权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟, 包括呈筒体形的外壳, 外壳的一端设有供吸烟者吸吮的吸嘴盖, 外壳的另 一端设有底盖, 其中, 所述底盖和外壳一体成型; 所述外壳内设有用于储存烟液的储液部 件、 用于将烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化器及蓄电源, 外壳内还设有隔液部件, 所述储液部件 容置和固定于由所述吸嘴盖、 外壳的一部分及隔液部件共同限定形成的封闭空间内, 储液部 件的内壁上设有用于支撑储液部件的导管, 导管分别与所述吸嘴盖和隔液部件相连通, 所述 雾化器支撑和固定于所述导管上。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化器包括电热丝和支撑该电热丝的导液部 件, 所述电热丝由设于外壳内的控制板控制工作, 所述电热丝缠绕于所述导液部件上; 所述 电热丝的正负电极穿出所述隔液部件与所述控制板上的对应电极相连接。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述导管为具有中通孔的空心圆管, 导管上开设有 贯通其管壁的用于支撑和固定所述导液件的卡槽, 所述导液件横跨导管内且其两端分别穿过 所述卡槽并与储液部件相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝雾化。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴盖的中部和所述隔液部件的中部均设有通 气孔, 导管的中通孔分别与所述吸嘴盖的通气孔和所述隔液部件的通气孔相连通。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述储液部件为中通的筒体结构, 其套设于所述导 管的外侧并与导管的外壁相互涨紧而支撑, 储液部件的两端分别与所述吸嘴盖和隔液部件相 抵接, 且储液部件的内侧壁与所述导液部件相抵接。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴盖呈圆筒形, 吸嘴盖的中部设有于所述导 管相插接的插接柱及用于容置所述导管的环形内腔。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴盖的端部侧壁上还设有沿径向向外延伸而 成的用于与所述外壳相适配的限位凸缘。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述隔液部件包括与所述外壳的内壁相适配的座 体, 座体利用其外侧壁及形成于上的涨紧环涨紧固定于所述外壳的内壁上, 座体的中部沿轴 向向外延伸出一用于与所述导管插接的插接柱, 所述隔夜部件的中部设有沿轴向贯通所述插 接柱和座体的通气孔。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述座体的侧壁上形成有与座体一体成型的涨紧 环。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述座体上还设有位于所述插接柱外侧且沿轴向贯 通座体的穿线孔。 权 利 要 求 书
11. 如权利要求 1 至 10中所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟为一体式电子烟, 所述外壳为 整体式的壳体。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述外壳的外壳还设有至少一层将外壳包裹于内 的软质贴层。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述外壳由以下任意一种材质制成: 金属、 塑 胶、 木质或纸质材料。
