶抵向上转动,以松释密封件210和咖啡盒310之间的压紧。最好,所述把手120的枢接轴线位于第一平面上,所述第一平面为垂直密封件210且穿过密封件210圆心的平面。
所述二开闭杆140分别连接在把手120之左右二侧,而且,所述开闭杆140和把手120之间构成同步同轴转动连接关系。所述二开闭杆140分别配合二卡钩110,也即是能够分别顶抵卡钩110使其反转以松释卡钩110和卡槽320之间卡钩结构,也即是所述开闭杆140和把手120之间构成连动连接关系且适配卡钩机构。最好,所述开闭杆140和上盖100之间设有开闭扭簧170。
本实施例之中,所述凸轮固接在把手,所述把手固接把手轴180并通过把手轴180枢接在上盖,而且,所述开闭杆能同轴同步转动地套接在把手轴180。
为了使审查员进一步了解本具体实施例方式,下面描述密封机构的合上步骤:
1.对上盖100施加向下压力,克服弹开扭簧500弹力,使上盖100向下转动,使卡钩110固接在卡槽320之上,此时所述密封件210位于咖啡盒310之上,但密封件210还未与咖啡盒310接触,所以也没有因压缩量而产生手感紧的问题,请查阅图5;

1.打开时向上拉开把手120,把手120的凸轮会先放开旋转盖,在压簧作用下解除密封件压缩量,从而减小因压缩量对卡钩与下本体所产生的摩擦力;
2、再向上拉起把手120,固定在把手120两侧的开闭杆会向下推动卡钩,使卡钩从下本体中退出,完成打开的动作。

工业实用性
本发明一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其下本体、旋转盖和上盖之间设卡钩机构和压紧机构,因此咖啡盒和密封件之间的密封力大,密封性能佳,操作省力、方便、简单,具有良好的工业实用性。

  1. 一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其特征在于:
    它包括一上盖(100)、一旋转盖(200)和一下本体(300),所述上盖(100)后端、旋转盖(200)后端和下本体(300)后端枢接在一起,所述下本体(300)设有一开口朝上的咖啡盒(310),所述旋转盖(200)之下设有一能适配盖接咖啡盒(310)开口的密封件(210);

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其特征在于:所述把手(120)枢接在上盖(100),所述压紧件(130)为凸轮,所述凸轮和把手(120)之间构成同步同轴转动连接关系,所述凸轮外周面顶抵在旋转盖(200)之上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其特征在于:所述开闭杆(140)把手(120)之间构成同步同轴转动连接关系。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其特征在于:所述卡钩机构包括卡钩(110)和卡槽(320),所述卡钩(110)枢接在上盖(100)且和开闭杆(140)相配合,所述卡槽(320)设在下本体(300)之侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其特征在于:所述开闭杆(140)和上盖(100)之间设有开闭扭簧(170)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其特征在于:所述下本体(300)之左右二侧都设有卡槽(320);所述上盖(100)之左右二侧都枢接有卡钩(110)。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其特征在于:所述把手(120)枢接在上盖(100),且其枢接轴线位于第一平面上,所述第一平面为垂直密封件(210)且穿过密封件(210)中心的平面。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的一种高压咖啡机密封机构,其特征在于:所述上盖(100)前端向下延伸成固接部(150),所述固接部(150)下端向前延伸成定位部(160);所述旋转盖(200)前端设在上盖(100)和定位部(160)之间,所述旋转盖(200)之前端厚度小于上盖(100)和定位部(160)之间的间距,而且,所述旋转盖(200)和定位部(160)之间设有压簧(220)。
