具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本实用新型作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器100以及与雾化器100电性连接的电源装置(图未示出),雾化器100包括储液组件10、设于储液组件10一端的底座组件20、收容于储液组件10内的雾化头组件30以及相对底座组件20设于储液组件10另一端的上盖组件40。
请同时参阅图7,储液组件10包括外套管11以及收容于外套管11内的内套管12,外套管11大致呈两端具有开口的中通筒状结构,且外套管11的内腔形成用于存储烟液的储液腔111。内套管12的纵向剖面大致呈“凸”字形结构,内套管12的两端贯通且内部中空设置,外套管11紧密套设在内套管12下端的外部,从而实现外套管11与内套管12的连接关系。外套管11由透明或半透明材料制成,以方便用户观察储液腔111内的烟液余量,本实施方式中,外套管11是由透明玻璃材料制成的玻璃管。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,外套管11还可以是不锈钢管。还可以理解地,外套管11与内套管12之间的连接方式包括但不限于螺纹连接或卡接。
请再次参阅图2,底座组件20包括连接在内套管12下端的底座21、安装在底座21下端的第一电极22以及可转动地套设在底座21外部的调气环23。
底座21大致呈上端具有开口的中通筒状结构,底座21与内套管12连接,实现了底座组件20与储液组件10的连接关系。底座21与内套管12之间的连接方式包括但不限于螺纹连接、卡接或磁性连接,本实施方式中,底座21与内套管12螺纹连接,从而实现二者之间的密封连接。
底座21下端的中心处沿底座21的轴向向下延伸形成有与底座21的内腔连 通的连接管211,第一电极22安装在连接管211内。电源装置通过与连接管211连接,从而实现了雾化器100与电源装置的连接关系,且当电源装置与雾化器100连接到位时,电源装置上正极与负极中的一个电极与第一电极22电性连接,其上正极与负极中的另一个电极与连接管211电性连接,从而实现电源装置向雾化器100提供电能的作用。另外,连接管211与第一电极22之间夹设有由硅胶或橡胶等绝缘材料制成的绝缘件(图未标出),以实现二者电性隔离,避免短路。
另外,底座21的侧壁上设置有与底座21的内腔连通的进气孔212,调气环23上对应进气孔212设置有与外部大气连通的调气孔231,相对底座21转动调气环23,能够改变调气孔231与进气孔212的重合度,从而调节进入雾化器100内的空气量,以满足不同用户的实际使用需求。
请同时参阅图2和图7,雾化头组件30包括收容于内套管12内的雾化套管31、收容于雾化套管31内的加热结构(图未示出)以及安装在雾化套管31下端的第二电极32。
雾化套管31大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,雾化套管31的下端与底座21螺纹连接,雾化套管31的上端与内套管12螺纹连接,此时,雾化套管31的上下端两端分别与内套管12及底座21密封连接。雾化套管31的内腔形成用于收容加热结构的雾化腔311,且雾化套管31的侧壁上设置有与雾化腔311连通的进液孔312,使用时,储液腔111内的烟液经由进液孔312进入至雾化腔311内,进而在加热结构的加热作用下雾化生成烟雾。
另外,为了使得内套管12一侧的烟液通过内套管12流入至雾化腔311内,内套管12上设置有与进液孔312连通的过液孔121。
加热结构包括相互作用的加热件(图未示出)和吸液件(图未示出),吸液 件与进液孔312液体连通用于吸收并储存烟液,加热件的一端与雾化套管31的电性连接,加热件的另一端与第二电极32电性连接。本实用新型中,吸液件为吸液棉,加热件为缠绕在吸液棉外部的金属加热丝。当雾化头组件30安装到位时,第二电极32与第一电极22接触并电性连接,从而使得加热件在电源装置的电驱动作用下加热吸液件上的烟液,烟液雾化生成烟雾供用户吸食。另外,雾化套管31与第二电极32之间夹设有由硅胶或橡胶等绝缘材料制成的绝缘件(图未标出),以实现二者电性隔离,避免短路。
第二电极32上设置有过气孔321,且过气孔321与进气孔212及雾化腔311均连通,使得用户抽吸时,外部气体依次经由调气孔231、进气孔212以及过气孔321进入至雾化腔311内与烟雾混合,最终进入至用户口中。
请再次参阅图2,上盖组件40包括与内套管12可拆卸连接的上盖41、安装在上盖41上的烟嘴连接件42、可转动地套设于上盖41外部的活动件43、可活动地安装在活动件43上的锁持件44以及设于活动件43与锁持件44之间的弹性件45。
请参阅图4和图7,上盖41大致呈下端具有开口的中通筒状结构,上盖41的顶面设置有贯穿上盖41顶面的中空连接柱411,连接柱411与内套管12螺纹连接,可以理解地,连接柱411与内套管12连接后,上盖组件40与储液组件10的连接关系就被确定。当上盖41与内套管12连接到位时,上盖41封闭外套管11的上端口,从而将储液腔111封闭,避免了烟液泄漏。用户需旋转拧下上盖组件40,使储液腔111外漏后才可进行注液操作。
烟嘴连接件42大致呈两端贯通的管状结构,烟嘴连接件42与连接柱411可拆卸地连接,从而使得烟嘴连接件42与雾化腔311连通。使用时,用户含住烟嘴连接件42,使雾化腔311内的烟雾在空气带动下被吸入口中。可以理解地, 烟嘴连接件42与连接柱411的连接方式包括但不限于螺纹连接、卡接或磁性连接,此处不作限制。
请参阅图3、图5-图7,活动件43包括本体431、由本体431的一端沿活动环的径向向内弯折形成的抵持部432以及由抵持部432的末端向下弯折形成的限位部433,即,限位部433收容在本体431的内部。其中,上盖41的连接柱411收容在限位部433内。本实施方式中,本体431和限位部433均为圆环状结构,且同心设置。本体431的下端可转动地套设在上盖41的外部,抵持部432与设置在烟嘴连接件42上的抵持缘421相抵持,从而避免了活动件43脱离上盖41的情况。本实施方式中,抵持缘421是由烟嘴连接件42的外周面沿径向向外凸设形成的凸缘。
本实施方式中,本体431的侧壁上设置有一通孔4311,限位部433的侧壁上对应通孔4311设置有限位槽4331。
锁持件44沿活动件43的径向可活动地设置在本体431与限位部433之间的空间内,锁持件44大致呈块状结构,锁持件44靠近本体431的侧面上凸设有与通孔4311配合按压部441,锁持件44靠近限位部433的侧面上凸设有与限位槽4331配合的卡合部442。锁持件44沿活动件43的径向活动时,卡合部442卡入限位槽4331且可活动地卡嵌于限位槽4331内,按压部441至少部分收容在通孔4311内,从而使得锁持件44相对活动件43只能够沿活动件43的径向活动,避免了锁持件44与活动件43相脱离。另外,活动件43相对上盖41转动时,锁持件44能够在活动件43的带动下一同转动。
本实施方式中,锁持件44靠近限位部433的侧面上还凹陷形成有收容槽443,弹性件45安装在收容槽443内,且弹性件45的一端弹性抵持在收容槽443的槽底部,弹性件45的另一端弹性抵持在限位部433上,自然状态下,锁持件 44由于受到弹性件45的弹力作用,锁持件44紧贴在本体431上,且按压部441部分贯穿通孔4311延伸至本体431的外部。按压按压部441,锁持件44能够压缩弹性件45沿活动件43的径向活动。可以理解地,收容槽443对弹性件45起到限位作用,避免了弹性件45与锁持件44相分离。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,锁持件44上的收容槽443还可以省略,只需使得弹性件45的一端与锁持件44固定连接即可,同样能够避免弹性件45与锁持件44分离的情况发生。
本实施方式中,弹性件45为弹簧,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,弹性件45还可以是诸如薄钢片等具有弹性和刚性的元件,此处不作限制。
另外,请再次参阅图4,上盖41的连接柱411的外周面上设置有至少一个卡合槽412,卡合槽412与锁持件44的卡合部442相配合,且卡合部442能够与卡合槽412卡合。
用户按压按压部441,锁持件44沿活动件43的径向活动,转动活动件43至锁持件44的卡合部442与卡合槽412卡合后,上盖41与活动件43相对固定,继续转动活动件43时,上盖41也一同转动,便可方便将上盖41从内套管12上旋转拧下,进而实现了上盖组件40与储液组件10的分离作用,用户可进行注液操作。当用户解除对按压部441的按压作用,锁持件44在弹性件45的复位作用下沿活动件43的径向向外活动,使得卡合部442与卡合槽412脱离,此时,上盖41与活动件43的相对固定关系被解除,用户转动活动件43时,上盖41无法在活动件43的带动下转动,进而无法将上盖41从内套管12上旋转拧下,也就无法实现上盖组件40与储液组件10的分离作用,用户无法进行注液操作。基于以上,上盖组件40与储液组件10的分离过程相对复杂,由于儿童的思维与动作的单一性较强,进而无法通过单一的旋转动作将上盖组件40拆下,避免 了儿童接触甚至误食烟液的情况发生。
另外,本实施方式中,本体431完全套设在上盖41的外部,进而使上盖41的外环面被本体431完全遮挡,可防止儿童通过拿捏上盖41的外环面转动上盖41进而打开上盖41的情况,进一步增强了儿童防护功能。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,内套管12还可以省略,此时,上盖组件40通过上盖41及外套管11螺纹连接的方式实现与储液组件10的连接关系,底座组件20通过底座21及外套管11的连接方式实现与储液组件10的连接关系,上盖41的连接柱411向下延伸至雾化套管31的上端内即可实现烟雾的流通。此时,当锁持件44与上盖41卡合,进而转动活动件43时,上盖41便能够在活动件43的带动下转动,从而从外套管11上旋下。
本实用新型提供的雾化器100,先按压锁持件44,使得卡合部442与卡合槽412卡合后,才能够通过转动活动件43使得上盖41在活动件43的带动下转动,进而将上盖组件40从储液组件10上拆卸下来,以进行注液操作,如果不按压锁持件44,则在弹性件45的作用下,卡合部442无法与卡合槽412相卡合,转动活动件43无法带动上盖41一起转动,因此无法将上盖组件40拆卸,儿童难以通过单一的旋转或按压操作实现该过程,因此具有一定的儿童防护功能。
本实用新型提供的电子烟,因其具有上述雾化器100全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器100相同的技术效果。
以上述依据本实用新型的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本实用新型的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项实用新型的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括储液组件以及上盖组件,所述上盖组件包括上盖、可转动地套设于所述上盖外部的活动件、可活动地安装在所述活动件上的锁持件以及设于所述活动件与所述锁持件之间的弹性件,所述储液组件上设置有储液腔,所述上盖封闭所述储液腔,所述上盖上设置有卡合槽,所述锁持件包括与所述卡合槽配合的卡合部,按压所述锁持件使所述卡合部与所述卡合槽相卡合,转动所述活动件使得所述上盖在所述活动件的带动下转动以打开所述储液腔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述活动件包括本体以及收容于所述本体内部的限位部,所述本体上设置有通孔,所述限位部上设置有限位槽,所述锁持件相对所述卡合部的一侧凸设有按压部,所述卡合部被设置为可克服所述弹性件的弹力卡入所述限位槽内,所述按压部至少部分收容于所述通孔内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述锁持件上具有所述卡合部的一侧凹陷形成有收容槽,所述弹性件安装在所述收容槽内,所述弹性件的一端弹性抵持所述收容槽的底壁,所述弹性件的另一端弹性抵持所述限位部。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述活动件还包括由所述本体的一端沿所述活动件的径向向内弯折形成的抵持部,所述限位部由所述抵持部的末端向下弯折形成,所述上盖组件还包括安装在所述上盖上的烟嘴连接件,所述烟嘴连接件上设置有与所述抵持部相抵持的抵持缘。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括外套管以及收容于所述外套管内的内套管,所述储液腔由所述外套管的内腔形成,所述上盖与所述内套管螺纹连接,以使得所述上盖封闭所述外套管的一端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖的顶面设置有贯穿 所述上盖顶面的连接柱,所述连接柱与所述内套管螺纹连接,所述卡合槽设置在所述连接柱的外周面上。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括收容于所述内套管内的雾化头组件,所述雾化头组件上设置有雾化腔及与所述雾化腔连通的进液孔,所述内套管上设置有过液孔,所述过液孔与所述储液腔及所述进液孔均连通。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括与所述储液组件连接的底座组件,所述底座组件包括连接在所述内套管下端的底座,所述雾化头组件的上端与所述内套管密封连接,所述雾化头组件的下端与所述底座密封连接。
  9. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括外套管,所述储液腔由所述外套管的内腔形成,所述上盖与所述外套管螺纹连接,以使得所述上盖封闭所述外套管的一端。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
