优选地,所述卡头伸入到所述安装孔内的端部设有用于引导所述连接头插入到所述安装孔内的引导部。
实施本发明的易拆卸固定装置,具有以下有益效果:本发明采用卡合机构与连接头配合,在连接头插入安装孔后与卡合机构卡合,连接头转动一定的角度即可实现从安装孔的脱出,固定座可埋设在衣服、背包或墙体内,让安装孔露出即可,不占用空间,同时,固定头的拆装方便,通用性强。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图3所示,本发明优选地第一实施例中的易拆卸固定装置包括固定座10,卡合机构20以及固定头30。固定座10上设有安装孔11,卡合机构20包括设置在固定座10上的卡合件21,卡合件21包括侧向伸入到安装孔11内并可在靠近安装孔11中轴线的第一位置和远离安装孔11中轴线的第二位置之间移动的卡头211。固定头30包括插入到安装孔11内、并可在一个卡合位置和一个脱出位置之间转动的至少一个连接头31,连接头31包括用于和卡头211卡合的卡合部311。连接头31在卡合位置时,卡头211在第一位置时与卡合部311卡合,防止连接头31从安装孔11脱出;连接头31在脱出位置时,卡头211在第二位置时与卡合部311分离,从而使连接头31能从安装孔11脱出。
在一些实施例中,固定座10包括顶座12和底座13,安装孔11内凹形成于顶座12上,固定座10可以安装在衣服、背包或墙体内,让安装孔11外露。如图4所示,卡合机构20包括对称设置在安装孔11两侧的两个卡合件21,以及分别设置在每一卡合件21与顶座12之间的第一弹性件22。卡合件21和第一弹性件22夹设在顶座12和底座13之间,并可使卡合件21在靠近安装孔11中轴线的第一位置和远离安装孔11中轴线的第二位置之间来回移动,第一弹性件22与卡合件21连接向卡合件21提供一个保持在第一位置的弹性力。在其他实施例中,固定座10也可只包括顶座12,通过顶座12直接安装到衣服、背包或墙体上。
优选地,每一卡头211与顶座12之间设有两个第一弹性件22,保持卡合件21的受力平衡。如图2所示,卡头211伸入到安装孔11内的端部设有用于引导连接头31插入到安装孔11内的引导部2111,引导部2111包括斜角或圆角。
如图3及图5所示,在一些实施例中,固定头30与肩咪、手咪等电子产品连接。优选地,固定头30包括中心对称的两个连接头31,连接头31呈扇环形,两个连接头31可为独立的结构,也可为相互连接的一体结构。卡合部311包括设置在与卡头211相对一侧上的卡槽3111,连接头31的边缘设有与引导部2111对应的斜角。在安装固定头30时,连接头31上的斜角与卡头211上的引导部2111相抵,将卡头211由第一位置抵向第二位置,形成较大的空间让连接头31插入到安装孔11内,在连接头31插入后,卡头211在第一弹性件22的作用下移动至第一位置,和卡槽3111实现卡合,进而防止连接头31脱出,起到对固定头30及与其相连的电子产品固定的作用。
如图4及图5所示,进一步地,卡头211与连接头31相对的端部设有内凹槽2112,卡槽3111内设有用于和内凹槽2112配合的定位凸台3112,在卡槽3111和卡头211卡合后,内凹槽2112和定位凸台3112相配合,对固定头30的安装角度定位,防止出现转动的情况。在拆除固定头30时,转动固定头30上的电子产品,使连接头31由卡合位置转动至脱出位置,此时卡头211向第二位置移动后复位至第一位置,连接头31的卡合部311与卡头211错位使连接头31脱出。在其他实施例中,内凹槽2112和定位凸台3112也可取消。
在其他实施例中,卡合件21和连接头31也可分别只包括一个,安装孔11的内壁面设置成向内的喇叭口状,固定头30与安装孔11内壁相对的侧面设置成斜面与安装孔11的内壁相配合,在卡合件21和连接头31卡合后,固定头30的侧面与安装孔11的内壁面配合共同防止固定头30脱落。当然,连接头31的侧面也可与安装孔11的内壁面相抵配合。
如图6至图9所示,本发明优选地第二实施例中的易拆卸固定装置包括固定座10,卡合机构20以及固定头30。固定座10上设有安装孔11,卡合机构20包括设置在固定座10上的卡合件21,卡合件21包括侧向伸入到安装孔11内并可在靠近安装孔11中轴线的第一位置和远离安装孔11中轴线的第二位置之间移动的卡头211。固定头30包括插入到安装孔11内、并可在一个卡合位置和一个脱出位置之间转动的至少一个连接头31,连接头31包括用于和卡头211卡合的卡合部311。连接头31在卡合位置时,卡头211在第一位置与卡合部311卡合,防止连接头31从安装孔11脱出;连接头31在脱出位置时,卡头211在第二位置与卡合部311分离,从而使连接头31能从安装孔11脱出。
固定座10包括顶座12和底座13,安装孔11贯穿设置在顶座12上,底座13安装到顶座12上并对安装孔11的一端进行封堵。卡合机构20包括对称设置在安装孔11两侧的两个卡合件21,如图10所示,在顶座12和底座13相对的配合面上共同形成有供卡合件21可转动安装的转动孔14,优选地,转动孔14的轴线与安装孔11的轴线相垂直,在卡合件21转动时,其两端可分别靠近和远离安装孔11的中轴线。
如图7、图9及图11所示,卡合件21包括沿安装孔11的轴向设置的卡合本体212、设置在卡合本体212上并与转动孔14可转动配合的转轴213、设置在卡合本体212的内端并向安装孔11的中轴线一侧伸出的抵靠端214,卡头211设置在卡合本体212的外端,并向安装孔11的中轴线一侧伸出设置。由于转动孔14由顶座12和底座13配合形成,方便了加工,同时,也方便了转轴213的安装。在其他实施例中,固定座10也可只包括顶座12,以能让卡合件21能在顶座12上翻转转动即可。
进一步地,卡头211由卡合本体212的外端向安装孔11的中轴线一侧伸出设置,并和插入到安装孔11内的连接头31的卡合部311相卡合。卡合件21通过转轴213翻转使得卡头211在第一位置和第二位置之间翻转移动,卡头211在第一位置时,与卡合部311卡合,卡头211在第二位置时,与卡合部311分离。卡头211伸入到安装孔11内的端部设有用于引导连接头31插入到安装孔11内的引导部2111,引导部2111包括斜角或圆角。
在一些实施例中,卡合机构20还包括连接在两个抵靠端214之间并可沿安装孔11的轴向伸缩的第二弹性件23,第二弹性件23包括弹簧,在其他实施例中,第二弹性件23也可包括弹性臂等结构。第二弹性件23与连接头31的内端相抵配合,以提供一个保持卡合部311与卡头211卡合的弹性力。卡头211在第二位置时,第二弹性件23施加一个顶出连接头31的弹性力,帮助连接头31脱出。在其他实施例中,也可将第二弹性件23取消,直接依靠固定头30的内面与抵靠端214相抵配合,带动卡合件21翻转至第一位置,让卡头211和抵靠端214将卡合部311夹设定位。
优选地,为了保持第二弹性件23的刚性,卡合机构20还包括加强件24,如图7、图9及图12所示,加强件24包括穿设在第二弹性件23内的加强柱241、以及设置在加强柱241外圈与第二弹性件23上的间隙卡合的卡圈242。第二弹性件23与连接头31相对的一端超出加强柱241的端部,以便于对连接头31施加弹力。卡圈242上设有供第二弹性件23的螺旋端部穿置后绕设到加强柱241上的缺口243,使加强件24和第二弹性件23形成整体,便于对第二弹性件23支撑定位,还可防止第二弹性件23和加强件24脱离。同时,在加强柱241的内端还设有螺钉25,将第二弹性件23的端部锁到卡圈242上,进一步对第二弹性件23和加强件24固定。
抵靠端214与第二弹性件23相连接,在卡头211翻转至第二位置时,抵靠端214向连接头31翻转,带动第二弹性件23向连接头31施力。在一些实施例中,抵靠端214可卡合在第二弹性件23的螺旋间隙内。
如图7、图9及图13所示,在一些实施例中,连接头31呈圆盘状结构,包括设置在两相对侧与卡头211卡合的两个卡合部311,卡合部311包括设置在与卡头211的配合面上并沿周向延伸的卡合槽3113,在连接头31的边缘设有与引导部2111对应的斜角,方便连接部插入到安装孔11内。在其他实施例中,连接头31也可做成独立的两个部件,连接头31的形状也可不做限定。卡头211上设有与卡合槽3113对应的凸起部2113,在卡头211与卡合部311配合时,凸起部2113卡入到卡合槽3113内,防止卡头211向第二位置翻转,保证连接头31安装后的稳定,同时,还可使连接头31在不脱离卡头211的情况下能绕安装孔11的轴线转动一定角度,卡合槽3113的长度决定转动而不脱离的区间。该结构可使固定头30上的电子产品受力产生一定的晃动时仍然不会脱出,在其他实施例中,也可将凸起部2113和卡合槽3113取消。
连接头31还包括用于抵压卡头211向第二位置偏移的抵压部312,抵压部312在周向上与卡合部311间隔设置,并凸出于连接头31的周圈,连接头31转动在脱出位置时,抵压部312抵压卡头211向第二位置翻转,从而使卡头211与卡合部311分离,让连接头31能从安装孔11脱出。
底座13与第二弹性件23相对的表面设有避让孔131,避让孔131内设有与抵靠端214相抵的第三弹性件132,在连接头31脱出后提供弹性力保持卡头211翻转至第二位置。在安装连接头31时,让卡合部311与卡头211的位置对应,向安装孔11内插入连接头31后,连接头31与第二弹性件23相抵,带动卡合件21翻转,让卡头211翻转至第一位置,实现与卡合部311的卡合。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,包括:
    固定座(10),卡合机构(20)以及固定头(30),
    所述固定座(10)上设有安装孔(11),所述卡合机构(20)包括设置在所述固定座(10)上的至少一个卡合件(21),所述卡合件(21)包括侧向伸入到所述安装孔(11)内并可在靠近安装孔(11)中轴线的第一位置和远离安装孔(11)中轴线的第二位置之间移动的卡头(211);
    所述固定头(30)包括插入到所述安装孔(11)内、并可在一个卡合位置和一个脱出位置之间转动的至少一个连接头(31),所述连接头(31)包括用于和所述卡头(211)对应卡合的卡合部(311);
    所述连接头(31)在所述卡合位置时,所述卡头(211)在所述第一位置与所述卡合部(311)卡合,防止所述连接头(31)从所述安装孔(11)脱出;所述连接头(31)在所述脱出位置时,所述卡头(211)在所述第二位置与所述卡合部(311)分离,从而使所述连接头(31)能从所述安装孔(11)脱出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个卡合件(21)包括对称设置在所述安装孔(11)两侧的两个卡合件(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个连接头(31)包括中心对称的两个连接头(31),所述连接头(31)呈扇环形,所述卡合部(311)包括设置在所述连接头(31)与所述卡头(211)相对一侧上的卡槽(3111),所述卡槽(3111)与所述卡头(211)相卡合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡头(211)与所述连接头(31)相对的端部设有内凹槽(2112),所述卡槽(3111)内还设有用于和所述内凹槽(2112)配合的定位凸台(3112)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡合机构(20)还包括分别设置在所述卡头(211)和所述固定座(10)之间的第一弹性件(22),以向所述卡头(211)提供一个保持在所述第一位置的弹性力。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡合件(21)包括沿所述安装孔(11)的轴向设置的卡合本体(212)、设置在所述卡合本体(212)上并与所述固定座(10)可转动配合的转轴(213)、设置在所述卡合本体(212)的内端并向所述安装孔(11)的中轴线一侧伸出的抵靠端(214)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡合机构(20)还包括连接在所述两个抵靠端(214)之间并可沿所述安装孔(11)的轴向伸缩的第二弹性件(23);
    所述第二弹性件(23)与所述连接头(31)的内端相抵配合,以提供一个保持所述连接头(31)与所述卡头(211)卡合的弹性力,并在所述卡头(211)在第二位置时, 所述第二弹性件(23)施加一个顶出所述连接头(31)的弹性力。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二弹性件(23)包括弹簧,所述卡合机构(20)还包括加强件(24),所述加强件(24)包括穿设在所述第二弹性件(23)内的加强柱(241)以及设置在所述加强柱(241)外圈与所述第二弹性件(23)上的间隙卡合的卡圈(242),所述第二弹性件(23)与所述连接头(31)相对的一端超出所述加强柱(241)的端部,所述卡圈(242)上设有供所述第二弹性件(23)的螺旋端部穿置后绕设到所述加强柱(241)上的缺口(243),所述抵靠端(214)与所述第二弹性件(23)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接头(31)包括设置在两相对侧上的两个卡合部(311),所述卡合部(311)包括设置在与所述卡头(211)的配合面上并沿周向延伸的卡合槽(3113),所述卡头(211)上设有与所述卡合槽(3113)对应配合的凸起部(2113)。
  10. 根据权利要求6或9所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接头(31)包括用于抵压所述卡头(211)向所述第二位置偏移的抵压部(312),所述抵压部(312)在周向上与所述卡合部(311)间隔设置,并凸出于所示连接头31的周圈,所述连接头(31)在所述脱出位置时,所述抵压部(312)抵压所述卡合件(21)向所述第二位置翻转,从而使所述卡头(211)与所述卡合部(311)分离。
  11. 根据权利要求3或9所述的易拆卸固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡头(211)伸入到所述安装孔(11)内的端部设有用于引导所述连接头(31)插入到所述安装孔(11)内的引导部(2111)。
