具体实施方式
[0034] 如图 1至 10所示, 本发明实施例提供一种木质电子烟装置, 其包括电子烟 100和用 于容置该电子烟 100和为其充电的电子烟盒 200。
[0035] 如图 1 至 7所示, 所述电子烟 100包括吸筒 1、 用于将烟液雾化变成烟雾的雾化器 2、 用于容置烟液的烟液杯 3及吸嘴 4。 所述吸嘴 4设于吸筒 1的一端, 雾化器 2和烟液杯 3 固定位于吸筒 1内。 其中至少与人体直接接触的吸嘴 4是由木质材料制成, 健康、 卫生、 环 保且口感和手感都良好。 其材质采用天然木材。 木材种类有: 松木、 红木、 黄梨花、 紫檀、 花梨木、 鸡翅木、 橡木、 胡桃木、 枫木、 桦木、 樱桃木、 核桃木、 樟木等。 通过木材的加工 技术: 包括木材切削、 木材加工、 木材表面装饰等和消毒等基本加工技术。 加工方法有: 材 料干燥、 锯、 切削、 刨、 铣、 钻、 抛光、 消毒。 所用加工设备为常规车床、 铣床、 钻床、 抛 光机。
[0036] 电子烟 100的所有外部壳体如吸筒 1, 均可制成木质, 其材质及制造方法相同。
[0037] 如图 2至 3所示, 所述吸筒 1 为中通的长筒体结构。 本实施例中, 其大致呈圆筒形 壳体, 当然, 吸筒 1也可为具有预定锥度的套筒或其它形状。 吸筒 1采用塑胶材料制成, 吸 筒 1可设计为整体透明或至少局部透明, 安装烟液杯 3的部位透明或在安装烟液杯 3的部位 开设观察窗以便于观察烟液杯 3内部的烟液量。 吸筒 1的两端开口, 包括与吸嘴 4连接的顶 部 11 以及与顶部 11相对的底部 12, 其底部 12设有底盖 13、 电池 14、 电池套管 15、 用于 控制雾化器 2工作的控制组件 16及控制组件支座 17。 底盖 13呈圆筒状, 底盖 13的侧壁上 设有沿轴向延伸的进气槽 131, 使得空气可以进入吸筒 1 内, 底盖 13 的底部沿径向向外延 伸有用于与吸筒 1相适配的用于定位的凸缘 132。 所述电池 14固定于电池套管 15内, 所述 控制组件 16分别与电池 14和雾化器 2的电极电连接, 其上设有微型气动开关以控制电路导 通而使雾化器 2启动工作; 所述控制组件支座 17内限定有用于容置所述控制组件 16的容置 槽和沿轴向贯通的通气孔, 控制组件 17 与所述电池套管 15 的底部插接配合而将电池套管 15固定于吸筒 1内。
[0038] 如图 2至 3所示, 所述雾化器 2用于将烟液雾化转变成烟雾, 其包括电热丝 211及用 于吸收烟液和支撑该电热丝 211的纤维件 212, 所述电热丝 211缠绕于所述纤维件 212上。 本实例中, 该纤维件 212容置固定于所述烟液杯 33 内, 其包括横杆和与横杆的两端相连接 形成一体的两根竖杆, 其竖杆的长度可根据所述储液部件 37 的高度适当调整, 纤维件 212 整体置于烟液杯 3内; 电热丝 211缠绕于纤维件 212的横杆上, 电热丝 211的两端贴合于纤 维件 212的对应的竖杆的内侧壁上, 并穿出烟液杯 3再伸入所述电池套管 15 内与所述电池 14 的正电极和负电极电连接。 纤维件 212 能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄水, 可由玻璃纤维或具 有吸液和隔液性能的材质如棉质材料制成。
[0039] 如图 2至 3所示, 所述烟液杯 3包括杯座 31、 杯盖 33、 导管 35、 储液部件 37及隔 液座 38。 其中, 杯座 31和杯盖 33二者相对且间隔一定距离地固定于吸筒 1 内壁; 导管 35 固定于杯座 31和杯盖 33之间; 储液部件 37固定于导管外且位于杯座 31和杯盖 33之间。 隔液座 38位于杯座 31相对于杯盖 33的另一侧, 与杯座 31相抵接并涨紧固定于吸筒 1 内 壁。
[0040] 本实施例中, 所述杯座 31 (见图 4) 呈圆筒形的杯体, 包括环形侧壁 318、 圆形杯底 319、 自杯底 319中部沿轴向方向延伸的定位柱 311。 其中环形侧壁 318与定位本柱 311之 间限定一环形内腔 317; 沿轴向贯通定位柱 311和杯底 319形成杯座通气孔 312; 杯底 319 内设贯通的两个供电热丝 211穿透的穿线孔 313。 侧壁外设有用于与吸筒 1涨紧配合的涨紧 圈 314, 杯座 31利用其侧壁 318及涨紧圈 314涨紧固定于所述吸筒 1的内壁。
[0041] 所述杯盖 33 (见图 5) 可采用塑胶材质制成, 其形状和尺寸与所述吸筒 1 的内壁相 适配。 本实施例中, 其呈圆筒形的罩体, 包括由外环形侧壁 338、 顶壁 339、 自顶壁 339中 部沿轴向方向延伸形成定位柱 331。 定位柱 331与侧壁 338共同限定一环形内腔 337。 沿轴 向贯通定位柱 331和顶壁 339的杯盖通气孔 332。 杯盖 33的外径略大于吸筒 1的内径, 杯 盖 33利用侧壁 338涨紧固定于所述吸筒 1的内壁。 当烟液杯 3内的烟液用完时, 拔出吸嘴 4, 再拔出杯盖 33即可往烟液杯 3内继续添加烟液。 所述杯盖 33的定位柱 331与杯座 31的 定位柱 311相对应, 分别固定导管 35两端。 所述杯盖 33的环形内腔 337与杯座 31的环形 内腔 317相对应, 分别容置储液部件 37两端。
[0042] 所述导管 35 (见图 2、 图 3) 用于支撑所述储液部件 37、 同时用于控制烟液杯 3 的 高度和支撑所述纤维件 212, 还用作烟液被所述雾化器 2雾化后所产生的烟雾通至吸筒 1外 部的通道。 本实例中, 导管 35 为空心圆管, 可采用塑胶或纤维材质制成, 例如玻纤管, 其 包括顶部和底部, 其顶部套设于所述杯盖 33 的定位柱 331上并与其周圈密封连接, 而其底 部套设于所述雾化座 22的定位柱 311上并与其周圈密封连接。 导管 35上设有沿径向贯通导 管 35侧壁的卡槽 351, 用于支撑和固定所述纤维件 212, 所述纤维件 212装设于该卡槽 351 并与储液部件 37相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝 211雾化。
[0043] 所述储液部件 37 (见图 2、 图 3 ) 用于吸收并储存注入到烟液杯 3内的烟液以便于雾 化器 2后续将烟液雾化, 其能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄水, 可采用具有吸液和隔液性能的材质 如棉质材料制成。 储液部件 37 为中通的筒体结构, 其套设于所述导管 35 的外侧并与导管 35的外壁相互涨紧而支撑, 其两端分别插入杯座 31和杯盖 33的环形内腔 317与杯座 31的 环形内腔 337 并可卡持于形成环形内腔的两侧之间。 储液部件 37 的侧壁与所述纤维件 212 相抵接, 本实施例中, 纤维件 212的两根竖杆夹紧于储液部件 37的内壁和所述导管 35的外 壁之间, 烟液从所述储液部件 37渗透至所述纤维件 212内被纤维件 212吸收以便于电热丝 211将其雾化变成烟雾。
[0044] 所述隔液座 38 (见图 6) 用于防止雾化器 2烟液杯 3 内的烟液流入所述电池套管 15 内。 所述隔液座 38 大致呈圆筒形的杯体结构, 其采用硅胶材质制成。 其开口端与所述杯座 31相抵接, 其底壁上设有用于穿设所述电热丝 211的插接孔 381, 所述电热丝 212穿过所述 穿线孔 313后再穿出所述插接孔 381并与其插接孔 381的内壁相互涨紧配合, 电热丝 211与 穿线孔 313和插接孔 381的内壁均相互涨紧配合, 在配合处均周圈密封以防止烟液漏出; 隔 液座 38的中部开设有沿轴向贯通的通气孔 382, 隔油座 38内部限定有内腔 383; 隔液座 38 的底部沿轴向向外还伸出有圆环形凸台 384, 以便于与所述电池套管 15 的顶部相插接并对 电池套管 15进行定位。 所述隔油座 38的侧壁上形成有用于与吸筒涨紧配和的涨紧圈 385。 所述隔液座 38和电池套管 15之间还进一步设有隔液圈 151, 其套设于所述电池套管 15的 顶部, 其采用具有吸液和隔液性能的材质如棉质材料制成, 用于进一步防止少量漏液进入电 池套管 15 内。 本实施例中, 所述电热丝 211 的两端分别穿过所述杯座 31、 隔液座 38及隔 夜圈 151, 再与电池 14的电级电连接, 隔液圈 151与电热丝 211和电池套筒 15均为涨紧配 合以防止烟液进入电池套管 15内。 本实施例中, 烟液杯 3内的烟雾通道由所杯座 31的杯座 通气孔 312、 导管 5的中通孔 51及杯盖 33的杯盖通气孔 332共同限定。
[0045] 所述吸嘴 4 (见图 7 ) 包括吸气端 41及与所述吸筒 1的顶部 11相适配的插接端 42。 吸嘴 4内沿轴向限定一贯通的通气孔 43。 本实施例中, 所述吸气端 41呈柱体形, 其包括位 于根部的圆柱段和位于顶部的半球段, 由于圆柱段较短, 整个吸气端 41 大致呈由根部向顶 部其外径逐渐变小的半球体状; 当然, 吸气端 41 的形状不限于此, 例如, 其形状也可呈外 径一致的圆柱体状。 所述插接端 42呈圆筒形, 插接端 42的外径小于吸气端 41 的最大外径 而稍大于所述吸筒 1的顶部 11的内径, 吸气端 41与插接端 42之间形成有用于与所述吸筒 1定位的定位台阶 44; 所述插接头 42插入所述吸筒 1的顶部 11内并与吸筒 1的内壁涨紧固 定, 并利用所述定位台阶 44定位。
[0046] 本实施例中的吸嘴 4是采用木质材料制成的, 其口感好, 且健康环保。 所述雾化器 2 和烟液杯 3的结构简单, 且部分零件共用, 便于生产制造, 能大大节约生成成本。
[0047] 可以理解, 吸筒 1和 /电池套管 15和 /或底盖 13均可由木质材料制成, 这样, 电子 烟外观和手感均有较好的提高, 且成本较低, 更加环保。
[0048] 如图 8至 10所示, 所述电子烟盒 200包括底盒 81、 与底盒 81相适配的盒盖 82、 含 有按钮 831 的盒盖开闭装置 83及含有充电电池 71 的充电组件 7, 充电电池 71用于为电子 烟 100充电。
[0049] 所述底盒 81 为中空的壳体, 本实施例中其呈方形, 其内设有用于容置和固定所述充 电电池 71 的第一支架 85及用于支撑所述电子烟 100的第二支架 86。 所述本实施例的盒盖 82利用所述盒盖开闭装置 83枢接安装于底盒 81上, 按下按钮 831, 盒盖会自动弹开。 所述 底盒 81、 盒盖 82和 /或按钮 83均可采用木质材料制成, 这样, 电子烟盒 200外观和手感均 有较好的提高, 且成本较低, 更加环保。
[0050] 所述充电组件 7设于盒体 81 内, 其包括充电电池 71、 充电插座 72、 用于与外部电 源插接的 USB接口 73及与三者分别电连接的电路处理单元, 本实施例中, 充电组件还包括 控制电路板 74, 所述 USB接口 73和电路处理单元集成于该控制电路板 74上, 该控制电路 板 74固定于所述第一支架 85上。 所述 USB接口 73用于与外部电源相连接而给所述充电电 池 71充电。

1. 一种电子烟, 所述电子烟包括吸筒、 设于吸筒一端的吸嘴; 其中所述吸嘴和 /或吸筒采用 木质材料加工制成。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中所述木质材料采用天然木材; 所述天然木材包括松 木、 红木、 黄梨花、 紫檀、 花梨木、 鸡翅木、 橡木、 胡桃木、 枫木、 桦木、 樱桃木、 核桃 木、 樟木中的一种或多种; 所用加工技术包括木材切削、 木材成型加工、 木材表面装饰和消 毒。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中所述吸嘴内限定一贯通通气孔, 其包括半球形末端与 使用者嘴部相适应。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中所述吸嘴进一步包括一插接端与所述吸筒内壁相适配 并插入吸筒一端。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 进一步包括设于吸筒内的烟液杯和雾化器; 所述烟液杯包 括相对且间隔一定距离涨紧于吸筒内壁的杯座及杯盖, 以及固定于所述杯座和杯盖之间的导 管和储液部件, 所述储液部件套设于所述导管外; 所述导管两端开口内部中空, 所述雾化器 固持于所述导管上。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟, 其中所述雾化器包括电热丝和用于支撑电热丝和吸收烟液 的纤维件, 所述导管上设有沿径向贯通导管侧壁的用于卡持所述纤维件的卡槽, 所述纤维件 固定于该卡槽内且纤维件的两端与所述储液部件相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝雾化。
7. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟, 所述杯座与杯盖均为圆筒形的杯体结构, 二者均设有定位 柱, 二者内部均限定有环形内腔, 所述杯盖的定位柱与杯座的定位柱相对应, 分别固定所述 导管两端; 所述杯盖的环形内腔与杯座的环形内腔相对应, 分别容置所述储液部件两端。
8. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟, 所述吸筒内还包括设于所述杯座底部用于防止液体漏出的 隔夜座, 隔液座内设有沿轴向贯通的通气孔。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 进一步包括一底盖盖设于所述吸筒另一端; 所述底盖由木 质材质制成。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 进一步包括一电池套管和电池; 电池套管安装于吸筒内由 所述底盖固定;电池安装于所述电池套管内。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 进一步包括一具有吸液和隔液性能的隔液圈设于电池套 管顶部靠近烟液杯的一端。
12. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 进一步包括一控制组件支座和控制组件, 所述控制组件 支座固定于吸筒内壁上并位于所述底盖和电池套管之间; 而控制组件固定于控制组件支座内 并与电池电连接。
13. 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 所述纤维件包括横杆和设于横杆两端与横杆形成一体的两 根竖杆, 其中, 所述电热丝缠绕于所述横杆上, 电热丝的两端分别贴合于对应的竖杆的内侧 壁上, 并穿出所述烟液杯与电子烟的电池电连接; 所述纤维件的两根竖杆分别夹紧于所述储 液部件的内壁和所述导管的外壁之间; 所述烟液杯的杯座底壁上还设有沿轴向贯通杯座底壁 的供所述电热丝穿插的穿线孔, 电热丝与该穿线孔配合处周圈密封。
14. 一种电子烟装置, 包括如权利要求 1 至 13 任一项所述的电子烟, 其还包括电子烟盒, 用于容置和为所述电子烟充电。
15. 如权利要求 14 所述的电子烟装置, 所述电子烟盒包括底盒、 盖合于底盒上的盒盖及为 所述电子烟充电的充电电路单元和充电电池; 所述底盒和 /或盒盖采用木质材质制成。
