Abstract

一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化器(10)和电池杆(20),所述雾化器(10)与电池杆(20)的连接处设置有用于连接所述雾化器(10)和所述电池杆(20)的第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件上设置有卡扣(104),所述第二连接件上设置有对接槽(220),所述对接槽(220)的侧壁上设置有沿所述电池杆(20)轴向延伸的导向槽(230)及沿所述电池杆(20)周向延伸并与所述导向槽(230)相连通的卡槽(210),所述卡扣(104)卡入卡槽(210)内;所述第二连接件上还设置第一磁性件(202),所述第一连接件上还设置有用于与所述第一磁性件(202)相吸合以防止卡扣(104)回旋至所述导向槽(230)内的第二磁性件。该电子烟连接牢固且操作简单。

Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品,其主要包括蓄油棉、雾化装置和电池。电池为雾化装置提供电能,使雾化装置发热,进而将蓄油棉中的油液汽化以散发油烟,从而达到仿真香烟的效果。
电子烟一般包括雾化组件和电池组件, 现有的电子烟中采用直接插接涨紧或磁性相连的连接方式,而这种简单的插接相连或磁性相连的方式易导致连接不牢固 。针对上述缺陷,现有技术的电子烟中又提供了一种插旋式的连接方式,然而这种连接方式可能存在以下缺陷:雾化器在连接后可能会因震荡发生回位旋转从而导致连接松脱,并且这种连接方式也存在操作复杂的缺点。
发明内容
鉴于上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种连接牢固且操作简单的电子烟。
本发明提供的电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化器和电池杆,所述雾化器与电池杆的连接处设置有用于连接所述雾化器和所述电池杆的第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件上设置有卡扣,所述第二连接件上设置有对接槽 ,所述对接槽的侧壁上设置有沿所述电池杆轴向延伸的导向槽及沿所述电池杆周向延伸并与所述导向槽相连通的卡槽,所述卡扣卡入所述卡槽内;所述第二连接件上还设置有第一磁性件,所述第一连接件上还设置有用于与所述第一磁性件相吸合以防止所述卡扣回旋至所述导向槽内的第二磁性件。
上述的电子烟中,所述雾化器包括雾化器电极组件,所述第一连接件为所述雾化器电极组件。
上述的电子烟中,所述电池杆包括电池杆外电极,所述第二连接件为所述电池杆外电极。
上述的电子烟中,所述雾化器电极组件包括雾化器外电极、穿设在所述雾化器外电极中的雾化器内电极以及套设在所述雾化器外电极与雾化器内电极之间的雾化器绝缘环。
上述的电子烟中,所述第二磁性件为所述雾化器外电极。
上述的电子烟中,所述卡扣为沿所述雾化器外电极的外周面朝向远离所述雾化器外电极中心轴的方向径向延伸形成的第一凸块。
上述的电子烟中,所述第一磁性件容纳在所述电池杆外电极中,并与所述电池杆外电极的内周面围合成所述卡槽。
上述的电子烟中,所述第一磁性件呈内中空的圆筒状,所述第一磁性件朝向所述雾化器外电极的一端面上沿所述第一磁性件轴向延伸形成有卡持臂,所述卡持臂与所述电池杆外电极的内周面围合成所述卡槽。
上述的电子烟中,所述第一磁性件与所述电池杆外电极为一体成型结构。
上述的电子烟中,所述电池杆外电极呈内中空的筒状,所述电池杆外电极的周面上沿所述电池杆外电极的周向上开设有开口,所述第一磁性件嵌合在所述开口中。
上述的电子烟中,所述第一磁性件的形状与所述开口的形状相吻合。
上述的电子烟中,所述第一磁性件的两端部朝向彼此相对延伸形成有止挡凸起,所述止挡凸起与所述电池杆外电极的内周面围合成所述卡槽。
上述的电子烟中,所述第二磁性件为所述卡扣。
上述的电子烟中,所述卡扣为 沿所述雾化器绝缘环的外周面朝远离所述雾化器电极组件中心轴的方向径向延伸形成的第二凸块,所述卡扣突出延伸至所述雾化器外电极的外侧 。
实施本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过将 第一连接件的卡扣卡入第二连接件的卡槽中实现雾化器与电池杆的连接,同时还在第一连接件与第二连接件上分别设置由磁铁或铁、镍、钴等磁性材料制成的磁性件,使得雾化器与电池杆在连接过程中可以相互吸附,避免了雾化器因震荡而发生回位旋转,进而避免了雾化器和电池杆发生松脱分离,这样就提供了一种连接牢固且操作简单的电子烟,给用户带来了更加良好的使用体验。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本说明书以卡扣104、导向槽230和卡槽210的数量均为两个为例,来对本技术方案进行说明,不应将两个卡扣104、两个导向槽230和两个卡槽210的设计方式理解为对保护范围的绝对限定,卡扣104、导向槽230和卡槽210的个数也可以为其他的数值。
参考图1至图2,本发明第一实施例提供的电子烟的结构示意图。第一实施例提供的电子烟包括雾化器10和电池杆20。雾化器10和电池杆20的连接处设置有用于使雾化器10和电池杆20连接的第一连接件和第二连接件。雾化器10包括雾化套管以及装设在雾化套管中的雾化装置和蓄油棉。电池杆20包括电池套管以及装设在电池套管中的电池。 雾化器 10 以及电池杆 20 各自连接端上分别具有雾化器电极组件和电池杆电极组件。该雾化器电极组件包括呈筒状的雾化器外电极 101 、穿设在雾化器外电极 101 中并呈杆状的雾化器内电极 103 以及套设在雾化器外电极 101 以及雾化器内电极 103 之间的雾化器绝缘环 102 。雾化器绝缘环 102 用于使雾化器外电极 101 与雾化器内电极 103 电性绝缘。相应地,电池杆电极组件包括呈筒状的电池杆外电极 201 、穿设在电池杆外电极 201 中并呈杆状的电池杆内电极 204 以及套设在电池杆外电极 201 以及电池杆内电极 204 之间的电池杆绝缘环 203 。组装电子烟时,雾化器 10 和电池杆 20 通过雾化器电极组件与电池杆电极组件之间的插接相连实现连接并导通。在本实施例中,第一连接件为雾化器电极组件,第二连接件为电池杆外电极 201 。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,第一连接件可以为电池杆外电极 201 ,第二连接件可以为雾化器电极组件。同时,为了使电池杆 20 与雾化器 10 的连接更加牢固,防止雾化器 10 在连接后因震荡而发生 回位旋转 ,则在第一连接件及第二连接件上均设置 由磁铁或铁、镍、钴等磁性材料制成的磁性件,使得雾化器10与电池杆20在连接过程中可以相互吸附,避免了雾化器10因震荡发生回位旋转,进而避免了雾化器10和电池杆20发生松脱分离,给用户带来更加良好的使用体验。
具体地,第一连接件上设置有卡扣104,第二连接件上设置有对接槽220 。对接槽220的侧壁上设置有沿电池杆20轴向延伸的导向槽230及沿电池杆20周向延伸并与导向槽230相连通的卡槽210。卡扣104卡入卡槽内。第二连接件上还设置有第一磁性件202,雾化器10上还设置有用于与所述第一磁性件202相吸合以防止卡扣104回旋至所述导向槽230内的第二磁性件(未标号)。
在本实施例中,具体地,第一连接件为雾化器外电极101。卡扣104设置在雾化器外电极101上。卡扣104为沿雾化器外电极101的外周面朝向远离雾化器外电极101中心轴的方向径向延伸形成的第一凸块。为了减少加工过程,节约成本,则将卡扣104与雾化器外电极101一体成型。在本实施例中,第二磁性件可以为雾化器外电极101,即雾化器外电极101采用磁铁或铁、镍等磁性材料制成。这样设置第二磁性件的优势在于:无需在电子烟的制造过程中增加单独的磁性件,节省了制作成本并减少了加工步骤。
参考图3,第二连接件为电池杆外电极201。电池杆外电极201呈筒状,内部中空,包括筒状本体221以及沿电池杆外电极201的周向形成在筒状本体221的端部的凸缘211。筒状本体221插装在电池套管的端部,以过盈配合的方式与电池套管固定连接。凸缘211则抵靠在电池套管的端面上,从而进一步将电池杆外电极201固定在电池套管的端部。电池杆外电极201的内中空处形成了对接槽220,用于容纳插入的雾化器电极组件。对接槽220的侧壁上沿电池杆外电极201的轴向延伸形成有与卡扣104相适配的导向槽230,用于引导雾化器电极组件进入对接槽220中,且不断地深入。在本实施例中,第一磁性件202穿设在电池杆外电极201中,并与电池杆外电极201的内周面围合成了用于卡持卡扣104的卡槽210,该卡槽210与导向槽230相连通。
参考图 4 ,具体地,第一磁性件 202 采用磁铁或铁、镍等磁性材料制成。第一磁性件 202 呈内中空的筒状,包括筒状的连接部 212 以及从连接部 212 中靠近雾化器电极组件一端的端面上沿第一磁性件 202 的轴向朝向靠近雾化器电极组件的一侧延伸形成的卡持臂 222 。组装时,将第一磁性件 202 插入电池杆外电极 201 的内中空处,连接部 212 与电池杆外电极 201 以过盈配合的方式固定连接,卡持臂 222 与电池杆外电极 201 的内周面相抵持。在本实施例中,卡持臂 222 与电池杆外电极 201 的内周面围合成卡槽 210 。雾化器 10 与电池杆 20 连接时,雾化器电极组件容纳在电池杆外电极 201 的对接槽 220 内,并沿导向槽 230 不断深入,最终进入卡槽 210 内,从而实现了两者的连接。同时,又由于卡槽 210 是由第一磁性件 202 围合而成,所以雾化器电极组件中的雾化器外电极 101 与第一磁性件 202 相互吸附,从而避免了雾化器 10 因震荡发生回位旋转,进而避免 雾化器10和电池杆20发生松脱分离,给用户带来更加良好的使用体验。
在其他的实施例中,该第一磁性件202与电池杆外电极201可以采用磁铁或铁、镍等磁性材料一体成型,这样可以减少组装的步骤,节约生产时间。
参考图5至图6,本发明第二实施例提供的电池杆外电极的结构示意图。第二实施例与第一实施例的区别仅在于:本实施例中提供的电池杆外电极201以及第一磁性件202的结构不同,而电子烟其余零部件的结构及相互之间的连接关系均未改变。在本实施例中,电池杆外电极201呈内中空的筒状,包括筒状本体221以及 沿电池杆外电极201的周向形成在筒状本体221的端部的凸缘211。筒状本体221插装在电池套管的端部,以过盈配合的方式与电池套管固定连接。凸缘211则抵靠在电池套管的端面上,从而进一步将电池杆外电极201固定在电池套管的端部上。电池杆外电极201的内中空处形成了对接槽220,用于容纳插入的雾化器电极组件。对接槽220的侧壁上沿电池杆外电极201的轴向延伸形成有与卡扣104相适配的导向槽230,用于引导雾化器电极组件进入对接槽220中,且不断地深入。在本实施例中,筒状本体221上沿电池杆外电极201的周向开设有开口240。第一磁性件202嵌合在该开口240上,第一磁性件202的形状与该开口240的形状相吻合,以便能更好地嵌合,且不影响电池杆外电极201的外观。第一磁性件202与该电池杆外电极201的内周面围合成用于卡持卡扣104的卡槽210。第一采用此种结构的优势在于:仅在电池杆外电极201的局部区域采用磁性材料制作,这样可以减少磁性材料的用量并节约成本。
在本实施例中,该第一磁性件 202 为弧形板,包括弧形板体 242 以及形成在弧形板体 242 的两端部的一对止挡凸起 232 。该一对止挡凸起 232 为沿弧形板体 242 的两端部朝向彼此相对延伸形成的凸起。组装时,该第一磁性件 202 嵌合在电池杆外电极 201 的开口 240 中,一对止挡凸起 232 分别与开口 240 的两端部相抵持。止挡凸起 232 与电池杆外电极 201 的内周面围合成卡槽 210 。 雾化器 10 与电池杆 20 连接时,雾化器电极组件容纳在电池杆外电极 201 的对接槽 220 内,并沿导向槽 230 不断深入,最终进入卡槽 210 内,从而实现了两者的连接。同时,又由于卡槽 210 是由第一磁性件 202 围合而成,所以雾化器电极组件中的雾化器外电极 101 与第一磁性件 202 相互吸附,从而避免了雾化器 10 因震荡发生回位旋转,进而避免 雾化器10和电池杆20发生松脱分离,给用户带来更加良好的使用体验。
参考图7,本发明第三实施例提供的雾化器的结构示意图。第三实施例与前述两实施例的区别仅在于:提供的雾化器10上的卡扣104的结构不同。可以理解的是,本实施例中提供的雾化器10的结构也可以用在前述的实施例中。在本实施例中,卡扣104设置在雾化器绝缘环102上。具体地,卡扣104为沿雾化器绝缘环102的外周面向远离雾化器电极组件中心轴的方向径向延伸形成的第二凸块,且卡扣104突出于雾化器外电极101的外周面,即延伸出雾化器外电极101的外侧。在本实施例中,卡扣104与雾化器绝缘环102可以一体成型。可以理解的是,卡扣104也可以设计成单独的凸块,以粘贴、焊接等方式固定在雾化器电极组件上,且该凸块采用磁铁或铁、镍等磁性材料制成。
本发明通过将 第一连接件 的卡扣卡入第二连接件的卡槽中,同时还在第一连接件与第二连接件上分别设置由磁铁或铁、镍、钴等磁性材料制成的磁性件,使得雾化器与电池杆在连接过程中可以相互吸附,避免了雾化器发生回位旋转,进而避免了雾化器和电池杆发生松脱分离,这样就提供了一种连接牢固且操作简单的电子烟,给用户带来了更加良好的使用体验。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化器(10)和电池杆(20),所述雾化器(10)与电池杆(20)的连接处设置有用于连接所述雾化器(10)和所述电池杆(20)的第一连接件和第二连接件, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接件上设置有卡扣(104),所述第二连接件上设置有对接槽(220) ,所述对接槽(220)的侧壁上设置有沿所述电池杆(20)轴向延伸的导向槽(230)及沿所述电池杆(20)周向延伸并与所述导向槽(230)相连通的卡槽(210),所述卡扣(104)卡入所述卡槽(210)内;所述第二连接件上还设置有第一磁性件(202),所述第一连接件上还设置有用于与所述第一磁性件(202)相吸合以防止所述卡扣(104)回旋至所述导向槽(230)内的第二磁性件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(10)包括雾化器电极组件,所述第一连接件为所述雾化器电极组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆(20)包括电池杆外电极(201),所述第二连接件为所述电池杆外电极(201)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器电极组件包括雾化器外电极(101)、穿设在所述雾化器外电极(101)中的雾化器内电极(103)以及套设在所述雾化器外电极(101)与雾化器内电极(103)之间的雾化器绝缘环(102)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二磁性件为所述雾化器外电极(101)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡扣(104)为沿所述雾化器外电极(101)的外周面朝向远离所述雾化器外电极(101)中心轴的方向径向延伸形成的第一凸块。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件(202)容纳在所述电池杆外电极(201)中,并与所述电池杆外电极(201)的内周面围合成所述卡槽(210)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件(202)呈筒状,所述第一磁性件(202)的朝向所述雾化器外电极(101)的一端面上沿所述第一磁性件(202)的轴向延伸形成有卡持臂(222),所述卡持臂(222)与所述电池杆外电极(201)的内周面围合成所述卡槽(210)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件(202)与所述电池杆外电极(201)为一体成型结构。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆外电极(201)呈筒状,所述电池杆外电极(201)的周面上沿所述电池杆外电极(201)的周向上开设有开口(240),所述第一磁性件(202)嵌合在所述开口(240)中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件(202)的形状与所述开口(240)的形状相吻合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件(202)的两端部朝向彼此相对延伸形成有止挡凸起(232),所述止挡凸起(232)与所述电池杆外电极(201)的内周面围合成所述卡槽。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二磁性件为所述卡扣(104)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡扣(104)为 沿所述雾化器绝缘环(102)的外周面朝远离所述雾化器电极组件中心轴的方向径向延伸形成的第二凸块,所述 卡扣(104) 突出延伸至所述雾化器外电极(101)的外侧 。
