储液组件、雾化器及其气溶胶发生装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种储液组件、雾化器及其气溶胶发生装置。
背景技术
气溶胶发生装置包括雾化器以及与雾化器电性连接的电源装置,雾化器内设置有储液腔以及雾化头,雾化头在电源装置的电驱动下加热储液腔供给的气溶胶形成基质,形成烟雾,以供用户抽吸。当储液腔内的气溶胶形成基质用尽或者接近用尽时,需要向储液腔内注入气溶胶形成基质,目前,市面上的气溶胶发生装置的注液结构复杂,安装麻烦,操作繁琐,用户体验感不好。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种注液结构简单、安装方便的储液组件、雾化器及其气溶胶发生装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种储液组件,包括储液腔、壳体以及活动件;
所述壳体包括可拆卸连接的固定套与限位件,所述固定套与所述限位件共同围合形成封闭的注液腔;
所述壳体上开设进液孔,所述进液孔连通所述注液腔与所述储液腔;
所述壳体上开设注液孔,所述注液孔连通所述注液腔与外界;
所述壳体上开设导向孔,所述导向孔与所述注液腔连通;
所述活动件的一端设置在所述导向孔中,所述导向孔限定所述活动件沿所 述导向孔的的轴向滑动,所述活动件的另一端设置在所述注液腔中,所述活动件的另一端可与所述壳体抵接以将所述注液孔密封。
进一步地,所述储液组件还包括密封件,所述密封件套设在所述活动件的另一端,所述密封件可与所述壳体抵接以将所述注液孔密封。
进一步地,所述储液组件还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置在注液腔中,所述弹性件分别与所述壳体和所述活动件相抵靠,所述弹性件提供让所述活动件向靠近所述注液孔的方向滑动的弹性作用力。
进一步地,所述弹性件套设在所述活动件外,所述活动件外设有供所述复位件抵靠的限位环,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述限位环和所述壳体相抵靠。
进一步地,在所述活动件的径向上所述活动件与所述壳体之间留有间隙。

一种气溶胶发生装置,所述气溶胶发生装置包括上述两项任一项所述的雾化器,所述气溶胶发生装置还包括与所述雾化器电性连接的电源装置,所述电源装置给所述雾化头供电。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的储液组件、雾化器或气溶胶 发生装置,固定套与限位件之间形成注液腔,注液腔的腔壁上设置有导向孔,活动件的一端可滑动地设置在所述导向孔中,所述导向孔限定所述活动件沿所述导向孔的的轴向滑动,所述活动件的另一端设置在所述注液腔中,所述活动件的另一端可与所述注液腔的腔壁抵接以将所述注液孔密封,储液组件上的注液结构简单,安装方便。

现在结合附图对本实用新型作详细的说明。附图为简化的示意图,仅以示 意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种气溶胶发生装置,该气溶胶发生装置包括雾化器100以及与雾化器100电性连接的电源装置,其中,雾化器100包括储液组件10和收容于储液组件10内的雾化头20,储液组件10用于储存气溶胶形成基质,当储液组件10内的气溶胶形成基质使用完需要添加时,用户采用注液设备向储液组件10内添加气溶胶形成基质。气溶胶发生装置使用时,储液组件10内的气溶胶形成基质进入雾化头20内,所述电源装置给雾化头20供电,雾化头20雾化气溶胶形成基质产生烟雾供用户抽吸。
储液组件10包括储液腔111、壳体110以及活动件13,壳体110包括可拆卸连接的固定套121与限位件15,固定套121与限位件15共同围合形成封闭的注液腔1211,壳体110上开设进液孔1213,进液孔1213连通注液腔1211与储液腔111;壳体110上开设注液孔1212,注液孔1212连通注液腔1211与外界;壳体110上开设导向孔1214,导向孔1214与注液腔1211连通;活动件13的一端设置在导向孔1214中,导向孔1214限定活动件13沿导向孔1214的的轴向滑动,活动件13的另一端设置在注液腔1211中,活动件13的另一端可与壳体110抵接以将注液孔1212密封。
本实施方式中,储液组件10还包括储液件11、设置在储液件11一端的端盖12、弹性件14以及设置在端盖12上的两个电极连接件16。
储液件11大致呈一端开口的中空筒状结构,储液腔111由储液件11的内腔形成,储液件11远离开口的另一端开设有出烟口112,储液件11内设置有通气管113,通气管113为两端贯通的中空管状结构,通气管113的一端连接在储液件11的内壁上,通气管113的另一端与雾化头20连接,通气管113的内腔与出烟口112连通。
在其中一个实施方式中,端盖12设置在储液件11的开口端以密封储液腔111,固定套121由端盖12部分凹陷形成,注液腔1211由固定套121的内腔形成,进液孔1213开设在固定套121的内壁上,固定套121的顶壁上设置有安装孔(图为示出),活动件13穿过所述安装孔后可滑动地设置在固定套121内,限位件15设置在固定套121的所述安装孔处,注液孔1212设置在限位件15上,具体地,限位件15大致呈圆环状,限位件15的外壁与注液孔1212的孔壁相抵靠。本实施方式中,注液孔1212设置在固定套121的顶壁上,进液孔1213设置在固定套121的侧壁上。
可以理解地,活动件13的另一端可与壳体110抵接以将注液孔1212密封,注液孔1212的内径尺寸小于活动件13的另一端的外形尺寸,无法直接将活动件13由注液孔1212装入注液腔1211,为了便于将活动件13装入注液腔1211,因此将壳体110分为可拆卸连接的固定套121与限位件15,根据实际结构,壳体110可以通过多种方式划分固定套121和限位件15,只需要满足固定套121与限位件15处于拆卸分离状态时能够装入活动件13,并在固定套121与限位件15连接组成壳体110后活动件13位于注液腔1211内即可。。
可以理解地,注液腔1211的设置包括以下三种情形:第一种,固定套121上单独形成一端开口的空腔,限位件15盖设在所述空腔的开口端,固定套121与限位件15共同围合的封闭空腔形成注液腔1211;第二种,限位件15上单独形成一端开口的空腔,固定套121盖设在所述空腔的开口端,固定套121与限位件15共同围合的封闭空腔形成注液腔1211;第三种,固定套121与限位件15上均形成一端开口的空腔,两者的所述开口端连接,固定套121上的所述空腔与限位件15上的所述空腔一起组成注液腔1211。同样可以理解地,进液孔1213、注液孔1212以及导向孔1214的设置包括以下三种情形:第一种,进液 孔1213、注液孔1212以及导向孔1214中的一个开设在固定套121上;第二种,进液孔1213、注液孔1212以及导向孔1214中的一个开设在限位件15上;第三种,进液孔1213、注液孔1212以及导向孔1214中的一个开设在固定套121与限位件15之间。
在其中一个实施方式中,活动件13大致呈杆状,活动件13的一端凸设形成有限位环131,导向孔1214设置在固定套121的底壁上,活动件13上相对一端设置限位环131的另一端设置在导向孔1214内,导向孔1214将活动件13限定为沿导向孔1214的轴向滑动,可以理解地,导向孔1214的设置有利于提高活动件13滑动的稳定性,防止活动件13滑动时在其径向发发生角度偏转,从而防止活动件13对注液孔1212密封不严;弹性件14设置在注液腔1211内,弹性件14分别于注液腔1211的腔壁和活动件13相抵靠,弹性件14提供让活动件13向靠近注液孔1212的方向滑动的弹性作用力,本实施方式中,弹性件14套设在活动件13外部,弹性件14的弹性作用力方向与固定套121的轴向一致,弹性件14的一端与限位环131弹性抵靠,弹性件14的另一端与固定套121的底壁相抵靠。本实施方式中,弹性件14为弹簧,导向孔1214为通孔,导向孔1214的轴向与注液孔1212的轴向平行,可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,导向孔1214还可以是盲孔。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,可以将弹性件14替换成设置在活动件13与壳体110之间的活动卡扣结构,只需要实现在活动件13对注液孔1212密封或解除密封状态时活动件13与壳体110之间的定位即可。
当储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质用尽或者接近用尽时,采用注液装置抵靠活动件13,使活动件13在导向孔1214内向远离注液孔1212的方向滑动并压缩弹性件14,限位环131远离限位件15从而打开注液孔1212,如图2所示, 此时,用户可采用注液装置将气溶胶形成基质通过注液孔1212注入注液腔1211内,注液腔1211内的气溶胶形成基质进而通过进液孔1213流通至储液腔111内,储液腔111内的空气依次通过进液孔1213、注液腔1211以及注液孔1212流通至外界大气中;注液操作完成后,撤除对活动件13的外力抵靠,在弹性件14的弹性恢复作用力下,活动件13在导向孔1214内向靠近注液孔1212的方向滑动,直至限位环131与壳体110相抵靠从而密封注液孔1212,即直至限位环131与限位件15相抵靠从而密封注液孔1212,限位环131对活动件13在固定套121内的滑动起到限位作用,防止活动件13滑动至固定套121外部,此时,储液腔111被封闭,如图1所示,储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质无法泄漏,用户无法进行注液操作。
在其中一个实施方式中,在活动件13的径向上活动件13与壳体110之间留有间隙(图未示出),活动件13上套设有与限位件15对应的密封件132,密封件132套设在限位环131的外部,当活动件13在导向孔1214内向远离注液孔1212的方向滑动时,密封件132远离限位件15从而打开注液孔1212,或者,当活动件13在导向孔1214内向靠近注液孔1212的方向滑动时,密封件132能够与限位件15相抵靠进而密封注液孔1212。本实施方式中,限位件15和密封件132均由橡胶或硅胶等密封性材料制成,以增强活动件13与端盖12之间的密封性。可以理解地,其他未示出的实施方式中,可以省略密封件132,只需要限位件15由橡胶或硅胶等密封性材料制成即可,或者,密封件132与活动件13一体成型,活动件13整体由橡胶或硅胶等密封性材料制成。
本实施方式中,固定套121由端盖12部分凹陷形成,避免单独设置固定套,且固定套与储液组件10之间安装结构不牢固,导致固定套121容易松动的问题出现;本实施方式中的储液组件10安装简单,节省成本;同时由于弹性件14 的弹性抵靠作用,活动件13在非注液状态下紧紧抵靠限位件15,具有儿童防护作用,防止儿童轻易打开注液孔1212。可以理解地,在未示出的其他实施方式中,可以省略端盖12,固定套121直接设置在储液件11的开口端以密封储液腔111。可以理解地,在未示出的其他实施方式中,端盖12与固定套121为独立的两个零件,端盖12上开设连通孔(图未示出),所述连通孔连通所述储液腔111与外界空气,固定套121安装在所述连通孔中。
在其中一个实施方式中,如图1和图3所示,端盖12上还凸设有导气柱122,端盖12上还开设有与外界空气连通的进气孔123,导气柱122设置在端盖12靠近储液腔111一端的壁面上,进气孔123贯通端盖12且位于导气柱122的周侧。端盖12的周侧设置有抵靠缘125,端盖12设置在储液件11的开口端时,抵靠缘125与储液件11的端面相抵靠。端盖12靠近储液腔111一侧的壁面上凸设有安装环124。
在其中一个实施方式中,储液组件10还包括连接件17,连接件17上开设有容纳孔171,连接件17的其中一端面上凹陷形成有与安装环124对应的环槽172,连接件17上相对一端面设置环槽172的另一端面上凹陷形成有与容纳孔171连通的凹槽173。连接件17收容在储液件11内,连接件17的外壁与储液件11的内壁相抵靠,连接件17的一端与端盖12连接,安装环124卡设在环槽172内,增强连接件17与储液件11之间的连接稳定性,同时增强端盖12与储液件11之间的密封性,连接件17的另一端与雾化头20连接,端盖12上的导气柱122收容在容纳孔171内,容纳孔171的内壁与导气柱122的外壁共同围合形成与进气孔123连通的进气通道126。可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,连接件17可以省略,端盖12直接与雾化头20连接,进气通道126由雾化头20与导气柱122的外壁共同围合形成;只需满足导气柱122的周侧形成与 进气孔123连通的进气通道126,外界空气经过进气孔123进入雾化器100内后,在导向柱122的导向下沿着进气通道126流通。
本实施方式中,两个电极连接件16设置在导气柱122的相对两侧,其中一个电极连接件16与所述电源装置的正极或负极中的一个电极电性连接,另一个电极连接件16与所述电源装置的正极或负极中的另一个电极电性连接,使得两个电极连接件16与所述电源装置电性连接。
储液组件10组装时遵循以下步骤:先将密封件132套设在活动件13的一端,然后把弹性件14套设在活动件13外部,使弹性件14的一端与限位环131相抵靠,然后把活动件13相对密封件132的一端可滑动地插设在导向孔1214内,再把限位件15安装在注液孔1212的孔壁内,使活动件13收容在注液腔1211内,再把电极连接件16安装在端盖12上,最后再把端盖12安装在储液件11上即可。
如图1和图3所示,雾化头20包括雾化底座21、设置在雾化底座21上的雾化管22、收容在雾化底座21上的加热结构23。
雾化底座21大致呈两端贯通的中空筒状结构,雾化底座21的一端凸设有安装凸起211,安装凸起211插设在凹槽173内,使得雾化底座21的一端与连接件17连接,雾化底座21的另一端与通气管113连接,雾化底座21的内腔与进气通道126以及通气管113的内腔均连通;雾化底座21的侧壁上开设有导液孔212,导液孔212与雾化底座21的内腔连通。雾化头20还包括密封圈25,密封圈25夹设在雾化底座21和通气管113之间,以增强雾化头20与储液组件10之间密封性,防止储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质从雾化底座21和通气管113的连接处泄露。
雾化管22套设在雾化底座21外部,雾化管22大致呈两端贯通的中空筒状 结构,雾化管22的侧壁上开设有加液孔221,加液孔221与储液腔111以及导液孔212均连通。
加热结构23包括相互接触的吸液件231和加热件232,吸液件231具有吸收气溶胶形成基质的功能,吸液件231可以是棉花、多孔陶瓷、纤维绳、泡沫金属、泡沫石墨中的一种、两种或两种以上的组合,加热件232为片状结构,加热件232为可通电产热的发热体,本实施方式中,吸液件231为中空筒状的网格棉,加热件232为金属发热片,吸液件231贴合雾化底座21的内腔壁设置,加热件贴合吸液件231的内腔壁设置,加热件232上设置有两个引脚2321,一个引脚2321与一个电极连接件16对应,每个引脚2321与对应的电极连接件16电性连接,使得加热件232与所述电源装置电性连接。
用户使用气溶胶发生装置时,储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质通过加液孔221缓慢流入雾化管22与雾化底座21之间,然后经过导液孔212流通至雾化底座21内腔中的吸液件231上,加热件232在所述电源装置的电驱动下加热吸液件231上的气溶胶形成基质形成烟雾,加液孔221和导液孔212的设置防止储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质一下子涌入雾化底座21的内腔中的吸液件231上,导致加热结构23来不及雾化。由于加热件232为片状结构,加热件232加热吸液件231上的气溶胶形成基质时,加热件232壁面上形成的烟雾最多,加热件232的壁面形成烟雾聚集区域24,烟雾聚集区域24与通气管113的内腔连通,且烟雾聚集区域24位于进气通道126的径直流通路径上;可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,加热件232可省略,吸液件231由既可导液又可导电的材料制成,譬如多孔导电陶瓷材料,此时,烟雾聚集区域24由吸液件231的壁面形成,即加热结构23的壁面形成烟雾聚集区域24。
由于进气孔123与导气柱122周侧的进气通道126连通,烟雾聚集区域24 位于进气通道126的径直流通路径上,外界空气通过进气孔123进入进气通道126内后径直流通至烟雾聚集区域24并与烟雾聚集区域24的烟雾混合,然后在用户的吸食作用下径直向上流通至通气管113的内腔中,并通过出烟口112被用户吸食。本实施方式中,进气通道126的径直流通路径指的是进气通道126内的空气流通至出烟口112处的最短路径。
可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,雾化底座21可省略,只需雾化管22的一端与连接件17连接,雾化管22的另一端与通气管113连接即可,同样实现雾化头20与储液组件10之间的连接。
如图3所示,由于气溶胶发生装置体型小巧,用户使用气溶胶发生装置时,通过进气孔123进入雾化器100内的外界空气会快速被用户吸食进入口中,而导气柱122的设置,使得外界空气通过进气孔123进入进气通道126后在导气柱122的导向作用下径直流通经过烟雾聚集区域24,并携带烟雾聚集区域24处的烟雾通过出烟口112被用户吸食;导气柱122的导向作用以及进气通道126与烟雾聚集区域24的配合作用,避免了通过进气孔123进入雾化器100的外界空气径直流通至雾化器100内的非烟雾聚集区域,然后在用户的吸食作用下来不及与烟雾聚集区域24的烟雾混合即被用户吸入口中,导致用户吸食进入口中的烟雾混合不均匀,口感太淡,体验感不好。
本实用新型提供的储液组件10,注液腔1211的腔壁上设置有导向孔1214,活动件13的一端可滑动地设置在所述导向孔1214中,导向孔1214限定所述活动件13沿所述导向孔1214的的轴向滑动,活动件13的另一端设置在所述注液腔1211中,所述活动件13的另一端可与所述注液腔111的腔壁抵接以将所述注液孔1212密封,储液组件10上的注液结构简单,安装方便。
本实用新型提供的雾化器100或气溶胶发生装置,因其具有上述储液组件 10全部的技术特征,故具有与上述储液组件10相同的技术效果。

    所述壳体上开设注液孔,所述注液孔连通所述注液腔与外界;
    所述壳体上开设导向孔,所述导向孔与所述注液腔连通;
    所述活动件的一端设置在所述导向孔中,所述导向孔限定所述活动件沿所述导向孔的的轴向滑动,所述活动件的另一端设置在所述注液腔中,所述活动件的另一端可与所述壳体抵接以将所述注液孔密封。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的储液组件,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括密封件,所述密封件套设在所述活动件的另一端,所述密封件可与所述壳体抵接以将所述注液孔密封。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的储液组件,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置在注液腔中,所述弹性件分别与所述壳体和所述活动件相抵靠,所述弹性件提供让所述活动件向靠近所述注液孔的方向滑动的弹性作用力。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的储液组件,其特征在于:所述弹性件套设在所述活动件外,所述活动件外设有供所述复位件抵靠的限位环,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述限位环和所述壳体相抵靠。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的储液组件,其特征在于:在所述活动件的径向上所述活动件与所述壳体之间留有间隙。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的储液组件,其特征在于:所述导向孔的轴向与所述 注液孔的轴向平行。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的储液组件,其特征在于:所述注液腔、所述导向孔以及所述进液孔均开设在所述固定套上,所述注液孔开设在所述限位件上,所述活动件的另一端可与所述限位件抵接以将所述注液孔密封。
  8. 如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的储液组件,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括储液件,所述储液件上形成一端开口的所述储液腔,所述固定套设置在所述储液件的开口端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的储液组件,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括端盖,所述端盖设置在所述储液件的开口端以封闭所述储液腔,所述端盖上部分凹陷形成所述固定套。
  10. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括权利要求1-9任意一项所述的储液组件,所述雾化器还包括雾化头,所述雾化头至少部分收容于所述储液腔中,所述雾化头用于加热所述储液腔中的气溶胶形成基质。
  11. 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于:所述气溶胶发生装置包括权利要求10所述的雾化器,所述气溶胶发生装置还包括与所述雾化器电性连接的电源装置,所述电源装置给所述雾化头供电。
