Description

一种马桶盖板与马桶本体的快装连接装置及快装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种洁具,特别是一种马桶盖板与马桶本体的连接装置及方法。

马桶是人们日常生活中常用的一种用品,马桶通常都包括有马桶座体和马桶盖板,马桶盖板由盖板和座圈构成,马桶盖板一般是枢接在马桶座体上,以便马桶盖板可以相对于马桶座体掀起或盖下,但是,马桶盖板难以卸下,目前马桶盖板与马桶本体之间采用活动铰接,为便于将盖板从马桶本体上拆卸下来,市场上出现了多种盖板与马桶本体之间的快速拆卸或安装的连接机构,这些快装机构的连接主要采用开关锁扣,这种盖板安装采用双按钮,使用时需要对其左右的按钮双手按压,因此盖板的组装或拆卸较为不便。采用复杂的锁扣部件,元件繁多,生产成本较高,且使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种马桶盖板与马桶本体的快装连接装置,其克服了背景技术中元件繁多,生产成本高,使用寿命短,操作不便等缺陷。
为更清楚地说明,本申请定义所述的横向系平行于盖板座圈的转动方向,纵向系垂直与转动方向。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
一种马桶盖板与马桶本体的快装连接装置,它包括:
一座圈容纳部,其设于座圈的后端;
一盖板容纳部,其设于盖板的后端;
一转轴组件,其可插入座圈、盖板的容纳部,座圈、盖板绕该转轴组件转动掀开盖板或座圈;
其特征在于:还包括一连接件,其横向设有一开口内腔,纵向为一空心管,该纵向空心管与马桶底座套管插接,所述连接件的横向另一端与转轴组件套接或连接。
所述套管,其设于马桶本体的底座上,与连接件的纵向空心管套接,其侧壁上有一台阶或者在其周壁一通孔,在所述纵向空心管的相应位置设一通孔。
还包括一拨轮,其插入连接件的横向开口内腔,一齿条,其装入连接件的纵向空心管内,并与拨轮啮合,在拨轮的带动下上下运动;一卡件,其随齿条移动卡件向外伸出或向内缩进连接件的纵向空心管的通孔。
所述齿条下端有一斜面,该斜面的正面和背面设有斜槽,所述卡件中央设有对应该斜面的通孔,当齿条向上或向下移动带动卡件横向位移。
所述卡件中央的通孔为一近似工字型槽孔,其中部凸起与齿条下端斜面的斜槽相适配,齿条上下移动于该卡件的通孔中。
所述连接轴,其轴向设有一插合孔,阻尼器插合固接在插合孔内,所述转轴套套合在阻尼器外周壁,该连接轴靠近阻尼器处设有一环形槽、一活动定位环,该定位环套接在所述环形槽上,所述定位环上至少设有二个对称分布的弹性凸起,该弹性凸起卡接在座圈容纳部内台阶上。
所述连接轴和连接件为一体式结构,或为分体式。
还包括一拨轮手柄,其插入连接件的拨轮内,该拨轮活动固接于连接件的横向装孔内,且与连接轴抵靠。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
它只需旋转拨轮手柄, 拨轮转动带起齿条上下移动,当齿条上移时,将卡件收进连接件的空心管内,卡件离开底座的套管侧壁的台阶或通孔上,连接件可从底座套管中拨出;当齿条向下移动,齿条下端将卡件向外推出空心管,卡件抵靠在底座的套管侧壁的台阶或通孔上,将连接件锁紧在底座套管内,其稳定性高、灵活性好,便于装拆,维护和实用,结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1a、图1b和图2所示,一种马桶盖板与马桶本体的快装连接装置,它包括一座圈20、一盖板10、一连接件11、一转轴组件,其包括一连接轴32、一阻尼器31,一套合在阻尼器31外周壁的转轴套50,该转轴组件插入座圈20、盖板10的容纳部,座圈20、盖板10绕转轴组件转动掀开盖板10或座圈20;
如图3所示,该连接件11,其横向设有一开口内腔21,纵向为空心管22,所述连接11的横向与所述连接轴32套接,其纵向空心管22与马桶底座30上的套管14插接,该套管14的侧壁上有一整圆台阶141,而在所述纵向空心管22的相应位置设一通孔221。
一拨轮12装设在连接件11的横向开口内腔21,有一拨轮手柄16,其与拨轮12连接固定,在连接件11的纵向空心管22内设有一齿条13,并与拨轮12啮合,在拨轮12的带动下上下运动;在纵向空心管22的通孔内有一卡件15,其随齿条13移动卡件15向外伸出或向内缩进连接件11的纵向空心管22的通孔。
在齿条13下端设有一斜面,该斜面的正面和背面设有斜槽131,所述卡件15中央设有对应该斜面的引导孔151,当齿条13向上或向下移动带动卡件15横向位移,该卡件15中央的通孔151为一近似工字型槽孔,其中部凸起与齿条13下端斜面上的斜槽131相适配,齿条13上下移动于该卡件的通孔151中。
如图2所示,所述的转轴组件包括连接轴32,阻尼器31,转轴套50,该连接轴32,其轴向设有一插合孔,阻尼器31插合固接在插合孔内,所述转轴套50套合在阻尼器31外周壁,在连接轴32靠近阻尼器31处设有一环形槽321、一活动定位环18,该定位环18套接环形槽321上,所述定位环18上设有二个或多个对称分布的弹性凸起181,该弹性凸起181卡接在座圈20容纳部内台阶上,此时座圈20固定转动于转轴组件上将无法脱离连接轴32,只有施加一外力,才可以将座圈20拔出连接轴32。
如图4和图5所示,使用者只需旋转拨轮手柄16,拨轮12发生转动, 带动与他啮合的齿条13纵向移动,当齿条13向上或向下移动带动卡件15横向位移,当齿条13向下移动时,卡件15向外伸出连接件11的纵向空心管22的通孔221,卡件15顶住套管14内壁一台阶141,此时盖板与支座处于锁定状态,当齿条13向上移动时,卡件15向内缩进连接件11的纵向空心管22的通孔221,卡件15与套管14内壁一台阶141分离,此时盖板与支座处于解锁状态。

工业实用性
本发明在马桶的转轴内侧设置了拨轮手柄,拨轮转动带起齿条上下移动,当齿条上移时,将卡件收进连接件的空心管内,卡件离开底座的套管侧壁的台阶或通孔上,连接件可从底座套管中拨出;当齿条向下移动,齿条下端将卡件向外推出空心管,卡件抵靠在底座的套管侧壁的台阶或通孔上,将连接件及所附的马桶盖板锁紧在底座套管内,将盖板与马桶本体连接或拆装十分方便。

    一转轴组件,其可插入座圈、盖板的容纳部,座圈、盖板绕该转轴组件转动掀开盖板或座圈;
    一套管,设于马桶底座上;
    其特征在于:还包括一连接件,其横向一端设一开口内腔,纵向为一空心管,该纵向空心管与马桶底座套管插接,所述连接件的另一端与转轴组件套接或连接。
