[0030] 如图 1至 2所示, 本发明创造实施例提供一种电子烟的软质电源杆 95, 其包括电源 杆套筒 951, 设于电源杆套筒 951两端的吸杆连接器 7和底盖 953、 设于电源杆套筒 951的 外壁上用作广告或商标的贴纸层 952、 设于电源杆套筒 951 的内部的蓄电源 954、 控制组件 955及控制组件支座 956。 所述吸杆连接器 7插入电源杆套筒 951 内并涨紧固定于电源杆套 筒 951的内壁上, 电源杆套筒 951的外壁上还设有用于夹紧所述吸杆连接器 7和电源杆套筒 951 的固定机构, 该固定机构为本实施例中的环形固定环 957。 为便于描述, 以图 3表示的 方向为准。
[0031] 所述电源杆套筒 951 为具有中空内腔的圆筒体, 其采用具有所需强度和柔韧度的软 质材料制成, 软质材料可以为塑胶、 纸质、 橡胶、 硅胶或纤维材料; 所述塑胶材料为如下材 料中任一种: PC、 PP、 PVC、 ABS、 PET 或 PE材料; 所述纸质材料为具有所需硬度的纸 质, 例如: 食品包装纸、 书写纸、 纤维纸、 铜版纸或牛皮纸; 其中, 所述纤维材料为化纤 管、 木浆纤维管或玻纤管。 由于采用软质材质制成, 电源杆套筒 951在握持使用时其手感较 好, 其次, 采用所述软质材质时, 节约了生产成本, 且软质材料的电源杆套筒 951的外壁上 便于粘贴所述贴纸层 952。 所述贴纸层 952与电源杆套筒 951相匹配, 呈圆筒形, 其套设于 电源杆套筒 951 外壁上, 贴纸层 952亦采用软质材料制成, 以保证套设于电源杆套筒 951 后, 整个电源杆 95 的柔韧性不受影响。 贴纸层 952 可采用标签纸或不干胶等软质材料制 成。
[0032] 所述吸杆连接器 7用于与下文将要描述的吸杆 90相连接, 该吸杆连接器 7由连接套 71、 电源电极件 72及绝缘环 73组成, 所述连接套 71呈圆筒形, 其利用外壁涨紧固定于电 源杆套筒 951的内壁上, 连接套 71的内壁上设有内螺纹及用于卡装所述电源电极件 72的卡 槽, 所述电源电极件 72 利用所述绝缘环 73 套设于该连接套 71 中部, 即卡设于所述卡槽 内。 所述电源电极件 72和连接套 71分别与蓄电源 954的正极和负极电连接。 所述底盖 953 上设有供外部空气进入电源杆 95内的进气孔 9531。 所述控制组件 955用于控制整个电子烟 工作, 其上设有微型气动开关以控制电路导通而使电子烟启动工作; 所述控制组件支座 956 固定于电源杆套筒 951 的内壁上, 而控制组件 955 固定于控制组件支座 956 内并与蓄电源 954电连接。 所述控制组件支座 956内限定有用于容置所述控制组件 955的容置槽和沿轴向 贯通的通气孔 (图中未标号)。
[0033] 如图 3至 8所示, 本发明创造创造还提供应用前述软质电源杆 95的电子烟, 该电子 烟还包括吸杆 90, 该吸杆 90与所述软质电源杆 95上的吸杆连接器 7可拆卸地连接。 本实 施例中, 吸杆 90与电源杆 95为螺纹连接, 二者也可为插接或卡接。 所述吸杆 90包括吸杆 套筒 1、 设于吸杆套筒 1 内的雾化器 2和烟液杯 3, 吸杆套筒 1的两端分别设有吸嘴盖 4和 用于与所述电源杆 95相连接的电源杆连接器 5。
[0034] 如图 4所示, 所述吸杆套筒 1采用与所述电源杆套筒 951相同的软质材料制成。 由 于采用软质材质制成, 吸杆套筒 1在握持使用时其手感较好, 其次, 采用所述软质材质时, 节约了生产成本, 且软质材料的吸杆套筒 1的外壁上便于粘贴商标或广告等贴纸层。 所述电 源杆连接器 5的一端插入吸杆套筒 1内与吸杆套筒 1的内壁涨紧, 二者的连接部位处位于吸 杆套筒 1的外壁上还套设有用于使夹紧所述吸杆套筒 1和电源杆连接器 5的固定部件, 在本 实施例中该固定部件为环形固定环 16, 其与所述固定环 957相同。 所述吸杆套筒 1外壁上 还设有用作广告或商标的贴纸层 17, 贴纸层 17与所述贴纸层 952相同, 贴纸层 17的端面 与所述固定环 16相抵接, 贴纸层 17和所述固定环 16共同将所述吸杆套筒 1包裹于内。
[0035] 所述雾化器 2包括电热丝 211和用于支撑电热丝 211和吸收烟液的纤维件 212, 纤维 件 212能像海绵一样能吸吸收和存贮烟液, 可由玻璃纤维或具有吸液和贮液性能的材质如棉 质材料制成。
[0036] 本实施例中, 为使吸杆 90 内部结构更为简凑, 所述吸嘴盖 4同时作为所述烟液杯 3 的一个组成部件, 所述烟液杯 3包括相对且间隔一定距离涨紧于吸杆套筒 1 内壁的杯座 31 及所述吸嘴盖 4, 以及固定于所述杯座 31和吸嘴盖 4之间的储液部件 32。
[0037] 如图 6所示, 所述吸嘴盖 4包括呈圆柱形的盖体 40及位于盖体 40—端自盖体 40中 部沿轴向延伸而成的第一定位柱 41, 吸嘴盖 4的中部还设有轴向贯通所述盖体 40和第一定 位柱 41 的吸嘴盖通气孔 42。 盖体 40的外侧壁上还设有用于与所述吸杆套筒 1 的端部相适 配的定位凸缘 43。 盖体 40利用其外壁涨紧于吸杆套筒 1 的内壁上并利用所述定位凸缘 43 定位, 且二者连接处用胶水粘接密封。 吸嘴盖 4 可由软质材料制成, 例如: 硅胶、 橡胶、 PVC、 TPU或 PE等, 这样, 其口感较好, 且制造成本较低。
[0038] 所述储液部件 32呈圆柱体形, 用于吸收并储存注入到烟液杯 3 内的烟液以便于雾化 器 2后续将烟液雾化, 其能像海绵一样能吸收和存贮烟液, 可采用具有吸液和隔液性能的材 质如无纺布、 木浆棉、 化纤棉或 PVA等。 储液部件 32的中部形成有中通孔 321, 用于通气 和安装所述雾化器 2。 储液部件 32上与所述杯座 31相配合的一端还设有阶梯轴状凹槽 322 (如图 2所示) 用于与杯座 31相插配。
[0039] 如图 7所示, 所述杯座 31为圆筒形的杯体结构, 其包括侧壁 311和底壁 312, 杯座 31的底壁 312上沿轴向延伸出第二定位柱 313, 第二定位柱 313与杯座 31 内侧壁之间形成 一用于容置所述储液部件 32的环形内腔 314, 杯座 31的中部设有沿轴向贯通所述第二定位 柱 313和底壁 312的杯座通气孔 315, 底壁 312上还设有轴向贯通的穿线孔 316。 杯座 31的 外侧壁上还设有用于与所述吸杆套筒 1的内壁相密封涨紧配合的环形密封圈 317。
[0040] 如图 4所示, 所述吸嘴盖 4的第一定位柱 41与杯座 31的第二定位柱 313相对应, 二者插入所述储液部件 32的中通孔 321内并分别固定所述储液部件 32两端, 使得储液部件 32支撑于烟液杯 3内不会变形且具有所需的强度, 防止或减少抽烟时软质外壳的吸杆 90受 挤压而使储液部件 32内部的烟液被挤出。
[0041] 如图 4所示, 所述纤维件 212沿储液部件 32的径向固定于其中通孔 321 内且纤 维件 212的两端与所述储液部件 32相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝 211雾化; 所述电热丝 211缠绕于所述纤维件 212上, 电热丝 211的两端分别贴合于所述中通孔 321的侧壁上并穿 出所述烟液杯 3的杯座 31底壁的穿线孔 316与所述电源杆连接器 5上的正电极和负电极电 连接, 电热丝 211与该穿线孔 316配合处周圈密封。 [0042] 所述电源杆连接器 5包括作为雾化器 2的第一电极 (如负电极) 的衔接件 51、 作为 雾化器 2的第二电极 (如正电极) 的吸杆电极件 52及用于使衔接件 51和吸杆电极件 52绝 缘的绝缘件 53。 如图 8所示, 所述衔接件 51大致呈中空的圆筒体状, 其包括其直径较大的 圆筒形的主体部 511和直径较小的圆筒形的连接部 512, 所述主体部 511和连接部 512之间 设有沿主体部 511 径向向外延伸而成的用于与所述吸杆套筒 1 的连接端相适配的定位凸缘 513, 其主体部 511插入并固定于所述吸杆套筒 1 内, 连接部 512上设有用于与所述电源杆 95 相连接的外螺纹接头 514及用于进气的进气孔 516。 衔接件 51 的内壁上还设有一卡槽 515用于安装所述吸杆电极件 52, 所述吸杆电极件 52利用绝缘件 53插设于衔接件 51的卡 槽 515内。 吸杆电极件 52中部还设有轴向贯通的通气孔 (图中未标号)。
[0043] 此外, 如图 3所示, 外部空气从所述电源杆 95底部的底盖 953上的进气孔进入电源 杆 95内, 分别经电源电极件 72和吸杆电极件 52的通气孔, 经烟液杯 3的杯座 31的通气孔 和储液部件 32的中通孔 321, 最终从吸嘴盖 4的通气孔 42流出吸杆 90夕卜, 使得电子烟内 部形成独特的空气通道, 电子烟和外部的空气流通顺畅。 当然, 外部空气也可以直接从吸杆 90和电源杆 95之间的间隙经所述衔接件 51上的进气孔 516进入所述吸杆电极柱 52内。 电 子烟工作前, 少量烟液从所述导液部件 52渗透并储存于所述纤维件 212 内, 工作时, 雾化 器 2的电热丝 211导电发热, 使储存于纤维件 212内的烟液被加热雾化装变为烟雾, 烟雾从 所述储液部件 32的中通孔 321经所述吸嘴盖 4的通气孔 42被吸烟者吸入口中。
[0044] 以上所述是本发明创造的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人 员来说, 在不脱离本发明创造原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰 也视为本发明创造的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟的软质电源杆, 所述电源杆包括内置有蓄电源的电源杆套筒、 电源杆套筒的 一端封闭, 另一端设有用于与电子烟的吸杆相连接的吸杆连接器, 其中, 所述电源杆套筒采 用软质材料制成, 电源杆套筒的外壁上还套设有用于夹紧所述吸杆连接器和吸杆电源杆套筒 的固定部件。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电源杆, 其中, 所述电源杆套筒的外壁上还包裹有用作广告或商标 的贴纸层。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的电源杆, 其中, 所述固定部件为环形固定环。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的电源杆, 其中, 所述吸杆连接器包括连接套及利用一绝缘环穿设于 该连接套中部的电源电极件, 所述电源电极件和连接套和分别与蓄电源的正极和负极电连 接。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的电源杆, 其中, 所述连接套呈圆筒形, 其利用外壁涨紧固定于电源 杆套筒的内壁上, 连接套的内壁上设有内螺纹及用于卡装所述电源电极件的卡槽, 所述电源 电极件利用所述绝缘环卡设于所述卡槽内。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电源杆, 其中, 电源杆还包括有控制组件和控制组件支座, 所述控 制组件支座固定于电源杆套筒的内壁上, 而控制组件固定于控制组件支座内并与蓄电源电连 接。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的电源杆, 其中, 所述电源杆套筒的与所述吸杆连接器相对的另一端 插设有独立于电源杆套筒的底盖以封闭电源杆套筒, 所述底盖与电源杆套筒的连接部位且位 于电源杆套筒外壁上亦设有固定部件将二者夹紧。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的电源杆, 其中, 所述软质材料为塑胶、 纸质、 橡胶、 硅胶或纤维材 料; 其中, 所述塑胶材料为如下材料中任一种: PC、 PP、 PVC、 ABS、 PET或 PE材料; 其 中, 所述纸质材料为具有所需硬度的纸质; 其中, 所述纤维材料为化纤管、 木浆纤维管或玻 纤管。
9. 一种电子烟, 包括吸杆和电源杆, 其中, 所述电源杆为如权利要求 1 至 8 任一项所述的 软质电源杆, 所述吸杆与所述软质电源杆上的吸杆连接器可拆卸地连接; 所述吸杆包括吸杆 套筒、 设于吸杆套筒内的烟液杯和雾化器, 吸杆套筒的两端分别设有吸嘴盖和用于与所述电 源杆相连接的电源杆连接器。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸杆套筒采用软质材料制成, 所述电源杆连接 器的一端插入吸杆套筒内与吸杆套筒的内壁涨紧, 另一端设有用于与电源杆相连接的外螺纹 接头。
11. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴盖同时作为所述烟液杯的一个组成部件, 所述烟液杯包括相对且间隔一定距离涨紧于吸杆套筒内壁的杯座及所述吸嘴盖, 以及固定于 所述杯座和吸嘴盖之间的储液部件。
12. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述储液部件呈圆筒形, 其中部形成有中通孔; 所 述吸嘴盖包括圆柱形盖体及位于盖体一端自盖体中部沿轴向延伸而成的第一定位柱, 吸嘴盖 的中部设有轴向贯通所述盖体和第一定位柱的吸嘴盖通气孔; 所述杯座为圆筒形的杯体结 构, 其由侧壁和底壁合围而成并内部形成中空内腔, 杯座底壁上沿轴向延伸出第二定位柱, 第二定位柱与杯座内壁之间形成一用于容置所述储液部件的环形内腔, 杯座的中部设有沿轴 向贯通所述第二定位柱和杯座底壁的杯座通气孔, 所述吸嘴盖的第一定位柱与杯座的第二定 位柱相对应, 二者插入储液部件的中通孔内以固定所述储液部件的两端。
13. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化器包括电热丝和用于支撑电热丝和吸收烟 液的纤维件, 所述纤维件沿储液部件的径向固定于其中通孔内且纤维件的两端与所述储液部 件相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝雾化; 所述电热丝缠绕于所述纤维件上, 电热丝的两端分 别贴合于储液部件的中通孔的侧壁上并穿出所述烟液杯与所述电源杆连接器上的正电极和负 电极电连接; 所述烟液杯的杯座底壁上还设有沿轴向贯通杯座底壁的供所述电热丝穿插的穿 线孔, 电热丝与该穿线孔配合处周圈密封。
14. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电源杆连接器包括作为雾化器的第一电极的衔 接件、 作为雾化器的第二电极的吸杆电极件及用于使衔接件和吸杆电极件绝缘的绝缘件; 所 述衔接件大致呈中空的圆筒体状, 其包括其直径较大的圆筒形的主体部和直径较小的圆筒形 的连接部, 所述主体部和连接部之间设有沿主体部径向向外延伸而成的用于与所述吸杆套筒 的连接端相适配的定位凸缘, 其主体部插入并固定于所述吸杆套筒内, 连接部上设有用于与 所述电源杆相连接的外螺纹接头及用于进气的进气孔; 衔接件的内壁上还设有一卡槽用于安 装所述吸杆电极件, 所述吸杆电极件利用绝缘件插设于衔接件的卡槽内; 吸杆电极件中部还 设有轴向贯通的通气孔。
