电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟一般包括雾化器和电池杆,现有技术中的电子烟中,雾化组件与电池组件之间的连接方式多为螺纹连接以及 直接插接相连的连接方式 。 由于螺纹式连接方式容易错位、可靠性差、拆卸不变,直接插接相连 存在连接不牢固的缺陷,使用不方便, 不利于戒烟,用户体验差 。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于为解决现有技术中的电子烟的雾化器与电池杆连接方式操作复杂及连接不牢的缺陷,提供一种安装便捷,连接牢固的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种电子烟,包括雾化器以及电池杆,所述雾化器与电池杆的对接处设置有连接结构,所述连接结构包括相互对接的第一连接件以及第二连接件, 所述第一连接件设有用于供所述第二连接件插入的对接槽,所述对接槽内设有扣合部,所述第二连接件外侧的靠近所述第一连接件的一端设有延伸至所述二连接件端面的卡固缺口;扣合时,所述扣合部沿所述卡固缺口插入并旋转扣合在所述卡固缺口上。
所述卡固缺口包括周向设置于所述第二连接件上的第一缺口以及由所述第一缺口一端轴向延伸、并朝向所述第一连接件开放的第二缺口;
扣合时,所述扣合部沿所述第二缺口插入到所述第二连接件,并沿所述第一缺口旋转所述扣合部实现与所述第二连接件的固定连接。
所述第二连接件包括设置于所述第二连接件外侧的第一外电极,所述第一缺口以及所述第二缺口开设于所述第一外电极上。
所述第一连接件上设有中空的第二外电极,所述扣合部为由所述第二外电极内壁沿朝向所述第二外电极中轴线方向径向延伸形成的突起。

所述支架为绝缘件,所述第三外电极内还套设有第二内电极,所述第二内电极过盈配合的插置于所述支架内部。
所述支架为硬质硅胶件、橡胶件或者树脂件的任意一种。

实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过将电池杆与所述雾化器通过旋转卡合的方式连接,使得用户能快速地将电池杆与雾化器组装成一体,以及用完雾化器内的烟油后便于更换雾化器;同时将卡固缺口设于第二连接件的外侧,扣合部设于第一连接件的内侧,可以方便加工制造,提高生产效率,且也可以方便对卡固缺口的形状进行改造来适应其它形状的扣合部。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图6所示,一种电子烟,包括雾化器1以及电池杆2,雾化器1与电池杆2的对接处设置有连接结构,连接结构包括相互对接的第一连接件3以及第二连接件4,第一连接件3设有用于供第二连接部382插入的对接槽31,对接槽31内设有扣合部,第二连接件4外侧的靠近第一连接件3的一端设有延伸至第二连接件4端面的卡固缺口,扣合时,扣合部沿卡固缺口插入并旋转扣合在卡固缺口上。
卡具体的,卡固缺口包括周向设置于第二连接件4上的第一缺口411以及由第一缺口411一端轴向延伸、并朝向第一连接件3开放的第二缺口412;扣合时,扣合部沿第二缺口412插入到第二连接件4,并沿第一缺口411旋转扣合部实现与第二连接件4的固定连接。
一般的,由于卡固缺口的制造仅仅是在第二连接件4上设置缺口,而扣合部的形状都是可以多变的,一种形状的卡固缺口可以适用于多种形状的扣合部。本发明中,卡固缺口设于第二连接件4的外侧,扣合部设于第一连接件3的内侧,故当卡固缺口磨损之后可方便对第二连接件4上设有卡固缺口的部件进行更换,也可以对缺口的形状进行改造来适应其它形状的扣合部。
第二连接件4包括置于第二连接件4外侧的第一外电极41,第一缺口411以及第二缺口412开设于第一外电极41上;第一缺口411以及第二缺口412共同形成'L'型结构。第一缺口411以及第二缺口412也可以形成'T'字型结构或者'十'字型结构,但也可以是其它形状,只要是能够将扣合部卡住即可。在扣合时,为了能使扣合部紧紧地扣入到第二缺口412中,扣合部与第二缺口412的外壁是通过过盈配合的方式。
下面示出了本发明的两个实施例。
实施例一:如图1、图2所示,第一连接件3上设有中空的第二外电极34,扣合部为由第二外电极34内壁向内凸设的突起。
扣合部的形成方式也可以是,第一连接件3上设有中空的第二外电极34,第二外电极34侧壁上设有用于使卡销322穿过的通孔,卡销322过盈配合的穿设于通孔中、并朝向第二外电极34的中心轴方向径向延伸形成该扣合部。
扣合部也可以是在第二外电极34内壁上延伸可以卡入到第一缺口411中的凸缘,通过将凸缘卡入到第一缺口411中实现第一连接件3与第二连接件4的连接。
即扣合部与第二外电极34可以是一体成型的也可以是分体组装而成。
优选的,本发明中采用卡销322的方式。
扣合时,第一外电极41以及第二外电极34需要进行电连接,由于第二外电极34以及第一外电极41均呈中空的结构,扣合时,第一外电极41套设于第二外电极34内侧,通过使第一外电极41的外壁与第二外电极34的内壁相互贴合的方式实现第一外电极41以及第二外电极34的相互电连接。
第二外电极34内侧还套设有第一内电极35。此时为了实现第二外电极34与第一内电极35的电性绝缘,第二外电极34内侧还套设有绝缘环39,绝缘环39套设于第二外电极34以及第一内电极35之间。所述第二外电极34以及第一内电极35分别电连接至所述电池杆2内的电池的正极及负极。
实施例二:如图3、图4、图5所示,第一连接件3上设有第三外电极36,以及置于第三外电极36的远离第二连接件4的一侧的支架38。
为了使第一外电极41以及第三外电极36电性连接,第一外电极41以及第三外电极36均呈筒形,扣合时,第一外电极41套设于第三外电极36内侧、且第一外电极41的外壁与第三外电极36的内壁相互贴合。
支架38为绝缘件,第三外电极36内还套设有第二内电极37,第二内电极37过盈配合的插置于支架38内部。
支架38为硬质件,具体的,支架38为硬质硅胶件、橡胶件、树脂件的任意一种。
由于在第三外电极36内部需要与第二内电极37电性绝缘,设置支架38一方面可以通过在支架38上设置扣合部实现与卡固缺口的扣合,另一方面,设置支架38还可以使第三外电极36以及第二内电极37电性绝缘。
具体的,支架38包括支架本体381,以及由支架本体381朝向第二连接件4一侧延伸出的连接部382;连接部382的端部侧面周向延伸出与第一缺口411同向设置的、且与第一缺口411形状相适应的凸部383,扣合部即为该凸部383。通过将连接部382过盈配合地插置于第三外电电极中实现支架38与第三外电极36的固定连接。
连接部382的形状与第二缺口412的形状相适配,即为了使连接部382的端部与第二缺口412的底部相抵接,连接部382沿轴向上的长度与第二缺口412沿轴向上的长度相同。且优选的,连接部382在周向上的弧度与第二缺口412的弧度相等。在满足上述条件的情况下,可以理解的是,第一外电极41开设有第一缺口411以及第二缺口412的部分与连接部382、凸部383形成的整体形状可以相同。则在进行机加工或者是数控加工时,仅仅需要设置预定轨迹便可以得到第一缺口411、第二缺口412、连接部382以及凸部383,则加工方便,便于批量化生产。
在第二实施例中,连接部382与第二缺口412之间形成第一通孔384,可以理解的是,该第一通孔384便于穿设导线以及通气。
可以理解的是,第一连接件3可以设置在雾化器1也可以设置在电池杆2上,第二连接件4设置在电池杆2上也可以设置在雾化器1上。
综上,通过设置可旋转扣合的第一连接件3以及第二连接件4,则制造方便,同时,将卡固缺口设于第二连接件4的外侧,扣合部设于第一连接件3的内侧,可以方便具有卡固缺口的第二连接件4的更换,且也可以方便对卡固缺口的形状进行改造来适应其它形状的扣合部。

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器(1)以及电池杆(2),所述雾化器(1)与电池杆(2)的对接处设置有连接结构,所述连接结构包括相互对接的第一连接件(3)以及第二连接件(4),其特征在于,
    所述第一连接件(3)设有用于供所述第二连接件(4)插入的对接槽(31),所述对接槽(31)内设有扣合部,所述第二连接件(4)外侧的靠近所述第一连接件(3)的一端设有延伸至所述二连接件(4)端面的卡固缺口;扣合时,所述扣合部沿所述卡固缺口插入并旋转扣合在所述卡固缺口上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡固缺口包括周向设置于所述第二连接件(4)上的第一缺口(411)以及由所述第一缺口(411)一端轴向延伸、并朝向所述第一连接件(3)开放的第二缺口(412);
    扣合时,所述扣合部沿所述第二缺口(412)插入到所述第二连接件(4),并沿所述第一缺口(411)旋转所述扣合部实现与所述第二连接件(4)的固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(4)包括设置于所述第二连接件(4)外侧的第一外电极(41),所述第一缺口(411)以及所述第二缺口(412)开设于所述第一外电极(41)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)上设有中空的第二外电极(34),所述扣合部为由所述第二外电极(34)内壁沿朝向所述第二外电极(34)中轴线方向径向延伸形成的突起。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)上设有中空的第二外电极(34),所述第二外电极(34)侧壁上设有用于使卡销(322)穿过的通孔,卡销(322)过盈配合的穿设于所述通孔中、并朝向所述第二外电极(34)的中心轴突出形成所述扣合部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一外电极(41)套设于所述第二外电极(34)内侧、且所述第一外电极(41)的外壁与所述第二外电极(34)的内壁相互贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二外电极(34)内侧还套设有第一内电极(35)、以及绝缘环(39),所述绝缘环(39)套设于所述第二外电极(34)以及所述第一内电极(35)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)上设有第三外电极(36),以及设置于所述第三外电极(36)的远离所述第二连接件(4)的一侧的支架(38)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一外电极(41)以及所述第三外电极(36)均呈筒形,扣合时,所述第一外电极(41)套设于所述第三外电极(36)内侧、且所述第一外电极(41)的外壁与所述第三外电极(36)的内壁相互贴合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(38)包括支架本体(381),以及由所述支架本体(381)朝向所述第二连接件(4)一侧延伸出的连接部(382);所述连接部(382)的端部侧面周向延伸出与所述第一缺口(411)同向设置的、且与所述第一缺口(411)形状相适应的凸部(383),所述扣合部为所述凸部(383)。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(38)为绝缘件,所述第三外电极(36)内还套设有第二内电极(37),所述第二内电极(37)过盈配合的插置于所述支架(38)内部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(38)为硬质硅胶件、橡胶件或者树脂件的任意一种。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部(382)的形状与所述第二缺口(412)的形状相适配。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)设置在所述雾化器(1)或所述电池杆(2)上,所述第二连接件(4)设置在所述电池杆(2)或所述雾化器(1)上。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一缺口(411)以及所述第二缺口(412)共同形成'L'型结构。
  16. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一缺口(411)以及所述第二缺口(412)共同形成'T'型结构。
