Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟一般包括 雾化器和电池杆,现有技术中的电子烟中,雾化器与电池杆之间的连接方式多为螺纹连接。在装配过程中,螺纹连接需要扭很多转才能将其固定好,生产效率较低,装配也较麻烦, 不利于自动化生产。且由于雾化器与电池杆的连接可进行多次重复连接,且不容易区分已使用的和未使用的,容易使雾化器多次使用,而多次重复使用过程中会有一部分的烟雾残留在雾化器中,再次使用时有可能会使烟雾变味又不卫生。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述的电子烟的雾化器可多次使用的缺陷,提供一种可以防止雾化器多次重复使用的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括雾化器、电池杆,所述雾化器及所述电池杆的对接处设置有连接结构,
所述连接结构包括设置于所述雾化器端部的第一连接件以及置于所述电池杆端部的第二连接件;所述第一连接件侧面设有至少一个可径向向内弹性运动的卡扣,所述第二连接件设置有供所述第一连接件插入的对接槽,所述对接槽的槽壁上设有与所述卡扣相适配的卡位;
组装时,所述卡扣受迫扣置于所述卡位中,实现所述雾化器与所述电池杆的连接;
拆卸时,所述第一连接件以及所述第二连接件沿相背方向受力,所述卡扣断开,所述雾化器与所述电池杆脱离连接。
所述卡位为由所述第二连接件的端部径向向内延伸而形成的环状突起。
所述第一连接件还包括与所述卡扣相连并用于固定所述卡扣的扣合本体。
所述扣合本体包括固定部、以及一端由所述固定部轴向延伸出的,另一端与所述卡扣相连的连接部,所述卡扣径向向外突出于所述连接部。
所述卡扣、所述连接部以及所述固定部一体成型。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详 细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图15所示,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括雾化器1、电池杆2,雾化器1以及电池杆2的对接处设置有连接结构,连接结构包括设置于雾化器1端部的第一连接件3以及置于电池杆2端部的第二连接件4;第一连接件3侧面上设有至少一个卡扣31,第二连接件4设置有供第一连接件3插入的对接槽40,对接槽40的槽壁上设有与卡扣31相适配的卡位41;卡扣31可径向向内弹性运动,且受力可断。组装时,卡扣31受迫扣置于卡位41中,实现雾化器1与电池杆2的连接;拆卸时,第一连接件3以及第二连接件4沿相背方向受力,卡扣31断开,雾化器1与电池杆2脱离连接。
本发明中采用受力可断开的卡扣31,则使得在使用完电子烟之后对拉雾化器1以及电池杆2,则卡扣31断开,使得雾化器1不能再使用。则容易区分使用过的雾化器1以及未使用过的雾化器1,防止了雾化器1多次使用,避免了因 多次重复使用过程中一部分的烟雾残留在雾化器1中,再次使用时烟雾变味又不卫生的情况。
且可以理解的是,现有技术中通常是使用螺纹连接件,螺纹连接件相对于卡扣31,制造麻烦,不便于大批量生产。
优选的,卡扣31的数目为四个,且均匀地设置于第一连接件3的周向。为制造方便,卡位41为由第二连接件4的端部径向向内延伸而形成的环状突起,但也可以在对接槽40的内壁上设置凹槽,将卡扣31卡置于凹槽中实现两者的连接。
第一连接件3还包括与卡扣31相连并用于固定卡扣31的扣合本体。
扣合本体的具体结构为:扣合本体包括固定部321、以及一端由固定部321轴向延伸出的,另一端与卡扣31相连的连接部322;卡扣31径向向外突出于连接部322、且置于固定部321的靠近电池杆2的一侧。卡扣31、连接部322以及固定部321一体成型,通常是通过注塑成型的方式形成卡扣31以及扣合本体。
本发明中,为了方便将卡扣31扣入到卡位41中,卡扣31的朝向第二连接件4的一端设有倒斜角或者倒圆角,在扣入卡扣31的过程中,首先端部倒斜角或者倒圆角受力,进一步,卡扣31受迫径向向内运动,卡扣31卡入到卡位41中。优选的,本发明中卡扣31沿轴向的截面呈三角形,本发明中由于卡位41为由第二连接件4的端部径向向内延伸而形成的环状突起,则卡扣31与固定部321之间,或者是第一连接件3与卡扣31相邻的面与卡扣31之间设有刚好可以使环形突起卡入的凹部,防止雾化器1以及电池杆2在轴向上可相对运动。可以理解的是,当卡位41为凹槽时,则不需要设置上述凹部;或者所述卡位41为套设在所述对接槽40内的套环的下端缘,所述套环与所述对接槽40的槽壁为过盈配合或卡合相连。
为了方便使卡扣31以及扣合本体断开,则连接部322的厚度应该在小的同时,还能够满足能够承受一定的拉力。本发明中,连接部322呈条形,且连接部322沿径向的厚度范围为0.1mm~0.5mm。优选的,连接部322的径向厚度为0.2mm。连接部322的沿与长度方向垂直的方向呈弧状,且其弧度范围为5°~45°,优选的,连接部322的弧度范围为10°。连接部322沿轴向的长度也应该大于等于0,从而方便连接部322与卡扣31连接处切向受力发生断裂。且同时,为了方便连接部322以及卡扣31之间断开,卡扣31的朝向固定部321的一端的端面为平面、且与连接部322所成的角度小于等于90°,优选的,上述夹角为90°。连接部322由硬质PVC、PC、PA、ABS以及PMMA的一种或几种材料制成。
扣合本体以及卡扣31组成的整体的结构有以下几种实施例。
实施例一:如图 3、图4、图5所示,固定部321呈环状,第一连接件3包括外电极11以及同轴套设于外电极11内部的内电极12,固定部321夹持于内电极12与外电极11之间。雾化器1包括雾化套,外电极11过盈配合的插置于雾化套中实现将第一连接件3固定于雾化器1上。此时扣合本体还起到使内电极12件以及外电极11绝缘的作用。此时,为了适应外电极11的形状,固定部321呈阶梯轴状。
实施例二:如图8、图9以及图10所示,固定部321呈环状,第一连接件3上设有外电极11,外电极11周向设有环形槽113,固定部321嵌置于环形槽113中。与实施例一相同,雾化器1包括雾化套,外电极11过盈配合的插置于雾化套中实现将第一连接件3固定于雾化器1上;第一连接件3还包括同轴套设于外电极11内部的内电极12。但不同的是,此时外电极11与内电极12之间设有绝缘件,扣合本体不具有使内电极12与外电极11绝缘的作用。
实施例三:如图13、图14以及图15所示,固定部321呈块状,第一连接件3上设有外电极11,外电极11外部设有与固定部321形状相适应的第一槽111,固定部321嵌置于第一槽111中。上述的一个扣合本体上安装多个卡扣31,而实施例三中扣合本体以及卡扣31是一一对应的关系。同样:雾化器1包括雾化套,外电极11过盈配合的插置于雾化套中实现将第一连接件3固定于雾化器1上;第一连接件3还包括同轴套设于外电极11内部的内电极12;外电极11与内电极12之间设有绝缘件。
上述三个实施例中,外电极11及内电极12分别用于与电池杆的电极电连接并电连接至所述雾化器1内的雾化组件的两端,第一连接件3上设有用于使卡扣31径向向内弹性运动的运动空间;运动空间为开设于外电极11上的第二槽112。由于对于卡扣31以及对扣合本体的制造仅仅需要注塑成型,对于第一连接件3以及第二连接件4上相对应位置进行的加工也较少,相对于现有技术中的运用机加工的方式对第一连接件3以及第二连接件4的加工方式来讲,制造方便,且适合大批量生产。
综上:当使用受力可相对扣合本体断开的卡扣31,则使得在使用完之后对雾化器1以及电池杆2施力,则卡扣31会相对于扣合本体断开,使得雾化器1不能再使用,能有效防止雾化器1多次使用。

    所述连接结构包括设置于所述雾化器(1)端部的第一连接件(3)以及置于所述电池杆(2)端部的第二连接件(4);所述第一连接件(3)侧面设有至少一个可径向向内弹性运动的卡扣(31),所述第二连接件(4)设置有供所述第一连接件(3)插入的对接槽(40),所述对接槽(40)的槽壁上设有与所述卡扣(31)相适配的卡位(41);
    组装时,所述卡扣(31)受迫扣置于所述卡位(41)中,实现所述雾化器(1)与所述电池杆(2)的连接;
    拆卸时,所述第一连接件(3)以及所述第二连接件(4)沿相背方向受力,所述卡扣(31)断开,所述雾化器(1)与所述电池杆(2)脱离连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡位(41)为由所述第二连接件(4)的端部径向向内延伸而形成的环状突起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)还包括与所述卡扣(31)相连并用于固定所述卡扣(31)的扣合本体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述扣合本体包括固定部(321)、以及一端由所述固定部(321)轴向延伸出的,另一端与所述卡扣(31)相连的连接部(322),所述卡扣(31)径向向外突出于所述连接部(322)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡扣(31)、所述连接部(322)以及所述固定部(321)一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定部(321)呈环状,所述第一连接件(3)包括外电极(11)以及同轴套设于所述外电极(11)内部的内电极(12),所述固定部(321)夹持于所述内电极(12)与所述外电极(11)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定部(321)呈环状,所述第一连接件(3)上设有外电极(11),所述外电极(11)周向设有环形槽(113),所述固定部(321)嵌置于所述环形槽(113)中。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定部(321)呈块状,所述第一连接件(3)上设有外电极(11),所述外电极(11)外部设有与所述固定部(321)形状相适应的第一槽(111),所述固定部(321)嵌置于所述第一槽(111)中。
  9. 根据权利要求6~8任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)上设有用于使所述卡扣(31)径向向内弹性运动的运动空间;所述运动空间为开设于所述外电极(11)上的第二槽(112)。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部(322)由硬质PVC、PC、PA、ABS以及PMMA的一种或几种材料制成。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部(322)呈条形,所述连接部(322)沿轴向的长度大于等于0,所述连接部(322)沿径向的厚度范围为0.1mm~0.5mm。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡扣(31)的朝向所述固定部(321)的一端的端面为平面、且与所述连接部(322)所成的角度小于等于90°。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡扣(31)的朝向所述第二连接件(4)的一端设有倒斜角或者倒圆角。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡扣(31)的沿轴向的截面呈三角形。
