Description

电池杆、电子烟及电池杆的组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种雾化器、电子烟及电池杆的组装方法。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有技术中的电子烟,电池杆1'包括电池套管11'、收容在电池套管11'内的电池10、用于控制电池为雾化器供电的控制模块2'及插设在电池套管11'一端的由硬质的塑胶材质制成的端盖12',控制模块2'设有与电池连接的导线3'、用于感应吸烟动作的气流传感器以及用于模仿香烟燃烧的灯具(图中未示出)。
然而,上述现有的电子烟中,硬质的 端盖12'与控制模块2'之间不能够密封配合,产生漏气现象,因而抽烟力度较轻时,气流传感器不容易监测到吸烟气流,进而影响电子烟的灵敏度,用户体验差;装配时,控制模块2'挤压安装在端盖12'内,所述控制模块2'容易受到硬置的所述端盖12'压坏,且连接在控制模块2'上的导线3'容易被刮破或断裂,使电路产生短路或断路现象;且在将所述控制模块2'装入所述端盖12'过程中,为了减少所述漏气现象及避免刮破所述导线3',通常需要小心仔细地校准所述控制模块2',因而组装效率低。另外,控制模块2'与端盖12'端部距离较近,使得灯具的光线从所述端盖12'端部射出时,光线分部不均,中间区域比边缘区域亮,模仿香烟燃烧的效果差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述控制模块与端盖不能密封配合、会产生漏气现象,且导线容易被刮破或断裂的缺陷,提供一种密封性高、导线不容易刮破或断裂的电池杆、该电池杆的组装方法以及采用该电池杆的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种电池杆,用于与雾化器组合形成电子烟,所述电池杆包括电池套管、收容在所述电池套管内的电池、用于控制所述电池为所述雾化器供电的控制模块及插设在所述电池套管一端的端盖,所述控制模块设有与所述电池连接的导线以及用于感应吸烟动作的气流传感器;
所述端盖包括位于所述电池套管外的盖体及插设在所述电池套管内的连接套,所述连接套内嵌置有弹性安装座,所述控制模块嵌置在所述弹性安装座上,所述弹性安装座的外周面弹性抵持在所述连接套的内壁上、所述弹性安装座内周面弹性抵持在所述控制模块的外周面上,所述导线穿设并部分挤压在所述控制模块以及所述弹性安装座之间;所述控制模块与所述盖体之间形成有气道,所述端盖开设有与所述气道相连通的进气孔。
进一步地,所述弹性安装座的内周面开设有与所述弹性安装座的端面相连通的穿线槽,所述导线经由所述穿线槽穿入且与所述电池连接。
进一步地,所述连接套的外表面沿着所述连接套的轴向开设有与所述电池套管内部及所述电池杆外部相连通的进气槽。
进一步地,所述连接套端面沿朝向所述电池方向轴向突出有用于防止所述电池与所述弹性安装座相抵的突部。

所述端盖包括位于所述电池套管外的盖体及插设在所述电池套管内的连接套,所述连接套内嵌置有弹性安装座,所述控制模块嵌置在所述弹性安装座上,所述弹性安装座的外周面弹性抵持在所述连接套的内壁上、内周面弹性抵持在所述控制模块的外周面上,所述导线弹性挤压于所述控制模块外周面以及所述弹性安装座内周面之间;所述控制模块与所述盖体之间形成有气道,所述端盖开设有与所述气道相连通的进气孔。
进一步地,所述弹性安装座的内周面上开设有与所述弹性安装座的端面相连通的穿线槽,所述导线经由所述穿线槽穿出且与所述电池连接。

本发明还提供一种电池杆的组装方法,所述组装方法包括以下步骤:
S1 :将导线一端与控制模块连接;
S2 :将所述控制模块嵌置于弹性安装座内部,使控制模块的外周面与弹性安装座的内周面弹性抵持;
S3 :将所述导线的另一端穿过成型在弹性安装座内周面的穿线槽,并连接至电池,使所述导线部分弹性夹持于所述穿线槽与所述控制模块之间;
S4 :将所述控制模块与所述弹性安装座共同置于端盖的连接套内部,使所述弹性安装座的外周面与所述连接套的内壁弹性抵持;
S5 :将所述电池放置于电池套管内部,并将所述连接套过盈配合的套置于所述电池套管内部。
实施本发明的电池杆、电子烟以及电池杆的组装方法,具有以下有益效果:通过将控制模块嵌置于具有弹性的安装座中,并将弹性安装座以及控制模块置于端盖的连接套中,则因为弹性安装座的弹性作用,可以使得弹性安装座外周面弹性抵持于连接套的内壁,弹性安装座的内周面弹性抵持于控制模块的外周面,使得密封性能良好,保证了气密性,则进一步提高了电子烟的灵敏度及用户体验。同时由于弹性安装座的弹性的作用,则在将端盖插入所述电池套管时可使所述控制模块避免受到所述端盖压坏,以及将导线部分穿设并夹持于弹性安装座与控制模块之间时,不会被刮破或者断裂,保护了导线,避免导线因被刮破或断裂,而使电路产生短路或断路现象。此外,组装时通过将嵌置有控制模块的弹性安装座置于连接套内,然后再将连接套插入电池套管内;在此装配过程中弹性安装座的外周面自然地弹性抵持在连接套的内壁上,无需关注两者之间的气密性,因而组装方便,组装效率较高。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中控制模块2置于端盖12的连接套122中时,控制模块2以及连接套122之间不能密封配合,影响电子烟的灵敏度、同时在将控制模块2安装于连接套122中时容易刮伤连接于控制模块2上的导线3上的缺陷,本发明的创新点在于:增加一个 具有弹性的弹性安装座4,使导线穿设于控制模块2和弹性安装座4之间 并部分地弹性挤压两者中, 由于弹性安装座4的弹性作用,导线3穿过时,导线3的挤压使弹性安装座4弹性变形可 使导线 3 得到有效的保护, 不会出现现有技术中导线被刮破或者断裂的现象 。 而且相对于现有技术,本发明的技术方案使得密封性能良好,保证了控制模块2以及连接套122之间的气密性,则进一步提高了电子烟的灵敏度及用户体验。此外,组装时通过将嵌置有所述控制模块2的弹性安装座置于连接套122内,然后再将连接套122插入电池套管11内;在此装配过程中弹性安装座4的外周面自然地弹性抵持在连接套122的内壁上,无需关注两者之间的气密性,因而组装方便,组装效率较高。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图2所示的第一实施例所提供的电池杆1,用于与雾化器组合形成电子烟,电池杆1包括电池套管11、收容在电池套管11内的电池10、用于控制电池10为雾化器供电的控制模块2及插设在电池套管11一端的端盖12,控制模块2设有与电池10连接的导线3以及用于感应吸烟动作的气流传感器,端盖12包括位于电池套管11外的盖体121及插设在电池套管11内的连接套122,连接套122内嵌置有弹性安装座4,控制模块2嵌置安装在弹性安装座4上,弹性安装座4的外周面弹性抵持在连接套122的内壁上、内周面弹性抵持在控制模块2的外周面上,导线3穿设并部分弹性挤压于控制模块2外周面以及弹性安装座4内周面之间;控制模块2与盖体121之间形成有气道5,端盖12开设有与气道5相连通的进气孔123。进气孔123的面积范围为1平方毫米-2平方毫米,优选的,选择进气孔123的面积为1.5平方毫米。
在吸烟的过程中,空气由进气孔123进入到上述气道5中,安装于控制模块2上的气流传感器感应进入气道5中的气流,从而控制所述雾化器进行雾化烟油。而该气道5是形成于控制模块2与盖体121之间的,则需要控制模块2与盖体121之间具有很好的密封性。本发明中通过将控制模块2嵌置安装于具有弹性的弹性安装座4中,再将弹性安装座4置于连接套122中,通过采用具有弹性的安装座4,则可在弹性安装座4弹力的作用下使外周面弹性抵持在连接套122的内壁上、内周面弹性抵持在控制模块2的外周面上,则增加了控制模块2以及连接套122之间的气密性,进一步增加了气流传感器的灵敏度。同时也由于弹性安装座4的弹力作用,则将导线3夹持于弹性安装座4以及控制模块2之间时,导线3也不容易被刮伤或者破损。
另外在组装电子烟的过程中,导线3必须穿夹于连接套122以及控制模块2之间。本发明中,通过将设置弹性安装座4,将导线3夹持于弹性安装座4以及控制模块2之间,即使是有导线3的存在,弹性安装座4以及控制模块2之间也不会存在缝隙。
为了使电池组件的结构更可靠及避免所述端盖12脱落,所述电池套管11为金属材料制件,所述端盖12为非金属材料制件。在本实施例中,所述电池套管11为钢管,所述端盖12为塑胶制件。所述弹性安装座4为软质材料制件,弹性安装座4的邵氏硬度为20HS~90HS。优选选用邵氏硬度为45HS。弹性安装座4为硅胶制件、聚氨酯制件、聚氯乙烯制件或者 乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制件等,在此不作限定。
为了进一步地提高密封性能,也可以在控制模块2以及弹性安装座4之间设置密封部件,例如是密封圈或者是在两者之间涂覆树脂进行密封。
如图3以及图5所示,优选的,弹性安装座4的内周面上开设有与弹性安装座4的端面相连通的穿线槽41,导线3经由穿线槽41穿入且与电池10连接。因为有穿线槽41的存在,可以方便将导线3穿夹于弹性安装座4以及控制模块2之间,且不至于将导线3过度挤压而造成损坏。
如图6所示,在本发明的另一种实施例中,所述弹性安装座4的内周面上并不开设穿线槽41,导线3也可以直接夹持于弹性安装座4的内周面以及控制模块2外周面之间。
进一步的,如图4所示,连接套122的外表面沿着连接套122的轴向开设有与电池套管11内部及电池杆1外部相连通的进气槽124。通过进气槽124,在吸烟时吸入空气,不仅增加了进气通道的数量,可防止憋气,而且保证了端盖12的结构强度。
另外,又如图3、图5所示,连接套122端面沿朝向电池10方向轴向突出有用于防止电池10与弹性安装座4相抵的突部125。弹性安装座4的靠近电池10的一侧还形成有用于放置导线3的藏线区域42。
在现有技术中,为了便于安装,导线3的长度一般大于电池杆1的长度,则将电池杆安装好后,导线3会揉成一团,且没有固定的放线的空间,容易出现导线3损坏的缺陷。同时导线3的外表面与由硬质材料制成的电池套管11接触,也容易出现导线3磨损的现象。在本实施例中,在弹性安装座4上设置藏线区域42,不仅为导线3提供一个固定的放置空间,也因为导线3的外表面是接触于具有弹性的弹性安装座4,则导线3的外表面也不容易被磨损,可以很好地对导线3进行保护。
具体的,弹性安装座4内周面沿朝向电池10的方向依次设有相互间隔的第一限位台阶43以及第二限位台阶44,控制模块2卡置于第一限位台阶43以及第二限位台阶44之间。第二限位台阶44以及控制模块2靠近电池10的一侧围成藏线区域42。
可以理解的是,也可以在藏线区域42的远离控制模块2的一侧设置具有可使导线3穿过的挡线部,上述挡线部、控制模块2靠近电池10的一侧以及第二台阶围成上述藏线区域42。
在本发明所述的电池杆中,所述控制模块包括微处理器及与所述处理器电连接的所述气流传感器等,其均为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
如图7、图8、图9所示,该第二实施例的电池杆1,该电池杆1为端部可发光的电池杆1。此时控制模块2一端面设有用于模仿香烟燃烧的灯具7,该灯具7优选为可节能的LED灯,端盖12为透明或半透明件。在弹性安装座4一端还设有用于使光源散射的透光壁45,透光壁45设置于盖体121与控制模块2之间,透光壁45上设有用于使气流通过的通气孔451。透光壁45的厚度为0.3mm到0.7mm。此时进气孔123、通气孔451与控制模块2的靠近透光壁45的一侧连通形成上述气道5。为了使进气孔123的进入的气量与通气孔451进入的气量相等,则通气孔451与进气孔123的面积大致相等,其面积范围为1平方毫米-2平方毫米。
透光壁45不限于上述的类型,该透光壁45也可以为凹透镜。
通过设置透光壁45,可以对灯具7发出的光进行散射,避免了光线过于集中以及光线分布不均匀的现象。
可以理解的是,第二实施例的电池杆1的其他结构与第一实施例的电池杆1的结构相同,此处便不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括互相连接的雾化器(未在图中示出)及电池杆1,雾化器以及电池杆1组成的电子烟可以是可拆卸的电子烟,也可以是不可拆卸的一体式电子烟。其中,该电子烟的电池杆1为上述任一实施例所述的电池杆1,由于该电池杆1与上述任一实施例所述的电池杆1具有相同的结构,因而,该电子烟也具有相应的技术效果。此外,由于所述雾化器为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种电池杆的组装方法,组装的电池杆1为上述的第一实施例或第二实施例所示的电池杆1,组装方法包括以下步骤:
S1 :将导线3一端与控制模块2连接。
S2 :将控制模块2嵌置于弹性安装座4内部,使控制模块2的外周面与弹性安装座4的内周面弹性抵持;
其中,弹性安装座4弹力的作用下使外周面弹性抵持在连接套122的内壁上、内周面弹性抵持在控制模块2的外周面上,则增加了控制模块2以及连接套122之间的气密性,进一步增加了气流传感器的灵敏度。
S3 :将导线3的另一端穿过成型在弹性安装座4内周面的穿线槽41,并连接至电池10,使导线3部分弹性夹持于穿线槽41与控制模块2之间;
其中,也由于弹性安装座4的弹力作用,则将导线3部分夹持于弹性安装座4以及控制模块2之间时,导线3也不容易被刮伤或者破损。
S4 :将控制模块2与弹性安装座4共同置于端盖12的连接套122内部,使弹性安装座4的外周面与连接套122的内壁弹性抵持;
S5 :将电池10放置于电池套管11内部,并将连接套122过盈配合的套置于电池套管11内部。
弹性安装座4内周面沿朝向电池10的方向依次设有相互间隔的第一限位台阶43以及第二限位台阶44,控制模块2卡置于第一限位台阶43以及第二限位台阶44之间。第二限位台阶44以及控制模块2靠近电池10的一侧围成藏线区域42。设计两个限位台阶可以使控制模块2紧密卡位于两者之间,控制模块2不会产生移动,这样导线3也被相对稳固地定位在弹性安装座4和控制模块2相接触的区域中,不会产生控制模块2的晃动使导线3相对移动而损坏。
步骤S4以及步骤S5之间还包括S41:将部分导线3藏入藏线区域42中,达到可使电池10、控制模块2、弹性安装座4放好放入到电池套管11中的长度。
综上所述,实施本发明的电池杆、电子烟以及电池杆的组装方法,具有以下有益效果:将控制模块2放置于具有弹性的安装座4中,之后将弹性安装座4安装于端盖12的连接套122中,使得弹性安装座4的外周面弹性抵接于连接套122的外端面,则可以控制模块2与端盖12的连接套122之间气密性好,使得气流传感器的灵敏度高。同时将导线3穿设并弹性挤压于控制模块2与弹性安装座4之间时,由于弹性安装座4的弹性作用,不容易使导线3损坏或者是断裂。另外,在电池杆1端部可发光时,在盖体121与控制模块2之间设置透光壁45,可使光线散射,从而可避免光线分布不均匀的现象。此外,组装时通过将嵌置有控制模块2的弹性安装座4置于连接套122内,然后再将连接套122套置于所述电池套管11内;在此装配过程中弹性安装座4的外周面自然地弹性抵持在连接套122的内壁上,无需关注两者之间的气密性,因而组装方便,组装效率较高。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电池杆,用于与雾化器组合形成电子烟,所述电池杆(1)包括电池套管(11)、收容在所述电池套管(11)内的电池(10)、用于控制所述电池(10)为所述雾化器供电的控制模块(2)及插设在所述电池套管(11)一端的端盖(12),所述控制模块(2)设有与所述电池(10)连接的导线(3)以及用于感应吸烟动作的气流传感器,其特征在于,
    所述端盖(12)包括位于所述电池套管(11)外的盖体(121)及插设在所述电池套管(11)内的连接套(122),所述连接套(122)内嵌置有弹性安装座(4),所述控制模块(2)嵌置在所述弹性安装座(4)上,所述弹性安装座(4)的外周面弹性抵持在所述连接套(122)的内壁上、所述弹性安装座(4)内周面弹性抵持在所述控制模块(2)的外周面上,所述导线(3)穿设并部分弹性挤压在所述控制模块(2)以及所述弹性安装座(4)之间;所述控制模块(2)与所述盖体(121)之间形成有气道(5),所述端盖(12)开设有与所述气道(5)相连通的进气孔(123)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)的内周面开设有与所述弹性安装座(4)的端面相连通的穿线槽(41),所述导线(3)经由所述穿线槽(41)穿入且与所述电池(10)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述控制模块(2)面向所述盖体(121)的一端面设有用于模仿香烟燃烧的灯具(7);所述弹性安装座(4)一端还设有用于使光源散射的透光壁(45),所述透光壁(45)位于所述盖体(121)与所述控制模块(2)之间,所述透光壁(45)上设有用于使气流通过的通气孔(451)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述透光壁的厚度为0.3mm到0.7mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述电池套管(11)为金属材料制件,所述端盖(12)为非金属材料制件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)的靠近所述电池(10)的一侧还形成有用于放置所述导线(3)的藏线区域(42)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)内周面沿朝向所述电池(10)的方向依次设有相互间隔的第一限位台阶(43)以及第二限位台阶(44),所述控制模块(2)卡置于所述第一限位台阶(43)以及所述第二限位台阶(44)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述第二限位台阶(44)以及所述控制模块(2)靠近所述电池(10)的一侧围成所述藏线区域(42)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述连接套(122)的外表面沿着所述连接套(122)的轴向开设有与所述电池套管(11)内部及所述电池杆(1)外部相连通的进气槽(124)。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述连接套(122)端面沿朝向所述电池(10)方向轴向突出有用于防止所述电池(10)与所述弹性安装座(4)相抵的突部(125)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)的邵氏硬度为20HS~90HS。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)为硅胶制件,聚氨酯制件、聚氯乙烯制件或者 乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制件。
  13. 一种电子烟,包括互相连接的雾化器以及电池杆,所述电池杆(1)包括电池套管(11)、收容在所述电池套管(11)内的电池(10)、用于控制所述电池(10)为所述雾化器供电的控制模块(2)及插设在所述电池套管(11)一端的端盖(12),所述控制模块(2)设有与所述电池(10)连接的导线(3)以及用于感应吸烟动作的气流传感器,其特征在于,
    所述端盖(12)包括位于所述电池套管(11)外的盖体(121)及插设在所述电池套管(11)内的连接套(122),所述连接套(122)内嵌置有弹性安装座(4),所述控制模块(2)嵌置在所述弹性安装座(4)上,所述弹性安装座(4)的外周面弹性抵持在所述连接套(122)的内壁上、内周面弹性抵持在所述控制模块(2)的外周面上,所述导线(3)弹性挤压于所述控制模块(2)外周面以及所述弹性安装座(4)内周面之间;所述控制模块(2)与所述盖体(121)之间形成有气道(5),所述端盖(12)开设有与所述气道(5)相连通的进气孔(123)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)的内周面上开设有与所述弹性安装座(4)的端面相连通的穿线槽(41),所述导线(3)经由所述穿线槽(41)穿出且与所述电池(10)连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接套(122)的外表面沿着所述连接套(122)的轴向开设有与所述电池套管(11)内部及所述电池杆(1)外部相连通的进气槽(124)。
  16. 根据权利要求13或14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)一端还设有用于使光源散射的透光壁(45),所述透光壁(45)设置于所述控制模块(2)的远离所述电池(10)的一侧,所述透光壁(45)上设有用于使气流通过的通气孔(451)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述透光壁的厚度为0.3mm到0.7mm。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)为软质材料制件,所述弹性安装座(4)的邵氏硬度为20HS~90HS。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座(4)为硅胶制件,聚氨酯制件、聚氯乙烯制件或者 乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制件。
  20. 一种电池杆的组装方法,该电池杆(1)为如权利要求1所述的电池杆(1),所述组装方法包括以下步骤:
    S1 :将导线(3)一端与控制模块(2)连接;
    S2 :将所述控制模块(2)嵌置于弹性安装座(4)内部,使控制模块(2)的外周面与弹性安装座(4)的内周面弹性抵持;
    S3 :将所述导线(3)的另一端穿过成型在弹性安装座(4)内周面的穿线槽(41),并连接至电池(10),使所述导线(3)部分弹性夹持于所述穿线槽(41)与所述控制模块(2)之间;
    S4 :将所述控制模块(2)与所述弹性安装座(4)共同置于端盖(12)的连接套(122)内部,使所述弹性安装座(4)的外周面与所述连接套(122)的内壁弹性抵持;
    S5 :将所述电池(10)放置于电池套管(11)内部,并将所述连接套(122)过盈配合的套置于所述电池套管(11)内部。
