雾化器及电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种雾化器及电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟包括雾化器及电池装置,雾化器内设置有储液腔、导液件以及加热件。导液件将储液腔内的烟液传导至加热件,加热件则在电池装置的电驱动下加热导液件传导的烟液,使其雾化成烟雾,以供用户抽吸。
然而,目前市场上的雾化器,其导液件大多不能单独更换。当导液件失效时,需要更换整个雾化组件,使得用户的使用成本增加,且造成了资源浪费。

基于此,有必要提供一种便于更换导液件的雾化器及采用该雾化器的电子烟。

储液件10大致呈上、下两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,储液件10内设置有用于存储烟液的储液腔101,储液件10由透明或半透明材料制成,以方便用户透过储液件10观察储液腔101内的烟液余量,有利于用户及时进行注液操作。本实施方式中,储液件10由透明玻璃制成。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,储液件10的外部套设有开设有视窗的防护套(图未示出),防护套由塑料或金属等硬质材料制成,以对储液件10起到防护作用,防止储液件10损坏。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,防护套也可以由硅胶或橡胶等软质材料制成,在储液件10跌落时,可以起到缓冲作用,因此,也可以防止储液件10损坏。

在本实施方式中,加热件44与连接件41通过两个螺栓444实现相对固定,其中一个螺栓444的螺杆穿过其中一个定位孔后伸入凸起3111内与凸起3111螺纹连接,另一个螺栓444的螺杆穿过另一个定位孔后伸入连接柱414内与连接柱414螺纹连接。具体地,凸起3111的内表面上设置有与其中一个螺栓444的螺杆上的外螺纹对应的内螺纹,连接柱414内设置有螺纹连接件(图未标), 螺纹连接件的内表面上设置有与另一个螺栓444的螺杆上的外螺纹对应的内螺纹。在本实施方式中,考虑到连接柱414由塑料制成,较难开设螺纹,因此设置螺纹连接件,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,当连接柱414由其他绝缘材料制成时,可以直接在连接柱414上开设螺纹,省略螺纹连接件。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,加热件44与连接件41还可以通过两个定位销(图未示出)实现相对固定。加热件44通过螺栓444固定在连接件41上,因此,拆卸、更换加热件44十分方便。在本实施方式中,加热件44是一加热片,上面设置有以供烟雾流入出烟管32的透烟孔(图未示出)。即,透烟孔通过通槽441与出烟通道321连通。具体地,加热件44为一金属加热片,例如,不锈钢加热片。在本实施方式中,导液件43直接与出液孔413连通,以吸附储液腔101内的烟液。只要确保导液件43能够吸附储液腔101内的烟液,加热件44与导液件43至少部分接触,从而可以加热导液件43上吸附的烟液即可。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,加热件44可以位于出液孔413和导液件43之间,储液腔101内的烟液依次通过下液孔313、出液孔413以及加热件44上的透烟孔后被导液件43吸附。透烟孔的设置可以确保即使烟液先流向加热件44,烟液也可以及时被导液件43吸附,而防止加热件44被烟液浸泡。
在本实施方式中,连接座45是一电的导体,例如,可以由导电性较好的金属或合金材料制成。连接座45为上端开口的中空结构,安装座42的下端收容于连接座45的内腔中,连接座45的下端面上沿连接座45的轴向向下凸伸形成用于与电池装置连接的连接段452,连接段452与连接座45的内腔连通。在本实施方式中,安装座42的上端外设置有密封环453,由于密封环453由橡胶、硅胶等材质制成,因此,密封环453密封了连接部312与安装座42之间的间隙,提高了连接密封性和连接稳定性。
雾化组件40还包括设于连接段452内腔中的第一电极接触件46、设于第一电极接触件46顶部的第二电极接触件47以及设于第二电极接触件47上的第三电极接触件48。第一电极接触件46的顶端穿过安装座42并延伸至导液件43的下方,第二电极接触件47套设于第一电极接触件46的顶端外,第三电极接触件48套设于第二电极接触件47上并与安装座42的内壁抵持,且第三电极接触件48的一端延伸至连接柱414的下方,在本实施方式中,第三电极接触件48上开设有与加热件44上的定位孔对应的电极孔(图未标),此时,螺栓444的螺杆依次穿过电极孔、定位孔后与连接柱414螺纹连接,使得第三电极接触件48、加热件44以及连接件41相对固定。
在本实施方式中,雾化组件40还包括用于抵持第三电极接触件48的限位块49以及位于连接段452内表面与第一电极接触件46外表面之间的绝缘件461,限位块49的一端与安装座42抵持,限位块49的另一端与第三电极接触件48上延伸至连接柱414下方的一端抵持,限位块49由橡胶、硅胶等弹性较好的材料制成,通过设置限位块49,从而给了第三电极接触件48一个抵持力,使得第三电极接触件48更加稳固的套设于第二电极接触件47上,且对第三电极接触件48向外延伸的一端起到支撑作用,防止该端长时间使用后发生形变而与加热件44接触不良。在本实施方式中,绝缘件461由橡胶、硅胶等绝缘材料制成。
底座50是一电的导体,例如,由导电性较好的金属或合金材料制成,在本实施方式中,底座50为两端开口的中空结构,连接座45可拆卸地收容于底座50的内腔中,连接段452穿过底座50的下端开口后伸出底座50外。底座50的内周壁上设置有螺纹,从而与连接部312螺纹连接,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,底座50还可以通过卡接、插接等方式与连接部312可拆卸连接。
在本实施方式中,电池装置通过与连接段452螺纹连接,使得雾化器100在电池装置的电驱动作用下将烟液雾化生成烟雾,烟雾通过出烟管32后经由烟嘴28进入至用户口中。
安装过程:将限位座24安装于储液件10的顶部,将连通件21设于限位座24上,将活动件22安装在连通件21上,将装饰盖23套设在活动件22上,将烟嘴28插设在通气口221中,将调气件29套设在连通件21外;将进气管31与第二连接管215连接,将出烟管32与第三连接管217连接;将连接件41与限位部311连接,使得凸起3111穿设在连接孔412内,连接柱414穿设在通孔3112内,将一个螺栓444的螺杆穿过加热件44的其中一个定位孔后伸入凸起3111内与凸起3111螺纹连接,另一个螺栓444的螺杆穿过加热件44的另一个定位孔后伸入连接柱414内与连接柱414螺纹连接,从而实现加热件44的固定;将第一电极接触件46穿设在连接段452内,将安装座42安装在连接座45上,第一电极接触件46的顶端穿过安装座42的底端开口后伸入安装座42内,将第二电极接触件47与第一电极接触件46的顶端螺纹连接,将第三电极接触件48套设于第二电极接触件47上并与安装座42的内壁抵持,将限位块49夹设在第三电极接触件48和安装座42之间,绝缘件461夹设在第一电极接触件46和连接段452之间,密封环453套设在安装座42外,连接座45安装在底座50的内腔中,连接段452穿过底座50的下端开口后伸出底座50外,如此,第一电极接触件46、第二电极接触件47、第三电极接触件48、绝缘件461、连接座45、安装座42、限位块49、密封环453以及底座50共同构成连接装置(图未标);将导液件43置于收容槽421内,当连接装置与连接部312连接时,具体地,当底座50与连接部312连接时,导液件43与加热件44接触,且由于第三电极接触件48的电极孔的孔径大于螺栓444的端部的直径,使得第三电极接触件48 能够穿过螺栓444的端部后与加热件44接触;将电池装置与连接段452螺纹连接,使得电池装置的正极与第一电极接触件46电性连接,电池装置的负极与底座50电性连接,从而使得雾化器100与电池装置电性连接。由于底座50与安装座42没有相对固定,因此,在底座50与连接部312连接时,安装座42不会随着底座50一起旋转,从而使得导液件43不会随着底座50一起旋转,这就使得在安装的过程中,导液件43不会相对加热件44发生转动,从而可以确保导液件43最终的安装方向满足用户的需求,也可以避免导液件43因为转动而与加热件44发生摩擦而导致的磨损。
使用过程:用户注液时,通过推动装饰盖23带动活动件22滑动,当注液口212至少部分被活动件22打开时,此时用户可通过注液口212向储液腔101加注烟液;注液完成后,通过推动装饰盖23带动活动件22滑动,直至活动件22关闭注液口212;用户使用时,启动电子烟,由于加热件44的其中一端依次通过第三电极接触件48、第二电极接触件47以及第一电极接触件46与电池装置的正极电性连接,加热件44的另一端依次通过进气管31、底座50以及连接座45与电池装置的负极电性连接,从而使得电池装置能够为加热件44提供电能,储液腔101中的烟液通过下液孔313、出液孔413渗透到导液件43上,导液件43在逐渐吸收烟液的同时,加热件44在电驱动下开始加热位于导液件43上的烟液,以形成烟雾,在用户的抽吸作用下,外部空气通过进气口211和调气口291的连通处进入通气槽216,然后,通过进气通道314流至加热件44的上表面,与烟雾混合后,依次通过出烟通道321、连通口218、通气口221、烟嘴28流出,最后被用户抽吸;调气时,用户通过转动调气件29,使得调气件29相对于连通件21转动,当调气口291与进气口211至少部分连通时,外部空气通过调气口291与进气口211之间的连通处进入至进气管31内,使得用户可 以根据自身需求,通过转动调气件29来调节调气口291与进气口211之间的连通面积,进而调节外部空气进入雾化组件40内的进气量,提高了用户的使用体验;需要更换加热件44时,将连接装置与雾化器主体分离,即解除底座50和连接部312的螺纹连接,就可以使得加热件44露出,然后,用户通过分别拆卸伸入凸起3111内与凸起3111螺纹连接的螺栓444和伸入连接柱414内与连接柱414螺纹连接的螺栓444,即可更换加热件44;需要更换导液件43时,将连接装置与雾化器主体分离,即解除底座50和连接部312的螺纹连接,就可以使得导液件43露出,取出置放在收容槽421内的导液件43,换上新的导液件43即可。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的雾化器100或电子烟,由于加热件44设置在雾化器100主体的一端,连接装置与雾化器主体设置有加热件44的一端可拆卸连接,连接装置包括安装座42,安装座42上开设有收容槽421,导液件43可拆卸地收容于收容槽421内,当连接装置与雾化器主体设置有加热件44的一端连接时,导液件43至少部分与加热件44相接触,且储液腔101与导液件43连通。因此,用户能够拆卸连接装置,更换收容于收容槽421内的导液件43;本实用新型提供的雾化器100或电子烟可以单独更换导液件43,且导液件43更换方便、快速。
以上述依据本实用新型的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本实用新型的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项实用新型的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括雾化器主体、连接装置、加热件以及导液件,所述雾化器主体内设置有储液腔,所述加热件设置在所述雾化器主体的一端,所述连接装置与所述雾化器主体设置有所述加热件的一端可拆卸连接,所述连接装置包括安装座,所述安装座上开设有收容槽,所述导液件可拆卸地收容于所述收容槽内,当所述连接装置与所述雾化器主体设置有所述加热件的一端连接时,所述导液件至少部分与所述加热件相接触,且所述储液腔与所述导液件连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器主体包括通气组件以及连接件,所述通气组件包括进气管,所述进气管的一端沿所述进气管的径向向外凸伸形成限位部,所述限位部上沿所述进气管的轴向向下凸伸形成与所述连接装置可拆卸连接的连接部,所述加热件与所述连接件均收容于所述连接部内,所述连接件隔设在所述加热件和所述限位部之间,且所述加热件的一端与所述限位部可拆卸地连接,所述加热件的另一端与所述连接件可拆卸地连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接装置还包括连接座以及底座,所述安装座设置在所述连接座上,所述连接座与所述底座可拆卸地连接,所述底座与所述连接部可拆卸地连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接座上沿所述连接座的轴向向下凸伸形成连接段,所述连接段贯穿所述底座后伸出所述底座外,所述进气管、所述底座以及所述连接座均是电的导体,且所述连接件和所述安装座均是电的绝缘体。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接装置还包括设于所述连接段内且一端延伸至所述安装座内的第一电极接触件、套设在所述第一电 极接触件延伸至所述安装座内的一端外的第二电极接触件以及与所述第二电极接触件连接的第三电极接触件,所述第一电极接触件与所述连接段电性隔离,所述第三电极接触件的一端套设于所述第二电极接触件上,所述第三电极接触件的另一端和所述加热件与所述连接件可拆卸连接的一端相接触。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接装置还包括限位块,所述限位块与所述第三电极接触件和所述加热件相接触的一端相抵持。
  7. 如权利要求2-6任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器主体还包括储液件,所述储液件套设在所述进气管外,且所述储液件的底端与所述限位部相抵持,所述储液件、所述进气管以及所述限位部围合形成的空间构成所述储液腔,所述限位部上开设有与所述储液腔连通的下液孔,所述连接件上相对开设有与所述下液孔和所述导液件均连通的出液孔。
  8. 如权利要求2-6任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述通气组件还包括出烟管,所述出烟管位于所述进气管内,所述出烟管与所述进气管之间的间隙构成进气通道,所述出烟管的内腔构成出烟通道,所述连接件上开设有通槽,所述加热件上开设有透烟孔,所述进气通道、所述出烟通道以及所述透烟孔均与所述通槽连通。
  9. 如权利要求2-6任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上设置有连接孔和连接柱,所述限位部上设置有凸起和通孔,所述凸起穿设在所述连接孔内,所述连接柱穿设在所述通孔内,所述加热件的一端与所述凸起可拆卸地连接,所述加热件的另一端与所述连接柱可拆卸地连接。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
