本实用新型涉及气溶胶发生装置, 特别是涉及一种可避免发生漏液的 雾化器及其气溶胶发生装置。
背景技术
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、 电子雾化器, 其作为电子加热式的气溶胶发生装 置中的一种。 目前市场上现有的电子烟普遍存在漏液问题, 其原因包括多个 方面, 其中主要原因是烟液极易从储液腔经雾化组件漏出。 烟液泄漏后, 一 方面, 使用者在吸烟时可能会吸到, 影响使用者的吸烟体验; 另一方面, 烟 液还可能漏至电池和 /或控制板, 影响电子烟的正常工作。
现有的电子烟大多通过增设防漏结构来达到防漏液的目的, 但是, 结构 都较为复杂且可靠性不佳。 发明内容
基于此, 有必要针对上述问题, 提供一种可避免发生漏液的雾化器及 其气溶胶发生装置。
一种雾化器, 包括上盖组件和雾化装置, 其特征在于, 该雾化器还包 括调节组件, 所述雾化装置设置在所述上盖组件与所述调节组件之间, 所 述调节组件包括调节底座及可转动地套设在该调节底座上的调节环, 所述 调节底座上开设有至少一个与所述雾化装置相通的第一流通部, 所述调节 环上开设有与所述第一流通部对应连通设置的第二流通部, 转动所述调节 环从而改变所述第一流通部与所述第二流通部相通的面积。
在其中一实施例中, 所述调节环的上缘向内弯折形成了一环状的抵持 部, 所述抵持部与所述调节底座的上端部相抵持, 该抵持部开设有所述第 二流通部, 转动所述调节件, 所述第二流通部与所述第一流通部至少部分 对正使所述雾化装置与所述调节组件相通。

具体实施方式 为使本实用新型的上述目的、 特征和优点能够更加明显易懂, 下面结 合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。 在下面的描述中阐述 了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型。但是本实用新型能够以很多 不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施, 本领域技术人员可以在不违背本实用 新型内涵的情况下做类似改进, 因此本实用新型不受下面公开的具体实施 例的限制。
需要说明的是, 当元件被称为 "固定于"另一个元件, 它可以直接在 另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。 当一个元件被认为是 "连接" 另一个元件, 它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元 件。
除非另有定义, 本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新 型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。 本文中在本实用新型的说 明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的, 不是旨在于限制 本实用新型。 本文所使用的术语 "及 /或"包括一个或多个相关的所列项 目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参见图 1-2及 4-5, 本实用新型提供一种雾化器 100, 其包括上盖 组件 20、 雾化装置 30、 导电组件 60及调节组件 70。 雾化装置 30设置在 上盖组件 20与调节组件 70之间。 导电组件 60设置在调节组件 70上, 并 与雾化装置 30电连接。 请结合参见图 6, 上盖组件 20包括上盖 21、 上盖连接座 23及开设在 上盖 21上的进气孔 25。 上盖连接座 23固定连接于上盖 21与雾化装置 30 之间。 该上盖连接座 23还开设有固定孔 27。
雾化装置 30包括容置管 31、 雾化管 33、 容置腔 35、 雾化底座 37、 进气管道 39、 连接环 41、 雾化腔 43、 雾化头 45及外管 47。 雾化管 33设 置在容置管 31内, 雾化管 33—端与雾化头 45紧密配合, 雾化管 33的另 一端设置在上盖组件 20上。 雾化头 45通过连接环 41螺纹安装在雾化底 座 37上, gp, 连接环 41的内侧与雾化头 45螺纹连接, 其外侧与雾化底 座 37螺纹连接。 容置管 31、 雾化管 33、 雾化头 45、 雾化底座 37之间形 成容置腔 35。进气管道 39设置在容置腔 35内, 其一端穿过并固定在固定 孔 27内, 相对的另一端设置在雾化底座 37上。
外管 47套设在容置管 31外。 外管 47—端设置在雾化底座 37上, 外 管 47的另一端设置在上盖组件 20上。 本实施例中, 容置管 31为透明或 半透明材质制成。 外管 47上开设有视窗 (未图示) , 用以便于用户观察 容置腔 35内的烟油的余量。
容置管 31的一端与上盖组件 20抵持,其相对的另一端与雾化底座 37 抵持, 如此将容置管 31设置在雾化底座 37与上盖组件 20之间。 本实施 例中, 容置管 31与上盖组件 20之间, 以及容置管 31与雾化底座 37之间 均设置有第二密封圈 38, 第二密封圈 38用于提高容置腔的密封性, 避免 烟液外漏。
雾化底座 37包括一肩部 371、分别与肩部 371相对两端连接的第一连 接部 373及第二连接部 375。第一连接部 373与调节组件 70连接, 第二连 接部 375与连接环 41连接, 本实施例中, 上述部件两两之间是螺纹连接。
进一歩地, 容置管 31靠近雾化底座 37的一端与肩部 371抵持。 容置 管 31、 第二连接部 375、 雾化头 45、 雾化管 33之间形成容置腔 35。 雾化 头 45上开设有进液孔 451, 容置腔 35内的烟油可经进液孔 451进入雾化 头 45内。
请进一歩参见图 7-8所示, 雾化底座 37上开设有两根连接管 377, 每 一根连接管 377分别与其中一进气管道 39嵌套并连通。 肩部 371上开设 有二个通孔 379, 每一个通孔 379与连接管 377相通。雾化头 45上开设有 与通孔 379 相通的通气孔 453。 在使用者的抽吸作用下, 入进气管道 39 的空气可经连接管 377、 通孔 379及通气孔 453进入雾化头 45, 空气将带 走经雾化头 45雾化形成的烟雾。
导电组件 60用以将雾化器 100与电源电连接。 调节组件 70上开设有 一连接孔 51, 导电组件 60穿过连接孔 51分别与雾化头 45、 电源 (未图 示) 电接触。 具体地, 导电组件 60包括正极接触件 61及绝缘件 63。 绝缘 件 63套设在正极接触件 61上。 正极接触件 61的一端与雾化头 45电性连 接, 正极接触件 61的另一端穿过连接孔 51与电源电接触, 用以向雾化装 置 30提供电能。
请参见图 9- 12所示, 调节组件 70用以调节雾化器 100的进气量。 调 节组件 70包括调节底座 71及可转动地套设在该调节底座 71上的调节环 73。该调节底座 71上开设有至少一第一流通部 71 1、及设置在其中一第一 流通部 711开口附近的止挡凸台 712。调节环 73的上缘向内弯折形成了一 环状的抵持部 731, 该抵持部 731开设有与第一流通部 711相对设置的第 二流通部 733。 抵持部 731与调节底座 71的上端部相抵持。 本实施例中, 第一流通部 71 1的数量为 2, 调节环 73上也开设有 2个与第一流通部 71 1 相对设置的第二流通部 733。 止挡凸台 712凸设在第二流通部 733内, 使 调节环 73在第二流通部 733弧度的范围内发生转动。 本实施例中, 第二 流通部 733的弧度大于第一流通部 71 1的弧度。
转动调节环 73可使第二流通部 733与第一流通部 711错开或对正或 部分连通, 以改变雾化装置 30与调节组件 70相通的面积, 从而可以调节 自所述第一流通部 711、第二流通部 733进入到所述雾化装置 30的空气量。 结合参见图 1 1所示, 当第二流通部 733与第一流通部 71 1完全错开时, 抵持部 731同时与第一流通部 71 1的开口部、 连接环 41的外壁相抵持, 使气流通道被封闭, 经进气孔 25、 进气管道 39进入雾化器 100的气体无 法经通气孔 453进入雾化头 45内。 结合参见图 3和图 12所示, 当第二流 通部 733与第一流通部 711对正或部分连通, 经进气孔 25、 进气管道 39 进入雾化器 100的气体可经第二流通部 733与第一流通部 71 1之间形成的 空间, 经通气孔 453进入雾化头 45内, 之后携带经雾化头 45雾化后的气 溶胶经雾化腔 43、经烟嘴 10排出, 以供使用者吸入。通过转动调节环 73, 可调节第二流通部 733与第一流通部 71 1之间连通的空间的大小, 如此可 调节进入雾化头 45中的进气量。 请参见图 13- 14所示, 进一歩地, 雾化 器 100还包括一收集装置 80, 该收集装置 80设置在调节组件 70中, 用于 收集从雾化头 45及容置腔 35泄漏的烟油或冷凝后的烟雾等液体。 该收集 装置 80开设有一配合孔 81, 导电组件 60可依次穿过配合孔 81、 连接孔 51与电源电接触。配合孔 81与导电组件 60之间形成有间隙, 用于烟油或 冷凝后的烟雾等液体流进收集装置 80及调节组件 70之间形成的空间。 如 此, 收集装置 80结构简单, 可避免雾化器 100发生漏液。
收集装置 80包括止流部 83、 管体 85及收集槽 87。 止流部 83是管体 85的上端向管体 85的内部延伸形成的类碗状体或类漏斗体, gp, 该止流 部 83大致呈一碗状或漏斗状。 配合孔 81开设在止流部 83的中心。 止流 部 83与管体 85固定连接形成收集槽 87, 止流部 83、 管体 85的内壁构成 该收集槽 87的槽壁。 当雾化器 100倒置时, 液体将流动至该收集槽 87的 底部, 如此可避免液体再次回流至雾化头 45或容置腔 35。
使用过程中, 使用者仅需将调节组件 70及雾化头 45从雾化装置 30 上拆卸下来, 即可对雾化器 100进行添加或更换烟油。 也就是说, 雾化器 100采用的注液方式是下注液或底部注液。
本实用新型中, 管体 85与止流部 83之间形成的夹角介于 0到 90度 之间。
雾化器 100具有如下优点:
所述雾化器 100同时采用上进气、 下调气, 即气流从雾化器 100顶部 或者侧部通过所述第一流通部 711导入到所述雾化装置 30的底部, 再通 过底部的调节环 73调节气流大小, 这样的设计, 使得雾化装置 30的底部 不会形成因吸气产生低压, 进而有效避免因雾化装置 30 的底部进气时使 雾化装置 30产生低压, 可能出现的漏液现象。
本发明还提供了一种具有前述任一项雾化器 100的气溶胶发生装置, 该气溶胶发生装置还包括烟嘴 10。 烟嘴 10 可拆卸地安装在上盖组件 20 上。 烟嘴 10上开设有容置槽 (未标示) , 第一密封圈 11容置在该容置槽 内, 使烟嘴 10与上盖组件 20可拆卸地紧配合。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式, 其描述较为具 体和详细, 但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。 应当指 出的是, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型构思的前 提下, 还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
因此, 本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种雾化器, 包括上盖组件和雾化装置, 其特征在于, 该雾化器还 包括调节组件, 所述雾化装置设置在所述上盖组件与所述调节组件之间, 所述调节组件包括调节底座及可转动地套设在该调节底座上的调节环, 所 述调节底座上开设有至少一个与所述雾化装置相通的第一流通部, 所述调 节环上开设有与所述第一流通部对应设置的第二流通部, 转动所述调节环 从而改变所述第一流通部与所述第二流通部相通的面积。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述调节环的上缘 向内弯折形成了一环状的抵持部, 所述抵持部与所述调节底座的上端部相 抵持, 该抵持部开设有所述第二流通部, 转动所述调节件, 所述第二流通 部与所述第一流通部至少部分对正使所述雾化装置与所述调节组件相通。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器还 包括一设置在调节组件中的收集装置, 所述收集装置包括止流部、 管体及 收集槽, 该管体的一端向管体内部延伸形成所述止流部, 所述止流部与管 体固定连接形成所述收集槽。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述管体与止流部 之间形成的夹角介于 0到 90度之间。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述止流部呈碗状 或漏斗状。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化装置还包 括容置管、 雾化管、 容置腔、 雾化底座、 进气管道、 雾化腔及雾化头, 所 述雾化管设置在所述容置管内, 所述雾化底座设置在所述容置管的一端, 所述容置管、 雾化管、 雾化底座之间形成所述容置腔, 所述进气管道设置 在所述容置腔内, 所述雾化管的一端与所述雾化头紧密配合, 所述雾化管 的另一端设置在所述上盖组件上。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述上盖组件包括 上盖、 上盖连接座及开设在所述上盖连接座上的进气孔, 所述上盖连接座 固定连接于所述上盖与所述雾化装置之间。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述上盖连接座设 有固定孔, 所述进气管道的一端穿设并固定在所述固定孔内, 所述进气管 道的另一端设置在所述雾化底座上。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化底座包括 一肩部、 分别与肩部相对两端连接的第一连接部及第二连接部, 所述第一 连接部与所述调节组件连接, 所述第二连接部与一连接环连接, 所述雾化 头通过所述连接环螺纹安装在所述雾化底座上。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化底座上开 设有连接管, 所述连接管与所述进气管道嵌套并连通, 所述肩部上开设有 通孔, 所述通孔与所述连接管相通, 所述雾化头上开设有与通孔相通的通 气孔。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述调节底座在所 述第一流通部开口附近设置有止挡凸台, 所述止挡凸台凸设在第二流通部 内, 使所述调节环在第二流通部弧度的范围内发生转动。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述第二流通部 的弧度大于第一流通部的弧度。
13. 一种气溶胶发生装置, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 1-12 中任 一项所述的雾化器。
