本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的雾化器或气溶胶发生装置,通过在上盖上可滑动地设置滑盖和锁持件,锁持件的一端与滑盖相抵持以防止滑盖相对上盖滑动,同时设置可相对滑盖滑动的烟嘴,烟嘴与锁持件相抵持,滑动烟嘴能够带动锁持件活动从而解除对滑盖的抵持,进而滑盖能够相对上盖滑动以打开或封闭注液孔,防止儿童轻易打开雾化器接触气溶胶形成基质,提高雾化器的安全性。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本实用新型作详细的说明。附图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
如图1和图6所示,本实用新型提供了一种气溶胶发生装置,该气溶胶发生装置包括雾化器100以及与雾化器100电性连接的电源装置,其中,雾化器100包括储液件10、设置在储液件10一端的上盖组件20、相对上盖组件20设置在储液件10另一端的底座组件30以及收容于储液件10内的雾化头40。使用时,储液件10内的气溶胶形成基质进入雾化头40内,所述电源装置给雾化头40供电,雾化头40雾化气溶胶形成基质产生烟雾供用户抽吸。
储液件10大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,储液件10内设置有通气管11,通气管11大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,通气管11的一端与上 盖组件20连接,通气管11的另一端与底座组件30连接,储液件10的内壁和通气管11的外壁之间共同围合形成储存气溶胶形成基质的储液腔12。
如图2和图3所示,上盖组件20包括上盖21、设置在上盖21上的压接件23和可滑动地设置在上盖21上的滑盖22和锁持件24、设置在滑盖22上的推盖25、可滑动地设置在推盖25上的烟嘴26、第一弹性件27以及第二弹性件28。
上盖21大致呈圆柱状,上盖21上的相对两侧分别设置有滑行块212,滑行块212大致呈L型,两个滑行块212之间形成滑槽213,滑盖22可滑动地设置在滑槽213内;上盖21上沿其轴向设置有通气孔211,本实施方式中,通气孔211设置在上盖21的大致中心处,通气孔211位于两个滑行块212之间,上盖21上位于通孔211的一侧设置有注液孔214,上盖21上还设置有盲孔215,注液孔214和盲孔215设置在通孔211的相对两侧,上盖21位于注液孔214的周围设置有密封槽219,上盖组件20还包括第一密封件201和弹性抵持件216,弹性抵持件216包括弹簧2161和设置在弹簧2161一端的滚珠2162,第一密封件201收容在密封槽219内且密封包围在注液孔214的外周;弹性抵持件216收容在盲孔215内。
上盖21上远离滑行块212的端面上由内及外依次凸设有连接环217和抵持环218,连接环217的内腔与通气孔211相连通,上盖21盖设在储液件10上时,抵持环218插设在储液件10内,连接环217与通气管11的一端连接,使得通气孔211与通气管11的内腔连通,同时注液孔214与储液腔12连通,通过注液孔214可向储液腔12内注入气溶胶形成基质。本实施方式中,连接环217和通气管11之间为螺纹连接,连接环217的内壁上设置有内螺纹,通气管11的外壁上设置有外螺纹,可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,连接环217和通气管11之间还可以是卡接或插接等可拆卸地连接方式。通气孔211的内壁 上凸设有抵持缘2111。
滑盖22包括基板221和设置在基板221上的安装环222和限位环223,基板221大致呈腰圆形,基板221上设置有通孔2211,限位环223和安装环222由内及外依次凸设在基板221上。基板221位于安装环222相对两侧的部分可滑动地设置在滑槽213内,基板221沿滑槽213的滑动过程中可打开或封闭注液孔214,收容在盲孔215内的弹簧2161的一端弹性抵持在盲孔215的孔底壁上,弹簧2161另一端连接的滚珠2162弹性抵持基板221的端面,增强滑盖22相对上盖21滑动时的阻尼感,避免滑动盖22过于容易推开,儿童碰巧按能够推动滑动盖22时,轻易打开滑动盖22使得气溶胶形成基质泄露。
压接件23大致呈两端具有开口的圆筒状,压接件23的一端设置有凸缘231,压接件23插设在通气孔211内,压接件23上远离凸缘231的一端抵持在抵持缘2111上,压接件23上设置凸缘231的一端与滑盖22相抵持,压接件23与抵持缘2111之间共同围合形成活动槽232,活动槽232沿上盖21的轴向设置。
锁持件24包括锁持部241和设置在锁持部241上的滑动部242,锁持部241大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状,滑动部242为凸设在锁持部241外壁上的凸环,锁持部241可滑动地插设在通气孔211内,滑动部242可滑动地收容在活动槽232内,锁持部241的一端穿过压接件23后凸设在上盖21外部且与通孔2211的孔壁相抵持,从而对滑盖22相对上盖21的滑动过程进行锁持,锁持部241的另一端与抵持缘2111相抵持。
第一弹性件27套设在滑动部242的外部,第一弹性件27的上端弹性抵持锁持部241,第一弹性件27的下端弹性抵持抵持缘2111。
推盖25大致呈一端开口的中空筒状结构,推盖25上设置有固定环251,固定环251大致呈两端贯通的中空筒状,固定环251的上端贯通推盖25的顶部, 固定环251的空腔内沿径向延伸形成有定位环252。推盖25套设在滑盖22上,推盖25的下端与上盖21相抵持,固定环251插设在安装环222内,定位环252、固定环251以及滑盖22之间共同围合形成凹槽253。
烟嘴26大致呈两端贯通的中空筒状,烟嘴26一端设置有推动环261,推动环261与烟嘴26之间的台阶面形成抵持面262,烟嘴26设置有推动环261的一端可滑动地插设在推盖25内,推动环261与锁持部241的一端相抵持。
在其中一个实施方式中,推盖25和烟嘴26之间夹设有滑动件29,滑动件29上凸设有滑动块291,滑动件29套设在烟嘴26上,滑动块291可滑动地设置在凹槽253内,第二弹性件28套设在滑动件29外部,第二弹性件28的一端弹性抵持在滑盖22上,第二弹性件28的另一端弹性抵持在滑动块291上。
在其中一个实施方式中,为了增强滑动件29与烟嘴26之间的密封性,滑动件29与烟嘴26之间还夹设有第二密封件263,可以理解地,第二密封件263由橡胶或硅胶等密封性材料制成。
如图1、图2以及图6所示,底座组件30包括连接在储液件10上的底座31、设置在底座31上的连接件32、可转动地设置在连接件32上的调节件33以及安装在连接件32上的第一电极34。
底座31大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状,底座31的一端凸设有安装环311,底座31套设在通气管11远离上盖组件20的一端。连接件32大致呈一端具有开口的中空筒状,连接件32上设置有进气孔,连接件32套设在安装环311上,调节件33上对应所述进气孔设置有与外界连通的调气孔331,转动调节件33,可以控制调气孔331与所述进气孔的连通面积,从而方便用户调节进气量的大小,以满足不同用户的使用需求。连接件32上远离开口端的一端沿其轴向向下延伸形成中空的连接管321,第一电极34收容在连接管321内,且第一电极34 和连接管321之间设置有隔离件35,通过隔离件35将第一电极24和连接管321电性隔离,连接管321与所述电源装置可拆卸地连接,并在二者连接时,第一电极34与所述电源装置的正、负极中的一个电极电性连接,连接管321与所述电源装置的正、负极中的另一个电极电性连接。
雾化头40包括外套管41、收容于外套管41内的内套管42、安装在内套管42上的第二电极43以及收容于内套管42内的加热结构。
外套管41和内套管42均呈两端具有开口的中空筒状,外套管41上设置有进液部411,外套管41的一端连接在通气管11上,外套管41的另一端插设在底座31内,内套管42上设置有导液部421,内套管42的一端连接在通气管11上,内套管42的另一端与外套管41连接,内套管42和外套管41之间设置有间隙,内套管42内部的空间形成雾化腔422。储液腔12内的气溶胶形成基质依次通过进液部411和导液部421流通至雾化腔422内,可以理解地,进液部411和导液部421包括但不限于孔或槽,只需满足储液腔12内的气溶胶形成基质经由进液部411和导液部421进入至雾化腔422内即可,内套管42和外套管41之间的间隙用以储存从储液腔12进入至外套管41内的气溶胶形成基质,防止从储液腔12内进入至雾化腔422内的气溶胶形成基质量太大。
第二电极43为中空结构,第二电极43的上端贯通以与雾化腔422连通,第二电极43的下端侧壁贯通以与底座31的内腔连通,使得外界空气进入至雾化腔422内与烟雾混合,第二电极43安装在内套管42远离通气管11的一端,第二电极43与内套管42之间设置有绝缘件36,通过绝缘件36将第二电极43和内套管42电性隔离,第二电极43与第一电极34接触并电性连接。
加热结构包括相互接触的导液件441和加热件,导液件441用于吸取经由进液部411和导液部421从储液腔12流至雾化腔422内的气溶胶形成基质,所 述加热件用于加热导液件441上的气溶胶形成基质,所述加热件的一端通过第二电极43、第一电极34与所述电源装置的正、负极中的一个电极电性连接,所述加热件的另一端通过内套管42、底座31以及连接件32与所述电源装置的正、负极中的另一个电极电性连接,进而使所述加热件在所述电源装置的电驱动作用下加热导液件441上的气溶胶形成基质产生烟雾,外界空气通过调气孔331和所述进气孔进入雾化腔422内与烟雾混合,混合气体依次通过通气管11的内腔、锁持件24的内腔以及烟嘴26的内腔进入用户口中以供用户吸食。本实施方式中,导液件441为棉花,所述加热件为加热网,可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,导液件441还可以是多孔陶瓷、纤维绳、泡沫金属或泡沫石墨,所述加热件还可以是加热丝或加热孔板。
如图4至图6所示,当储液腔12内的气溶胶形成基质余量不足需要注液时,沿烟嘴26的轴向用力向下按压烟嘴26,滑动块291克服第二弹性件28的弹力沿凹槽253向下滑动,第二弹性件28被压缩,推动环261向下滑动并推动锁持件24的锁持部241向下滑动,进而使得滑动部242在活动槽232内滑动,第一弹性件27被压缩;至烟嘴26上的抵持面262与滑盖22相抵持和/或滑动件29与限位环223相抵持时,锁持件24滑动至上盖21内,推动环261与压接件23相抵持,此时,沿推盖25的径向推动推盖25,推盖25带动滑盖22相对上盖21沿滑槽213滑动,进而打开注液孔214进行注液;此时松开滑盖22,在第二弹性件28的弹力作用下,滑动件29带动烟嘴26沿着凹槽253滑动并复位,且由于第二弹性件28的弹力作用,滑动件29紧紧抵持在推盖25上,增强滑动件29与推盖25之间的密封性,防止用户抽吸气溶胶发生装置时,烟雾通过滑动件29和推盖25之间的缝隙散发出去。注液完成后,向相反的方向推动推盖25,推盖25带动滑盖22相对上盖21滑动,至滑盖22移动至注液孔214上方,注 液孔214关闭,同时,锁持件24在第一弹性件27的弹力作用下沿着活动槽232滑动并复位,使得锁持件24与滑盖22相抵持,从而对推盖25的进一步滑动进行限位,防止过度推动推盖25使推盖25与上盖21错位。
可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,滑动件29可省略,第二弹性件28的一端弹性抵持在滑盖22上,第二弹性件28的另一端弹性抵持在烟嘴26上,只需满足滑动烟嘴26时需要克服第二弹性件28的弹力,防止儿童轻易滑动,同时松开烟嘴26之后,烟嘴26在第二弹性件28的弹性恢复作用力下能够复位即可。可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,滑动件29和第二弹性件28均可以省略,此时,按下烟嘴26后,烟嘴26能够在锁持件24的推动下复位。
可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,推盖25和滑盖22一体设置,此时,烟嘴26可滑动地设置在滑盖22上。
可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,压接件23可以省略,只需锁持件24可滑动地设置在上盖21上即可。
本实用新型提供的雾化器100,通过在上盖21上可滑动地设置滑盖22和锁持件24,锁持件24的一端与滑盖22相抵持以防止滑盖22相对上盖21滑动,同时设置可相对滑盖22滑动的烟嘴26,烟嘴26与锁持件24相抵持,滑动烟嘴26能够带动锁持件24活动从而解除对滑盖22的抵持,进而滑盖22能够相对上盖21滑动以打开或封闭注液孔214,防止儿童轻易打开雾化器100接触气溶胶形成基质,提高雾化器100的安全性。
本实用新型提供的气溶胶发生装置,因其具有上述雾化器100全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器100相同的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖组件包括上盖、烟嘴以及可滑动地设置在所述上盖上的滑盖,所述上盖上设置有注液孔,所述上盖上设置有活动槽,所述上盖组件还包括可滑动地设置在所述活动槽内的锁持件,所述锁持件上套设有第一弹性件,且所述锁持件的一端与所述滑盖相抵持以防止所述滑盖相对所述上盖滑动,所述烟嘴相对所述滑盖可滑动且所述烟嘴与所述锁持件相抵持,滑动所述烟嘴使所述锁持件压缩所述第一弹性件并在所述活动槽内滑动至解除对所述滑盖的抵持时,所述滑盖能够相对所述上盖滑动以打开或封闭所述注液孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述锁持件包括锁持部和设置在所述锁持部上的滑动部,所述滑动部可滑动地设置在所述活动槽内,所述第一弹性件套设在所述锁持部的外部,在外力下所述锁持件在所述活动槽内滑动时压缩所述第一弹性件,松开所述锁持件,所述锁持件在所述第一弹性件的弹力作用下复位并再次与所述滑盖相抵持。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖组件还包括压接件,所述上盖沿其轴向设置有通气孔,所述通气孔的内壁上设置有抵持缘,所述压接件设置在所述通气孔内,所述活动槽由所述压接件与所述抵持缘共同围合形成,所述第一弹性件的一端与所述压接件弹性抵持,所述第一弹性件的另一端与所述抵持缘弹性抵持。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖组件还包括推盖,所述推盖套设在所述滑盖上,所述烟嘴可滑动地设置在所述推盖上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述推盖和所述烟嘴之间夹设有滑动件,所述推盖上设置有凹槽,所述滑动件可滑动地设置在所述凹槽内,所述上盖组件还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件套设在所述滑动件的外 部,所述滑动件在外力下在所述凹槽内滑动时压缩所述第二弹性件,解除外力,所述滑动件在所述第二弹性件的弹力作用下复位。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖上设置有安装环,所述推盖上设置有固定环,所述固定环插设在所述安装环内,所述固定环内沿径向延伸形成有定位环,所述凹槽由所述定位环、所述固定环以及所述滑盖之间共同围合形成。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述滑盖上还设置有限位环,所述滑动件在外力下在所述凹槽内滑动至所述滑动件与所述限位环相抵持时,所述锁持件解除对所述滑盖的抵持。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述烟嘴的一端设置有推动环,所述推动环与所述烟嘴之间的台阶面形成抵持面,所述推动环与所述锁持件的一端相抵持,滑动所述烟嘴使所述推动环推动所述锁持件滑动,至所述抵持面与所述滑盖相抵持时,所述锁持件位于所述上盖内。
  9. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的上盖组件。
  10. 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于:所述气溶胶发生装置包括权利要求9所述的雾化器。
