Description

雾化器和电子烟以及适于更换的储液器件 技术领域
本发明涉及新型烟具领域,具体来说是涉及一种应用于电子烟上的雾化器和包括该雾化器的电子烟以及适于更换的储液器件。
背景技术
雾化器作为电子烟中的重要组成部件,其主要作用是将内部的烟液雾化形成可供人抽吸的气溶胶,以此模拟传统香烟产生的烟雾,相比传统燃烧烟草的方式可大大减少对人体的危害。目前大部分的雾化器都包括用于储存烟液的储液器件和与该储液器件连接的雾化组件,市面上这种类型的雾化器主要分为两类,其中一类为储液器件和雾化组件是一体式结构,另一类为储液器件和雾化组件是分体式结构,但是这两类结构的雾化器在使用中都存在着如下缺陷。
在现有技术中,一体式结构的雾化器又分为一次性使用和多次性使用的,由于一次性使用的雾化器内部的烟液容量是有限的,当烟油消耗完时整个雾化器(包括储液器件以及雾化组件)会被丢弃,因此造成了一次性使用的雾化器使用成本很高,而且造成对环境的污染。而多次性使用的雾化器内的烟液耗尽时,则需要使用专用的烟液瓶给雾化器加注烟液,操作麻烦,给使用者带来不便。
为了解决上述问题,现有技术中出现了分体式结构的雾化器,该雾化器中的储液器件与雾化组件可拆卸连接,当烟液耗尽时只需更换新的储液器件,雾化组件可重复使用。目前一种较为典型的分体式结构的雾化器中的储液器件是采用锡铂纸密封烟液,在雾化组件上设置有刺破件,当二者连接时可利用该刺破件刺破锡铂纸来使烟液流入雾化组件内,但此方案的主要缺陷在于:被刺破的锡铂纸并不可复原,当需要更换新的储液器件时,使用者将储液器件从雾化组件上拆卸下来的时候,储液器件内残留的烟液会大量溢出,污染雾化器外部, 同时也会给消费者带来不良的使用体验。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种使用成本低并且在拆卸储液器件时可防止烟液溢出的雾化器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:本发明涉及的雾化器包括用于存储烟液且具有一开口端的储液器件以及可拆卸地连接于该开口端上的雾化组件,该雾化组件包括一雾化腔以及设置在该雾化腔内的雾化单元,该雾化单元用于将烟液雾化以形成可供人抽吸的气溶胶,所述雾化组件具有一用于与储液器件相连接的连接部,该连接部上开设有与连通所述雾化腔的进液口,在所述开口端上设置有一具有出液口的密封件,所述连接部适于插入储液器件的开口端后并旋转一预定角度以和该储液器件形成卡扣连接;在该开口端上还设置有一可随该连接部一同转动的旋转部件,该旋转部件与该密封件相抵接,当该连接部从插入的初始位置旋转至卡扣位置时,可带动该旋转部件转动以使该出液口和进液口相贯通,当该连接部旋转且回到该初始位置时,可带动该旋转部件转动以使该旋转部件阻塞该出液口。
作为具体的旋转卡扣连接的方式,在所述连接部的端面上具有至少一个凸出块,所述进液口开设在该凸出块上,在所述旋转部件上开设有与该凸出块形状相适配的容置孔,当该连接部插入储液器件的开口端时,该凸出块可伸入至该容置孔内并抵接在所述密封件上。
进一步,在所述储液器件的开口端上固定设置有一连接环,所述旋转部件可相对旋转地收容在该连接环内,在所述连接部的侧壁上具有至少一个凸卡,该连接环的内壁上具有可供该凸卡插入的导引槽以及向内侧延伸的台阶,该台阶被配置于与该凸卡形成卡扣连接。
优选的,在所述旋转部件的外侧上具有凸出的定位部,在所述连接环的内侧上对应所述连接部插入的初始位置以及卡扣位置上分别开设有与该定位部相匹配的定位槽。
进一步优选的,所述对应初始位置和卡扣位置上的定位槽在该连接环的内侧壁上形成90度的圆弧角度。
进一步,在所述密封件与旋转部件相抵接的端面上位于所述出液口的边缘上设置有一圈环状的密封垫。
进一步,在所述储液器件上具有一与该储液器件的外壳一体成型的吸嘴,在该储液器件内部还设置有一连通该吸嘴的导气管,所述雾化腔内产生的气溶胶可经由该导气管并从该吸嘴被吸出。
进一步,在所述连接部的中心开设有与雾化腔相连通的气流出口,在所述密封件的中心设置有一沿轴向延伸的轴管部,该气流出口通过该轴管部与所述导气管相连通。
作为具体实施方式,所述雾化单元包括导液体以及与该导液体相接触的发热元件,该导液体的端部用于吸取从进液口流入的烟液,该发热元件加热该烟液使其蒸发形成气溶胶。
进一步,在所述导液体的端部与进液口之间还设置有一层由纤维材料制成的储液体。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括雾化器和供电组件,所述雾化器可以为上述各个具体方案以及优选改进方案所涉及的雾化器,该供电组件与所述雾化组件相连接并为内部的雾化单元提供电源。
本发明还提供了一种与雾化组件相连接且适于更换的储液器件,其内部用于存储烟液,该储液器件具有一开口端,在该开口端上设置有一具有出液口的 密封件以及一与该密封件相抵接的旋转部件,当该储液器件未与雾化组件连接时,该旋转部件用于阻塞该出液口以密封内部的烟液,当该储液器件与雾化组件连接时,该旋转部件可产生旋转并打开该出液口。
优选的,所述储液器件的外壳是由透明材质制成。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明涉及的雾化器中的储液器件与雾化组件是可拆卸连接,当烟液用尽时只需将成本较低的储液器件丢弃而更换新的,成本较高的雾化组件则可重复使用,这样可大大降低使用成本。此外该雾化组件具有一用于与储液器件相连接的连接部,该连接部适于插入储液器件的开口端后并旋转一预定角度以和该储液器件形成卡扣连接,在开口端上设置有密封件以及一旋转部件,在平常状态下该雾化组件未与储液器件连接时,旋转部件可封堵住密封件上的出液口,以确保储液器件在库存或者运输途中不会有烟油泄漏,当雾化组件的连接部与储液器件形成卡扣连接时则可以带动旋转部件转动以打开出液口,使烟液顺利流入雾化组件内部。而当连接部与储液器件分离时,则可以带动该旋转部件转动至密封出液口的初始位置,使内部的烟液重新得到密封,确保了储液器件在拆卸过程中不会有烟液溢出,使消费者获得良好的使用体验。

具体实施方式
本发明所揭露的雾化器主要适用于电子烟、液态的药物成分挥发装置或其它芳香成分释放装置中,在本实施例中以电子烟为例进行讲述。该雾化器是由储液器件和雾化组件可拆卸连接组成,二者之间利用旋转卡扣的连接结构来实现打开或者关闭二者之间的液流通道,达到当储液器件被拆卸下来时不会对外泄漏烟液的目的。另外本发明提供的电子烟是由供电组件、雾化组件以及储液器件这三部分组成,由于储液器件内的烟液为易消耗品,因此储液器件在消费者使用过程中需要频繁更换,其使用寿命较短,雾化组件的使用寿命次之,供电组件的使用寿命最长,不易损坏和老化。该雾化组件可以重复利用,有效地降低使用成本。当然可以理解的是,该雾化组件损坏后也可以更换与供电组件配套的新的雾化组件。下面将以具体实施例对上述的雾化器和应用该雾化器的电子烟以及可更换的储液器件的结构及其使用原理作进一步阐述。
参见图1和图2所示,本实施例提供了一种用于电子烟的雾化器,该雾化器主要包括可拆卸连接的储液器件100和雾化组件200两部分,图1和图2分别展示了储液器件100和雾化组件200的外部结构。储液器件100包括外壳101和位于外壳101一端的吸嘴102,吸嘴102和外壳101一体加工成型,外壳101的内部具有存储烟液的腔室。作为本实施例的优选方案,该外壳101是由透明材质制成,例如玻璃、透明塑料等,使用者可以透过外壳101观察内部烟液的剩余情况,并且在外壳101上还设置有用于显示烟液剩余量的刻度。在外壳101 的另一端为开口端103,雾化组件200可拆卸地连接在该开口端103上,在开口端103的内部设置有一旋转部件106,在平常状态下该旋转部件106用来密封储液器件100内部的烟液,只有当雾化组件200连接在开口端103上时,才会带动该旋转部件106产生转动,并使储液器件100内部的烟液顺利流入至雾化组件200内部。
上述雾化组件200包括外套管201,外套管201的内部设有在一雾化腔以及设置在该雾化腔内的雾化单元,该雾化单元用于将烟液雾化以形成可供人抽吸的气溶胶,雾化单元的具体结构可见后述。在雾化组件200上具有一用于与储液器件100相连接的连接部202,该连接部202上开设有与连通所述雾化腔的进液口203,在本实施例中,进液口203的数量为相对称设置的两个。该连接部202适于插入储液器件100的开口端103后并旋转一预定角度以和该储液器件100形成卡扣连接,并且在转动过程中可带动上述旋转部件106转动,释放储液器件200内部的烟液,使烟液进入进液口203内。储液器件100和连接部202之间形成旋转卡扣的具体结构见后述。
在雾化组件200上相对于连接部202的另一端上设置有一螺纹套207,雾化组件200可通过该螺纹套207与供电组件相连接而组装成电子烟,由于雾化组件200和供电组件都可使用较长时间,当储液器件100内的烟液用完时,只需更换新的储液器件100即可,不必将整个雾化器丢弃,大大节省了消费者的使用成本,同时也减少了丢弃整个雾化器所造成的环境污染。
再结合图2和图3所示,在所述储液器件100的开口端103上固定设置有一连接环104,连接环104的截面大致为圆形,所述旋转部件106可相对旋转地收容在该连接环104内,在所述连接部202的侧壁上具有至少一个凸卡205,在本实施例中凸卡205的数量具体为以雾化组件200的中心轴线对称设置的两个。 该连接环104的内壁上具有可供该凸卡205插入的导引槽105以及向内侧延伸的台阶107,该台阶107被配置于与该凸卡205形成卡扣连接。该导引槽105沿着储液器件100的轴向方向开设,其数量也为两个,开设的位置与上述凸卡205相对应,上述台阶107是设置在连接环104的内缘的呈圆弧状的凸起。
在上述开口端103上设置有一具有出液口110的密封件109,密封件109用于密封储液器件100内部的烟液,烟液只能从出液口110内流出。与所述进液口203相对应,本实施例中的出液口110的数量也为两个,当然可以理解的是,出液口110也可以是一个或者两个以上。可随该连接部202一同转动的旋转部件106的上端面与该密封件109相抵接,用于将出液口110封闭,只有其旋转至特定位置的时候才会将出液口110打开。
下面将介绍储液器件100中各部件的装配过程,在装配中时首先将旋转部件106放置于连接环104内部,在旋转部件106的侧壁上开设有与上述导引槽105宽度一致的缺口118,在放置时需要将缺口118对齐该导引槽105,使得上述凸卡205可穿过导引槽105并伸入至该缺口118内,实现旋转部件106和连接部202的联动。然后再将密封件109贴紧旋转部件106并固定安装在连接环104上,具体来说是,在连接环104上的侧壁上设置有定位柱108,在密封件109的侧壁上开设有相匹配的定位槽112,连接环104通过该定位柱108插入定位槽112内以实现和密封件109相连接。最后将连接环104插入外壳101的开口端103内部并固定装配,实现密封件109对开口端103的密封作用,在本实施例中,连接环104和外壳101的开口端103优选采用过盈配合装配。
作为本实施例中的优选方案,在上述连接部202的端面上具有至少一个凸出块204,本实施例中的凸出块204的数量优选为两个,上述进液口203开设在该凸出块204上,在所述旋转部件106上开设有与该凸出块204形状相适配的 容置孔114,当该连接部202插入储液器件100的开口端103时,该凸出块204可伸入至该容置孔114内并抵接在所述密封件109上,并且伸入容置孔114的凸出块204同时也可以带动旋转部件106转动。容易理解的是,在旋转部件106旋转过程中,容置孔114与凸出块204上的进液口203始终是对应在同一个位置上,在连接部202位于刚插入开口端103的初始位置时,进液口203以及容置孔114与密封件109上的出液口110是相互错开的,此时旋转部件106上其它实体部分将出液口110密封。只有当连接部202带动旋转部件106转动至卡扣位置时,该出液口110和进液口203的位置才会相对准并且相互贯通。
参见图4并结合图3所示,在所述旋转部件106的外侧上具有凸出的定位部117,定位部117为凸出于外壁的小凸块或者凸柱,在所述连接环104的内侧上对应所述连接部202插入的初始位置以及卡扣位置上分别开设有与该定位部117相匹配的定位槽122、121,定位部117在转动过程中会在定位槽122和定位槽121之间切换,且当其旋转至定位槽122或定位槽121时会有明显的手感。优选的,该定位部117位于一弹性臂116上,弹性臂116与旋转部件106之间具有较小的切口,使得定位部117从定位槽122或定位槽121内脱离时,弹性臂116能产生一定的形变。作为本实施例中的优选方案,所述对应初始位置和卡扣位置上的定位槽122与定位槽121在该连接环104的内侧壁上形成90度的圆弧角度,即从上述连接部202从初始位置旋转至卡扣位置需要旋转90度。
以下是关于连接部202在旋转过程中的初始位置以及卡扣位置的描述。参见图4,在连接环104的台阶107上具有一个在轴向高度上略高于台阶107的限制位120,在旋转部件106的外壁上相应也设有一限制位119。当连接部202上的凸卡205插入导引槽105内并且还未转动的状态下,此时则为初始位置。当连接部202带动旋转部件106一起旋转90度后,限制位119到达限制位120处 并相互制约,即该限制位120可防止连接部202旋转过度;同时该定位部117落入定位槽121内,此时连接部202即到达卡扣位置,在该状态下出液口110和进液口203相贯通。当该连接部202沿着相反的方向旋转且回到该初始位置时,旋转部件106又重新转动90度从而将出液口220阻塞。需要说明的是,上述台阶107上可以不设限制位120或者连接部202在旋转时可越过限制位,即连接部202需要旋出时并不一定需要反向旋转,而是可沿旋进的方向继续旋转90度即可到达初始位置而与储液器件脱离。
再参见图3所示,为了进一步加强旋转过程中的密封效果,在所述密封件109与旋转部件106相抵接的端面上位于所述出液口110的边缘上设置有一圈环状的密封垫111。在本实施例中,整个密封件109是优选采用硅胶材质制成,密封垫111与密封件109是一体结构,并且该密封垫111凸出于密封件109与旋转部件106相抵接的端面。当旋转部件106阻塞该出液口110时,密封垫111与旋转部件106的端面弹性抵接,当该出液口110与进液口203相互对准时,该密封垫111与凸出块204的端面弹性抵接,以确保在任何状态下都不漏液。
以下为有关供雾化组件200内的气溶胶排出的气流通道的描述。参见图3,在所述储液器件100上具有一与该储液器件100的外壳101一体成型的吸嘴102,在该储液器件100内部还设置有一连通该吸嘴102的导气管123,导气管123与外壳101也为一体结构,雾化腔209内产生的气溶胶可经由该导气管123并从该吸嘴102被吸出。当然可以理解的是,导气通道也可以形成于该储液器件100的外部。
优选的,在所述连接部202的中心开设有与雾化腔209相连通的气流出口206,在所述密封件109的中心设置有一沿轴向延伸的轴管部113,轴管部113与密封件109为一体结构,该气流出口206通过该轴管部113与所述导气管123 相连通。在所述旋转部件106的中心开设有一转轴孔115,该旋转部件106通过该转轴孔115套设在所述轴管部113上,转轴孔115与两侧的上述容置孔114相连通。密封件109上两个出液口110以轴管部113的中心轴相对称设置,在连接部202的驱动下,该旋转部件106可绕轴管部113的中心轴转动。
参见图5和图6所示,其揭示了雾化组件200的内部结构。雾化组件200包括外套管201,外套管201的内部形成有一雾化腔209,上述雾化单元设置在该雾化腔109内。在本实施例中,该雾化单元包括导液体210以及与该导液体210相接触的发热元件211,导液体210具有两端且内部为微孔结构,烟液可通过微孔结构产生的毛细作用在导液体210内逐渐渗透。该发热元件211具体为螺旋缠绕在导液体210中间位置的电热丝。该导液体210固定安装在支座213上,它的两个端部靠近进液口203且用于吸取从进液口203流入的烟液,该发热元件211加热该烟液使其蒸发形成气溶胶,连接部202位于外套管201的一端上,发热元件211对准连接部202上的气流出口206,其产生的气溶胶可顺利从气流出口206排出。在外套管201的另一端上设置有螺纹套207和电极环208,电极环208绝缘套设在螺纹套207内部,电极环208为中空结构,空气可从电极环208内进入雾化腔209。雾化组件200可通过螺纹套207与供电组件实现螺纹连接,并且电极环208和螺纹套207作为两个接触电极,对应连接供电组件上的正负极,而发热元件211则分别与螺纹套207和电极环208电性连接。
作为本实施例中的优选方案,在导液体210的端部与进液口203之间还设置有一层由纤维材料制成的储液体212,导液体210的两端与该储液体212相接触,储液体212可吸附从进液口203流入的烟液并能暂时存储一定容量的烟液,吸附在储液体212上的烟液可从导液体210逐渐导引至发热元件211。这种在进液口203下方增设一层储液体212的作用在于,可防止流入雾化腔209内的烟 液量过大。作为另一种替代方案,在导液体210的端部与进液口203之间可不设置储液体212,而是将导液体210的两端直接伸入进液口203内,并完全填充于进液口203的空间内。
参见图7和图8所示,其分别展示了连接部202分别处于初始位置和卡扣位置时各部件的状态示意图。在旋转过程中,储液器件100上的外壳101以及密封件109和连接环104的位置是保持不变的,只有旋转部件106伴随着连接部202在圆周方向上的位置发生改变。从图7中可以看出,连接部202上的凸卡205可沿着导引槽105插入时,凸出块204的位置刚好与旋转部件106上的容置孔114相对应并伸入容置孔114内,而此时容置孔114与出液口110的位置是错开的,旋转部件106的端面1061紧密抵接在出液口110上以密封烟液。从图8中可以看出,当该连接部202旋转90度后,凸卡205与台阶107形成卡扣连接,同时旋转部件106也随着旋转90度,使得容置孔114对准出液口110,出液口110被打开,同时凸出块204抵接在出液口110上,使出液口110与进液口203相贯通。当连接部202旋转返回至初始位置时,该连接部202以及旋转部件106则回到图7所示的状态。
参见图9所示,本实施例还提供了一种电子烟,只要由储液器件100、雾化组件200以及供电组件300三部分依次连接组成,整体形成一个杆状。如上所述,在雾化组件200的一端具有连接部202,另一端具有螺纹套207,该雾化组件200的一端通过连接部202与储液器件100的开口端103形成卡扣连接。在供电组件300的一端上设置螺纹部301,该雾化组件200的另一端通过螺纹套207与螺纹部301形成螺接,同时供电组件300为雾化组件200内部的雾化单元提供工作电源。
以上实施例仅为本说明书为便于理解发明内容所列举的部分实施方式,并 非对本发明的技术方案进行的任何限定,也非所有可实施方案的穷举,故凡是对本发明的结构、流程或步骤所做出的任何微小改进或等效替代,均应包含在其保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种雾化器,包括用于存储烟液且具有一开口端的储液器件以及可拆卸地连接于该开口端上的雾化组件,该雾化组件包括一雾化腔以及设置在该雾化腔内的雾化单元,该雾化单元用于将烟液雾化以形成可供人抽吸的气溶胶,其特征在于:所述雾化组件具有一用于与储液器件相连接的连接部,该连接部上开设有与连通所述雾化腔的进液口,在所述开口端上设置有一具有出液口的密封件,所述连接部适于插入储液器件的开口端后并旋转一预定角度以和该储液器件形成卡扣连接;在该开口端上还设置有一可随该连接部一同转动的旋转部件,该旋转部件与该密封件相抵接,当该连接部从插入的初始位置旋转至卡扣位置时,可带动该旋转部件转动以使该出液口和进液口相贯通,当该连接部旋转且回到该初始位置时,可带动该旋转部件转动并使该旋转部件阻塞该出液口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在所述连接部的端面上具有至少一个凸出块,所述进液口开设在该凸出块上,在所述旋转部件上开设有与该凸出块形状相适配的容置孔,当该连接部插入储液器件的开口端时,该凸出块可伸入至该容置孔内并抵接在所述密封件上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在所述储液器件的开口端上固定设置有一连接环,所述旋转部件可相对旋转地收容在该连接环内,在所述连接部的侧壁上具有至少一个凸卡,该连接环的内壁上具有可供该凸卡插入的导引槽以及向内侧延伸的台阶,该台阶被配置于与该凸卡形成卡扣连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在所述旋转部件的外侧上具有凸出的定位部,在所述连接环的内侧上对应所述连接部插入的初始位置以及卡扣位置上分别开设有与该定位部相匹配的定位槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述对应初始位置和卡扣位置上的定位槽在该连接环的内侧壁上形成90度的圆弧角度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在所述密封件与旋转部件相抵接的端面上位于所述出液口的边缘上设置有一圈环状的密封垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在所述储液器件上具有一与该储液器件的外壳一体成型的吸嘴,在该储液器件内部还设置有一连通该吸嘴的导气管,所述雾化腔内产生的气溶胶可经由该导气管并从该吸嘴被吸出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在所述连接部的中心开设有与雾化腔相连通的气流出口,在所述密封件的中心设置有一沿轴向延伸的轴管部,该气流出口通过该轴管部与所述导气管相连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在所述旋转部件的中心开设有一转轴孔,该旋转部件通过该转轴孔套设在所述轴管部上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化单元包括导液体以及与该导液体相接触的发热元件,该导液体的端部用于吸取从进液口流入的烟液,该发热元件加热该烟液使其蒸发形成气溶胶。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在所述导液体的端部与进液口之间还设置有一层由纤维材料制成的储液体。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器和供电组件,其特征在于:所述雾化器为权利要求1至11任意一项所述的雾化器,该供电组件与所述雾化组件相连接并为内部的雾化单元提供电源。
  13. 一种与雾化组件相连接且适于更换的储液器件,其内部用于存储烟液,其特征在于:该储液器件具有一开口端,在该开口端上设置有一具有出液口的密封件以及一与该密封件相抵接的旋转部件,当该储液器件未与雾化组件连接时,该旋转部件用于阻塞该出液口以密封内部的烟液,当该储液器件与雾化组件连接时,该旋转部件可产生旋转并打开该出液口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的储液器件,其特征在于:所述储液器件的外壳是由透明材质制成。
