Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。如图1所示,现有技术中的电子烟包括外套管1,以及安装在该外套管1一端的灯帽2。该灯帽2内侧设置有与电子烟的控制模块电连接的灯具。当电子烟处于工作状态时,控制模块驱动灯帽2内侧的所述灯具工作以模仿烟草燃烧。灯帽2通常采用过盈配合连接的方式插装在外套管1中,而采用此种安装方式,灯帽2安装在外套管1中的牢靠性较差,容易造成灯帽2从外套管1中脱落。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟中的灯帽容易脱落的缺陷,提供一种能够将灯帽牢固地安装在外套管中的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括外套管;所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管一端的灯帽;所述灯帽上设置有扣接结构;所述灯帽通过所述扣接结构与所述外套管扣接相连。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述扣接结构为扣接部、扣接片以及扣接环中的任意一种。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述灯帽包括安装在所述外套管内部的插装部;所述扣接部由所述插装部的外壁朝向所述外套管的内壁延伸;所述扣接部与所述外套管扣接相连。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述灯帽包括置于所述外套管外部的本体;所述插装部由所述本体朝向所述外套管内部延伸。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述灯帽还包括开设在所述插装部上并朝向所述外套管的内壁开口的安装槽;所述电子烟还包括紧固件;所述紧固件安装在所述安装槽中并与所述外套管扣接相连。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述安装槽、所述紧固件均为环状结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述灯帽还包括沿所述插装部轴向开设的卸力槽。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述外套管的内壁设置有扣接位;所述灯帽包括安装在所述外套管内部的插装部;所述扣接部由所述插装部的外壁朝向所述外套管的内壁延伸;所述扣接部卡置于所述扣接位中。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述灯帽包括置于所述外套管外部的本体;所述插装部由所述本体朝向所述外套管内部延伸。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述扣接位为通孔结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述外套管包括雾化套管以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管上的电池套管;所述灯帽安装在所述电池套管远离所述雾化套管的一端。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:所述 电子烟采用灯帽中设置有扣接结构,使得灯帽能够稳固地插装在外套管中,从而能够有效地避免灯帽从外套管中脱落;再者,所述 电子烟采用外套管中设置有扣接位的结构,进一步地提高了灯帽插装在外套管中的牢靠性。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一 提供一种电子烟,其包括外套管1、灯帽2以及紧固件3。外套管1大致为中空的圆柱状结构,灯帽2安装在该外套管1的一端。
如图2以及图3所示,灯帽2包括本体21、插装部22、扣接结构、安装槽24以及卸力槽25。本体21大致为圆柱体结构,其置于外套管1的外部。插装部22大致为中空的圆柱体结构,其置于外套管1的内部。该 插装部22由本体21朝向外套管1的内部延伸。扣接结构设置在插装部22上。本实施例中,扣接结构为扣接部23,该扣接部23由插装部22的外壁朝向外套管1的内壁延伸,且扣接部23与外套管1扣接相连。请参阅图4以及图5所示,在本发明的其它实施例中,扣接结构为扣接片4或扣接环5。扣接片4、扣接环5分别安装在插装部22的外壁上,且扣接片4、扣接环5分别与外套管1扣接相连。
如图2所示,安装槽24为环状结构,其 开设在插装部22上并朝向外套管1的内壁开口。该安装槽24用于安装紧固件3。卸力槽25沿插装部22的轴向开设。本实施例中,卸力槽25设置有四个,四个卸力槽25均匀地分布在插装部22的外壁上。采用卸力槽25的结构,可以较为轻易地将灯帽2插装在外套管1中。
如图2所示,紧固件3为环状结构,其安装在安装槽24中并与外套管1扣接相连。采用紧固件3的结构,能够进一步使灯帽2稳固地插装在外套管1中。
如图2以及图3所示,组装时,首先将紧固件3安装在外套管1内,然后将灯帽2插装在外套管1的一端,使所述紧固件3卡入安装槽24中,实现灯帽2与所述外套管1扣接相连。由于所述电子烟采用灯帽2中设置有扣接部23的结构,使得灯帽2能够稳固地插装在外套管1中,能够有效地避免灯帽2从外套管1中脱落。
如图6以及图7所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于外套管1的结构。本实施例中,省缺了紧固件3的结构。外套管1的内壁设置有扣接位11,该扣接位11为通孔结构,其与扣接部23的位置相适配。当灯帽2插装在外套管1中时,该扣接部23卡置于扣接位11。由于 所述电子烟采用外套管1中设置有扣接位11的结构,进一步地提高了灯帽2插装在外套管1中的牢靠性。
本发明的另一实施例中,其与上述实施例之一、实施例之二所不同之处在于外套管1的结构。本实施例中,外套管1包括雾化套管(未图示)以及可拆卸地连接在雾化套管上的电池套管(未图示)。灯帽2安装在电池套管远离雾化套管的一端。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1);其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(1)一端的灯帽(2);所述灯帽(2)上设置有扣接结构;所述灯帽(2)通过所述扣接结构与所述外套管(1)扣接相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述扣接结构为扣接部(23)、扣接片(4)以及扣接环(5)中的任意一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述灯帽(2)包括安装在所述外套管(1)内部的插装部(22);所述扣接部(23)由所述插装部(22)的外壁朝向所述外套管(1)的内壁延伸;所述扣接部(23)与所述外套管(1)扣接相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述灯帽(2)包括置于所述外套管(1)外部的本体(21);所述插装部(22)由所述本体(21)朝向所述外套管(1)内部延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述灯帽(2)还包括开设在所述插装部(22)上并朝向所述外套管(1)的内壁开口的安装槽(24);所述电子烟还包括紧固件(3);所述紧固件(3)安装在所述安装槽(24)中并与所述外套管(1)的内壁相互抵持。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述安装槽(24)、所述紧固件(3)均为环状结构。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述灯帽(2)还包括沿所述插装部(22)轴向开设的卸力槽(25)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)的内壁设置有扣接位(11);所述灯帽(2)包括安装在所述外套管(1)内部的插装部(22);所述扣接部(23)由所述插装部(22)的外壁朝向所述外套管(1)的内壁延伸;所述扣接部(23)卡置于所述扣接位(11)中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述灯帽(2)包括置于所述外套管(1)外部的本体(21);所述插装部(22)由所述本体(21)朝向所述外套管(1)内部延伸。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述扣接位(11)为通孔结构。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)包括雾化套管以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管上的电池套管;所述灯帽(2)安装在所述电池套管远离所述雾化套管的一端。
