[0019] 采用上述技术方案后, 本发明创造的电子烟具有如下有益效果: 本发明创造通过改 变雾化装置的结构形式, 且其导液件、 储液部件和渗透部件均采用有机棉质材质制成, 无需 使用玻纤材质等无机棉质材质, 既降低成本, 又可提高生产效率, 最重要的是防止吸入玻纤 飞絮后对人体造成的伤害; 而通过将较高硬度的塑胶、 硅胶、 金属或陶瓷材质制成的烟雾导 管替代用玻纤材质制成的烟雾导管后, 可有效防止吸烟者吸入玻纤飞絮后对人体造成的伤 害。 同时, 烟雾导管由主含有外套管的导管和内套管组成, 外套管和内套管相插接而将所 述导液件安装固定, 使导液件的安装使用更为稳固, 利用有机棉材质能快速导液的特性来降 低电热丝的温度, 保证了电热丝使用时的可靠性; 另外, 烟雾导管采用塑胶、 硅胶、 金属或 陶瓷材质制成, 也能保证烟雾导管的强度, 整个电子烟的内部结构稳定, 使用安全可靠。

具体实施方式
[0028] 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互 结合, 下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
[0029] 如图 1至 7所示, 本发明创造实施例提供一种有机棉质电子烟 100, 该电子烟 100为 一体式电子烟, 其包括呈筒状的外套筒 1, 外套筒 1内设有用于储存烟液的储液部件 37、 用 于将储液部件 37 内的烟液转变为烟雾的雾化装置 2及用于为雾化装置 2提供电源的供电装 置 8, 外套筒 1的两端分别设有吸嘴盖 41和底盖 42以作为外套筒 1的封盖, 吸嘴盖 41和 底盖 42上均设有进气孔。 电子烟 100 内还设有烟雾导管, 用作烟液被雾化后所产生的烟雾 通至外套筒 1外部的通道, 烟雾导管可采用非玻纤材质制成, 例如: 硅胶、 塑胶、 陶瓷或金 属材质。 本实施例的烟雾导管由下文将要描述的内套管 241和主导管 35组成。
[0030] 如图 2及图 3所示, 所述雾化装置 2包括雾化器 21、 用于支撑所述雾化器 21 的雾 化座 24、 雾化器控制线路板 22及用于容置和固定该雾化器控制线路板 22的线路板固定座 23, 雾化器控制线路板 22上设有微型气动开关以控制电路导通而使雾化器 21启动工作。 所 述雾化器 21 用于将烟液雾化转变成烟雾, 其包括电热丝 211、 用于吸收烟液和支撑该电热 丝 211的导液件 212及导线线 213, 所述电热丝 211缠绕于所述导液件 212上, 导液件 212 能吸收和贮存烟液, 导液件 212非玻璃纤维材质, 其可由具有吸液和贮液性能的材质如棉质 材质制成, 例如纯棉、 纸质、 化纤、 麻线中任一种, 或者其中任意两种或两种以上组成的混 合物。 本实例中, 该导液件 212容置固定于所述烟雾导管内, 电热丝 211的两端分别与一导 电线 213相连接, 导电线 213 穿出雾化座 24再与所述电源装置 8 的正电极和负电极电连 接。
[0031] 如图 4及图 5所示, 所述雾化座 24包括与外套筒 1的内壁相配合的雾化座本体 240 及沿本体 240的轴向向外延伸而成的呈管状的内套管 241, 雾化座本体 240的中部沿轴向贯 通设有雾化座第一通孔 242, 内套管 241 内部沿轴向贯通形成与所述雾化座第一通孔 242相 通的雾化座第二通孔 243, 内套管 241 的远离雾化座本体 240的一端设有第一卡槽 244, 该 第一卡槽 244为沿径向贯穿内套管 241侧壁且在内套管 24的端部形成有缺口的开口槽, 用 于横向卡装固定所述导液件 212, 同时便于导液件 212伸出内套管 241外部与所述储液部件 37相抵接而吸收烟液。 雾化座本体 240上位于内套管 241外侧边缘处设有轴向贯通的两个 供电热丝 211穿透的穿线孔 245。 所述雾化座本体 240的外侧壁上设有用于与吸筒 1涨紧配 合的涨紧圈 246, 雾化座 24利用其外侧壁及涨紧圈涨紧固定于所述外套筒 1 的内壁上。 其 采用塑胶或金属材质制成, 以保证强度和, 且不会产生玻纤飞絮。
[0032] 如图 6及图 7所示, 所述主导管 35包括相互连通的支撑管 351和外套管 352, 支撑 管 351和外套管 352—体成型或分体制作, 支撑管 351内部和外套管 352内部均设有中通孔 且二者相互连通形成主导管 35的通气孔 353。 外套管 352开设有与所述内套管 241 的第一 卡槽 244相适配的第二卡槽 354, 第二卡槽 354沿径向贯通外套管 352侧壁且在外套管 352 端部形成有缺口的开口槽。 卡装于所述第一卡槽 244内的所述导液件 212分别穿过第二卡槽 354并与储液部件 37相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝 211雾化。
[0033] 如图 2及图 3所示, 所述储液部件 37用于吸收并储存烟液以便于雾化器 2后续将烟 液雾化, 其能吸收和贮存烟液, 可采用具有吸液和贮液性能的材质如棉质材质制成。 储液部 件 37为中通的筒体结构, 其套设于所述主导管 35的外侧并与主导管 35的外壁相互涨紧而 支撑, 其两端分别插入所述雾化座 24 的环形内腔与吸嘴盖 41 的环形内腔内。 储液部件 37 的侧壁与所述导液件 212相抵接, 烟液从所述储液部件 37渗透至所述导液件 212内被吸收 后由电热丝 211将其蒸发变成烟雾。
[0034] 如图 2及图 3所示, 电子烟 100内部还设有渗透部件 38, 渗透部件 38能吸收和贮存 烟液, 其可由具有吸液和贮液性能的非玻纤材质例如由有机棉质材质制成, 有机棉质材质可 采用如: 纯棉、 硬质纸、 以有机物为主的化纤或麻线中任一种制成, 或者采用前述材质中任 意两种或两种以上组成的混合物制成。 渗透部件 38 设于所述储液部件 37 和主导管 35 之 间, 渗透部件 38的外侧壁和内侧壁分别与所述储液部件 37的内侧壁和主导管 35的外套管 352 的外侧壁相抵接, 渗透部件 38 套设于所述烟雾导管外部, 或者缠绕于所述烟雾导管外 部, 使渗透部件 38的内壁与所述导液件 212的两端相抵接以便于导液件 212吸收从所述储 液部件 37渗透至所述渗透部件 38 内的烟液。 渗透部件 38的吸液能能力可稍大于所述储液 部件 37以便于烟液从储液部件 37更快地渗透转移至所述导液件 212。
[0035] 如图 3所示, 本实施例中, 电子烟的吸嘴盖 41、 雾化座 24及主导管 35及储液部件 37 及所述外套筒 1 侧壁的一部分共同限定一个用于储存烟液的空间, 这个空间相当于传统 电子烟的烟液杯。 其中, 雾化座 24和吸嘴盖 41二者相对且间隔一定距离地固定于外套筒 1 的内壁上, 以限定烟液杯 3的储存烟液的空间范围; 主导管 35位于雾化座 24和吸嘴盖 41 之间; 储液部件 37位于主导管 35和外套筒 1之间。
[0036] 如图 2及图 3所示, 电子烟 100内还设有用于防止烟液漏出的隔液座 39, 所述隔液 座 39设于所述外套筒的内壁上, 且位于所述雾化座 24和供电装置 8之间以防止烟液从雾化 座 24漏出进入供电装置 8内, 隔液座 39的底壁上亦设有穿线孔 (图中未示)。
[0037] 安装时, 将预先安装缠绕了电热丝 211的导液件 212横跨安装于所述雾化座 24的内 套管 241的第一卡槽 244内, 再将雾化座 24的内套管 241插入所述主导管 35的外套管 352 内, 保证所述导液 212支撑于所述内套管 241的第一卡槽 244上且两端伸出主导管 35的第 二卡槽 354与所述渗透部件 38相抵接。 所述电热丝 211的两端分别与导电线 213相连接, 各导电线 213依次从所述雾化座 24上的穿线孔 245和隔液座 39上的穿线孔穿出并与所述雾 化器控制线路板 22相连接, 导电线 212与各穿线孔的配合处密封处理。
[0038] 以上所述是本发明创造的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明创造原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润 饰也应视为本发明创造的保护。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种有机棉质电子烟, 包括用于储存烟液的呈筒状的储液部件、 用于将储液部件内的烟 液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化装置, 所述雾化装置包括中空螺旋管状的电热丝、 穿设于电热丝内 以支撑该电热丝并吸收和存储烟液以供电热丝将烟液雾化的导液件, 其中, 所述导液件由非 玻纤材质的有机棉材质制成; 所述雾化装置还包括穿设于储液部件内以支撑储液部件并作为 烟雾通道的烟雾导管, 烟雾导管包括外套管和内套管, 二者相插接以将所述导液件夹持固定 于二者之间并提供所述电热丝工作所需的空间, 且导液件的两端分别伸出烟雾导管的外侧壁 而与所述储液部件的内侧壁相紧贴。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化装置还包括设于电子烟内侧壁上用于支撑 固定所述烟雾导管的雾化座, 所述内套管为雾化座的一部分, 所述雾化座还包括支撑该内套 管的雾化座本体。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述内套管为自雾化座本体的轴向向外延伸而成的 管状部件, 雾化座本体的中部沿轴向贯通设有雾化座第一通孔, 内套管内部沿轴向贯通形成 与所述雾化座第一通孔相通的雾化座第二通孔, 内套管的远离雾化座本体的一端设有用于安 装所述导液件的第一卡槽。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一卡槽为沿径向贯穿内套管侧壁且在内套管 端部形成有缺口的开口槽。
5. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化座本体上位于所述内套管外侧边缘处设有 沿轴向贯通以供所述电热丝的导电线穿出的穿线孔。
6. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化座本体的外侧壁上设有用于与电子烟内侧 壁涨紧配合的涨紧圈。
7. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述烟雾导管还包括有沿外套管轴向向外延伸而出 且与外套管相互连通的支撑管, 外套管和支撑管一体成型形成一个用于供烟雾流通的主导 管, 支撑管内部和外套管内部均设有中通孔且二者相互连通形成所述主导管的通气孔。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述外套管上与雾化座相插接的一端开设有与所述 内套管的第一卡槽相适配的第二卡槽。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二卡槽为沿径向贯穿外套管侧壁且在外套管 端部形成有缺口的开口槽。
10. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述导液件的两端分别伸出所述外套管外部并折弯 贴合于所述内套管外壁上而与所述储液部件相抵接。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述主导管与储液部件之间还设由有机材质制成 且具有弹性的渗透部件。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述渗透部件套设于所述导管外壁上并包裹住所 述导液件并与导液件相紧贴。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述渗透部件缠绕于所述导管外壁上并包裹住所 述导液件并与导液件相紧贴。
14. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述渗透部件采用如下有机棉材质中的一种或几 种的组合物制成: 纯棉、 硬质纸、 以有机物为主的化纤或麻线。
15. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述导液件采用如下有机棉材质中的一种或几种的 组合物制成: 纯棉、 硬质纸、 以有机物为主的化纤或麻线。
