本发明还提供一种电池装置,用于电子烟,所述电子烟包括雾化装置,所述电池装置包括储液组件、带有收容内腔的外壳以及设置于所述收容内腔中的供电组件,所述储液组件包括储液底座及储液管,所述储液底座包括固定端及与所述固定端相对的开口端;所述固定端固接设置于所述收容内腔中,所述开口端伸出所述收容内腔外,所述储液管的底端可插拔地套设于所述开口端外;所述雾化装置的一端可从所述储液管的顶端插入至所述储液管内,并与所述开口端可拆卸地连接。
进一步的,所述储液组件还包括储液密封件,所述开口端的外表面与所述固定端之间形成有安装阶梯,所述储液密封件支撑于所述安装阶梯上并密封设置在所述储液管的底端与所述开口端之间。
进一步的,所述储液组件还包括第一电极接触组件,所述开口端由所述固定端顶部向远离所述收容内腔的方向延伸形成,所述开口端与所述固定端共同围合形成用于收容所述第一电极接触组件的内腔;所述第一电极接触组件设置于所述固定端上,且所述第一电极接触组件的一端伸入所述内腔并与所述雾化装置电性连接,所述第一电极接触组件的另一端伸入所述收容内腔并与所述供电组件电性连接。
进一步的,所述供电组件包括电池、电路板支架、电路板以及按键,所述电池、所述电路板支架以及所述电路板均收容于所述收容内腔内,且所述电路板设置于所述电路板支架上并与所述电池电性连接,所述按键的一端外露于所述外壳外,所述按键的另一端位于所述外壳内,并与所述电路板电性连接。
进一步的,所述电路板上设置有USB插口,所述外壳上开设有与所述USB插口对应的USB插口连接孔。
进一步的,所述开口端的内表面设置有与所述雾化装置可拆卸连接的内螺纹。
一种电子烟,包括电池装置以及雾化装置,所述电池装置为上述所述的电池装置。
进一步的,所述雾化装置包括上盖、连接管以及雾化头,所述上盖可分离地盖设于所述储液管的顶端,所述连接管的一端可拆卸地连接于所述上盖上,所述连接管的另一端与所述开口端可拆卸地连接,所述雾化头套设于所述连接管内。
进一步的,所述连接管与所述开口端连接的一端设置有外螺纹,所述开口端的顶端内周面向内延伸形成连接部,所述连接部的内径与所述连接管的外径相匹配,所述 连接部的内周面上设置有与所述连接管的外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹。

一种电子烟,包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括进气管、解锁件及阻挡件,所述进气管的上端外侧套设有所述解锁件,所述阻挡件套设在所述进气管外侧,且设置在所述进气管与所述解锁件之间,进气管上设有止动凸台/止动凹槽,解锁件上设有止动凹槽/止动凸台,所述阻挡件为弹性件,所述阻挡件上设有与所述止动凸台配合的阻挡凹槽,当按压解锁件使所述止动凹槽与止动凸台互相卡合时,所述电子烟处于可被解锁状态。
进一步地,所述电子烟还包括设置在外壳之中的电池组件和储液组件,所述储液组件设有储液腔,所述雾化组件的一部分套设在所述储液腔之中。
进一步地,所述进气管的外周设置有连接螺纹,所述储液组件还包括与所述连接螺纹配合设置的螺纹环,所述连接螺纹与螺纹环配合将进气管与储液组件可拆卸连接。
进一步的,所述螺纹环设置在所述储液腔的上端。

本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括雾化组件与电池组件,雾化组件包括进气管支架、出气管、雾化头以及调节环,进气管支架包括进气管及连接在进气管一端的进气调节端,进气管的管道与进气调节端的管道连通形成进气管支架的通道,出气管套设在进气管支架的通道内将进气管支架的通道分隔为出气通道与进气通道,雾化头连接在进气管上远离进气调节端的一端,调节环套设在进气调节端,电池组件包括设有储液腔的电池外壳与设置在电池外壳内的电池,储液腔用于容置烟液,储液腔的底端设置有电池极性接触件与电池电性导接,雾化组件通过所述进气管支架可拆卸地安装在储液腔内,并且雾化头与电池极性接触件电性连接。
进一步地,所述进气调节端包括进气调节段,进气调节段的管壁上开设有进气孔,所述调节环的环壁上开设有与所述进气孔连通的调节孔,转动或上下移动所述调节环以调节进入进气通道的进气量。
进一步地,所述进气管支架包括设置在所述进气管和进气调节端之间的连接段,所述连接段的外周壁上形成有外螺纹,储液腔的顶端开口处设置有内螺纹,用以配合所述外螺纹。
进一步地,所述电池外壳包括主壳体及上盖,主壳体具有一容置腔,容置腔内组装有所述电池并且通过所述上盖盖合。
进一步地,所述主壳体内设有储液管,所述主壳体包括底板、相对地设置在底板上的侧壁、将两侧壁一侧相连的连接壁,连接壁的顶端低于侧壁的顶端,所述连接壁的上部设置有一与所述两侧壁连接的顶板,在连接壁的顶端形成供储液管安装的一储液管安装空间。

进一步地,所述进气管支架的顶端设置有止挡环,止挡环的外周凸设有止动凸台,调节环的内周壁上开设有配合止动凸台的止动凹槽,雾化组件包括胶垫,胶垫弹性抵持在止动凸台与止动凹槽之间。
进一步地,所述雾化头包括雾化头管套,正极接触件、正极绝缘垫、吸液件以及发热件,正极接触件套设在雾化头管套的一端且通过正极绝缘垫与雾化头管套隔离绝缘,吸液件设置在雾化头管套内,发热件安装在雾化头管套内,发热件的一端连接雾化头管套,另一端连接正极接触件。
进一步地,所述发热件与吸液件做成一体。
进一步地,所述吸液件为陶瓷发热棒,所述陶瓷发热棒为多孔陶瓷材料制成。
本发明的电子烟中,储液组件直接设置在电池装置内,如此在安装过程中,用户只需一次连接即可完成雾化装置与电池装置及储液组件的连接,另,使用者只需将雾化装置中带有雾化头的一端直接插入储液组件中即可与供电组件电性连接,安装简单且雾化头与供电组件之间的电性连接更可靠。

实施例一:
请参看图1,本发明一较佳实施例中,电子烟100包括电池装置10、雾化装置30以及烟嘴50。雾化装置30连接于电池装置10与烟嘴50之间,并与电池装置10电性连接,用于产生供使用者吸入的烟雾。在本具体实施例中,雾化装置30采用螺纹连接的方式可拆卸地设置于电池装置10的一端,烟嘴50采用插拔连接的方式可拆卸地设置于雾化装置30相对电池装置10的一端。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,雾化装置30与电池装置10之间的连接方式及雾化装置30与烟嘴50之间的连接方式可以根据需求而定,只需实现可拆卸连接即可,在此不作限定。
请结合参看图2与图3,电池装置10包括带有收容内腔110的外壳11、自下而上依次设置于收容内腔110中的供电组件13、储液组件15及连接件17。
外壳11包括壳体112及底盖114。壳体112为两端贯通的空管状,其上开设有用于观察储液组件15内烟液余量的视窗1121。底盖114可拆卸地或固定地设置于壳体112的一端并与壳体112共同界定形成收容内腔110。
供电组件13包括电池130、电路板支架132、电路板134以及按键组件136。电池130支撑于底盖114上,电路板134设置于电路板支架132上并与电池130电性连接,按键组件136外露于壳体112外并与电路板134电性连接,用以根据用户操作控制电子烟100的工作状态。
进一步地,电路板134上设置有USB插口1341,壳体112上开设有与USB插口1341对应的USB插口连接孔1123,以供用户进行USB(图未示)的插接。
进一步地,供电组件13还包括电池垫片138,电池垫片138设置于电池130与底盖114之间,用于防止电池130任意晃动。
储液组件15包括用于储装烟液的储液管150及电极接触件152。电极接触件152设置于储液管150底部,且一端贯穿储液管150底部并伸入至储液管150的内腔,另一端与供电组件13中电路板134电性连接。
进一步地,请参看图4,储液组件15还包括密封件154。密封件154设置在储液管150底部与电极接触件152之间,用于防止烟液从储液管150与电极接触件152之间的间隙流出。
请继续参看图3,连接件17设置于储液管150远离供电组件13的一端,即设置在储液管150的开口端,使得雾化装置30可从开口端插入储液管150中,并通过连接件17与电池装置10可拆卸地连接。在本具体实施例中,连接件17是一螺纹环,与雾化装置30以螺接的方式可拆卸地连接。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,连接件17与雾化装置30的连接方式还可设置于其它结构,例如凸缘与卡槽的卡扣方式等,在此不作限定。
请结合参看图5与图6,雾化装置30收容于储液管150内,其包括带有雾化腔310的雾化头31以及调气组件33。雾化头31收容于储液管150内,且雾化头31的底部与电极接触件152接触设置,并通过电极接触件152直接与供电组件11中电路板134电性连接。调气组件33连通于雾化头31与烟嘴50之间,用于调节进入雾化腔310内气流的大小。
具体地,调气组件33包括通气管330及进出气分离管332。通气管330的一端设 置于雾化头31相对电极接触件152的一端,通气管330的另一端与进出气分离管332过盈配合。烟嘴50设置于进出气分离管332远离通气管330的一端。其中,通气管330与进出气分离管332共同形成一条连通于雾化腔310与烟嘴50之间的出烟通道334,用以使于雾化腔310内雾化形成的烟雾经出烟通道334吸入使用者口中。
进一步地,调气组件33还包括进气环336及进气调节环338。进气环336套设于通气管330与进出气分离管332相互连接处的外周,且进气环336的下端与雾化腔310连通,进气调节环338套设于进气环336上端的外周。其中,进气环336与进出气分离管332之间的间隙及进气环336与通气管330之间的间隙形成进气通道335,进气环336上开设有至少一个与进气通道335连通的进气孔3361,进气调节环338的内壁上开设有调气槽3381,转动进气调节环338,调气槽3381与进气孔3361连通或错开,方便使用者根据需要调节进气量的大小。另外,由于调气槽3381开设在进气调节环338的内壁上,因此,可以减小被外界污染的可能,并且较为美观。
在使用时,当调气槽3381与进气孔3361连通时,外界空气从调气槽3381、进气孔3361及进气通道335进入雾化腔310,并在使用者的抽吸作用下带着雾化后的烟液,经出烟通道334、烟嘴50进入使用者口中;当调气槽3381与进气孔3361错开时,进气调节环338的内壁覆盖于进气孔3361外,以封闭外界与进气通道335之间的连通。调节调气槽3381与进气孔3361的连通面积,可以调节外界空气进入雾化腔310的量。
本发明的电子烟100中,储液组件15直接设置在电池装置10内,如此在安装过程中,用户只需一次连接即可完成雾化装置30与电池装置10及储液组件15的连接,另,使用者只需将雾化装置30中带有雾化头31的一端直接插入储液组件15中即可与供电组件11电性连接,安装简单且雾化头31与供电组件13之间的电性连接更可靠。
实施例二:
请参看图7,本发明一较佳实施例中,电子烟100c包括电池装置10c、雾化装置30c以及烟嘴50c。雾化装置30c连接于电池装置10c与烟嘴50c之间,并与电池装置10c电性连接,用于在电池装置10c的电驱动下产生供使用者吸入的烟雾。
请参看图8和图9,电池装置10c包括带有收容内腔110c的外壳11c、供电组件13c以及储液组件15c。外壳11c为一端开口的中空圆柱形,其包括壳体112c及底盖114c。壳体112c为两端贯通的中空管状,底盖114c可拆卸地或固定地设置于壳体112c的一端并与壳体112c共同界定形成收容内腔110c。
供电组件13c包括电池130c、电路板支架132c、电路板134c以及按键136c。电池130c、电路板支架132c以及电路板134c均收容于收容内腔110c内。电池130c支撑于底盖114c上,电路板134c设置于电路板支架132c上并与电池130c电性连接,按键136c的一端外露于外壳11c外,且按键136c的另一端位于外壳11c内,并与电路板134c电性连接,用以根据用户操作控制电子烟100c。
进一步地,电路板134c上设置有USB插口1341C,壳体112c上开设有与USB插口1341C对应的USB插口连接孔1123C,以供用户进行USB(图未示)的插接。
储液组件15c包括储液底座150c、储液管152c以及第一电极接触组件154c。储液底座150c包括固定端1501c及与固定端1501c相对的开口端1503c。固定端1501c 固接设置于收容内腔110c中,开口端1503c伸出收容内腔110c外。
具体地,开口端1503c由固定端1501c顶部向远离收容内腔110c的方向延伸形成,其与固定端1501c共同围合形成用于收容第一电极接触组件154c的内腔1505c。
储液管152c为两端贯穿的中空管状。储液管152c的底端可插拔地套设于开口端1503c外,并与固定端1501c的上端面互相抵持,第一电极接触组件154c设置于储液底座150c的固定端1501c上,且一端贯穿固定端1501c并伸入至内腔1505c内与雾化装置30c电连接,另一端贯穿固定端1501c并伸入收容内腔110c内与供电组件13c中的电路板134c电性连接。
如此,电子烟100c在长时间使用后,使用者可直接将储液管152c由储液底座150c上拔下进行清洗,而无需拆卸设置有电连接件(即在本具体实施例中的第一电极接触组件154c)的储液底座150c,避免因设置有电连接件的储液底座150c而导致储液管152c的清洗不便。
在本具体实施例中,储液管152c为玻璃管,以方便使用者观察储存于储液管152c内的烟油余量。第一电极接触组件154c包括第一电极1541c及第一绝缘圈1543c,第一电极1541c贯穿设置于固定端1501c的底部,第一绝缘圈1543c电气隔离于第一电极1541c与固定端1501c之间。
进一步地,储液组件15c还包括储液密封件1509c,开口端1503c背向内腔1505c的外表面与固定端1501c之间形成有安装阶梯1507c。储液密封件1509c支撑于安装阶梯1507c上并密封设置在储液管152c的底端与开口端1503c之间,用于防止烟油从储液管152c与储液底座150c之间的间隙流出。
雾化装置30c的一端可从储液管152c的顶端插入至储液管152c内,并与开口端1503c可拆卸地连接。雾化装置30c包括上盖31c、连接管32c、雾化头34c以及调气组件36c。
具体地,上盖31c可分离地盖设于储液管152c的顶端。连接管32c的一端可拆卸地连接于上盖31c上,连接管32c的另一端与储液底座150c的开口端1503c可拆卸地连接。在本具体实施例中,连接管32c与上盖31c连接的一端设置有内螺纹,连接管32c与储液底座150c的开口端1503c连接的一端设置有外螺纹,对应地,上盖31c上设置有与连接管32c内螺纹配合的外螺纹,开口端1503c内表面设置有与连接管32c外螺纹配合的内螺纹。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,连接管32c与储液底座150c中开口端1503c的连接方式还可设置于其它可拆卸结构,例如凸缘与卡槽的卡扣方式等,在此不作限定。
进一步地,开口端1503c为配合连接管32c,开口端1503c的顶端内周面向内延伸形成连接部1504c,连接部1504c的内径与连接管32c的外径相匹配,与连接管32c的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹设置在连接部1504c的内周面上。
雾化头34c套设于连接管32c内,雾化头34c包括雾化头套管340c、第二电极接触组件342c、发热件(图未示)以及导液件(图未示)。雾化头套管340c的内腔为与烟嘴50c连通的雾化腔,发热件以及导液件均设置在雾化腔内,雾化头套管340c上开设有连通雾化腔和储液管152c内腔的进液槽3401c,导液件通过进液槽3401c将烟油传导至发热件上,发热件用于在电驱动下加热烟油并产生烟雾流出至烟嘴50c内。 第二电极接触组件342c贯穿设置于雾化头套管340c的底部并与第一电极接触组件154c接触设置,以通过第一电极接触组件154c直接与供电组件11c中的电路板134c电性连接,从而为雾化头34c提供电驱动。在本具体实施例中,第二电极接触组件342c包括第二电极3421c和第二绝缘圈3423c,第二电极3421c贯穿设于雾化头套管340c的底部,第二绝缘圈3423c电气隔离于第二电极3421c与雾化头套管340c之间。
调气组件36c连通于外界与雾化腔之间,用于调节进入雾化腔内气流的大小。
具体地,调气组件36c包括通气管360c及调气环362c。通气管360c的一端插设于上盖31c内并与雾化腔连通,烟嘴50c可插拔地设置于通气管360c内。
调气环362c可转动地套设于通气管360c另一端的外周,并支撑于上盖31c上,且调气环362c的侧壁上开设有调气槽3621c。对应地,上盖31c上开设有与调气槽3621c连通或错开的进气孔310c,方便使用者根据需要调节调气槽3621c与进气孔310c的连通面积,以调节外界空气进入雾化腔的量。同时,由于调气槽3621c开设在调节环362c的侧壁上,且调节环362c的上端向外侧伸有挡缘3623c,因此,可以减小调气槽3621c被外界污染的可能,并且较为美观。
另外,上盖31c的内腔与通气管360c之间的间隙形成与雾化腔连通的进气通道364c,通气管360c的内腔形成与烟嘴50c和雾化腔连通的出气通道366c。
在使用时,当调气槽3621c与进气孔310c连通时,外界空气从调气槽3621c、进气孔310c及进气通道364c进入雾化腔,并在使用者的抽吸作用下带着雾化后的烟油,经出通气管360c和烟嘴50c进入使用者口中;当调气槽3621c与进气孔310c错开时,调气环362c的内壁覆盖于进气孔310c外,以封闭外界与进气通道364c之间的连通。
本发明的实施例的电子烟100c中,设置有电连接件的储液底座150c固接于电池装置10c上并位于储液管152c的下端,而用于储存烟油的储液管152c可插拔地套设于开口端1503c外,以便于使用者可避开设置有电连接件的储液底座150c直接将储液管152c由储液底座150c上拔下进行清洗。同时,当该电池装置10c与雾化装置30c配合时,用户只需一次连接即可完成雾化装置30c与储液组件15c中开口端1503c的连接,安装简单且雾化装置30c与电池装置10c之间的电性连接更可靠。请参看图7,本发明一较佳实施例中,电子烟100c包括电池装置10c、雾化装置30c以及烟嘴50c。雾化装置30c连接于电池装置10c与烟嘴50c之间,并与电池装置10c电性连接,用于在电池装置10c的电驱动下产生供使用者吸入的烟雾。
请参看图8和图9,电池装置10c包括带有收容内腔110c的外壳11c、供电组件13c以及储液组件15c。外壳11c为一端开口的中空圆柱形,其包括壳体112c及底盖114c。壳体112c为两端贯通的中空管状,底盖114c可拆卸地或固定地设置于壳体112c的一端并与壳体112c共同界定形成收容内腔110c。
供电组件13c包括电池130c、电路板支架132c、电路板134c以及按键136c。电池130c、电路板支架132c以及电路板134c均收容于收容内腔110c内。电池130c支撑于底盖114c上,电路板134c设置于电路板支架132c上并与电池130c电性连接,按键136c的一端外露于外壳11c外,且按键136c的另一端位于外壳11c内,并与电路板134c电性连接,用以根据用户操作控制电子烟100c。
进一步地,电路板134c上设置有USB插口1341C,壳体112c上开设有与USB 插口1341C对应的USB插口连接孔1123C,以供用户进行USB(图未示)的插接。
储液组件15c包括储液底座150c、储液管152c以及第一电极接触组件154c。储液底座150c包括固定端1501c及与固定端1501c相对的开口端1503c。固定端1501c固接设置于收容内腔110c中,开口端1503c伸出收容内腔110c外。
具体地,开口端1503c由固定端1501c顶部向远离收容内腔110c的方向延伸形成,其与固定端1501c共同围合形成用于收容第一电极接触组件154c的内腔1505c。
储液管152c为两端贯穿的中空管状。储液管152c的底端可插拔地套设于开口端1503c外,并与固定端1501c的上端面互相抵持,第一电极接触组件154c设置于储液底座150c的固定端1501c上,且一端贯穿固定端1501c并伸入至内腔1505c内与雾化装置30c电连接,另一端贯穿固定端1501c并伸入收容内腔110c内与供电组件13c中的电路板134c电性连接。
如此,电子烟100c在长时间使用后,使用者可直接将储液管152c由储液底座150c上拔下进行清洗,而无需拆卸设置有电连接件(即在本具体实施例中的第一电极接触组件154c)的储液底座150c,避免因设置有电连接件的储液底座150c而导致储液管152c的清洗不便。
在本具体实施例中,储液管152c为玻璃管,以方便使用者观察储存于储液管152c内的烟油余量。第一电极接触组件154c包括第一电极1541c及第一绝缘圈1543c,第一电极1541c贯穿设置于固定端1501c的底部,第一绝缘圈1543c电气隔离于第一电极1541c与固定端1501c之间。
进一步地,储液组件15c还包括储液密封件1509c,开口端1503c背向内腔1505c的外表面与固定端1501c之间形成有安装阶梯1507c。储液密封件1509c支撑于安装阶梯1507c上并密封设置在储液管152c的底端与开口端1503c之间,用于防止烟油从储液管152c与储液底座150c之间的间隙流出。
雾化装置30c的一端可从储液管152c的顶端插入至储液管152c内,并与开口端1503c可拆卸地连接。雾化装置30c包括上盖31c、连接管32c、雾化头34c以及调气组件36c。
具体地,上盖31c可分离地盖设于储液管152c的顶端。连接管32c的一端可拆卸地连接于上盖31c上,连接管32c的另一端与储液底座150c的开口端1503c可拆卸地连接。在本具体实施例中,连接管32c与上盖31c连接的一端设置有内螺纹,连接管32c与储液底座150c的开口端1503c连接的一端设置有外螺纹,对应地,上盖31c上设置有与连接管32c内螺纹配合的外螺纹,开口端1503c内表面设置有与连接管32c外螺纹配合的内螺纹。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,连接管32c与储液底座150c中开口端1503c的连接方式还可设置于其它可拆卸结构,例如凸缘与卡槽的卡扣方式等,在此不作限定。
进一步地,开口端1503c为配合连接管32c,开口端1503c的顶端内周面向内延伸形成连接部1504c,连接部1504c的内径与连接管32c的外径相匹配,与连接管32c的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹设置在连接部1504c的内周面上。
雾化头34c套设于连接管32c内,雾化头34c包括雾化头套管340c、第二电极接触组件342c、发热件(图未示)以及导液件(图未示)。雾化头套管340c的内腔为 与烟嘴50c连通的雾化腔,发热件以及导液件均设置在雾化腔内,雾化头套管340c上开设有连通雾化腔和储液管152c内腔的进液槽3401c,导液件通过进液槽3401c将烟油传导至发热件上,发热件用于在电驱动下加热烟油并产生烟雾流出至烟嘴50c内。第二电极接触组件342c贯穿设置于雾化头套管340c的底部并与第一电极接触组件154c接触设置,以通过第一电极接触组件154c直接与供电组件11c中的电路板134c电性连接,从而为雾化头34c提供电驱动。在本具体实施例中,第二电极接触组件342c包括第二电极3421c和第二绝缘圈3423c,第二电极3421c贯穿设于雾化头套管340c的底部,第二绝缘圈3423c电气隔离于第二电极3421c与雾化头套管340c之间。
调气组件36c连通于外界与雾化腔之间,用于调节进入雾化腔内气流的大小。
具体地,调气组件36c包括通气管360c及调气环362c。通气管360c的一端插设于上盖31c内并与雾化腔连通,烟嘴50c可插拔地设置于通气管360c内。
调气环362c可转动地套设于通气管360c另一端的外周,并支撑于上盖31c上,且调气环362c的侧壁上开设有调气槽3621c。对应地,上盖31c上开设有与调气槽3621c连通或错开的进气孔310c,方便使用者根据需要调节调气槽3621c与进气孔310c的连通面积,以调节外界空气进入雾化腔的量。同时,由于调气槽3621c开设在调节环362c的侧壁上,且调节环362c的上端向外侧伸有挡缘3623c,因此,可以减小调气槽3621c被外界污染的可能,并且较为美观。
另外,上盖31c的内腔与通气管360c之间的间隙形成与雾化腔连通的进气通道364c,通气管360c的内腔形成与烟嘴50c和雾化腔连通的出气通道366c。
在使用时,当调气槽3621c与进气孔310c连通时,外界空气从调气槽3621c、进气孔310c及进气通道364c进入雾化腔,并在使用者的抽吸作用下带着雾化后的烟油,经出通气管360c和烟嘴50c进入使用者口中;当调气槽3621c与进气孔310c错开时,调气环362c的内壁覆盖于进气孔310c外,以封闭外界与进气通道364c之间的连通。
本发明的电子烟100c中,设置有电连接件的储液底座150c固接于电池装置10c上并位于储液管152c的下端,而用于储存烟油的储液管152c可插拔地套设于开口端1503c外,以便于使用者可避开设置有电连接件的储液底座150c直接将储液管152c由储液底座150c上拔下进行清洗。同时,当该电池装置10c与雾化装置30c配合时,用户只需一次连接即可完成雾化装置30c与储液组件15c中开口端1503c的连接,安装简单且雾化装置30c与电池装置10c之间的电性连接更可靠。
实施例三:
如图10至图19所示为本发明的一种电子烟,包括雾化组件17a及与雾化组件17a连接的主体部分16a。本实施例中,所述雾化组件17a、主体部分16a两者可拆卸地连接在一起。根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,主体部分16a包括一体设置的电池组件3a与储液组件7a,根据本发明的其中一个实施例,电池组件3a与储液组件7a均设置在所述外壳5a之中,具体的,所述外壳5a的一端设置有空腔,储液组件7a设置在该空腔之中,储液组件7a设置有储液腔7-1a,具体的,储液组件7a包括一呈杯状体的透明或者半透明结构,例如优选可以用透明树脂或者玻璃制成,储液腔7-1a的底端被第二电接触件7-2a所封闭,防止烟液从储液腔7-1a的底部漏出,雾化组件17a 的一部分套设在所述储液腔7-1a之中,这样,储液腔7-1a的上端就被雾化组件17a所封闭,而雾化组件17a的另一部分则裸露在外部,形成电子烟外表的一部分。外壳5a还设置有视窗20a,便于用户从视窗20a观察储液腔7-1a内的烟液情况,判断是否需要加注或者更换烟液。
所述雾化组件17a包括雾化头10a、雾化管11a、进气管12a、解锁件13a、进出气分离管14a及阻挡件18a。进气管12a的下端与雾化头10a可拆卸的连接,具体的可以是螺纹连接,所述进气管12a上端外侧套设有解锁件13a。阻挡件18a套设在进气管12a外侧,且设置在进气管12a与解锁件13a之间。进气管12a的上端内侧设置有内螺纹,进出气分离管14a相对设置有与进气管12a的上端的内螺纹配合的外螺纹,进气管12a与进出气分离管14a通过内螺纹和外螺纹连接在一起,即,进气管12a通过内螺纹套设在进出气分离管14a的外侧。进出气分离管14a位于所述进气管12a内的一端与雾化管11a紧配,进出气分离管14a远离雾化管11a的一端与烟嘴15a连接,具体的,雾化管11a的一端与雾化头10a连通,而雾化管11a的另一端则与进出气分离管14a紧配,使得雾化头10a中形成的烟雾可以自雾化管11a经由进出气分离管14a而被用户吸食。阻挡件18a为具有弹性的材质制作而成,本实施例中,所述阻挡件18a为橡胶或硅胶材质,这种材质的阻挡件18a可以兼具弹性以及可靠性,能够在较长的使用时间内发挥作用,而不会太早出现老化的现象。
进一步地,进出气分离管14a设有安装孔14-1a,烟嘴15a的一端插入所述安装孔14-1a内,方便用户更换烟嘴15a。
进气管12a上设有止动凸台12-1a,所述阻挡件18a上设有与止动凸台12-1a配合的阻挡凹槽18-1a,解锁件13a上设有止动凹槽13-1a,按压解锁件13a并压住阻挡件18a,使得阻挡件18a被压扁,因阻挡件18a在厚度上变薄,止动凸台12-1a与止动凹槽13-1a之间的间距减小,所述止动凹槽13-1a与止动凸台12-1a互相卡合,此时电子烟即处于可被解锁状态,所谓可被解锁状态是指:继续施予按压的力并结合其他例如旋转的作用力,即可带动雾化组件17a,从而与电子烟其他部件,如主体部分16a相分离,从而可进行加注烟液或者更换雾化头等动作。可以知晓的是,止动凸台和止动凹槽的位置也可以互换,所起到的技术效果是相同的,此处不再赘述。
具体地,所述电子烟处于锁持状态时,阻挡凹槽18-1a套设在进气管12a的止动凸台12-1a上,阻挡件18a的上部稍突出于该止动凸台12-1a,这时,若不对解锁件13a施加向下的作用力,就无法使得止动凹槽13-1a与止动凸台12-1a相接触甚至使两者卡持,旋转解锁件13a只能是空转,而无法将雾化组件17a、主体部分16a两者拆分开来;反之,若对解锁件13a施加向下的作用力,则可以旋转解锁件13a从而拆分。通过设置阻挡凹槽18-1a,使阻挡件18a可套设在止动凸台12-1a上,上述设置相较于将阻挡件放置在进气管12a上部与解锁件13a下部之间,具有如下优点:1)雾化组件17a的长度缩短,电子烟的空间利用率提高(如,相同长度的电子烟,雾化组件17a的长短减小,主体部分16a的长度就相对增加,进而可以增加主体部分16a的储液量);2)用户仅需对解锁件13a施加较小的作用力,便可对电子烟进行解锁操作,方便用户拆分雾化组件17a。
可以理解的,在其他实施例中,所述止动凸台12-1a与止动凹槽13-1a的位置可 以进行互换,即,止动凸台12-1a设置在所述解锁件13a上,止动凹槽13-1a相对于止动凸台12-1a设置在进气管12a上,所述阻挡凹槽18-1a与止动凸台12-1a配合设置。
本实施例中,所述解锁件13a为环状体,且同时具有解锁与调节进气的功能。可以理解的,根据实际生产需要,所述解锁件13a可为仅具有解锁功能的部件,也可为兼具解锁及其他功能的部件,所述其他功能可以为调节进液等。
进一步地,进气管12a的靠近上端的周侧向外延伸的形成凸沿12-2a,该凸沿12-2a可防止阻挡件18a向下移动,也可以起到遮蔽作用。进气管12a的下端与凸沿12-2a之间形成有连接部12-3a,该连接部12-3a的外径大于进气管12a下端的外径,连接部12-3a的外周设置有连接螺纹,所述雾化组件17a通过该连接螺纹与主体部分16a螺纹连接。
进一步地,雾化头10a底部设置有第一电接触件10-1a,雾化组件17a通过第一电接触件10-1a与主体部分16a电性连接。
所述主体部分16a包括电池组件3a及与电池组件3a一体设置的储液组件7a。
所述储液组件7a内设有储液腔7-1a,进气管12a部分伸入并收容于储液腔7-1a中,雾化头10a也收容于储液腔7-1a中。储液组件7a靠近电池组件3a的一端设置有第二电接触件7-2a,当雾化组件17a安装于主体部分16a上时,第二电接触件7-2a与第一电接触件10-1a电性连接。储液组件7a还包括与电池组件3a过盈配合的螺纹环9a,螺纹环9a与进气管12a的连接螺纹配合,螺纹环9a设置在储液腔7-1a的上端,通过该螺纹环9a可以将电池组件3a与雾化组件17a螺纹连接在一起。
电池组件3a包括外壳5a、收容于外壳5a内的电池19a、安装在外壳5a内的线路板组件支架6a、安装在线路板组件支架6a上的线路板组件4a、安装在外壳5a末端的电池垫2a及与外壳5a过盈配合的电池底盖1。螺纹环9a与进气管12a的连接螺纹配合,将主体部分16a、雾化组件17a两者螺纹连接在一起。
可以理解的,在其他实施例中,电池组件3a与储液组件7a为螺纹连接、卡扣连接等。
装配时,通气管10与进出气分离管14a过盈配合,烟嘴15a的一端插入进出气分离管14a的安装孔14-1a内,将阻挡件18a套在进气管12a上,使得阻挡凹槽18-1a卡在止动凸台12-1a上,解锁件13a安放于进气管12a上端,进出气分离管14a与进气管12a螺纹连接,雾化头10a与进气管12a螺纹连接,至此形成雾化组件17a。螺纹环9a与外壳5a过盈配合,线路板组件4a安装于线路板组件支架6a上,并将线路板组件4a上引线分别于电池组件3a和储液组件7a焊接,将焊接在一起的线路板组件4a、线路板组件支架6a和储液组件7a装入外壳5a中,之后将电池19a置于电池组件3a尾部内,最后将电池底盖1与外壳5a过盈配合,至此组装成主体部分16a。
使用过程中,当需要将雾化组件17a从主体部分16a上旋下时,先向下(即,朝向主体部分16a的方向)按压解锁件13a,解锁件13a压住阻挡件18a,使得阻挡件18a发生弹性形变;之后,继续按压解锁件13a使得止动凹槽13-1a与止动凸台12-1a相卡持,此时转动解锁件13a则整个雾化组件17a发生转动。即,本发明的电子烟需要通过向下“按压”加“旋转”两者操作相继作用于解锁件13a,才可将雾化组件17a从主体部分16a上拆卸下来。这样,成人用户在参阅说明书或者其他资料之后,了解 到上述的操作步骤后,可以知晓如何分离雾化组件17a与电池2,从而进行注液或者更换雾化头10a的操作,且该操作简单,无需对电子烟的众多零部件进行拆卸。对儿童而言,由于该雾化组件17a的拆卸操作并非简单的旋转或按压可以实现,而是需要两种操作的特定组合方可实现,且该拆卸操作需作用于特定的部件(即,所述解锁件13a),儿童则无法或者很难知晓,从而可防止儿童接触或者误食烟液,起到了良好的儿童防护效果。
当解锁过程中,用户停止施加于解锁件13a上的向下的作用力时,阻挡件18a自身的弹性恢复,使得止动凹槽13-1a与止动凸台12-1a分离,此时,再旋转解锁件13a也只是空转,无法将雾化组件17a从主体部分16a拆卸下来,如此使电子烟回到锁持状态。
实施例四:
请参看图20,本发明一较佳实施例中,电子烟100c包括电池装置10c、雾化装置30c以及烟嘴50c。雾化装置30c连接于电池装置10c与烟嘴50c之间,并与电池装置10c电性连接,用于在电池装置10c的电驱动下产生供使用者吸入的烟雾。
请参看图21和图22,电池装置10c包括带有收容内腔110c的外壳11c、供电组件13c以及储液组件15c。外壳11c为一端开口的中空圆柱形,其包括壳体112c及底盖114c。壳体112c为两端贯通的中空管状,底盖114c可拆卸地或固定地设置于壳体112c的一端并与壳体112c共同界定形成收容内腔110c。
供电组件13c包括电池130c、电路板支架132c、电路板134c以及按键136c。电池130c、电路板支架132c以及电路板134c均收容于收容内腔110c内。电池130c支撑于底盖114c上,电路板134c设置于电路板支架132c上并与电池130c电性连接,按键136c的一端外露于外壳11c外,且按键136c的另一端位于外壳11c内,并与电路板134c电性连接,用以根据用户操作控制电子烟100c。
进一步地,电路板134c上设置有USB插口1341c,壳体112c上开设有与USB插口1341c对应的USB插口连接孔1123c,以供用户进行USB(图未示)的插接。
储液组件15c包括储液底座150c、储液管152c以及第一电极接触组件154c。储液底座150c包括固定端1501c及与固定端1501c相对的开口端1503c。固定端1501c固接设置于收容内腔110c中,开口端1503c伸出收容内腔110c外。
具体地,开口端1503c由固定端1501c顶部向远离收容内腔110c的方向延伸形成,其与固定端1501c共同围合形成用于收容第一电极接触组件154c的内腔1505c。
储液管152c为两端贯穿的中空管状。储液管152c的底端可插拔地套设于开口端1503c外,并与固定端1501c的上端面互相抵持,第一电极接触组件154c设置于储液底座150c的固定端1501c上,且一端贯穿固定端1501c并伸入至内腔1505c内与雾化装置30c电连接,另一端贯穿固定端1501c并伸入收容内腔110c内与供电组件13c中的电路板134c电性连接。
如此,电子烟100c在长时间使用后,使用者可直接将储液管152c由储液底座150c上拔下进行清洗,而无需拆卸设置有电连接件(即在本具体实施例中的第一电极接触组件154c)的储液底座150c,避免因设置有电连接件的储液底座150c而导致储液管 152c的清洗不便。
在本具体实施例中,储液管152c为玻璃管,以方便使用者观察储存于储液管152c内的烟油余量。第一电极接触组件154c包括第一电极1541c及第一绝缘圈1543c,第一电极1541c贯穿设置于固定端1501c的底部,第一绝缘圈1543c电气隔离于第一电极1541c与固定端1501c之间。
进一步地,储液组件15c还包括储液密封件1509c,开口端1503c背向内腔1505c的外表面与固定端1501c之间形成有安装阶梯1507c。储液密封件1509c支撑于安装阶梯1507c上并密封设置在储液管152c的底端与开口端1503c之间,用于防止烟油从储液管152c与储液底座150c之间的间隙流出。
雾化装置30c的一端可从储液管152c的顶端插入至储液管152c内,并与开口端1503c可拆卸地连接。雾化装置30c包括上盖31c、连接管32c、雾化头34c以及调气组件36c。
具体地,上盖31c可分离地盖设于储液管152c的顶端。连接管32c的一端可拆卸地连接于上盖31c上,连接管32c的另一端与储液底座150c的开口端1503c可拆卸地连接。在本具体实施例中,连接管32c与上盖31c连接的一端设置有内螺纹,连接管32c与储液底座150c的开口端1503c连接的一端设置有外螺纹,对应地,上盖31c上设置有与连接管32c内螺纹配合的外螺纹,开口端1503c内表面设置有与连接管32c外螺纹配合的内螺纹。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,连接管32c与储液底座150c中开口端1503c的连接方式还可设置于其它可拆卸结构,例如凸缘与卡槽的卡扣方式等,在此不作限定。
进一步地,开口端1503c为配合连接管32c,开口端1503c的顶端内周面向内延伸形成连接部1504c,连接部1504c的内径与连接管32c的外径相匹配,与连接管32c的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹设置在连接部1504c的内周面上。
雾化头34c套设于连接管32c内,雾化头34c包括雾化头套管340c、第二电极接触组件342c、发热件(图未示)以及导液件(图未示)。雾化头套管340c的内腔为与烟嘴50c连通的雾化腔,发热件以及导液件均设置在雾化腔内,雾化头套管340c上开设有连通雾化腔和储液管152c内腔的进液槽3401c,导液件通过进液槽3401c将烟油传导至发热件上,发热件用于在电驱动下加热烟油并产生烟雾流出至烟嘴50c内。第二电极接触组件342c贯穿设置于雾化头套管340c的底部并与第一电极接触组件154c接触设置,以通过第一电极接触组件154c直接与供电组件11c中的电路板134c电性连接,从而为雾化头34c提供电驱动。在本具体实施例中,第二电极接触组件342c包括第二电极3421c和第二绝缘圈3423c,第二电极3421c贯穿设于雾化头套管340c的底部,第二绝缘圈3423c电气隔离于第二电极3421c与雾化头套管340c之间。
调气组件36c连通于外界与雾化腔之间,用于调节进入雾化腔内气流的大小。
具体地,调气组件36c包括通气管360c及调气环362c。通气管360c的一端插设于上盖31c内并与雾化腔连通,烟嘴50c可插拔地设置于通气管360c内。
调气环362c可转动地套设于通气管360c另一端的外周,并支撑于上盖31c上,且调气环362c的侧壁上开设有调气槽3621c。对应地,上盖31c上开设有与调气槽3621c连通或错开的进气孔310c,方便使用者根据需要调节调气槽3621c与进气孔 310c的连通面积,以调节外界空气进入雾化腔的量。同时,由于调气槽3621c开设在调节环362c的侧壁上,且调节环362c的上端向外侧伸有挡缘3623c,因此,可以减小调气槽3621c被外界污染的可能,并且较为美观。
另外,上盖31c的内腔与通气管360c之间的间隙形成与雾化腔连通的进气通道364c,通气管360c的内腔形成与烟嘴50c和雾化腔连通的出气通道366c。
在使用时,当调气槽3621c与进气孔310c连通时,外界空气从调气槽3621c、进气孔310c及进气通道364c进入雾化腔,并在使用者的抽吸作用下带着雾化后的烟油,经出通气管360c和烟嘴50c进入使用者口中;当调气槽3621c与进气孔310c错开时,调气环362c的内壁覆盖于进气孔310c外,以封闭外界与进气通道364c之间的连通。
本发明的电子烟100c中,设置有电连接件的储液底座150c固接于电池装置10c上并位于储液管152c的下端,而用于储存烟油的储液管152c可插拔地套设于开口端1503c外,以便于使用者可避开设置有电连接件的储液底座150c直接将储液管152c由储液底座150c上拔下进行清洗。同时,当该电池装置10c与雾化装置30c配合时,用户只需一次连接即可完成雾化装置30c与储液组件15c中开口端1503c的连接,安装简单且雾化装置30c与电池装置10c之间的电性连接更可靠。

  1. 一种电池装置,用于电子烟,所述电子烟包括雾化装置,其特征在于:所述电池装置包括带有收容内腔的外壳、供电组件、储液组件以及连接件,所述供电组件与所述储液组件均设置于所述收容内腔中,所述连接件设置在所述储液组件的开口端,使得所述雾化装置可从所述开口端插入所述储液组件中,并通过所述连接件与所述电池装置可拆卸地连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括用于储装烟液的储液管及电极接触件,所述电极接触件设置于所述储液管底部且一端贯穿所述储液管底部并伸入至所述储液管内腔与所述雾化装置电性连接,另一端与所述供电组件电性连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括密封件,所述密封件设置在所述储液管底部与所述电极接触件之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述供电组件包括电池、电路板支架、电路板以及按键组件,所述电路板设置于所述电路板支架上并与所述电池电性连接,所述按键组件外露于所述外壳外并与所述电路板电性连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述电路板上设置有USB插口,所述外壳上开设有与所述USB插口对应的USB插口连接孔。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述外壳包括壳体及可拆卸地或固定地设置于壳体上的底盖,所述壳体与所述底盖界定形成所述收容内腔,所述电池支撑于所述底盖上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述供电组件还包括电池垫片,所述电池垫片设置于所述电池与所述底盖之间。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述壳体为两端贯通的空管状。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述连接件是一螺纹环。
  10. 一种电子烟,包括电池装置以及雾化装置,其特征在于:所述电池装置为上述权利要求1至9中任意一项权利要求所述的电池装置。
  11. 一种电池装置,用于电子烟,所述电子烟包括雾化装置,其特征在于:所述电池装置包括储液组件、带有收容内腔的外壳以及设置于所述收容内腔中的供电组件,所述储液组件包括储液底座及储液管,所述储液底座包括固定端及与所述固定端相对的开口端;所述固定端固接设置于所述收容内腔中,所述开口端伸出所述收容内腔外,所述储液管的底端可插拔地套设于所述开口端外;所述雾化装置的一端可从所述储液管的顶端插入至所述储液管内,并与所述开口端可拆卸地连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括储液密封件,所述开口端的外表面与所述固定端之间形成有安装阶梯,所述储液密封件支撑于所述安装阶梯上并密封设置在所述储液管的底端与所述开口端之间。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括第一电极接触组件,所述开口端由所述固定端顶部向远离所述收容内腔的方向延伸形成,所述开口端与所述固定端共同围合形成用于收容所述第一电极接触组件的内腔;所述第一电极接触组件设置于所述固定端上,且所述第一电极接触组件的一端伸入所述内腔并 与所述雾化装置电性连接,所述第一电极接触组件的另一端伸入所述收容内腔并与所述供电组件电性连接。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述供电组件包括电池、电路板支架、电路板以及按键,所述电池、所述电路板支架以及所述电路板均收容于所述收容内腔内,且所述电路板设置于所述电路板支架上并与所述电池电性连接,所述按键的一端外露于所述外壳外,所述按键的另一端位于所述外壳内,并与所述电路板电性连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述电路板上设置有USB插口,所述外壳上开设有与所述USB插口对应的USB插口连接孔。
  16. 如权利要求11-15任一项所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述开口端的内表面设置有与所述雾化装置可拆卸连接的内螺纹。
  17. 一种电子烟,包括电池装置以及雾化装置,其特征在于:所述电池装置为上述权利要求11至16中任一项所述的电池装置。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化装置包括上盖、连接管以及雾化头,所述上盖可分离地盖设于所述储液管的顶端,所述连接管的一端可拆卸地连接于所述上盖上,所述连接管的另一端与所述开口端可拆卸地连接,所述雾化头套设于所述连接管内。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述连接管与所述开口端连接的一端设置有外螺纹,所述开口端的顶端内周面向内延伸形成连接部,所述连接部的内径与所述连接管的外径相匹配,所述连接部的内周面上设置有与所述连接管的外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括调气组件,所述调气组件包括通气管及调气环,所述通气管的一端插设于所述上盖内,所述调气环可转动地套设于所述通气管另一端的外周,且所述调气环的侧壁上开设有调气槽,所述上盖上开设有与所述调气槽连通或错开的进气孔。
  21. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括进气管、解锁件及阻挡件,所述进气管的上端外侧套设有所述解锁件,所述阻挡件套设在所述进气管外侧,且设置在所述进气管与所述解锁件之间,所述进气管上设有止动凸台/止动凹槽,对应所述解锁件上设有止动凹槽/止动凸台,所述阻挡件为弹性件,所述阻挡件上设有与所述止动凸台配合的阻挡凹槽,当按压解锁件使所述止动凹槽与止动凸台互相卡合时,所述电子烟处于可被解锁状态。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括设置在外壳之中的电池组件和储液组件,所述储液组件设有储液腔,所述雾化组件的一部分套设在所述储液腔之中。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述进气管的外周设置有连接螺纹,所述储液组件还包括与所述连接螺纹配合设置的螺纹环,所述连接螺纹与螺纹环配合将所述进气管与储液组件可拆卸连接。
  24. 如权利要求23所述电子烟,其特征在于:所述螺纹环设置在所述储液腔的上端。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化头,所述进气管的下端与所述雾化头可拆卸连接,所述进气管的靠近上端的周侧向外延伸形成凸沿,所述进气管的下端与所述凸沿之间形成有连接部,所述连接螺纹设置在所述连接部的外周。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括雾化管及进出气分离管,所述进气管套设在所述进出气分离管的外侧,所述雾化管的一端与所述雾化头连通,所述雾化管的另一端与所述进出气分离管紧配。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头的底部设置有第一电接触件,所述储液组件设置有与所述第一电接触件电性连接的第二电接触件。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件包括电池、安装在所述外壳内的线路板组件支架、安装在所述线路板组件支架上的所述线路板组件、安装在所述外壳末端的电池垫及与所述外壳过盈配合的电池底盖。
  29. 如权利要求21-28中任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述阻挡件为橡胶或硅胶材质。
  30. 如权利要求26所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括可拆卸的烟嘴,所述进出气分离管远离所述雾化管的一端设有安装孔,所述烟嘴的一端插入所述安装孔内。
  31. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件与电池组件,雾化组件包括进气管支架、出气管、雾化头以及调节环,进气管支架包括进气管及连接在进气管一端的进气调节端,进气管的管道与进气调节端的管道连通形成进气管支架的通道,出气管套设在进气管支架的通道内将进气管支架的通道分隔为出气通道与进气通道,雾化头连接在进气管上远离进气调节端的一端,调节环套设在进气调节端,其特征在于:电池组件包括设有储液腔的电池外壳与设置在电池外壳内的电池,储液腔用于容置烟液,储液腔的底端设置有电池极性接触件与电池电性导接,雾化组件通过所述进气管支架可拆卸地安装在储液腔内,并且雾化头与电池极性接触件电性连接。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述进气调节端包括进气调节段,进气调节段的管壁上开设有进气孔,所述调节环的环壁上开设有与所述进气孔连通的调节孔,转动或上下移动所述调节环以调节进入进气通道的进气量。
  33. 如权利要求31所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述进气管支架包括设置在所述进气管和进气调节端之间的连接段,所述连接段的外周壁上形成有外螺纹,储液腔的顶端开口处设置有内螺纹,用以配合所述外螺纹。
  34. 如权利要求31所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池外壳包括主壳体及上盖,主壳体具有一容置腔,容置腔内组装有所述电池并且通过所述上盖盖合。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述主壳体内设有储液管,所述主壳体包括底板、相对地设置在底板上的侧壁、将两侧壁一侧相连的连接壁,连接壁的顶端低于侧壁的顶端,所述连接壁的上部设置有一与所述两侧壁连接的顶板,在连接壁的顶端形成供储液管安装的一储液管安装空间。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括线路板组件,所述两侧壁内侧相对的设置有固持条,所述线路板组件包括线路板、电池舱板, 线路板的一面抵贴固持条,另一面固接电池舱板,电池舱板相对线路板的一面上设置有供电池的安装空间。
  37. 如权利要求31所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述进气管支架的顶端设置有止挡环,止挡环的外周凸设有止动凸台,调节环的内周壁上开设有配合止动凸台的止动凹槽,雾化组件包括胶垫,胶垫弹性抵持在止动凸台与止动凹槽之间。
  38. 如权利要求31所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头包括雾化头管套,正极接触件、正极绝缘垫、吸液件以及发热件,正极接触件套设在雾化头管套的一端且通过正极绝缘垫与雾化头管套隔离绝缘,吸液件设置在雾化头管套内,发热件安装在雾化头管套内,发热件的一端连接雾化头管套,另一端连接正极接触件。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述发热件与吸液件做成一体。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸液件为陶瓷发热棒,所述陶瓷发热棒为多孔陶瓷材料制成。
