技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童汽车安全座的连接器。
背景技术
汽车座上大多带有设有ISOFIX接口,以用于儿童汽车安全座的安装连接。现有技术中,用于将儿童汽车安全座连接至汽车座上的连接器的结构大多较为复杂,而且其在锁定状态下,锁钩固定不牢固。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锁定和解锁均很方便的儿童汽车安全座的连接器。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种儿童汽车安全座的连接器,具有锁定状态和解锁状态,该连接器包括壳体、通过第一销轴可转动地连接于壳体的锁钩、可滑动地设置壳体中的滑块、连接于锁钩的滑动轴。壳体上开设有一插槽,该插槽具有两侧开口和端部开口,用于使汽车座位上的锁扣自端部开口插入插槽内。锁钩上形成一锁槽,锁槽具有一入口,用于供汽车座位上的锁扣自该入口插入锁槽内。锁钩具有两个工作位置,即第一工作位置和第二工作位置,且锁钩通过相对壳体的转动从第一工作位置转换至第二工作位置或从第二工作位置转移至第一工作位置。锁钩处于第一工作位置时,锁槽的入口与插槽的槽壁相对,通过插槽的槽壁的阻挡来使锁槽与插槽的槽壁形成用于定位锁扣的定位孔,连接器即处于锁定状态;锁钩处于第二工作位置时,锁槽的入口至少部分打开,或者也可完全打开,得锁扣能够移出锁槽并自插槽移出壳体或者经过插槽插入锁槽,此时连接器即处于解锁状态。滑块上开设有由限位部和释放部组成的导向孔,限位部和释放部相连通且其中一个自另一个的一端部弯折延伸,滑动轴可滑动且可转动地穿设在该导向孔中。当连接器处于锁定状态时,滑动轴位于限位部中;当连接器处于解锁状态时,滑动轴位于释放部中。其中,滑动轴与第一销轴之间间隔一段距离。
优选地,所述壳体包括具有内腔的外壳、设于所述外壳内腔中的框体。插槽自开设在外壳的前端面上的开口向后延伸形成。滑块滑动地设于框体内,锁钩通过第一销轴转动地连接于框体。
优选地,所述连接器还包括用于给锁钩提供复位力的弹性件。更优选地,该弹性件为一扭簧,所述扭簧套在第一销轴上,扭簧的一端可以连接于壳体或抵在壳体上,锁钩转动时使扭簧形变而产生复位力。

进一步优选地,所述限位件为设于所述壳体上的第二销轴,所述第二销轴的轴心线方向与所述滑块的滑移方向相垂直。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的儿童汽车安全座的连接器结构简单,锁定和解锁的操作简单易行,锁定时可稳定地处于锁定状态,锁定效果良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和本发明的较佳实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
参见图1~5所示的儿童汽车安全座的连接器,该连接器包括壳体1、锁钩2、滑块6、滑动轴5、扭簧4、拉杆8、复位弹簧9、固定块13。以下关于前后方向的定义中,是该连接器用于儿童汽车安全座连接时的方向进行定义的,其中用于与汽车座上接口进行连接的端部为前端,本文此处及其它各处所谓的“前”,是根据使用者的习惯定义的,并不限定实际方位,此处的前端即对应于图1、图2中的右端,亦即图3~5中的左端,与“前”相反的方向即为“后”。
壳体1包括具有内腔的外壳11、设于外壳11内腔中的框体12,外壳11的前端开设有一具有端部开口和两侧开口的插槽14,汽车座位上的锁扣能够自端部开口插入插槽14内。锁钩2通过第一销轴3可转动地连接于框体12的前部,锁钩2的前端具有一锁槽21和位于锁槽21两侧的凸部22,锁槽21具有一入口,汽车座位上的锁扣的固定杆10能够自该入口插入锁槽21内。当锁钩2绕第一销轴3旋转至锁槽21的入口与所述插槽14的槽壁相对,使得所述锁槽21与所述插槽14的槽壁形成用于定位锁扣的定位孔,汽车座位锁扣上的固定杆10能够被锁定在该定位孔中;当锁钩2绕第一销轴3旋转至使锁槽21的入口至少部分打开时,锁扣的固定杆10能够移出锁槽21并自插槽14移出壳体1或者也能够经过插槽14插入锁槽21。外壳11内腔中设置用于提供锁钩2复位力的扭簧4,扭簧4的簧部套设在第一销轴3上,其两端分别抵触在外壳11内壁上和锁钩2的一个凸部22上。
框体12为由两个半框组成的结构,滑块6可滑动地设置于框体12的两个半框之间。各图所示的实施例中,滑块6的前部开设有由两段形成的导向孔60,其中一段为大致沿横向延伸的孔,该孔为限位部61,另一段为大致呈弧形延伸的孔,该孔为释放部62,导向孔60整体成形为弯折孔,在图示的实施例中,导向孔60大致呈“L”形。本实施例中,导向孔60的L形呈倒立反向设置,即限位部61位于后上方,释放部62位于前方,如图3~5所示。锁钩2的后端通过滑动轴5转动地设于滑块6的前端,滑动轴5可滑动且可转动地穿设于导向孔60中,且滑动轴5与第一销轴3之间间隔一段距离。随着滑块6在壳体1中沿前后方向的滑动,滑动轴5沿着导向孔60的延伸方向进行滑动并带动锁钩2绕第一销轴3旋转。
拉杆8的前端固定地设于滑块6上,框体12的后部设有固定块13,固定块13上开设有沿前后方向贯穿的穿孔,拉杆8的后部可滑移地穿设在固定块13上的上述穿孔中并伸出框体12外,拉杆8上套设有用于提供滑块6复位力的复位弹簧9,复位弹簧9套设在拉杆8上,其两端分别抵触在固定块13前端和滑块6后端上。壳体1的后端还设有用于对滑块6进行限位的限位件7,从而限制滑块6向后滑移的最大位移,限位件7可采用轴心线方向与所述滑块6的滑移方向相垂直的第二销轴,滑块6的后部具有与第二销轴相配合的限位面。
参见图3所示为该连接器处于锁定状态下的示意图,该状态下,在复位弹簧9弹性力的作用下,滑块6被抵触在最前位置,此时滑动轴5位于限位部61中,锁钩2上的锁槽21的入口朝下并与外壳11上插槽14的开口错开,锁槽21的入口与所述插槽14的槽壁相对,使得所述锁槽21与所述插槽14的槽壁形成用于定位锁扣的定位孔,该定位孔中;当需要解锁时,参见图4所示,向后拉动拉杆8使得滑块6克服复位弹簧9的弹性力而向后滑移,滑动轴5沿着导向孔60的释放部61向下滑动并带动锁钩2绕第一销轴2旋转,锁钩2上的锁槽21逐渐朝向插槽14的开口,直至锁槽21通过插槽14的开口与外部完全敞开时,该连接器被解锁,固定杆10可与锁钩2相脱离。当解除对拉杆8的拉力后,在复位弹簧9的作用力下,滑块6向前滑动,同时在扭簧4的作用力下,滑动轴5沿着导向孔60的释放部62滑至限位部61中而使得锁钩2旋转至锁定状态。该连接器结构简单,使用方便,可稳定地处于锁定状态,具有良好的锁定效果。
