雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种用户替代香烟的常见电子产品,电子烟包括雾化器以及与雾化器电性连接的电池组件,雾化器内设置有储液腔以及雾化组件,雾化组件在电池组件的电驱动下加热储液腔供给的烟液,形成烟雾,以供用户抽吸。
考虑到电子烟的经济实用性,部分电子烟往往可打开雾化器中的储液腔进行反复加液操作,然而为了防止儿童轻易打开雾化器中的储液腔接触到烟液,部分电子烟带有儿童锁结构,现有技术中电子烟的儿童锁结构常常采用推拉等结构,结构比较复杂,成本高,使用不方便。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种具有结构简单、操作方便的儿童锁结构的雾化器及其电子烟。

本实用新型第二方面提供了一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括电池组件、储液组件以及雾化组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件包括设有开口端的电池套筒,所述电池组件、所述雾化组件以及所述储液组件沿所述电池套筒的纵长轴向依次设置在所述电池套筒内,所述雾化组件与所述电池组件之间和/或所述储液组件与所述雾化组件之间为抵持接触,所述电池套筒的开口端还设置有上盖组件,将所述上盖组件从所述电池套筒上移除,可将所述储液组件从所述开口端单独倒出,或者,将所述雾化组件与所述储液组件从所述开口端倒出。

加热结构43包括相互接触的导液件431和加热件432,导液件431用于吸取从储液腔16流至雾化腔41内的烟液,导液件431包括但不限于多孔陶瓷、棉布、纤维绳、泡沫金属或泡沫石墨,本实施方式中,加热件432环绕在导液件431上,加热件432上设置有两个引脚,其中一个所述引脚穿过安装凸起311后与电池组件50的正、负极中的一个电极电性连接,另一个所述引脚穿过底座31后与电池组件50的正、负极中的另一个电极电性连接,从而把加热件432与电池组件50电性连接,加热件432在电池组件50的电驱动作用下加热导液件431上的烟液产生烟雾以供用户吸食,加热件432包括但不限于加热丝或加热孔板。可以理解地,导液件431包覆加热件432或加热件432包覆导液件431的 接触方式,都能够满足导液件431吸取烟液以及加热加热件432以加热烟液的目的。
电池组件50包括电池套筒51、设置在电池套筒51内的电池芯52和控制部53以及部分凸设在电池套筒51外部的按键54。
电池套筒51为具有开口端511的中空筒状结构,电池套筒51的所述开口端511的内壁上凹陷形成有三个卡槽512,三个卡槽512均匀分布在电池套筒54的内壁上,电池套筒51的侧壁上开设有容置孔513,电池套筒51的顶部局部向下凹陷形成与抵持块2124对应的卡合槽514。控制部53包括控制板支架531和设置在控制板支架531内的控制板532,控制板支架531的上方开设有插孔,电池芯52通过所述开口端511安装在电池套筒51的底部,控制部53设置在电池芯52上方且控制板532与电池芯52电性连接,按键54设置在电池套筒51内且部分通过容置孔513凸设在电池套筒51外部,通过按下按键54,控制板532、电池芯52以及加热件432之间电性导通。
安装时,把卡环231可转动地收容在环形凹槽2112内,从而使卡接件23可转动地安装在上盖21上,锁止件22安装在上盖21上,把活动件24安装在上盖21和卡接件23之间,然后把卡接件23和活动件24连接起来,本实施方式中,活动件24和卡接件23之间利用铆钉连接,可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,活动件24和卡接件23还可以是螺纹或卡接等连接方式。
把底座组件30、雾化组件40以及储液组件10沿电池套筒51的纵长轴向依次放置在电池套筒51内,底座31抵持在电池组件50上,电极柱32插设在所述插孔内并与控制板532电性连接,加热件432上的另一个引脚穿过底座31后与控制板532电性连接,然后把上盖组件20通过所述开口端511安装在电池套筒51内,上盖组件20盖设在储液组件10上,上盖21上的抵持块2124卡设在 电池套筒51的卡合槽514内。本实施方式中,抵持块2124和卡合槽514的数量分别为两个,两个抵持块2124设置在外壳体212的相对两侧,卡合槽514设置在电池套筒51的相对两侧,抵持块2124和卡合槽514的配合防止上盖21随着活动件24转动。
转动活动件24,活动件24带动卡接件23相对上盖21和电池套筒51转动,卡块2111在限位槽2422内滑动,当卡块2111与限位槽2422的一端相抵持时,抵持环242上的凹槽2421与对应的容纳槽2121(或锁止件22)错位,抵持环242的外周壁抵持锁止件22,使锁止件22远离抵持环242的一端部分通过连通孔2122凸设在上盖组件20的外部后卡设在卡槽512内,由于锁止件22卡设在卡槽512内,从而使上盖组件20与电池组件50紧密连接,防止儿童轻易打开上盖组件20接触到烟液。
当储液腔161内的烟液余量不足需要注液时,反向转动活动件24至卡块2111与限位槽2422的另一端相抵持时,活动件24停止转动,凹槽2421与锁止件22相对位,进而使得锁止件22部分收容于凹槽2421内并与卡槽512相分离,从而解除锁止件22与卡槽512的卡设关系,此时,向远离电池组件50的方向拉动上盖组件20使上盖组件20脱离储液组件10,拔出烟液密封件15或者注液针头刺穿烟液密封件15即可向储液腔16内注液,此时,可单独将所述储液组件10从所述开口端511倒出,或者,将所述雾化组件40与所述储液组件10从所述开口端511倒出。
可以理解地,所述雾化组件40与所述电池组件50之间或者所述储液组件10与所述雾化组件40之间为抵持接触。
所述电子烟还包括固定件,所述固定件套设在所述上盖的外部,卡槽512由所述固定件的内壁上凹陷形成,卡合槽514设置在所述固定件上,通过锁止 件22卡设在所述固定件上的卡槽512内使上盖组件20可转动地设置在所述固定件上,本实施方式中,所述固定件为电池套筒51,可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,所述固定件还可以是储液管11,所述储液管11向上延伸形成连接管,所述连接管套设在上盖21的外部,所述卡槽512设置在所述连接管的内壁上,通过锁止件22卡设在所述连接管的卡槽512内实现上盖组件20与储液组件10的紧密连接,防止儿童轻易打开上盖组件20接触到烟液。
在一些实施方式中,本实用新型提供的雾化器100,通过在上盖21内可活动地设置锁止件22,活动件23上设置有与锁止件22对应的凹槽2421,相对上盖21转动活动件23时,活动件23能够抵持锁止件22使锁止件22凸设在上盖组件20的外部并卡设在卡槽512内,防止儿童轻易打开雾化器100接触烟液,提高雾化器100的安全性,结构简单,操作方便,或者相对上盖21转动活动件23,锁止件22收容在凹槽2421内,解除锁止件22与卡槽512的卡设关系,从而打开上盖组件20进行注液操作。
在一些实施方式中,本实用新型提供的电子烟,因其具有上述雾化器100全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器100相同的技术效果。
在一些实施方式中中,本实用新型提供的电子烟,通过把电池组件50、雾化组件40以及储液组件10沿电池套筒51的纵长轴向依次设置在电池套筒51内,雾化组件40与电池组件50之间和/或储液组件10与雾化组件40之间为抵持接触,移出设置在电池套筒51上的上盖组件20后,储液组件10或者雾化组件40与储液组件10的组合均可单独从电池套筒51中取出,组装结构简单,拆卸维修方便。
在一些实施方式中,本实用新型提供的电子烟,因其具有上述雾化器100全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器100相同的技术效果。
以上述依据本实用新型的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本实用新型的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项实用新型的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括上盖组件和固定件,所述上盖组件包括上盖、可相对所述上盖转动的活动件以及可活动地设置在所述上盖和所述活动件之间的锁止件,所述活动件至少部分收容于所述上盖内,所述上盖上开设有连通孔,所述活动件上设有凹槽,所述固定件套设在所述上盖的外部,所述固定件上对应所述连通孔设有卡槽,转动所述活动件至所述凹槽与所述锁止件错开时,所述锁止件部分穿出所述连通孔并与所述卡槽相互锁止,转动所述活动件至所述凹槽与所述锁止件对位时,所述锁止件部分收容在所述凹槽内并与所述卡槽相分离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖包括内壳体和外壳体,所述内壳体和所述外壳体之间的空间形成收容槽,所述连通孔开设在所述外壳体上,所述外壳体的内壁凹陷形成有与所述连通孔对应的容纳槽,所述容纳槽、所述收容槽和所述连通孔相互连通,所述锁止件收容在所述容纳槽内,所述活动件上设置有抵持环,所述抵持环收容在所述收容槽内,所述凹槽设置在所述抵持环上,所述锁止件位于在所述抵持环的外部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖的侧壁设置有抵持块,所述固定件上设置有与所述抵持块对应的卡合槽,所述抵持块与所述卡合槽相卡合。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述收容槽内设置有卡块,所述抵持环的内壁上沿所述抵持环的径向向内凹陷形成有环形的限位槽,所述限位槽贯通所述抵持环的下端面,所述卡块位于所述限位槽内,且所述卡块可在所述限位槽内滑动。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述内壳体的内壁凹陷形成有环形凹槽,所述上盖组件还包括卡接件,所述卡接件下端的外周壁沿径向向 外延伸形成与所述环形凹槽对应的卡环,所述卡接件的上端连接在所述活动件上,所述卡接件的下端通过所述卡环与所述上盖的所述环形凹槽相抵持。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述活动件还包括活动件本体,所述活动件本体上设置有贯通所述活动件本体的出烟孔,所述抵持环由所述活动件本体上位于所述出烟孔的四周沿所述活动件本体的轴向向下延伸形成。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述活动件本体的下端面还凸设有限位环,所述外壳体的内壁凹陷形成抵持面,所述限位环与所述抵持面相抵持。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括储液管,所述储液管内设置有储液腔,所述储液管上开设有连通所述储液腔的注液孔,所述注液孔内可拆卸地安装有烟液密封件,所述上盖盖设在所述烟液密封件上。
  9. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的雾化器。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括电池组件,所述电池组件包括电池套筒,所述固定件为所述电池套筒,所述电池套筒套设在所述上盖的外部,所述卡槽设置在所述电池套筒上。
  11. 一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括电池组件、储液组件以及雾化组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件包括设有开口端的电池套筒,所述电池组件、所述雾化组件以及所述储液组件沿所述电池套筒的纵长轴向依次设置在所述电池套筒内,所述雾化组件与所述电池组件之间和/或所述储液组件与所述雾化组件之间为抵持接触,所述电池套筒的开口端还设置有上盖组件,将所述上盖组件从所述电池套筒上移除,可将所述储液组件从所述开口端单独倒出,或者,将所述 雾化组件与所述储液组件从所述开口端倒出。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述上盖组件包括上盖、可相对所述上盖转动的活动件以及可活动地设置在所述上盖和所述活动件之间的锁止件,所述活动件至少部分收容于所述上盖内,所述上盖上开设有连通孔,所述活动件上设有凹槽,所述电池套筒套设在所述上盖的外部,所述电池套筒上对应所述连通孔设有卡槽,转动所述活动件至所述凹槽与所述锁止件错开时,所述锁止件部分穿出所述连通孔并与所述卡槽相互锁止,转动所述活动件至所述凹槽与所述锁止件对位时,所述锁止件部分收容在所述凹槽内并与所述卡槽相分离。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化管和设置在所述雾化管内的加热结构,所述雾化管的内腔形成雾化腔,所述加热结构包括设置在所述雾化腔内且相互接触的导液件和加热件,所述加热件上设置有两个引脚,其中一个所述引脚与所述电池组件的正、负极中的一个电极电性连接,另一个所述引脚与所述电池组件的正、负极中的另一个电极电性连接。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括储液管,所述储液管内设置有储液腔,所述储液管上开设有连通所述储液腔的注液孔,所述注液孔内可拆卸地安装有烟液密封件,所述上盖盖设在所述烟液密封件上。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储液管内设置有通气件,所述储液管的下端内设置有第一密封件,所述第一密封件上开设有安装槽,所述雾化管的上端插设在所述通气件内,所述雾化管的下端插设在所述安装槽内。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括设置在所述储液管下端的底座,所述底座面向所述储液管的一端面上凸设有安装凸起, 所述安装凸起的上端插设在所述安装槽内,且所述安装凸起的内腔与所述雾化腔相连通,所述安装凸起的侧壁上开设有连通所述安装凸起内腔的通气孔。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述底座的上端面位于所述安装凸起的周侧设置有第二密封件,所述第二密封件和所述第一密封件之间的空隙构成进气通道,所述储液管底部的侧壁上开设有连通所述进气通道的进气孔。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述上盖的侧壁设置有抵持块,所述电池套筒上设置有与所述抵持块对应的卡合槽,所述抵持块与所述卡合槽相卡合。
  19. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述锁止件为钢珠。
  20. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述凹槽、所述连通孔以及所述锁止件的数量均为三个,三个所述凹槽均匀分布在所述活动件上,三个所述连通孔均匀分布在所述上盖上。
